The diffusion of industrial robot technology has coincided with increasing divergence in firms’market shares,potentially leading to enhanced market power and shifts in the distribution of factor income.This paper inv...The diffusion of industrial robot technology has coincided with increasing divergence in firms’market shares,potentially leading to enhanced market power and shifts in the distribution of factor income.This paper investigates the impact of industrial robot adoption on firms’labor income share and explores the underlying mechanisms,with particular attention to the rise of superstar firms.The findings suggest that,overall,the use of industrial robots contributes to an increase in labor’s income share,reflecting a generally favorable trend for labor’s position in primary income distribution.This effect,however,is markedly heterogeneous across different types of firms,regions,and industries.A significant concern is that robot adoption strengthens firms’relative market power within industries,fueling the emergence of superstar firms.These firms jointly influence labor income share through both a competition effect and a demonstration effect:the former is the main cause of declining labor shares,while the latter introduces a new channel through which labor’s share is further reduced.Although antitrust policies can help improve labor’s income share,they are not well-suited to curbing the market power expansion driven by industrial robot adoption.Thus,the concern over superstar firms’suppression of labor income remains.Amid the intensifying trend of“machines replacing humans”,this paper offers empirical insights into how to address the distributional implications brought about by the rise of superstar firms.展开更多
While artificial intelligence(AI)shows promise in education,its real-world effectiveness in specific settings like blended English as a Foreign Language(EFL)learning needs closer examination.This study investigated th...While artificial intelligence(AI)shows promise in education,its real-world effectiveness in specific settings like blended English as a Foreign Language(EFL)learning needs closer examination.This study investigated the impact of a blended teaching model incorporating AI tools on the Superstar Learning Platform for Chinese university EFL students.Using a mixed-methods approach,60 first-year students were randomized into an experimental group(using the AI-enhanced model)and a control group(traditional instruction)for 16 weeks.Data included test scores,learning behaviors(duration,task completion),satisfaction surveys,and interviews.Results showed the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group on post-tests and achieved larger learning gains.These students also demonstrated greater engagement through longer study times and higher task completion rates,and reported significantly higher satisfaction.Interviews confirmed these findings,with students attributing benefits to the model’s personalized guidance,structured content presentation(knowledge graphs),immediate responses,flexibility,and varied interaction methods.However,limitations were noted,including areas where the platform’s AI could be improved(e.g.,for assessing speaking/translation)and ongoing challenges with student self-discipline.The study concludes that this AI-enhanced blended model significantly improved student performance,engagement,and satisfaction in this EFL context.The findings offer practical insights for educators and platform developers,suggesting AI integration holds significant potential while highlighting areas for refinement.展开更多

Similar to a superconductor, a superstar contains extreme force fields that have non-zero momentum and non-zero wavelength to prevent the inactivation of force field at absolute zero and singularity (infinite interacting energy) at infinite density, respectively, based on the uncertainty principle. Emerging only at an extremely low temperature above absolute zero or an extremely high density below infinite density, extreme force fields are shortrange, and located in between a particle and its ordinary force fields (electromagnetic, weak, strong, and gravitational forces) to prevent the inactivation of force fields at absolute zero and singularity (infinite interacting energy) at infinite density in ordinary force fields. Extreme force fields are manifested as the bonds among electrons in a superconductor and among atoms in a Bose-Einstein condensate. When the stellar core of a large star reaches the critical extreme density during the stellar collapse, the stellar core is transformed into the super matter core with extreme force fields and ordinary force fields without singularity. The five-zone ...In this paper we present solutions with the superstar scenario for the problems of singularity and the relativistic jet in AGN (Active Galactic Nuclei) based on supermassive black hole with singularity. The five-zone structure of superstar from inside to outside consists of the Singularity-Free Superstar Core (SC), the short-range repulsive super force field (SFF) near the event horizon, the superstar lepton sphere (SLS) containing infalling leptons (electron-positron pairs), the superstar ergosphere (SE), and the superstar accretion disk (SAD). As in the Meissner effect in superconductor, the short-range SFF repulses leptons in the SLS preventing singularity, while infalling leptons from the SAD and the SE continue to enter the SLS through the strong gravity of the SC. When the density at the bottom of the SLS reaches the critical density, leptons fall into the SC with the corresponding size increase of the SC to prevent singularity. Without further infalling leptons, the short-range repulsive force from the SFF disintegrates the SLS into the SLS plasma fragments (electron-positron pair plasma), detaching from the SC. Some SLS plasma fragments in the SAD generate the broad relativistic SAD jet, and some SLS plasma fragments in the SE generate the coincident narrow relativistic SE jet. In this two-jet model (the origin of the spine-sheath jet structure), protected by the SAD jet, the fast and narrow SE jet inside the slow and broad SAD jet generates the VHE (very high energy ≥ 100 GeV) Synchrotron Self Compton (SSC) gamma-ray emission without the attenuation by the photons in the BLR (broad line region) of flat spectrum radio quasar (FSRQ). In conclusion, AGN based on supermassive superstar provide the solutions for singularity, VHE gamma-ray emissions in FSRQs and FR1 type radio galaxies, AGN jet structure, and AGN jet type.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the technical indexes of students’online learning behavior analysis based on Kirkman’s evaluation model,sort out the basic indexes of online learning behavior,and extract scientific and efficien...Objective:To analyze the technical indexes of students’online learning behavior analysis based on Kirkman’s evaluation model,sort out the basic indexes of online learning behavior,and extract scientific and efficient evaluation indexes of online learning effect through statistical analysis.Methods:The online learning behavior data of Physiology of nursing students from 2021-2023 and the first semester of 22 nursing classes(3 and 4)were collected and analyzed.The preset learning behavior indexes were analyzed by multi-dimensional analysis and a correlation analysis was conducted between the indexes and the final examination scores to screen for the dominant important indexes for online learning effect evaluation.Results:The study found that the demand for online learning of nursing students from 2021-2023 increased and the effect was statistically significant.Compared with the stage assessment results,the online learning effect was statistically significant.Conclusion:The main indicators for evaluating and classifying online learning behaviors were summarized.These two indicators can help teachers predict which part of students need learning intervention,optimize the teaching process,and help students improve their learning behavior and academic performance.展开更多
