对21世纪186位诺贝尔科学奖得主的个人传记分教育阶段、按关键要素进行描述性统计与特征提取显示:顶尖科学家在基础教育阶段外显的智能水平呈现“超常与一般并存”的复杂性特点,最重要的科学兴趣起源分别是中小学“参与科学实践”及“... 对21世纪186位诺贝尔科学奖得主的个人传记分教育阶段、按关键要素进行描述性统计与特征提取显示:顶尖科学家在基础教育阶段外显的智能水平呈现“超常与一般并存”的复杂性特点,最重要的科学兴趣起源分别是中小学“参与科学实践”及“教师启发与激励”;顶尖科学家在本科教育阶段几乎都主修了科学类相关专业,但只有约三分之一的科学家始终在最初选择的专业持续深钻,另有约三分之二的科学家伴随科学兴趣的定向化及学术志趣的形成,会选择学科专业的转换;顶尖科学家在博士毕业后的生涯发展阶段从新手成长为顶尖科学家平均要使用15年左右。未来,为提升我国顶尖科学家自主培养能力:基础教育要充分利用科学实践与教师启发等手段激发青少年科学学习的内在动机与兴趣,为不同智能特征的学生提供个性化教育支持,创设最大化发展空间;高等教育要在学科专业设置、选择与转换等方面保留制度弹性,允许学生基于兴趣选择与转换学科专业,实现学生兴趣禀赋与学科专业的最大化匹配。 展开更多
