基于SCOPE模型的毛竹林冠层净辐射模拟方法优化

针对SCOPE(soil canopy observation of photosynthesis and energy fluxes)模型模拟冠层净辐射(0.4~2.5μm短波净辐射+2.5~50μm长波净辐射)时假设叶片空间随机分布的问题,开发考虑叶片空间聚集的冠层净辐射模拟新模型。将SCOPE模型的... 针对SCOPE(soil canopy observation of photosynthesis and energy fluxes)模型模拟冠层净辐射(0.4~2.5μm短波净辐射+2.5~50μm长波净辐射)时假设叶片空间随机分布的问题,开发考虑叶片空间聚集的冠层净辐射模拟新模型。将SCOPE模型的短波净辐射模块和长波净辐射模块分别用考虑叶片空间聚集的GOST2模型和UFR97模型替换,形成新的冠层净辐射模拟模型NRC(modeling canopy net radiation considering spatial clumping index of leaves);通过浙江省安吉县1个毛竹(Phyllostachys edulis)林样地(1~4年生异龄林,4500株/hm^(2))2023年整年的观测数据验证,对比SCOPE模型和NRC模型对冠层净辐射的模拟结果。SCOPE模型和NRC模型对冠层净辐射的模拟结果都与观测值有强相关性,决定系数(R^(2))分别为0.97和0.99,均方根误差(RMSE)分别为47.24和13.31 W/m^(2)。SCOPE模型模拟得到的短波净辐射(R_(notot))存在低估(R^(2)=0.96,平均偏差MBE=-14.17 W/m^(2)),长波净辐射(R nttot)存在高估(R^(2)=0.46;MBE=50.27 W/m^(2)),而NRC模型分别成功模拟了R_(notot)(R^(2)=0.99,MBE=1.44 W/m^(2))和R nttot(R^(2)=0.71;MBE=1.34 W/m^(2))。NRC模型具备模拟叶片空间聚集条件下冠层净辐射的潜力。 展开更多

The use of virtual reality in cancer patient health education:A scoping review

Objectives This scoping review aimed to identify and summarize the current research on virtual reality(VR)technologies used for health education in cancer patients,as well as to identify key areas of application.Methods In accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews guidelines,a comprehensive literature search was performed across 11 electronic databases and gray literature sources from inception to 12 September 2025.Studies employing immersive VR tools to improve health education outcomes in cancer patients were included.Data extraction and thematic synthesis were conducted to map evidence regarding VR modalities,educational applications,and outcome measures.Results Twenty-eight studies met the inclusion criteria.VR was applied across four primary educational scenarios,including radiotherapy,chemotherapy,surgery,and healthy behavior(including rehabilitation,smoking cessation,and self-management).Eight distinct VR modalities were identified,namely VR videos,virtual environments,virtual environment for radiotherapy training(VERT),VR interactions,3D models,VR games,VR non-player characters(VR NPCs),and virtual libraries.Among these,VR videos(50.0%),virtual environments(46.4%),and VR interactions(28.6%)were the most frequently employed.The interventions led to significant improvements in patient knowledge,skills,attitudes,health behaviors,and psychological well-being.A clear evolution in VR educational approaches has been observed,shifting from static environmental familiarization toward interactive,gamified,and intelligence-driven experiences.Nevertheless,notable gaps remain regarding safety protocols and data privacy protections,with only a minority of studies addressing these issues.Conclusions VR technologies demonstrate considerable promise as an innovative educational tool in oncology care,enhancing patient understanding,psychological preparedness,and engagement throughout the cancer journey.Future implementation must address infrastructural,ethical,and user-centered design barriers to facilitate the scalable and sustainable integration of this approach into clinical practice. 展开更多

Exercise interventions in adolescents with depression: a scoping review

This scoping review aims to synthesize evidence on exercise interventions for adolescents with depression by examining their components and evaluating their effects,thereby informing the development of standardized exercise programs for this population.Based on the Arksey and O’Malley framework for scoping reviews,the following databases were systematically searched:PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,EBSCO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database.Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the original studies applying exercise intervention in adolescents with depression were screened.A total of 9 papers were included,including 7 randomized controlled trials,1 quasi-experimental study,and 1 mixed study.The types of exercise interventions included aerobic exercise,resistance training,anti-gravity exercise,and stretching.The frequency of exercise was 30–60 min,3–5 times per week in most studies,with most intensities being moderate to high.Exercise intervention is feasible and effective in adolescents with depression.Nursing staff play a crucial role in implementing and supervising these interventions,from initial assessment to continuous monitoring of motivation and safety.In future studies,healthcare professionals should focus on assessing the condition and physical functional status of adolescents with depression and improving the specific content of exercise intervention to develop a scientific and standardized exercise training program for adolescents with depression. 展开更多

BACKGROUND:To provide a comprehensive analysis of the landscape of artifi cial intelligence(AI)applications in cardiac arrest(CA).METHODS:Comprehensive searches were conducted in PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Webof Science,and EMBASE from database inception through 10 June 2025.Studies that applied AI inboth in-hospital cardiac arrest(IHCA)and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)populations acrossthe following domains were included:prediction of cardiac arrest occurrence,prognostication ofCA outcomes,applications of large language models(LLMs),and evaluation of cardiopulmonaryresuscitation(CPR)and other AI-driven interventions related to CA.RESULTS:The scoping review included 114 studies,encompassing data from 9,574,462patients in total.AI was most commonly applied to the prediction of CA(overall,n=40;IHCA,n=30;OHCA,n=4;and both,n=6),CPR-related decision support during CA(n=16),and post-arrestprognosis and rehabilitation outcomes(overall,n=38;OHCA,n=21;IHCA,n=3;and both,n=14).Additional application areas included LLM-based applications(n=8),emergency call handling(n=4),wearable device-based detection(n=3),heart rhythm identification(n=2),education(n=2),and extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)candidate identifi cation(n=1).Across allapplication scenarios,the highest area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)value for pre-arrest CA prediction in IHCA patients was 0.998 using a multilayer perceptron(MLP)model,whereas the optimal AUROC for pre-arrest CA prediction in OHCA patients was 0.950 usingextreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)or random forest(RF)models.For CPR-related decisionsupport during CA,the highest AUROC achieved was 0.990 with a convolutional neural network(CNN)model.In prognostic prediction,the optimal AUROC for IHCA patients was 0.960 usingXGBoost,while for OHCA patients it reached 0.976 using an MLP model.CONCLUSION:This review shows that AI is most commonly used for the prediction of CA andCPR-related support,as well as post-arrest and rehabilitation outcomes.Future research directions includedrug discovery,post-resuscitation management,neurorehabilitation,and clinical trial innovation.Furtherstudies should prioritize multicenter clinical trials to evaluate AI models in real-world settings and validatetheir eff ectiveness across diverse patient populations.Overall,AI has signifi cant potential to improve clinicalpractice,and its role in CA application is increasingly important. 展开更多

Previous solar probes have relied on solar energy for power,but in the near-solar environment,traditional solar panels are prone to overheating and radiation damage,increasing system complexity and reducing power reliability.This study introduces a dual-power system integrating solar-thermal thermoelectric generation with photovoltaic technology.First,suitable thermoelectric materials are screened,the geometric structure of the thermoelectric devices is simulated,and then the fabricated thermoelectric devices are subjected to cyclic heatingcooling power generation tests and long-duration high-temperature power generation tests.The results demonstrate that a single thermoelectric device can stably provide 3.5 W of power with excellent cycling stability.Additionally,this study discusses design concepts for energy storage and intelligent energy management systems required by the dualpower system.Designed for the Solar Close Observations and Proximity Experiments(SCOPE)mission,this dualpower supply system integrates the benefits of both to address demands under varying environmental conditions. 展开更多

获取高分辨率的农作物种植结构图对保障粮食安全和优化农业政策具有重要意义。但在实际应用中,利用多源遥感数据提取作物种植结构时,面临光谱分辨率差异导致的星机协同性难题,以及卫星影像中混合像元对面积信息提取的干扰。本研究探索... 获取高分辨率的农作物种植结构图对保障粮食安全和优化农业政策具有重要意义。但在实际应用中,利用多源遥感数据提取作物种植结构时,面临光谱分辨率差异导致的星机协同性难题,以及卫星影像中混合像元对面积信息提取的干扰。本研究探索了基于无人机多光谱数据和Planet Scope卫星遥感数据提取作物种植结构的方法,以宝鸡峡灌区的小麦、玉米、葡萄和猕猴桃为研究对象,开展空间分布与面积信息提取研究。本研究首先通过计算卫星与无人机像元的波段反射率比值,校正卫星光谱波段,从而精细化作物分布的提取阈值;其次通过机器学习算法对无人机影像进行分类,获取卫星混合像元中的作物纯净面积比例;最后基于遗传算法优化的随机森林模型,构建混合像元中植被指数与面积权重的量化关系。结果表明,多源遥感方法获取的作物分布图(6 m分辨率)中,重合像元数量较仅使用卫星影像下降35.75%,这一结果说明多源遥感数据可有效缓解“异物同谱”问题。其中,小麦和玉米的面积信息提取效果最优,相较于单时相卫星影像,典型区域中小麦和玉米的面积相对误差率分别降低19.17%和38.49%;整体来看,小麦、玉米、葡萄、猕猴桃的面积相对误差率分别为-4.83%、0.51%、6.55%、8.79%。本研究提出的从无人机到卫星跨尺度协同观测方法,为灌区主要作物种植管理措施制定提供了技术与数据保障,为作物空间分布与面积信息提取从田块尺度向灌区尺度扩展提供新思路,有助于促进灌区的精准农业技术发展。 展开更多

目的 综述深度学习(DL)在老年人轻度认知障碍(MCI)诊断中的应用与效果。方法 在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方数据库中,检索建库至2024年12月关于DL在老年人MCI应用方面的文献,并进行Scoping综述。文献筛选流程遵循Scoping综... 目的 综述深度学习(DL)在老年人轻度认知障碍(MCI)诊断中的应用与效果。方法 在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方数据库中,检索建库至2024年12月关于DL在老年人MCI应用方面的文献,并进行Scoping综述。文献筛选流程遵循Scoping综述报告规范清单,并采用循证卫生保健中心开发的横断面研究质量评价工具进行质量评估。结果 共纳入11篇文献,来自意大利、美国、韩国、中国、印度和瑞士,涉及11 829例老年参与者,发表时间集中于2014年至2024年。该领域近10年的快速发展趋势,与DL技术的发展时间一致。纳入文献质量评分均为6~7分。研究类型均为横断面研究,学科交叉特征显著,主要来源于临床医学、生物学、神经影像学等领域。文献数据主要基于阿尔茨海默病神经影像计划数据库,并整合其他数据资源。数据类型方面,除脑影像数据外,还包括1项基于文本数据的研究。使用模型方面,其中5篇研究主要基于卷积神经网络,其余均采用不同的DL模型框架。任务类型包含二分类和三分类。预测结果方面,通过对脑影像等多模态数据构建的DL模型,可构建出高精度的MCI分类预测模型,模型效果均良好,准确率均为70%以上,AUC值均超过0.7。其中部分模型的诊断准确率超过90%,预测准确率最高的模型为使用Bicephnet轻量级框架,准确率接近100%。而基于Transformer的文本分析模型AUC值为0.846,为非影像数据的诊断提供新思路。结论 DL不仅可为老年人MCI准确识别提供有力支撑,还为临床医生提供了辅助预测工具,有助于延缓病情进展,改善患者预后。 展开更多

基于荧光辐射传输模型的叶绿素含量荧光遥感估算方法研究

叶绿素作为植物光合作用的主体,在监测植被生长状态,评估固碳能力方面发挥着巨大的作用。遥感技术作为一种高效低成本的对地观测技术,能够通过叶片反射光谱特征实现叶绿素含量(chlorophyll content,Cab,含量为面密度)的估算。然而,叶片... 叶绿素作为植物光合作用的主体,在监测植被生长状态,评估固碳能力方面发挥着巨大的作用。遥感技术作为一种高效低成本的对地观测技术,能够通过叶片反射光谱特征实现叶绿素含量(chlorophyll content,Cab,含量为面密度)的估算。然而,叶片光谱会受到叶片含水量、叶细胞结构等影响,从而降低遥感估算Cab的精度。而日光诱导叶绿素荧光(solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence,SIF)遥感是直接探测叶绿素激发荧光信息,其变化特征与Cab直接相关,在Cab估算中有巨大的潜力。为此,以荧光辐射传输模型(soil canopy observation,photo-chemistry and energy fluxes,SCOPE)为工具,通过敏感性分析确定Cab荧光敏感波段,并建立基于荧光光谱的Cab估算模型,最后利用实测数据验证模型的鲁棒性。研究结果表明,700、730 nm分别为叶绿素高、低敏感波段(SIF_(700)、SIF_(730)),760 nm为叶绿素高相关性波段(SIF_(760)),以此3波段建立基于荧光比值的Cab估算模型,其中,以SIF_(760)与SIF_(700)的荧光比值建模精度最优,决定系数R2为0.9981,均方根误差(root mean square error,RMSE)为0.0435μg/cm^(2)。SIF_(700)与SIF_(730)荧光比值和Cab的建模精度最低,但R2和RMSE也分别达到了0.9048和0.0886μg/cm^(2)。利用实测数据独立样本对上述3种估算方法进行验证,SIF_(760)/SIF_(730)估算结果表现最佳,RMSE为0.2108μg/cm^(2),SIF_(700)/SIF_(730)次之,RMSE为0.3454μg/cm^(2),但呈现出整体高估现象;SIF_(760)/SIF_(700)估算结果与实测数据偏差较大,RMSE为0.7435μg/cm^(2)。综上,SIF_(760)/SIF_(730)构建的比值植被指数在估算Cab过程中不仅能够保证很好的建模精度,同时又表现出极佳的鲁棒性。研究结果为利用叶绿素荧光遥感手段进行叶片生化参数估算提供技术参考。 展开更多

目的基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)框架,系统梳理内感受评估工具,分析其结构、内容特征和心理测量特性。方法系统检索中国知网、PubMed、Medline、EBSCO数据库收录的内感受评估工具相关文献;基于ICF框架对评估工具的主要结构... 目的基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)框架,系统梳理内感受评估工具,分析其结构、内容特征和心理测量特性。方法系统检索中国知网、PubMed、Medline、EBSCO数据库收录的内感受评估工具相关文献;基于ICF框架对评估工具的主要结构和内容进行归纳与分析;采用COSMIN方法对评估工具的心理测量学特性进行质量评价。结果最终纳入13种评估工具,涉及16篇文献,包括内感受敏感性工具5种、准确性工具4种和意识工具4种。在测量内容上,内感受敏感性工具涵盖范围最广,涉及33项身体功能类目、6项活动和参与类目、1项环境因素类目;内感受准确性工具涵盖内容最少,仅涉及7项身体功能类目、2项活动和参与类目;内感受意识工具涵盖30项身体功能类目、4项活动和参与类目、3项环境因素类目。在心理测量学特性方面,内感受敏感性工具中,身体感知问卷-简版(BPQ-SF)信效度最优(合格率7/8),内感受敏感性问卷(ISQ)次之(合格率6/8);内感受准确性工具多采用标准化测量方式,但信效度验证不足;内感受意识工具信效度合格率均高于5/8,其中内感受多维评估量表(MAIA-1)和身体意识问卷(BAQ)表现优秀(合格率8/8)。结论推荐BPQ-SF和ISQ用于内感受敏感性评估,水负荷试验和心跳追踪任务用于内感受准确性评估,MAIA-1和BAQ用于内感受意识评估。 展开更多

目的对经皮迷走神经刺激(tVNS)定向干预成年人执行功能的有效性和安全性进行Scoping综述。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方数据库中tVNS干预成年人群执行功能的原始研究,检索时限为建库至2024年12月。提取数据并进... 目的对经皮迷走神经刺激(tVNS)定向干预成年人执行功能的有效性和安全性进行Scoping综述。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网和万方数据库中tVNS干预成年人群执行功能的原始研究,检索时限为建库至2024年12月。提取数据并进行Scoping综述,采用物理治疗证据数据库(PEDro)量表评估文献质量。结果共纳入14项研究,来自中国、德国、美国、荷兰和芬兰5个国家,涉及598例研究对象。研究对象主要为健康成年人群,同时涵盖难治性癫痫、创伤后应激障碍和睡眠剥夺等患者。干预结局包括执行功能中抑制控制(反应抑制和干扰控制)、工作记忆和认知灵活性3大核心成分。tVNS的参数设置因研究而异。刺激靶点以耳甲艇为主;刺激强度多集中于0.5~2.4 mA;刺激频率多为25 Hz;通断周期多为30 s开/30 s关;脉冲宽度为200μs~500 ms;干预周期以30~75 min的单次急性刺激为主。行为学结果表明,tVNS对执行功能的反应抑制和工作记忆具有正向调节作用,但对干扰控制和认知灵活性的调节效应存在分歧。机制层面证据显示,tVNS通过调节额叶神经振荡及增强额叶功能连接改善反应抑制、工作记忆。安全性方面,4项研究报告短暂不良反应,无严重不良事件和受试者退出。结论tVNS可安全、有效地改善成年人执行功能的特定核心子成分,整体效益受执行功能子维度神经环路特异性和刺激参数的影响。 展开更多
