On-Machine Measurement of the Straightness and Tilt Errors of a Linear Slideway Using a New Four-Sensor Method 被引量:3

Although there are some multi-sensor methods for measuring the straightness and tilt errors of a linear slideway, they need to be further improved in some aspects, such as suppressing measurement noise and reducing precondition.In this paper, a new four-sensor method with an improved measurement system is proposed to on-machine separate the straightness and tilt errors of a linear slideway from the sensor outputs, considering the influences of the reference surface profile and the zero-adjustment values. The improved system is achieved by adjusting a single sensor to di erent positions. Based on the system, a system of linear equations is built by fusing the sensor outputs to cancel out the e ects of the straightness and tilt errors. Three constraints are then derived and supplemented into the linear system to make the coe cient matrix full rank. To restrain the sensitivity of the solution of the linear system to the measurement noise in the sensor outputs, the Tikhonov regularization method is utilized. After the surface profile is obtained from the solution, the straightness and tilt errors are identified from the sensor outputs. To analyze the e ects of the measurement noise and the positioning errors of the sensor and the linear slideway, a series of computer simulations are carried out. An experiment is conducted for validation, showing good consistency. The new four-sensor method with the improved measurement system provides a new way to measure the straightness and tilt errors of a linear slideway, which can guarantee favorable propagations of the residuals induced by the noise and the positioning errors. 展开更多

Sensor array calibration for uniform rectangular array in presence of mutual coupling and sensor gain-and-phase errors

The sensor array calibration methods tailored to uniform rectangular array(URA)in the presence of mutual coupling and sensor gain-and-phase errors were addressed.First,the mutual coupling model of the URA was studied,and then a set of steering vectors corresponding to distinct locations were numerically computed with the help of several time-disjoint auxiliary sources with known directions.Then,the optimization modeling with respect to the array error matrix(defined by the product of mutual coupling matrix and sensor gain-and-phase errors matrix)was constructed.Two preferable algorithms(called algorithm I and algorithm II)were developed to minimize the cost function.In algorithm I,the array error matrix was regarded as a whole parameter to be estimated,and the exact solution was available.Compared to some existing algorithms with the similar computation framework,algorithm I can make full use of the potentially linear characteristics of URA's error matrix,thus,the calibration precision was obviously enhanced.In algorithm II,the array error matrix was decomposed into two matrix parameters to be optimized.Compared to algorithm I,it can further decrease the number of unknowns and,thereby,yield better estimation accuracy.However,algorithm II was incapable of producing the closed-form solution and the iteration operation was unavoidable.Simulation results validate the excellent performances of the two novel algorithms compared to some existing calibration algorithms. 展开更多

在大规模无线传感器网络(WSN)定位问题中,针对传统最大似然估计器(MLE)目标函数的高度非凸性及其优化过程中易陷入局部最优解、进而降低定位精度的问题,本文中提出了一种结合残差与最小二乘相对误差准则的RLSRE-SDP定位算法,该算法目标... 在大规模无线传感器网络(WSN)定位问题中,针对传统最大似然估计器(MLE)目标函数的高度非凸性及其优化过程中易陷入局部最优解、进而降低定位精度的问题,本文中提出了一种结合残差与最小二乘相对误差准则的RLSRE-SDP定位算法,该算法目标函数中不包含对数项,避免了传统ML估计器在计算中易陷入局部最优解的情况,提高了定位精度。首先通过指数变换,将接收信号强度(RSS)的对数正态阴影模型转换为乘法模型。然后利用该模型构造出残差与最小二乘相对误差准则相结合的非凸估计器。最后利用半定松弛(SDR)技术将约束优化问题转化为半定规划(SDP)问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,提出的RLSRE-SDP算法相较于ML-SDP算法精度平均提高了8.4%,相较于加权最小二乘半定规划(WLS-SDP)算法定位精度平均提高20.7%,相较于非线性最小二乘半定规划(NLS-SDP)算法定位精度平均提高32.8%。RLSRE-SDP算法在不同噪声水平下均能保持较高的定位精度和稳定性,整体性能优于现有算法。 展开更多

针对传统面积测量仪因无法测量倾斜角度,导致存在测量误差的问题,基于多传感器信息融合技术和误差处理算法,设计一款便携式室内面积测量仪,不仅能够对长度和面积进行测量,并且可实现倾斜角度的实时测量。测量仪以STM32为主控核心,通过... 针对传统面积测量仪因无法测量倾斜角度,导致存在测量误差的问题,基于多传感器信息融合技术和误差处理算法,设计一款便携式室内面积测量仪,不仅能够对长度和面积进行测量,并且可实现倾斜角度的实时测量。测量仪以STM32为主控核心,通过姿态传感器采集的欧拉角判断测量的方向和倾斜角度,并采用激光测距模块测量长度,将长度和倾斜角结合余弦函数计算出实际测量距离,而且根据记录的长度数据推算出室内面积,最后通过OLED显示测量结果,当测量仪处于亏电状态时进行充电提醒。采用对比实验进行结果分析,长度和面积测量的最大相对误差分别为4.0%和4.1%。实验结果表明,采用多传感器信息融合和误差处理的策略,能显著提升测量的精度和稳定性,证明了所设计测量仪在长度和面积测量方面的有效性,也为类似的室内面积测量应用提供了可靠的技术方案,具有一定的创新性和应用价值。此项研究成果对于推动高精度、高稳定性激光测距技术在工业领域的应用具有重要意义。 展开更多

为提升矿用激光甲烷传感器在煤矿瓦斯监测中的示值准确性,解决因环境变化、校准条件不统一和误差评判缺失导致的测量偏差问题,构建了一套完整的示值误差校准标准化体系。研究基于传感器检测原理和误差机理,设计了统一的校准条件、规范... 为提升矿用激光甲烷传感器在煤矿瓦斯监测中的示值准确性,解决因环境变化、校准条件不统一和误差评判缺失导致的测量偏差问题,构建了一套完整的示值误差校准标准化体系。研究基于传感器检测原理和误差机理,设计了统一的校准条件、规范化的操作流程及定量化的误差判定方法。选取KJCH24/25-LG型激光甲烷传感器为对象,在设定温度25℃、气压101.3 kPa、气体流量0.30 L/min的标准实验条件下进行多点浓度校准试验,浓度设定范围为0~4.00%。结果表明,经校准后传感器各点示值误差均控制在±0.05%以内,平均误差由+0.14%降至+0.02%。该方法适用于传感器出厂检测、定期复校及现场快速校验等场景,具有良好的适用性与推广价值。 展开更多

VMC850E立式加工中心是现代制造业在金属切削中最为常见的机床之一,在其对产品的切削过程中,由于主轴的高速旋转,造成轴承的发热,通过热传导和对流的方式传递给主轴组的其他部件,从而造成主轴的热变形,影响被加工零件的加工精度。通过采用ANSYS Workbench15.0对主轴组的CAD模型进行有限元分析,得到热变形的值。再通过激光测量仪对主轴的热伸长进行实验,从而得到主轴的热变形曲线及趋势。经数学建模分析,得出VMC850E主轴单位温升的伸长量为1.83μm,再通过系统宏变量,在加工过程中将该值补偿到系统中,平衡掉由于主轴热变形误差所带来的产品加工尺寸精度问题,从而提高了VMC850E立式加工中心的加工精度。 展开更多

After decomposition of sensor signal by wavelet transform, the coarse-scale coefficients from the sensors with strong correlation are employed to establish the principal component analysis model. A moving window is designed to monitor data from each sensor using the model. For the purpose of sensor fault detection and identification, the data in the window is decomposed with wavelet transform to acquire the coarse-scale coefficients firstly, and the square prediction error is used to detect the failure. Then the sensor validity index is introduced to identify faulty sensor, which provides a quantitative identifying index rather than qualitative contrast given by the approach with contribution. Finally, the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by sensors of industrial boiler. 展开更多

The working principle of photoelectric displacement sensor was analyzed. The relationship between displacement of transducer and the infrared light area received by sensor was given. The method of expanding the dynamic range of vibrator was proposed,which makes dynamic range of Maglev vibrator doubled. By increasing the amplification of the amplifier,the sensitive photoelectric displacement sensor can be maintained. Two modes of operation of the controller were analyzed. Bilateral work of vibration test system designed can further improve the stability of the system.An object vibration was measured by Maglev vibration test system designed when different vibration exciter frequencies were loaded. Experiments showthat the output frequency measured by Maglev vibration test system and loaded are the same. Finally,the errors of test system were analyzed. These errors of vibration test system designed can meet the requirements of application. DS18B20 temperature sensor is applied to the dynamic capacity increase of high voltage transmission lines to measure the conductor temperature and ambient temperature. The paper is focused on the experiment of DS18B20 both in the laboratory and outside. From the result of the lab temperature measurement data analysis, using 4 DS18B20’s is the most suitable plan, considering both accuracy and economical efficiency. In the experiment outside, we get four groups of conductor (uncharged) temperature and four groups of ambient temperature. The data proved that DS18B20 has good stability, and small measurement error.
