In this paper, we reported 37 EST-SSR markers which were developed from 286 unigenes obtained from soybean cDNA library. Among the 286 markers designed for the 4 accessions of Glycine max and 6 of its wild progenitor (G. soja) within the subgenus Soja, 209 markers amplified DNA fragments, taking 73.1% and 37 markers appeared to be polymorphic, which was 12.9% of the total. The 37 loci detected a total of 142 alleles, while the PIC values varied from 0.194 to 0.794. Both the number of alleles per locus and PIC value were significantly related to the SSR motif. Six EST-SSR loci may be fixed for different alleles between G. max and G. soja since they were particularly polymorphic among the 6 G. soja accessions. A neighbor-joining tree placed the G. max accessions together as a group within the G. soja, though the average genetic distance among G. soja accessions was much higher. These new EST-SSRs markers will be useful for genetic diversity analysis, genetic mapping construction and gene discovery in Soja subgenus.展开更多

The new species has linear leavs in bundles of five to six attached on a short shoot, more than 100 mm long by 5-6 mm wide, containing 10-12 parallel veins at upper portion. The leaf is hypostomatic. Epidermal cells are longitudinally arranged with smooth periclinal wall on the upper cuticle. The narrow non-stomatal zones and wide stomatal zones alternate in the lower cuticle. Stomata in four to five irregular spaced rows are longitudinally oriented in each stomatal zone. Guard cells for each are surrounded by four to five subsidiary cells with undeveloped papillae. Anticlinal wails of ordinal3, epidermal cells are nearly straight and periclinal walls slightly papillate. The new species shallow stomatal pits kept open and surrounded by unevenly undeveloped bulges. These characters are consistent with those of growth in a humid, rather than an arid climate. The presence of subgenus Phoenicopsis and other taxa of Czekanowskiales in the coal-bearing Yan'an Formation supports the view that the climate in the Ordos Basin was humid and warm with seasonal changes during the Middle Jurassic.展开更多

Tsoong, and M. amoena Cheng, representing subgenus Magnolia and subgenus Yulani In Magnolia, by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The sequence of Initiation of floral organs Is from proximal to distal. The three distinct outermost and middle organs are Initiated in sequence, but ultimately form a single whorl, thus their ontogeny Is consistent with a sepal Interpretation. The last three tepals (petals) alternate with the preceding tepal whorl. The members of androeclum and gynoeclum arise spirally, although the androecium shows some Intermedlacy between a spiral and whorled arrangement. The carpel prlmordia initiate in group of four to five. The order of stamen Initiation within each tier Is not determined. The floral ontogeny Is remarkably homogeneous between the subgenus Magnolia and subgenus Yulani that does not support the resuming of genus Yulani.展开更多

文摘The subgenual anterior cingulate cortex(sgACC)plays a central role in the pathophysiology of major depressive disorder(MDD).Its functional interactive profile with the left dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)is associated with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)treatment outcomes.Previous research on sgACC functional connectivity(FC)in MDD has yielded inconsistent results, partly due to small sample sizes and limited statistical power.Furthermore, calculating sgACC-FC to target TMS individually is challenging. We used a large multi-site cross-sectional sample(1660 patients with MDD vs.1341 healthy controls)from Phase Ⅱ of the Depression Imaging REsearch ConsorTium(DIRECT)to systematically delineate case-control difference maps of sgACC-FC.We explored the potential impact of group-level abnormality profiles on TMS target localization and clinical efficacy.Next,we developed an MDD big data-guided,individualized TMS targeting algorithm to integrate group-level statistical maps with individual-level brain activity to individually localize TMS targets. We found enhanced sgACCDLPFC FC in patients with MDD compared with healthy controls(HC).These group differences altered the position of the sgACC anti-correlation peak in the left DLPFC.We showed that the magnitude of case-control differences in the sgACC-FC was related to clinical improvement in two independent clinical samples. This targeting algorithm may generate targets demonstrating stronger associations with clinical efficiency than group-level targets. We reliably delineated MDD-related abnormalities of sgACC-FC profiles in a large, independently ascertained sample and demonstrated the potential impact of such casecontrol differences on FC-guided localization of TMS targets.
