Objective: to analyze the application value of PDCA circulation management method in the completion rate of scientific research projects in Xuzhou Medical University. Methods: routine management was applied to 48 municipal scientific research projects approved by Xuzhou Medical University in 2017 and PDCA cycle management was applied to 43 municipal scientific research projects approved in 2018. The completion rates of scientific research projects before and after management were compared. Results: after using different management methods in the management of scientific research projects in two time periods, the completion rate of scientific research projects under PDCA cycle management was higher than that under conventional management. Conclusion: in the management of scientific research projects in Xuzhou Medical University, PDCA cycle management can achieve better management effect, can effectively improve the completion rate of scientific research projects, and is worth vigorously promoting in the management of scientific research projects. 展开更多

Aiming at the complex and restrictive characteristics of human resource allocation in multiple scientific university research projects, an improved pigeon-inspired optimization(IPIO) algorithm is proposed wherein loss minimization and the shortest project delay time are considered as optimization goals. Firstly, mathematical modelling of the problem is carried out, and the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem by means of a weighted solution. In the second step, the traditional pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) algorithm is discretized, and an adaptive parameter strategy is adopted to improve the shortcomings of the algorithm itself. Finally, by comparing the simulation results with the original algorithm and the genetic algorithm in the optimization of human resource allocation in multiple projects, the feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm in the optimization of human resource allocation in multi-scientific research projects is verified. 展开更多

The agricultural scientific research project funding is an important prerequisite for the implementation of agricultural scientific research project, and an essential basic condition to support agricultural research. In recent years,China has paid great attention to the development of scientific research, and increased the input of scientific research funds, but there are some shortcomings in funding management during the implementation of the project. Based on many years of practice, this paper expounds the main problems in the current funding management for agricultural scientific research project, and brings forward the relevant recommendations,in order to provide a reference for the scientific management of agricultural scientific research project funding in the new situation. 展开更多

In recent years, the state has issued a series of policies to encourage the public to start businesses and innovate, which enables major companies to seize the opportunities and actively develop new products to explore new markets. However, in the initial stage of Chinas private small and medium-sized enterprises, the overall scientific research management level, financial personnel quality and financial management level need to be further improved. Although the company has invested a large amount of funds in scientific research projects, due to poor management, financial management and other issues are more prominent, resulting in a waste of funds and a decrease in the level. This paper discusses some problems existing in the fund management of scientific research projects in enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions to these problems. 展开更多

Previous studies have shown that chrysophanol protects against learning and memory impairments in lead-exposed adult mice. In the present study, we investigated whether chrysophanol can alleviate learning and memory dysfunction and hippocampal neuronal injury in lead-exposed neonatal mice. At the end of lactation, chrysophanol(0.1, 1.0, 10.0 mg/kg) was administered to the neonatal mice by intraperitoneal injection for 15 days. Chrysophanol significantly alleviated injury to hippocampal neurons and improved learning and memory abilities in the lead-poisoned neonatal mice. Chrysophanol also significantly decreased lead content in blood, brain, heart, spleen, liver and kidney in the lead-exposed neonatal mice. The levels of malondialdehyde in the brain, liver and kidney were significantly reduced, and superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities were significantly increased after chrysophanol treatment. Collectively, these findings indicate that chrysophanol can significantly reduce damage to hippocampal neurons in lead-exposed neonatal mice. 展开更多
