The rate satisfaction of government and corporate customers,to which telecom companies pay special attention,is an important part of the overall satisfaction of the market segment.Focusing on specialline products and ...The rate satisfaction of government and corporate customers,to which telecom companies pay special attention,is an important part of the overall satisfaction of the market segment.Focusing on specialline products and based on interview with experts and literature review,this article builds an effect model comprising four factors affecting the major government and corporate customers' satisfaction with the rate,including cost performance,discount degree,rate communication and bill composition.Besides,employing AMOS and other analytical tools,it reveals significant positive effects of the aforementioned four factors on the customer's rate satisfaction,and arranges them in sequence according to the path coefficient of each influence.Based on quantified results,this article proposes management recommendations to improve the rate satisfaction,providing basis for research on the overall rate satisfaction optimization of government and corporate customers.展开更多

This paper tries to examine inbound tourism development in China in the last decade and analyze inbound tourism's sa...In China, the tourism industry is regarded as one means of fostering local economic development. This paper tries to examine inbound tourism development in China in the last decade and analyze inbound tourism's satisfaction of their travel experience with tourist attractions, facilities, services and price by an empirical study based on the investigation of Lanzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. This paper discusses the demographic characteristics of visitors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, US, Korea and Japan by surveying a sample of 528 visitors in fi ve different cities. The survey showed that four provinces/autonomous region in western China ranked the top 10 popular destinations. Chinese natural landscape, culture and food were highly regarded by the tourists. At the same time, tourists expressed less satisfaction with tourist language convenience, tourist facility and nightlife in China. It was also found that only 7.4% of the tourists thought travel in China was far more than what they had paid, that 6.5% regarded they got what they paid for, and that 34.9% thought the travel cost was reasonable. Most tourists were satisfi ed with their travel experience in China; many of them would like to return to China and would like to recommend China. For the sustainable development of tourism, Chinese tourism authorities should strengthen the construction, propaganda and management of scenic spots, improve tourist facility and tourist education, especially language convenience, and strengthen the supervision of tickets, souvenir and hotel price.展开更多

Methods: according to the random drawing method, 80 patients with organophosphorus and organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into analysis group and control group, which received interventional treatment and rescue treatment respectively. The intervention was carried out by conventional nursing methods in this group, and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients was compared with the rescue nursing effect of the control group and the analysis group. Results: the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the analysis group who received rescue related treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group who received routine nursing measures, while the rescue treatment score of patients in the control group was significantly lower than the effectiveness score. There was clinical correlation between the two groups (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was clinically comparable (P < 0.05). Conclusion: gastric lavage has a significant effect on patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. It can effectively improve the success rate of rescue and the satisfaction of patients' nursing, and strive for rescue time to the greatest extent, which is unanimously recognized by the families of the patients.展开更多

In response to the distinctly different heating load characteristics within heterogeneous building complex,traditional heating load allocation strategies based on fixed weights can no longer meet the requirements for ...In response to the distinctly different heating load characteristics within heterogeneous building complex,traditional heating load allocation strategies based on fixed weights can no longer meet the requirements for energy conservation and improving indoor temperature satisfaction rates.This study addresses this problem by proposing an adaptive-weighted multi-objective reinforcement learning(Adaptive-Weighted MORL)framework for a heterogeneous building complex comprising a training gym,office building,dormitory,and cafeteria.The framework achieves dynamic balance optimization between heating load and thermal comfort through an adaptive weight adjustment mechanism integrating proximal policy optimization(PPO)algorithm and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II).PPO learns optimal heating load allocation strategies to adapt to environmental changes,while NSGA-II generates Pareto-optimal solution sets to guide PPO’s weight coefficient updates.This mechanism dynamically adjusts the heating load weight and thermal comfort weight,prioritizing thermal comfort weight under extreme weather conditions.Results demonstrate that,compared to the PPO method and traditional fixed-weight approach,the proposed framework achieves an overall energy saving rate of 22.1%,and a peak heating load reduction exceeding 40%,while maintaining indoor temperature satisfaction rates above 91%in most building types.Notably,under extreme conditions(such as the peak load day of March 17),the framework achieves a 39%peak reduction rate and a 22.2%daily energy saving rate.These findings thoroughly validate its effectiveness in complex dynamic environments.Overall,this framework provides an intelligent solution for optimizing heating load allocation across heterogeneous building types,effectively balancing the conflicting objectives of energy efficiency and thermal comfort while adapting to dynamic environmental conditions.展开更多
