PKC在有氧运动调控高血压脑动脉平滑肌细胞STOCs中的作用 被引量:4

目的:旨在观察蛋白激酶C(PKC)在有氧运动调控自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑动脉自发性瞬时外向钾电流(STOCs)和大电导钙激活钾(BKCa)通道全细胞稳态电流的作用。方法:急性酶分离脑动脉平滑肌细胞,采用穿孔膜片钳技术记录PKC对各组STOCs和BKC... 目的:旨在观察蛋白激酶C(PKC)在有氧运动调控自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑动脉自发性瞬时外向钾电流(STOCs)和大电导钙激活钾(BKCa)通道全细胞稳态电流的作用。方法:急性酶分离脑动脉平滑肌细胞,采用穿孔膜片钳技术记录PKC对各组STOCs和BKCa通道全细胞稳态电流的影响。结果:1)与正常血压组相比,高血压组中PKC对STOCs幅值和频率的抑制作用显著增强;2)有氧运动可显著降低高血压组PKC对STOCs的抑制作用;3)与正常血压组相比,高血压组中PKC对BKCa通道全细胞稳态电流的增强作用显著升高;4)有氧运动可显著降低PKC对高血压组BKCa通道全细胞稳态电流的增强作用,同时显著提高PKC对正常血压组BKCa电流的作用。结论:1)高血压时大脑中动脉平滑肌细胞经PKC/LTCCs/Ca^(2+)/STOCs/LTCCs/Ca^(2+)/STOCs信号通路对STOCs的增强作用大于经PKC/STOCs途径对STOCs的抑制作用,故STOCs在高血压时总体表现为病理性上调;2)PKC对高血压STOCs的抑制作用增强,这将进一步加剧高血压病理发展,而长期规律的有氧运动可显著改善以上病理进程。 展开更多

目的:探讨自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和Wistar大鼠脑动脉(BA)平滑肌细胞膜电流的异同。方法:应用全细胞膜片钳技术研究SHR和Wistar大鼠BA平滑肌细胞在电流密度、电流组成以及自发性瞬时外向K+电流(STOCs)特性的异同。结果:①当指令电压为0、... 目的:探讨自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和Wistar大鼠脑动脉(BA)平滑肌细胞膜电流的异同。方法:应用全细胞膜片钳技术研究SHR和Wistar大鼠BA平滑肌细胞在电流密度、电流组成以及自发性瞬时外向K+电流(STOCs)特性的异同。结果:①当指令电压为0、+20、+40和+60mV时,SHR与Wistar大鼠BA平滑肌细胞间电流密度存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。②SHR与Wistar大鼠BA平滑肌细胞膜电流都对1 mmol/L电压依赖的K+通道(Kv)阻断剂4AP和1 mmol/L大电导Ca2+激活K+通道(BKCa)阻断剂TEA敏感。③SHR的STOCs发放频率和电流幅度都远大于Wistar大鼠。1 mmol/LTEA基本完全阻断STOCs通道电流,而4-AP对STOCs没有影响。结论:SHR和Wistar大鼠脑动脉平滑肌细胞的电流密度存在差异,两种平滑肌细胞外向电流都由BKCa和Kv通道组成。SHR大鼠平滑肌细胞更易诱发由BKCa通道介导的STOCs。 展开更多

Knowledge of the equilibrium bed-concentration is vital to mathematic a l modeling of the river-bed deformation associated with suspended load but prev i ous investigations only dealt with the reference concentration of uniform sedime nt because of difficulties in observation of the bed-concentration. This work i s a first attempt to develop a theoretical formula for the equilibrium bed-conce n tration of any fraction of nonuniform sediment defined at the bed-surface. The f ormula is based on a stochastic-mechanistic model for the exchange of nonunifor m sediment near the bed, and described as a function of incipient motion probabil ity, non-ceasing probability, pick-up probability, and the ratio of the averag e single-step continuous motion time to static time. Comparison of bed-concentra ti on calculated from the proposed formula with the measured data showed satisfacto ry agreement, indicating the present formula can be used for solving the differe ntial equation governing the motion of suspended load. 展开更多

Neighborhood Awareness and Stock Return Synchronicity:Evidence from Satellite Nighttime Light Data

This paper examines the impact on stock return synchronicity of information provided by people who neighbor firms.Neighboring people have inherent advantages in acquiring and interpreting information.We employed novel satellite nighttime light data as a proxy for information held by neighboring people.Our analyses confirmed that brighter nighttime light was related to greater and better-quality information production.Using a sample of 18,963 firm-year observations over the 2000-2013 period,we found that information from nearby people facilitated the incorporation of firm-specific information into stock prices,resulting in lower stock return synchronicity.The results were robust when using the slope as an instrumental variable and were supported by various sensitivity checks.The effect of nighttime light intensity was more pronounced for firms operating across multiple geographic regions or diverse industries,those situated near more parks and shopping malls,and those with fewer institutional investors and less media coverage. 展开更多
