Methods: Hundred parturients who had given their c...Introduction: Study compare spinal anesthesia using hyperbaric bupivacine (0.5% - 0.75%) between fixed dose and height adjusted dose during elective cesarean section. Methods: Hundred parturients who had given their consent and were scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia, were divided into four groups—first group received 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacine fixed dose, the second group received 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacine in a dose adjusted to the height, the third received 0.75% hyperbaric bupivacine fixed dose, the fourth group received 0.75% hyperbaric bupivacine in a dose adjusted to height. The anesthesia onset time, haemodynamic changes, side effects and fetal outcome observed. Results: Spinal block provide excellent surgical anesthesia in all patients. Anesthesia onset time is longer in adjusted than fixed groups, in 0.5% (5 ± 0.816 vs. 3.84 ± 0.746) (P Conclusion: Adjusting dose of hyperbaric bupivacine (0.5% - 0.75%) to patient’s height, decreases the dose of bupivacine in use, it also provide adequate anesthesia for elective cesarean section with decrease the use of vasopressors, the incidence and severity of maternal hypotention also markedly reduced.展开更多
The height growth of Korean pine plantation was investigated for different ages of saplings in Benxi city of the eastern Liaoning, China. Results show th...The height growth of Korean pine plantation was investigated for different ages of saplings in Benxi city of the eastern Liaoning, China. The sapling and seedling age were determined by branch annuals. Results show that the mean height of third- to eight-year Korean pines ranges from 13.31 cm to 111.73 cm and only 19.4% of the saplings reached the height above 130 cm. The height (Y) of eight-year-old Korean pine increases linearly with the increment of ground stem (x) (Y=3.1x+35.15). The relation between height and age can be described by an exponential equation. The second year after planting of the Korean pine is considered as the key period of Korean pine growth really adapting to the local environment; plantation management should be strengthened in this year. The Korean pine seedlings need two years to adapt to the local environment, thus early care and management should be taken in the second year.展开更多

The influence factors including supporting pressure, dip angle and characteristic of coal on horizontal section height were analyzed as well. By terms of the practice project analysis, the horizontal section height increases with the increase of dip angle β and thickness of coal seam M. Dip angle of coal seam β has tremendous impact on horizontal section height, while thickness of coal seam M has slight impact. When thickness of coal seam is below 10m, horizontal section height increases sharply. While thickness exceeds 15m, it is not major factor influencing on horizontal section height any long.展开更多
