The research aims to analyze the most important contributions made by Iraq and its role in global conferences and agreements that dealt with climate change,using SWOT analysis for the purpose of determining Iraq’s vi...The research aims to analyze the most important contributions made by Iraq and its role in global conferences and agreements that dealt with climate change,using SWOT analysis for the purpose of determining Iraq’s vision in confronting climate change until the year 2030.In addition to learning about the legal steps taken by Iraq to confront climate change through legal issuances and legislation that guarantee the protection of the Iraqi environment.Through SWOT analysis,the research found that the areas of strength were represented by 23 points,the most important of which were its contributions to signing international agreements to reduce climate impacts,strengthening environmental investment methods in waste management.The weaknesses were represented by 16 points,the most important of which were the decrease in vegetation areas,high temperatures,and low awareness of climate change.Iraq faces many opportunities represented by 8 opportunities to improve the response to climate change,the most important of which is the environmental location that characterizes Iraq,as well as the renewal of damaged agricultural lands.While there were 21 threats,the most serious of which were desertification,dust storms,and dust.The research recommends taking advantage of areas of strength and opportunities to reduce weaknesses and threats,for the purpose of determining the future steps of the strategic plans for Iraq.展开更多

Given the negative impact of SDF on the outcomes of Assisted Reproduc...Spermatozoa retrieved from the testis of men with high levels of sperm DNA fragmentation （SDF） in the neat semen tend to have better DNA quality. Given the negative impact of SDF on the outcomes of Assisted Reproductive Technology （ART）, an increased interest has emerged about the use of testicular sperm for intracytoplasmic sperm injection （Testi-ICSI）. In this article, we used a SWOT （strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats） analysis to summarize the advantages and drawbacks of this intervention. The rationale of Testi-ICSI is bypass posttesticular DNA fragmentation caused by oxidative stress during sperm transit through the epididymis. Hence, oocyte fertilization by genomically intact testicular spermatozoa may be optimized, thus increasing the chances of creating a normal embryonic genome and the likelihood of achieving a live birth, as recently demonstrated in men with high SDF. However, there is still limited evidence as regards the clinical efficacy of Testi-ICSI, thus creating opportunities for further confirmatory clinical research as well as investigation of Testi-ICSI in clinical scenarios other than high SDF. Furthermore, Testi-ICSI can be compared to other laboratory preparation methods for deselecting sperm with damaged DNA. At present, the available literature supports the use of testicular sperm when performing ICSI in infertile couples whose male partners have posttesticular SDF. Due to inherent risks of sperm retrieval, Testi-ICSI should be offered when less invasive treatments for alleviating DNA damage have failed. River Nile is one of the longest transboundery rivers and it is shared and used by Burundi,Democratic Republic of Congo,Egypt,Ethiopia,Eritrea,Kenya,Rwanda,Sudan,Tanzania and Uganda.As of today,the Nile is a crucial r...River Nile is one of the longest transboundery rivers and it is shared and used by Burundi,Democratic Republic of Congo,Egypt,Ethiopia,Eritrea,Kenya,Rwanda,Sudan,Tanzania and Uganda.As of today,the Nile is a crucial resource for the economic development of the Nile Basin countries and a vital source of livelihood for 160 million inhabitants as well as 300 million people living in the 10 riparian countries.The Nile Basin Initiative(NBI) is one of the international cooperative river basin management program and regional partnership where all the Nile Basin countries except Eritrea unite to pursue long-term sustainable development,improved land use practices and management.This review therefore focused on the challenges not faced on NBI in terms of integrated use of the river and conducted analysis of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats(SWOT) based on secondary data.The result of the review revealed that for decades,the Nile Basin people have been facing many complex environmental,social,economic and political challenges that have made it difficult for the proper management and sustainability of Nile water.The initiative provides training to develop skills in government ministries,non-governmental organizations and local communities in each country.It is also working to raise awareness of critical environmental issues by strengthening networks of environmental education practitioners;developing curriculum in the education sector.The challenges of NBI include the involvement and funding of World Bank,lack of sufficient staff,procedural and policies conflicts,lack of coordination and linkage with other regional institutions and lack of recognition as river basin organization.Considering the complex nature of the project,it is recommended that the NBI should come up with a strong multi-disciplinary monitoring and evaluation team to follow up all implemented projects.The NBI should carry out participatory land use planning in communities along the river basin.Moreover,livelihood analysis should be carried out especially in communities along the Nile to come up with poverty eradication projects which are socially acceptable,applicable,economically viable and affordable.展开更多

Thus in order to further promote the Beijing rural infrastructure construction and increase the investment in rural infrastructure construction, the following countermeasures are put forward. Among them, the strengths of rural infrastructure in Beijing municipal are analyzed from two aspects, namely, the strong financial support and great importance attached to by the government; the weaknesses are analyzed in terms of the serious shortage of funds invested and disparate investment in rural infrastructure; the opportunities faced by the rural infrastructure construction are analyzed in terms of support form the macrocontrol of the state and the threats are analyzed from the aspects of land preservation and environmental protection. Thus in order to further promote the Beijing rural infrastructure construction and increase the investment in rural infrastructure construction, the following countermeasures are put forward. In the first place, the government should adjust the fiscal policies and increase the investment in rural infrastructure construction. In the second place, the laws should be perfected to provide constitutional guarantee for infrastructure construction. In the third place, healthy supervision system of rural infrastructure should be managed well and use well. In the fourth place, the government should attach importance to disparate demands and shift from the unified standard to classified standard. In the fifth place, the government should enforce the supervision on capital and operation so as to improve the service efficiency of capital.

文摘With the development of China＇s market economy, the agricultural products＇ market has changed from the seller＇s market into the buyer＇s market. Therefore, the limitations of the household contract responsibility system gradually appeared. The farmers professional cooperatives not only covered the limitations but also effectively connected the small-scale farmers with the competitive market by increasing the farmers＇ organizational degree. However, during the development process of farmers＇ professional cooperatives, many problems were exposed. By using SWOT analysis belonging to the field of enterprise strategic management, this paper discussed the opportunities and threats of the external environment, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment of Chinese farmers＇ professional cooperatives. Thereby, it proposed some development strategies for Chinese farmers professional cooperatives in the current stage .

文摘Based on SWOT analysis method,this paper conducts analysis on the industrial development environment of double-low rapeseed in Hubei Province from the following four aspects,in order to crystallize its resources advantage and disadvantage and make it know the opportunities and challenges that it is faced by.First,advantage analysis:excellent geographic conditions,vigorous government support,powerful scientific research force,sound industrial system support;second,disadvantage analysis:poor quality,low-level fine and deep processing,scant publicity and promotion,lagged infrastructure conditions,shortage of effective market access mechanism and sound industry regulation,no brand effect;opportunity analysis:the opportunities brought by low-carbon economy,the opportunities brought by consumers'preference,the opportunities brought by policy environment,the opportunities brought by establishment of strategic union;threat analysis:fierce external competition,continuous decline of comparative benefit.The results of research show that in order to promote industrial development of double-low rapeseed in Hubei Province,we should implement brand effect strategy,quality management strategy and strategy of deepening industrial system,give full play to existing geographic advantage and other advantages,grasp scarce opportunities and actively confront challenges.

文摘On the basis of defining the producers in the supply chain of agricultural products,the SWOT analysis is adopted to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of producers in the supply chain of Chinese agricultural products.The paper analyzes the advantages of producers in the supply chain of agricultural products from three aspects including land resources,technology level of producers and input costs.The disadvantages of producers in the supply chain of agricultural products are analyzed from three aspects including scale level,mechanization and technology level and profit level.The opportunities of producers in the supply chain of agricultural products are analyzed from the aspects of laws,policies,capitals and technologies.The threats confronted by the producers in the supply chain of agricultural products are analyzed from foreign producers,negotiation control of supply chain of agricultural chain,environment protection and quality safety standard.On the basis of the analysis,the relevant suggestions on facilitating the interests of producers in the supply chain of Chinese agricultural products are put forward,including fully displaying the advantages of land resources;improving the knowledge and technology level of supply chain of agricultural production;establishing the alliances of producers of agricultural products to expand production scale;improving the quality of agricultural products to satisfy the relevant safety quality standard and environmental protection standard.

文摘Driven by the trend of DanceSport,Amor Dance wants to enter the North American market to sell its high-quality and well-designed professional/amateur dance shoes.In the current study,a Strength/Weakness/Opportunity and Threat analysis is adopted to analyze the customer and the current market.Based on the results,two strategies are proposed:(1)to use Amor Dance’s higher quality to attract more professional dancers,for whom price is not an important consideration in the North American Market,and(2)to manufacture in China in order to reduce the cost.

This paper first introduces the concept and features of flipped classrooms, and then compares some typical cases of flipped classrooms at home and abroad. Based on this, this paper introduces the business analysis method --SWOT analysis, to analyzes the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats of flipped classroom application in China. In addition, enlightenment on the application of flipped classroom in theory and teaching practice are provided in the final part of the paper.

In order to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in Jianshan Farm, this paper by using SWOT analysis method analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat in the development of the ecological agriculture in Jianshan Farm, based on the experience from domestic and foreign ecological agricultural development, and put forward the countermeasures for the development of the ecological agriculture in order to develop ecological circular agriculture and non-genetic soybean crop protected areas, and to establish soybean-corn rotation area and healthy aquaculture zone, as well as develop new energy industry.

文摘Based on the introduction of the general situation of the research area,the SWOT analysis is applied to study the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of the industrial development in Three Gorges Reservoir area.The strengths are represented by the following four aspects:abundant agricultural resources,rich tourism resources,rich mineral resources and rich hydro energy.The weaknesses are analyzed from the following three aspects:the backward infrastructure,the acute conflict of the emigration of manufactures and the poor exploitation of advantageous resources.The opportunities of industrial development,which cover the opportunities bought by the guidance of national policies and preferential policies,by the improvement of traffic conditions in the reservoir area and by the completion and operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir Project.From the analysis of poor investment environment,irrational industrial structure and serious shortage of capitals,the threats of the industrial development are analyzed.In order to promote further the industrial development of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,the countermeasures are put forward.In the first place,optimizing the industrial structure and developing leading industries;in the second place,strengthening the construction of infrastructure and improving the investment environment;in the third place,optimizing human resources so as to provide intellectual support for industrial development.
