In order to ensure the reliability demand of users, improve the satisfaction of users, and reduce the power failure caused by maintenance and fault, live working technology is proposed and applied to practical production. Incorporation of biomolecular epitopes to malarial antigens should be explored in the development of straintranscending malarial vaccines.The present study sought to determine safety,immunogenicity and cross-species e...Incorporation of biomolecular epitopes to malarial antigens should be explored in the development of straintranscending malarial vaccines.The present study sought to determine safety,immunogenicity and cross-species efficacy of Plasmodium falciparum serine repeat antigen 5 polypeptide co-expressed with epitopes of BacilleCalmette Guerin(BCG),tetanus toxoid(TT) and a chemokine gene.Olive baboons and BALB/c mice were randomly assigned into vaccine and control groups.The vaccine group animals were primed and boosted twice with pIRES plasmids encoding the SERA5 + BCG + TT alone,or with either CCL5 or CCL20 and the control group with pIRES plasmid vector backbone.Mice and baboons were challenged with P.berghei ANKA and P.knowlesi H strain parasites,respectively.Safety was determined by observing for injection sites reactogenicities,hematology and clinical chemistry.Parasitaemia and survivorship profiles were used to determine cross-species efficacy,and T cell phenotypes,Th1-,Th2-type,T-regulatory immune responses and antibody responses were assessed to determine vaccine immunogenicity.The pSeBCGTT plasmid DNA vaccines were safe and induced Thl-,Th2-type,and Tregulatory responses vaccinated animals showed enhanced CD4~+(P〈0.01),CD 8~+ T cells(P〈 0.001) activation and IgG anti-SE36 antibodies responses(P〈 0.001) at week 4 and 8 post vaccination compared to the control group.Vaccinated mice had a 31.45-68.69%cumulative parasite load reduction and 60%suppression in baboons(P〈0.05)and enhanced survivorship(P〈 0.001) with no clinical signs of malaria compared to the control group.The results showed that the vaccines were safe,immunogenic and conferred partial cross-species protection.展开更多

In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave th...In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave the shielding fabrics with different specifications.The fabric structure,fabric areal density,number of fabric layers,embedding ratio of copper-clad wires wrapped aramid yarns(denoted as CCWWA)and embedding direction were designed,and a total of 34 different types of shielding fabrics were woven for testing.The experiments were mainly conducted to study the influence mechanism of various factors on the PF shielding effectiveness by testing the electrical conductivity and PF shielding effectiveness of the fabrics.The research results indicate that the PF shielding effectiveness improves with increasing fabric areal density and metal fiber content.The fabrics embedded with CCWWA,particularly those with bidirectional embedding,exhibit a significant enhancement in the PF shielding effectiveness,showing an increase of 8-20 dB compared to the fabrics without CCWWA.The PF shielding effectiveness varies across different fabric structures,with plain weave fabrics demonstrating the superior PF shielding effectiveness due to their compact structure.Non-conductive base fabric has minimal impact on the PF shielding effectiveness.As the number of fabric layers increases,the PF shielding effectiveness initially improves but then declines,peaking with double-layer fabrics.展开更多

It is shown that the desired tracking performance of the controlled unmanned helicopter can be achieved with the application of the backstepping approach, dynamic surface control technique, and Lyapunov method. Taking advantage of undetectability of the covert channel, a secure channel is established between vip and virtual machine monitor to pass data directly. The vip machine can pass the control information of malicious process to virtual machine monitor by using the VMCALL instruction and shared memory. By parsing critical information in process control structure, virtual machine monitor can terminate the malicious processes. The test results show that the proposed mechanism can clear the user-level malicious programs in the virtual machine effectively and covertly. Meanwhile, its performance overhead is about the same as that of other mainstream monitoring mode.展开更多

Results: wrong hand washing method, wrong disinfectant application method, wrong medical waste classification treatment method, work clothes or hand washing, no report after injury, blood after injury: 3.00%, 3.00%, 3.00%, 10.00% / 6.00%, 70.00% and 6.00%.Conclusion: risk factors include: chemical reagents, biological reagents, noise, radiation, risk factors low level, need to pay attention to their protection, constantly learn more protection knowledge, hospital hematology staff has been in risk factors, need to use better protective measures for risk prevention.展开更多

To this end, we have developed an intelligent safety monitoring system (ISM) suitable for subway construction machinery. The ISM system consists of four parts: work monitoring subsystem, video subsystem, positioning subsystem and terrestrial radio communication subsystem. Each ISM subsystem of the subway engineering locomotive system, the function of equipment design and operation protection equipment, the relevance and working principle of each ISM subsystem are introduced in detail. The ISM system has the technical characteristics of high integration, high resource utilization, high reliability, knowledge connection and information collaboration. The ISM system is tested on the basis of two vehicles on Shanghai metro line 13, and the system meets the requirements of protection and surveillance.

Only such construction project safety protection and management of all aspects of good, constantly summarize the building safety protection and management, strive to explore the experience of building safety. New methods and technologies of protection management can reduce the occurrence of unsafe accidents in construction and protect the lives and property of construction personnel. The safety protection of construction equipment is not only the basic guarantee for the development of construction enterprises, but also the premise for the efficient completion of construction projects. In short, only in this way in the construction safety protection management of a good job, can effectively ensure the construction project quality progress, construction enterprises stable and rapid development, promote the rapid development of the national economy. This research is divided into four main parts: the first part is an overview of the safety protection management theory in the construction process;the second part is the analysis of the current situation of safety protection management in the process of domestic construction;the third part is the detailed analysis of the problems existing in the construction safety protection management in our country;the fourth part is how to improve the safety protection management in the construction process. The countermeasures of strengthening construction safety protection management are summarized in the paper.
文摘In order to ensure the safety of buildings,equipment,personnel,property and production,to prevent or mitigate the disasters caused by lightning and static electricity,and to avoid the occurrence of serious lightning accidents,lightning protection inspection(acceptance)is of great significance.At present,in the process of inspection(acceptance)of lightning protection devices,there are following problems:professional and technical equipment for inspection is various and with different performances;the market demand for lightning-proof safety inspection is large,and entrusted units are increasing;the inspection process is difficult to be accurately obtained anytime and anywhere.Therefore,it is proposed to adopt technology of mobile application,wireless network transmission and computer software development to design and develop a data management system for lightning protection inspection based on Android,so as to realize the functions like real-time and comprehensive information management of professional lightning-proof inspection devices and entrusted units and establishment of electronic files for lightning-proof inspection of all projects.

文摘In order to prepare the shielding fabrics with high efficiency of power frequency(PF)shielding and excellent electrical conductivity,different ratios of aramid/stainless steel fiber blended yarns were used to weave the shielding fabrics with different specifications.The fabric structure,fabric areal density,number of fabric layers,embedding ratio of copper-clad wires wrapped aramid yarns(denoted as CCWWA)and embedding direction were designed,and a total of 34 different types of shielding fabrics were woven for testing.The experiments were mainly conducted to study the influence mechanism of various factors on the PF shielding effectiveness by testing the electrical conductivity and PF shielding effectiveness of the fabrics.The research results indicate that the PF shielding effectiveness improves with increasing fabric areal density and metal fiber content.The fabrics embedded with CCWWA,particularly those with bidirectional embedding,exhibit a significant enhancement in the PF shielding effectiveness,showing an increase of 8-20 dB compared to the fabrics without CCWWA.The PF shielding effectiveness varies across different fabric structures,with plain weave fabrics demonstrating the superior PF shielding effectiveness due to their compact structure.Non-conductive base fabric has minimal impact on the PF shielding effectiveness.As the number of fabric layers increases,the PF shielding effectiveness initially improves but then declines,peaking with double-layer fabrics.

文摘In this paper, a disturbance observer-based safe tracking control scheme is proposed for a medium-scale unmanned helicopter with rotor flapping dynamics in the presence of partial state constraints and unknown external disturbances. A safety protection algorithm is proposed to keep the constrained states within the given safe-set. A second-order disturbance observer technique is utilized to estimate the external disturbances. It is shown that the desired tracking performance of the controlled unmanned helicopter can be achieved with the application of the backstepping approach, dynamic surface control technique, and Lyapunov method. Finally, the availability of the proposed control scheme has been shown by simulation results.

文摘The increasing use of the Internet with vehicles has made travel more convenient.However,hackers can attack intelligent vehicles through various technical loopholes,resulting in a range of security issues.Due to these security issues,the safety protection technology of the in-vehicle system has become a focus of research.Using the advanced autoencoder network and recurrent neural network in deep learning,we investigated the intrusion detection system based on the in-vehicle system.We combined two algorithms to realize the efficient learning of the vehicle’s boundary behavior and the detection of intrusive behavior.In order to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed model,it was evaluated using real vehicle data.The experimental results show that the combination of the two technologies can effectively and accurately identify abnormal boundary behavior.The parameters of the model are self-iteratively updated using the time-based back propagation algorithm.We verified that the model proposed in this study can reach a nearly 96%accurate detection rate.

文摘Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC),core of industrial control systems,is widely used in industrial control systems.The security of PLC is the key to the security of industrial control systems.Nowadays,a large number of industrial control systems are connected to the Internet which exposes the PLC equipment to the Internet,and thus raising security concerns.First of all,we introduce the basic principle of PLC in this paper.Then we analyze the PLC code security,firmware security,network security,virus vulnerability and Modbus communication protocol by reviewing the previous related work.Finally,we make a summary of the current security protection methods.

文摘Aiming at the problem that virtual machine information cannot be extracted incompletely, we extend the typical information extraction model of virtual machine and propose a perception mechanism in virtualization system based on storage covert channel to overcome the affection of the semantic gap. Taking advantage of undetectability of the covert channel, a secure channel is established between vip and virtual machine monitor to pass data directly. The vip machine can pass the control information of malicious process to virtual machine monitor by using the VMCALL instruction and shared memory. By parsing critical information in process control structure, virtual machine monitor can terminate the malicious processes. The test results show that the proposed mechanism can clear the user-level malicious programs in the virtual machine effectively and covertly. Meanwhile, its performance overhead is about the same as that of other mainstream monitoring mode.
文摘Objective: to analyze the occupational safety protection of the hospital hematology staff, construct the occupational exposure prevention system of hematology nurses, and strengthen the management of the prevention system. Methods: the 100 hematology staffs working in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as observers for 6 months to observe the occupational safety protection awareness and protective measures of our hospital. Hospitals explore risk factors and targeted protective measures. Results: wrong hand washing method, wrong disinfectant application method, wrong medical waste classification treatment method, work clothes or hand washing, no report after injury, blood after injury: 3.00%, 3.00%, 3.00%, 10.00% / 6.00%, 70.00% and 6.00%.Conclusion: risk factors include: chemical reagents, biological reagents, noise, radiation, risk factors low level, need to pay attention to their protection, constantly learn more protection knowledge, hospital hematology staff has been in risk factors, need to use better protective measures for risk prevention.
