Intelligent characterization of discontinuities and heterogeneity evaluation of potential hazard sources in high-steep rock slope by TLS-UAV technology

The identification of rock mass hazard sources is fundamental for preventing rockfall and landslide disasters in mountainous regions,with rock mass structural characteristics playing a vital role in hazard assessment.In this study,terrestrial laser scanning(TLS)and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technologies were integrated to enhance the evaluation methodology for rock mass hazard sources,focusing on the Sichuan Yanjiang Expressway project in China.The findings demonstrate that TLS-UAV technology enhanced both spatial coverage and data density in slope modeling.Through integrated algorithmic analysis,rock discontinuities within heterogeneous datasets were systematically identified,enabling quantitative extraction and statistical analysis of key geometric parameters,including orientation,trace length,spacing,and roughness.Furthermore,quantitative models were developed for cohesion,friction angle and the morphology parameter M of in situ discontinuities,respectively,facilitating efficient mechanical parameter acquisition.A novel rock mass hazard index(RHI)was developed incorporating discontinuity geometric rating(DGR),discontinuity mechanical rating(DMR),and slope mass rating(SMR).Field validation confirmed the methodology's effectiveness in evaluating risk levels and spatial heterogeneity of rock mass hazard sources,revealing the contribution of different discontinuity sets to the rock mass hazard and identifying the primary discontinuity sets controlling instability mechanisms.This study is of great significance for evaluating discontinuity-controlled rock mass hazard sources and preventing rockfall disasters. 展开更多

Desulfurization of CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles in molten steel was observed in situ using high-temperature confocal scanning laser microscopy.The effects of the aluminum and silicon contents of molten steel on desulfurization were analyzed.When the total aluminum content in the steel increased from 6 to 1100 ppm,the CaS content in CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles increased from 2.1wt%to 84.84wt%after the reaction for 90 s.Furthermore,when the silicon content in the steel increased from 0.01wt%to 2.20wt%,the CaS content in CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles increased from 1.53wt%to 79.01wt%after the reaction for 90 s.This indicates that the increase in the aluminum and silicon contents of the steel promoted the desulfurization of CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles.A kinetic model was established to predict the CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles composition,and the diffusion coefficient of sulfur in CaO–Al_(2)O_(3) particles was 9.375×10^(−10)m^(2)·s^(−1) at 1600℃,which provided a new method for the calculation of diffusion coefficient. 展开更多

Research on the Application of Digital Intraoral Scanning Impression Technique in Oral Implant Restoration for Periodontitis Patients and Its Impact on VAS Scores

Objective:To explore the application effect of digital intraoral scanning impression technique in oral implant restoration for periodontitis patients and analyze its impact on patients’Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores.Methods:A total of 80 periodontitis patients who received implant restoration in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2025 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group used the digital intraoral scanning impression technique to obtain impressions,while the control group used the traditional silicone rubber impression technique.The impression-taking time,the number of prostheses try-ins,implant survival rate,periodontal health indicators(probing depth,gingival index,bleeding index),and VAS scores(pain during treatment and comfort after restoration)were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of impression-taking time,the number of prostheses try-ins,and implant survival rate(p<0.05).Six months after restoration,the improvement in periodontal health indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(p<0.05).In addition,the pain VAS score of the observation group during treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the comfort VAS score after restoration was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Digital intraoral scanning impression technology can effectively enhance the efficiency and success rate of implant restoration in periodontitis patients,improve periodontal health,alleviate patients’discomfort during treatment,and increase post-restoration comfort,demonstrating high clinical application value. 展开更多

植物干旱胁迫监测的关键在于如何精确定位和识别目标,为此,高效的植物表型提取系统成为必要配备。三维点云信息因其能提供高精度的三维描述,成为这一系统中重要的数据支撑,为植物在干旱环境中的长势监测提供了坚实的技术基础。本文采用... 植物干旱胁迫监测的关键在于如何精确定位和识别目标,为此,高效的植物表型提取系统成为必要配备。三维点云信息因其能提供高精度的三维描述,成为这一系统中重要的数据支撑,为植物在干旱环境中的长势监测提供了坚实的技术基础。本文采用地基激光雷达技术采集杨树苗木三维点云数据,并提出了一种结合预分割的L1中值骨架提取算法,实现精细表型提取与干旱特征分析。首先,通过高程分析、半径滤波和颜色指数滤波对原始点云进行去噪预处理;其次,利用改进的DBSCAN算法实现群体点云单木分割,并结合基于贪婪算法的八叉树进行全局搜索以优化分割精度;最终,利用KNN算法与MRF算法对单株点云进行预分割,提升点云数据的空间一致性,降低L1中值算法的计算复杂度,通过得到的骨架点云计算杨树苗木的表型特征。提出引入冠长率和高径比2个新的指标,以揭示杨树苗木在干旱胁迫下通过优化资源分配和减少水分消耗的适应机制。其中,冠长率在CK组和DT组的抗旱性评价中灰色关联度均排名第1,相关系数为-0.85,表明其对水分供应高度敏感,能够全面反映植物的资源利用效率和抗旱能力,是评估杨树苗木干旱适应性的核心指标。通过结合三维点云技术与精细表型分析,为杨树苗木早期干旱胁迫的高效精准监测提供了技术支持,对确定干旱表型指标、优化抗旱性评价体系具有意义。 展开更多

为解决现有辨识方法在针对耦合的次/超同步振荡参数提取过程中的噪声适应性差和模态混叠问题,该文提出了一种自适应的变分模态分解法(variational mode decomposition,VMD),定义残差损失总熵、中心频率的切比雪夫距离以及边缘熵共同决... 为解决现有辨识方法在针对耦合的次/超同步振荡参数提取过程中的噪声适应性差和模态混叠问题,该文提出了一种自适应的变分模态分解法(variational mode decomposition,VMD),定义残差损失总熵、中心频率的切比雪夫距离以及边缘熵共同决定分解模态数和带宽,结合最小二乘-旋转不变技术(total least square-estimating signal parameter via rotational invariance techniques,TLS-ESPRIT)对分解出的振荡分量进行参数辨识,无需另外使用降噪算法。通过复合信号测试法、PSCAD/EMTDC电磁暂态仿真法验证了所提方法的有效性。最后,将所提方法与改进Prony算法、MCEEMD法在不同噪声水平和振荡频率下进行对比,结果表明,所提方法能够有效地抑制原始信号的噪声干扰,对耦合的次/超同步振荡信号分解更加准确,参数辨识结果可靠性较高,对风电系统振荡溯源、改善系统阻尼具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

【目的】提出一种干形控制的树干缺失部分重建方法,解决利用地面激光雷达扫描技术(TLS)进行林业调查时因树枝和相邻树木遮挡导致树木上部点云扫描不完整以及树高、树干直径等参数提取精度降低的问题,为实现非破坏性测量材积和生物量以... 【目的】提出一种干形控制的树干缺失部分重建方法,解决利用地面激光雷达扫描技术(TLS)进行林业调查时因树枝和相邻树木遮挡导致树木上部点云扫描不完整以及树高、树干直径等参数提取精度降低的问题,为实现非破坏性测量材积和生物量以及评估森林资源、监测森林健康状况提供参考。【方法】选取黑龙江省佳木斯市孟家岗林场内不同立地条件和龄组的138株人工长白落叶松为对象,利用TLS获取点云数据,伐倒后进行树干解析。对点云进行拼接、裁剪、去噪后,采用迭代随机抽样一致算法(RANSAC)圆形拟合提取单木树干点云,并应用最小二乘法拟合树干不同高度处直径作为干形数据;通过实测树干解析数据构建混合效应削度方程模型,以拟合得到的参数估计值为已知量,以树高和随机效应参数为待估参数,对TLS提取的干形数据进行逐树拟合,基于拟合得到的模型重建树干缺失部分。根据拟合模型提取树高、干形和立木材积,并与未重建的原始提取结果进行对比。【结果】与直接从TLS数据中提取的树高和树干直径相比,树干重建后参数提取精度更高,尤其在树高估计方面误差显著降低,平均偏差和均方根误差百分比分别降低8.09%和7.48%;对于树干直径提取,重建后提取到的直径比例有所提升,但精度差异不显著;在立木材积估算方面,树干重建前后均能保持较高精度,采用平均断面积区分求积法估算重建树干前后材积差异不显著,利用二元材积方程方法使材积估算的相对均方根误差降低4.5%。【结论】采用削度方程树干重建方法能够还原TLS中树干缺失部分,且可显著提高TLS单木树高的提取精度,为提高TLS在森林参数估算中的应用精度及林业调查效率提供了新的思路和理论支持。 展开更多

基于TLS数据的落叶松–水曲柳混交林单木因子提取及树高模型构建研究 被引量:1

以孟家岗林场1 hm^(2)落叶松水与曲柳混交林样地为研究对象,利用等株径级标准木法把林木分为优势木、平均木、被压木3个等级,然后以人工实测值作为参考值,分别分析利用TLS提取2种树种的3种等级木单木因子的精度,最后采用TLS数据提取的... 以孟家岗林场1 hm^(2)落叶松水与曲柳混交林样地为研究对象,利用等株径级标准木法把林木分为优势木、平均木、被压木3个等级,然后以人工实测值作为参考值,分别分析利用TLS提取2种树种的3种等级木单木因子的精度,最后采用TLS数据提取的单木因子构建树高模型。筛选出2种树种最优基础树高模型,并进一步评价和比较以林木分级为哑变量构建的树高模型。结果表明:针对本研究选取的水落混交林样地,点云数据与实测数据单木匹配结果中,落叶松匹配精度为92.79%,水曲柳为92.25%;2个树种的胸径提取精度达到97%以上,且胸径提取精度优势木>平均木>被压木,2个树种的树高提取精度达到95%以上,落叶松树高提取精度平均木>优势木>被压木;水曲柳树高提取精度优势木>平均木>被压木。使用TLS数据构建的基础树高模型中,拟合落叶松效果最好的是Logistic模型(R^(2)=0.783 0、RMSE=1.951 6),拟合水曲柳效果最好的是Gompertz模型(R^(2)=0.724 8、RMSE=1.953 6),因此以Logistic模型、Gompertz模型分别为2个树种基于TLS数据构建的最优基础模型,最后2个树种采用以林木分级为哑变量构建的模型R^(2)分别为0.790 7、0.731 2。TLS技术对水落混交林样地单木匹配率很高,单木因子提取精度较好,基于TLS数据所构建的以林木分级为哑变量的模型,在预测树木高度和胸径的生长差异方面表现优于基础模型,具有更好的预测精度和适应性,可以为该地区水落混交林的林业经营提供参考。 展开更多

大型地下洞室中变形控制不及时可能会对人员安全和工程进度构成严重威胁,对地下洞室进行变形监测对于预防工程灾害具有重要意义。为解决大型地下洞室工程中变形监测效率低且信息不全面的问题,本文提出了一种基于TLS点云的变形观测技术... 大型地下洞室中变形控制不及时可能会对人员安全和工程进度构成严重威胁,对地下洞室进行变形监测对于预防工程灾害具有重要意义。为解决大型地下洞室工程中变形监测效率低且信息不全面的问题,本文提出了一种基于TLS点云的变形观测技术。该技术包括结合RANSAC Shape Detection算法与曲面变化量的半自动点云降噪处理,以及基于M3C2算法的洞室表面变形计算,实现了大型地下洞室变形全面、高效的监测。应用该技术对旭龙电站主厂房典型区域支护变形进行监测,发现在施工频繁阶段Yc0+140—Yc0+170区间,下游侧拱座存在明显变形条带,且该结果与现场传统变形监测结果一致。观测结果为大型地下洞室变形控制提供了更为全面的三维变形信息,并提高了变形监测的效率。 展开更多

The characteristics of nonmetallic inclusions formed during steel production have a significant influence on steel performance.In this paper,studies on inclusions using confocal scanning laser microscopy(CSLM)are reviewed and summarized,particularly the col-lision of various inclusions,dissolution of inclusions in liquid slag,and reactions between inclusions and steel.Solid inclusions exhibited a high collision tendency,whereas pure liquid inclusions exhibited minimal collisions because of the small attraction force induced by their<90°contact angle with molten steel.The collision of complex inclusions in molten steel was not included in the scope of this study and should be evaluated in future studies.Higher CaO/Al_(2)O_(3)and CaO/SiO_(2)ratios in liquid slag promoted the dissolution of Al_(2)O_(3)-based in-clusions.The formation of solid phases in the slag should be prevented to improve dissolution of inclusions.To accurately simulate the dissolution of inclusions in liquid slag,in-situ observation of the dissolution of inclusions at the steel-slag interface is necessary.Using a combination of CSLM and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy,the composition and morphological evolution of the inclusions during their modification by the dissolved elements in steel were observed and analyzed.Although the in-situ observa-tion of MnS and TiN precipitations has been widely studied,the in-situ observation of the evolution of oxide inclusions in steel during so-lidification and heating processes has rarely been reported.The effects of temperature,heating and cooling rates,and inclusion character-istics on the formation of acicular ferrites(AFs)have been widely studied.At a cooling rate of 3-5 K/s,the order of AF growth rate in-duced by different inclusions,as reported in literature,is Ti-O<Ti-Ca-Zr-Al-O<Mg-O<Ti-Zr-Al-O<Mn-Ti-Al-O<Ti-Al-O<Zr-Ti-Al-O.Further comprehensive experiments are required to investigate the quantitative relationship between the formation of AFs and inclusions. 展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicle laser scanning(ULS)and terrestrial laser scanning(TLS)systems are effective ways to capture forest structures from top and side views,respectively.The registration of TLS and ULS data is a prerequisite for a comprehensive forest structure representation.Conventional registration methods based on geometric features(e.g.,points,lines,and planes)are likely to fail due to the irregular natural point distributions of forest point clouds.Currently,automatic registration methods for forest point clouds typically rely on tree attributes(such as tree position and stem diameter).However,these methods are often unsuitable for forests with diverse compositions,complex terrains,irregular tree layouts,and insufficient common trees.In this study,an automated method is proposed to register ULS and TLS forest point clouds using ground points as registration primitives,which operates independently of tree attribute extraction and is estimated to reduce processing time by over 50%.A new evaluation method for registration accuracy evaluation is proposed,where transformation parameters from each TLS scan to the ULS obtained by the proposed registration algorithm are used to derive transformation parameters between TLS scans,which are then compared to reference parameters obtained using artificial spherical targets.Conventional ULS-TLS registration evaluation methods mostly rely on the manual corresponding points selection that is subject to inherent subjective errors,or control points in both TLS and ULS data that are difficult to collect.The proposed method presents an objective and accurate solution for ULS-TLS registration accuracy evaluation that effectively eliminates these limitations.The proposed method was tested on 12 plots with diverse stem densities,tree species,and altitudes located in a mountain forest.A total of 124 TLS scans were successfully registered to ULS data.The registration accuracy was assessed using both the conventional evaluation method and the proposed new evaluation method,with average rotation errors of 2.03 and 2.06 mrad,and average translation errors of 7.63 and 6.51 cm,respectively.The registration accuracies demonstrate that the proposed algorithm effectively and accurately registers TLS to ULS point clouds. 展开更多

随着用户对隐私保护意识的增强,越来越多的网站和服务使用传输层安全(TLS)协议来保护用户数据,这导致TLS加密流量在网络传输流量中的占比越来越高。但目前大多数异常流量检测方法是针对所有流量或所有加密流量的通用检测模型,而专门研究... 随着用户对隐私保护意识的增强,越来越多的网站和服务使用传输层安全(TLS)协议来保护用户数据,这导致TLS加密流量在网络传输流量中的占比越来越高。但目前大多数异常流量检测方法是针对所有流量或所有加密流量的通用检测模型,而专门研究TLS加密流量的方法较少。因此,提出一种基于有监督自编码器的TLS加密异常流量检测方法。该方法的核心是训练一个有监督自编码器,其将网络流量作为输入,生成与输入流量维度相同的重构流量,并要求正常流量与对应的重构流量之间相似度极高,异常流量与重构流量之间相似度极低。为达到上述重构要求,设计一个重构损失函数来有监督地优化自编码器内部参数。在检测阶段,利用自编码器的重构能力,通过衡量输入流量与重构流量之间的余弦相似度来判断输入流量是否为异常流量。此外,通过整合数据构建一个专门用于TLS加密异常流量检测任务的数据集,在此数据集上的实验结果表明,该方法在TLS加密异常流量检测二分类任务上的准确率达到99.52%,优于其他对比模型,同时多种可视化策略展现了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

The high-temperature dissolution behavior of primary carbides in samples taken from GCr15 continuous-casting bloom was observed in-situ by confocal laser scanning microscopy.Equations were fitted to the dissolution kinetics of primary carbides during either heating or soaking.Dissolution of carbides proceeded in three stages(fast→slow→faster)as either temperature or holding time was increased.During the heating process and during the first and third stages of the soaking process,the original size of the carbides determined the steepness of the slope,but during the middle(“slow”)stage of the soaking process,the slope remained zero.The initial size of the carbides varied greatly,but their final dissolution temperature fell within the narrow range of 1210-1235℃,and the holding time remained within 50 min.Fractal analysis was used to study the morphological characteristics of small and medium-sized carbides during the dissolution process.According to changes in the fractal dimension before and after soaking,the carbides tended to evolve towards a more regular morphology. 展开更多

基于TLS的长白落叶松人工林根径-材积相关关系模型

【目的】探究地基激光雷达(Terrestrial laser scanning,TLS)对长白落叶松各相对高度处直径的提取精度,分析黑龙江省南部不同林分条件下长白落叶松的根径、材积之间的关系,验证不同建模方法在材积预测中的效果,为当林木仅剩伐根时预测... 【目的】探究地基激光雷达(Terrestrial laser scanning,TLS)对长白落叶松各相对高度处直径的提取精度,分析黑龙江省南部不同林分条件下长白落叶松的根径、材积之间的关系,验证不同建模方法在材积预测中的效果,为当林木仅剩伐根时预测单木材积提供科学依据。【方法】以黑龙江省孟家岗林场的8块长白落叶松Larix olgensis人工林样地为研究对象,利用地基激光雷达提取的根径(dst)与胸径(DBH)数据代入一元立木材积公式,计算单木材积(V)。在此基础上,采用非线性最小二乘法构建根径-材积基础回归模型;进一步引入林分密度(株数密度N)和林木年龄(AGE)作为协变量,构建广义线性模型(GLM);随后以样地为随机效应因子,构建线性混合效应模型(LME)。通过比较各模型的拟合精度与预测性能,并优选最优模型,最后采用分径阶检验法对模型的稳定性与适用性进行验证。【结果】TLS在根径处的提取精度为93.42%,对比胸径的提取精度(P=98.98%)下降了5.56%,40株解析木材积(V解)与一元材积式求算材积的相关性较高(R^(2)=0.9887),相对误差(RE)的平均值为9.19%;基础模型中,Berkhart模型的均方根误差最小(RMSE为0.1949),拟合效果最好(R^(2)=0.8452、R_(a)^(2)=0.8448);相关性分析中,林木材积与根径、林木年龄呈显著正相关,与株数密度呈显著负相关,林木年龄对林木材积的影响略大于株数密度;广义模型的R_(a)^(2)相比基础模型提高了7.98%,RMSE从0.1955下降到0.1949;混合效应模型中,随机效应在b1和b2位置表现最优,相比广义模型Ra 2提高了1.66%,RMSE从0.1955下降到0.1942;分径阶检验中,当11 cm≤dst<43 cm时,Berkhart模型、广义模型和混合效应模型的平均绝对误差(MAE)随着根径的增大而增大,且MAE的增长速率由大到小依次为基础模型>广义模型>混合效应模型。【结论】TLS提取的根径及胸径可作为建模数据,解析木材积与单木材积的RE均值在合格范围内(±10%),单木材积可作为建模数据;基础模型的拟合优度由大到小依次为Berkhart模型>Krenn模型>Meyer模型>Gehrardt模型;广义模型由于株数密度和树木年龄的加入显著提高了模型预测精度;混合效应模型评价指标R_(a)^(2)和RMSE的表现均优于广义模型。 展开更多

The centroid coordinate serves as a critical control parameter in motion systems,including aircraft,missiles,rockets,and drones,directly influencing their motion dynamics and control performance.Traditional methods for centroid measurement often necessitate custom equipment and specialized positioning devices,leading to high costs and limited accuracy.Here,we present a centroid measurement method that integrates 3D scanning technology,enabling accurate measurement of centroid across various types of objects without the need for specialized positioning fixtures.A theoretical framework for centroid measurement was established,which combined the principle of the multi-point weighing method with 3D scanning technology.The measurement accuracy was evaluated using a designed standard component.Experimental results demonstrate that the discrepancies between the theoretical and the measured centroid of a standard component with various materials and complex shapes in the X,Y,and Z directions are 0.003 mm,0.009 mm,and 0.105 mm,respectively,yielding a spatial deviation of 0.106 mm.Qualitative verification was conducted through experimental validation of three distinct types.They confirmed the reliability of the proposed method,which allowed for accurate centroid measurements of various products without requiring positioning fixtures.This advancement significantly broadened the applicability and scope of centroid measurement devices,offering new theoretical insights and methodologies for the measurement of complex parts and systems. 展开更多

To investigate the nucleation behavior during the single-phased metallic solidification process,the commercial ultrapure ferritic stainless steels with no(Initial steel)and various melt treatments(R1,MR1,Y2,MY1,and M1 steels)were used to carry out the differential scanning colorimetry(DSC)and high-temperature confocal laser scanning microscope(HT-CLSM)experiments.Based on the results of DSC experiments,the equilibrium solidification process as well as the relationship among the critical undercooling degree(△T_(c)^(DSC)),latent heat of fusion/crystallization(△H_(f)/△H_(c)),equiaxed grain ratio(ER),and average grain size(△_(ave)^(ingot))was revealed.ER is increased with the decreasing△T_(c)^(DSC)and increasing△H_(f)/△H_(c);however,△_(ave)^(ingot)is decreased with them.Referring to the results of HT-CLSM experiments,the average sizes of micro-/macrostructures(d_(ave)/D_(ave)/)are decreased with the increasing cooling rate,as well as the difference between and apparent critical undercooling degree(△T_(c)^(CLSM))was revealed.The heterogeneous nucleation of the crystal nuclei occurs only if△T_(c)^(CLSM)>△T_(c)^(DSC).Combining with the interfacial wetting-lattice mismatch heterogeneous nucleation model,the dynamic mechanism of the metallic solidification was revealed.The as-cast grains of the melt-treated samples were obviously refined,owing to the much higher actual heterogeneous nucleation rates(I_(heter.,i))obtained through melt treatments,and the heterogeneous nucleation rates(I_(heter.,ij))for all samples are increased with the cooling rates,firmly confirming that the as-cast grains of each sample could be refined by the increasing cooling rates. 展开更多

We have constructed the robust and highfield-stability scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)system which is equipped with a 12 Tsuperconductor magnet and the He-3 cryostat,obtaining the high-quality data of graphite which can be clearly characterized up to the 12-T high magnetic field and bulk 2H-NbSe2 whose vortex structure and surface defects can be clearly visualized by the scanning and dI/dV mapping.The pivotal factor of our superior data stems from the sapphire frame and its unique structure,which ensure an exceptional performance for the noise,which has the current spectral density low to 2×10^(-13)A√Hz at the low frequency with the cut-off frequency of 250 Hz and the engaging status,of vibration,promising to the robust platform for the investigation of the surface of materials.The low drifting rate from the image of graphite is v_(x)=-8:79×10^(-7)nm/s and v_(y)=-3.26×10^(-6)nm/s at 12 T and 0.3 K.Besides,equipped with the high-capacity He-3 cryostat(with 15 normal temperature and pressure liter He-3 gas),the system,which has the base temperature for 0.28 K,can operate at the low temperature for more than 72 h,ensuring the enduring research at the sub-Kelvin temperature for the dI/dV mapping and large-scale scanning.When the magnetic field is applied up to 12 T,the STM system also obtains the excellent-clarity and undistorted images of graphite,which proves the outstanding performance of the system at the high-field researches. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate retinal hemoglobin oxygen saturation in myopic eyes by scanning laser ophthalmoscope(SLO)and to assess its correlations with different severity of myopia.METHODS:Sixty-one eyes from 61 patients were included and subdivided into three groups according to their refractive errors:high myopia group[20 eyes,spherical equivalent(SE)≤-6 D];low and moderate myopia(22 eyes,-6.0<SE≤-0.5 D);normal(19 eyes,-0.5<SE<+0.5 D).All subjects underwent SLO imaging with dual lasers(532 nm and 633 nm).The oxygen saturations of hemoglobin in arteries(SO_(2)A)and veins(SO_(2)V),and their differences(SO_(2)AV)were estimated from the optical densities of the vessels on the images at the two wavelengths.Pearson’s or Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient were calculated to assess the correlation between retinal hemoglobin oxygen saturation and refractive error/axial length(AL).RESULTS:For the retinal oxygen saturation,the SO_(2)V in high myopia group(73.21%±21.42%)was significantly higher than that in normal group(55.81%±21.69%)and low and moderate myopia group(56.88%±13.83%,P<0.05).The SE was significantly correlated with SO_(2)A(r=-0.30)and SO_(2)V(r=-0.36;P<0.05),and AL was also significantly correlated with SO_(2)A(r=0.27)and SO_(2)V(r=0.30;P<0.05).No significant correlations were found between SO_(2)AV and SE and AL(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:SO_(2)A and SO_(2)V increased in more myopic eye based on SLO measurements.Further studies are warranted to investigate the changes of retinal hemoglobin oxygen saturation in myopia with different methods. 展开更多

The assembly behaviors of two low-symmetric carboxylic acid molecules(50-(6-carboxynaphthalen-2-yl)-[1,10:30,100-triphenyl]-3,400,5-tricarboxylic acid(CTTA)and 30,50-bis(6-carboxynaphthalen-2-yl)-[1,10-biphenyl]-3,5-dicarboxylic acid(BCBDA))containing naphthalene rings on graphite surfaces have been investigated using scanning tunneling microscopy(STM).The transformation of nanostructures induced by the second components(EDA and PEBP-C4)have been also examined.Both CTTA and BCBDA molecules self-assemble at the 1-heptanoic acid(HA)/HOPG interface,forming porous network structures.The dimer represents the most elementary building unit due to the formation of double hydrogen bonds.Moreover,the flipping of naphthalene ring results in the isomerization of BCBDA molecule.The introduction of carboxylic acid derivative EDA disrupts the dimer,which subsequently undergoes a structural conformation to form a novel porous structure.Furthermore,upon the addition of pyridine derivative PEBP-C4,N–H⋯O hydrogen bonds are the dominant forces driving the three coassembled structures.We have also conducted density functional theory(DFT)calculations to determine the molecular conformation and analyze the mechanisms underlying the formation of nanostructures. 展开更多
