Aim: To assess the quality of high-resolution CT section planes(HRCT), multi-planar reformation(MPR) and 3-dimensional volume rendered computer tomography(3D-CTVR) were here used in the fine differential diagnosis of ...Aim: To assess the quality of high-resolution CT section planes(HRCT), multi-planar reformation(MPR) and 3-dimensional volume rendered computer tomography(3D-CTVR) were here used in the fine differential diagnosis of ossicular chain in the case of conductive hearing loss with intact tympanic membrane.Methods: Here, 17 cases of otosclerosis and 22 cases of ossicular chain deformity were selected. All patients had normal external ear canals,intact tympanic membranes, conductive hearing loss, type A tympanograms, and negative Gelle's tests. The respective radiological reports of the status of the ossicles via 3 protocols were compared to surgical findings. The quantitative assessments of the representation of different segments of the ossicular chain were based on a 3-point scoring system.Results: MPR and CTVR imaging both showed the integrity of whole ossicular chain well. MPR and CTVR imaging were found to be superior to section planes with respect to showing the superstructure of the stapes and malformations(P > 0.05).Conclusion: CTVR and MPR imaging were found to be better able to show the whole ossicular chain in the conductive hearing loss with normal tympanic membranes. Furthermore, the use of these techniques can have profound contributive value in the differential diagnosis of otosclerosis and ossicular chain absence or malformation.展开更多
目的分析超声引导定位下椎管内麻醉联合腹横筋膜平面阻滞在肥胖孕妇剖宫产中的应用效果。方法将2022年6月至2025年2月期间在保定市妇幼保健院行剖宫产的82例肥胖孕妇使用双盲法设计分组,按随机数字表法分为常规组、联合组,每组各41例。...目的分析超声引导定位下椎管内麻醉联合腹横筋膜平面阻滞在肥胖孕妇剖宫产中的应用效果。方法将2022年6月至2025年2月期间在保定市妇幼保健院行剖宫产的82例肥胖孕妇使用双盲法设计分组,按随机数字表法分为常规组、联合组,每组各41例。常规组接受椎管内麻醉(常规髂嵴最高点连线定位法),联合组采用超声引导定位下椎管内麻醉联合腹横筋膜平面阻滞(剖宫产术后)。比较两组穿刺情况、术后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、术后活动情况、术后恢复质量[40项恢复质量量表(QoR-40)]、术后并发症发生情况。结果联合组的穿刺次数为(1.29±0.57)次,少于常规组[(1.75±0.47)次],穿刺时间为(76.55±9.19)s,短于常规组[(111.04±13.35)s],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术后2、6、12、24 h VAS评分均显著低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术后泌乳时间、住院时间均显著短于常规组,下床活动持续时间显著长于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术后QoR-40评分中情绪状态等各方面评分及总分均显著高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术后并发症发生率为2.44%,显著低于常规组(19.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比常规定位法,超声引导定位下椎管内麻醉联合腹横筋膜平面阻滞在肥胖孕妇剖宫产中的应用效果较好,可有效减少穿刺次数、优化镇痛效果、缩短泌乳时间、增加下床活动时间、加速术后康复并减少术后并发症。展开更多

Extensive field tests and laboratory experi- ments are undertaken to evaluate its performance and quantify the non-uniform deforma- tion effect (NUDE) of the X-shaped cross section during installation. This paper develops a simplified theoretical model that attempts to capture the NUDE. Based on the theory of complex variable plane elasticity, closed-form solutions of the stress and displacement for the X-shaped cavity boundary value problem are given. Subsequently, the analytical solution is used to evaluate the NUDE, the concrete filling index (CFI), and the perimeter reduction coefficient of the XCC pile cross section. The computed results are compared with field test results, showing reasonable agreement. The present simplified theoretical model reveals the deformation mechanism of the X-shaped cavity and facilitates applica- tion of the newly developed XCC pile technique in geotechnical engineering.展开更多
This paper presents the fully differential cross sections (FDCS) for 102eV electron impact single ionization of helium for both the coplanar and perpendicular plane asymmetric geometries within the framework of dyna...This paper presents the fully differential cross sections (FDCS) for 102eV electron impact single ionization of helium for both the coplanar and perpendicular plane asymmetric geometries within the framework of dynamically screened three-Coulomb-wave theory. Comparisons are made with the experimental data and those of the three-Coulomb wave function model and second-order distorted-wave Born method. The angular distribution and relative heights of the present FDCS is found to be in very good agreement with the experimental data in the perpendicular plane geometry. It is shown that dynamical screening effects are significant in this geometry. Three-body coupling is expected to be weak in the coplanar geometry, although the precise absolute value of the cross section is still sensitive to the interaction details.展开更多
