Several adhesive hardening structures and theories of the binder at room temperature were proposed according to the interactions between various compositions. Thus, the reasons for the binder to have excellent combination properties and unique adhesive bonding and self-curing characteristics were explained by these theories successfully. And the theories are of great directive importance to design and development of composite binder for green sand mould/core.展开更多
文摘目的:探讨基于中医冬病夏治理论的早期护理干预对间质性肺疾病(interstitial lung disease,ILD)患者心肺功能、自我护理能力、生活质量及依从性的影响。方法:选取492例ILD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组246例。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予基于中医冬病夏治理论的早期护理干预,两组均连续干预1个月。比较两组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷评分、心肺功能[第一秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV_(1))、最大肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、最大自主通气量(maximum voluntary ventilation,MVV)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide,DLCO)]、6 min步行距离(6 minutes walking distance,6 MWD)、自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分以及依从性和护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者疾病影响、活动度和呼吸症状评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者FEV_(1)、FVC、MVV、DLCO均升高(P<0.05),6 MWD均延长(P<0.05),且观察组以上指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、环境领域、社会关系领域、心理领域、生理领域评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性[95.12%(234/246)]高于对照组[80.49%(198/246)](P<0.05);观察组满意度[67.07%(165/246)]高于对照组[36.18%(89/246)](P<0.05)。结论:基于中医冬病夏治理论实施早期护理干预,能够有效改善ILD患者健康状况与心肺功能,增强其自我护理能力和依从性,进而提高生活质量,而且患者对护理的满意度较高。
