The sticking behavior of pellets affects the continuity of production in hydrogen-based shaft furnace.The coupling influences of V_(2)O_(5) and reduction temperature on reduction sticking behavior and mechanism evolut...The sticking behavior of pellets affects the continuity of production in hydrogen-based shaft furnace.The coupling influences of V_(2)O_(5) and reduction temperature on reduction sticking behavior and mechanism evolution of pellets under hydrogen atmosphere are investigated.The increase in V_(2)O_(5) addition aggravated the reduction sticking behavior,which is attributed to the combined functions of the development of unique interwoven structure in the metallic iron interconnections at the reduction sticking interface and the deterioration of reduction swelling behavior of pellets.In addition,the strength of metallic iron interconnections enhanced and reduction sticking behavior aggravated with the increase in reduction temperature.Importantly,compared to other reduction temperatures,the reduction sticking behavior of pellets was most significantly aggravated with the increase in V_(2)O_(5) addition at 1000℃.And the values of sticking index increased from 10.22%to 15.36% as the V_(2)O_(5) addition increased from 0 to 1.00 wt.%at 1000℃.展开更多
Direct reduction based on hydrogen metallurgical gas-based shaft furnace is a promising technology for the efficient and low-carbon smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite.However,in this process,the sticking of pelle...Direct reduction based on hydrogen metallurgical gas-based shaft furnace is a promising technology for the efficient and low-carbon smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite.However,in this process,the sticking of pellets occurs due to the aggregation of metal-lic iron between the contact surfaces of adjacent pellets and has a serious negative effect on the continuous operation.This paper presents a detailed experimental study of the effect of TiO2 on the sticking behavior of pellets during direct reduction under different conditions.Results showed that the sticking index(SI)decreased linearly with the increasing TiO2 addition.This phenomenon can be attributed to the increase in unreduced FeTiO3 during reduction,leading to a decrease in the number and strength of metallic iron interconnections at the sticking interface.When the TiO2 addition amount was raised from 0 to 15wt%at 1100°C,the SI also increased from 0.71%to 59.91%.The connection of the slag phase could be attributed to the sticking at a low reduction temperature,corresponding to the low sticking strength.Moreover,the interconnection of metallic iron became the dominant factor,and the SI increased sharply with the increase in re-duction temperature.TiO2 had a greater effect on SI at a high reduction temperature than at a low reduction temperature.展开更多
The effects of rice transplanters' transplanting settings(plant spacing and finger sticking area) on rice yield were investigated in two early-season rice cultivars:hybrid rice cultivar(Zhuliangyou 819) and conv...The effects of rice transplanters' transplanting settings(plant spacing and finger sticking area) on rice yield were investigated in two early-season rice cultivars:hybrid rice cultivar(Zhuliangyou 819) and conventional rice cultivar(Zhongjiazao 17).The results showed that,different transplanting settings resulted in different numbers of transplanted basic seedlings,and the rice yield was significantly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The number of transplanted basic seedlings increased with the decrease of plant spacing and the increase of finger sticking area.The rate of lost hills of machine transplanting decreased with the increase of finger sticking area.The leaf area index and amount of dry matter accumulation were highly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The average yield of the rice transplanted with a plant spacing of11.5 cm was higher than that with a plant spacing of 13.8 cm.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 13.8 cm,the rice yield increased with the increase of finger sticking area,and the finger sticking area of 2.23 cm2 showed the highest rice yield of 8 174.16 kg/hm2 of Zhuliangyou 819 and 7 925.54kg/hm2 of Zhongjiaozao17.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the rice yield was the highest with the finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,and then decreased with the large finger sticking area.Under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the highest rice yields of Zhuliangyou 819 and Zhongjiaozao17 were 8 492.94 kg/hm2 and 8 000.23 kg/hm2,respectively.Therefore,the preferred machine transplanting settings for double-season early rice are a plant spacing of11.5 cm and a finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,while the finger sticking area should be increased to 2.23 cm2 for conventional rice cultivars.展开更多

Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyo...Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyopia patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the group of auricular point sticking therapy,which had 120 cases(212 eyes),and the group of comprehensive therapy,which had 110 cases(194 eyes).The seed of Semen Vaccariae was applied at the ear point such as the eye,ear Shenmen,the liver,the spleen and the kidney.Regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine included covering method,vision corrected with glasses and fine exercise.Vision improvements of the two groups were observed with a three-year follow up.Results The effective rates of the auricular point sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group of ametropic amblyopia were 81.0%(64/79) and 52.2%(36/69),respectively.The effective rates of anisometropic amblyopia of the two groups were 73.1%(49/67) and 47.7%(31/65),respectively.And the effective rates of the two groups of strabismic amblyopia were 71.2%(47/66) and 45.0%(27/60),respectively.The therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking therapy on all kinds of amblyopia were better than those of the comprehensive therapy(all P0.05).Conclusion The effect of auricular point sticking therapy on infantile amblyopia is better than that of regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine,which can obviously improve the vision of the patients with easy manipulations.展开更多

As a result, when the fluid enters the fitting clearance of the valve core, it can cause an increase in resistance and lead to sticking failure of the valve core. This paper analyzes solid-liquid flow characteristics in fitting clearances and valve-core sticking based on the Euler-Euler model, using a typical hydraulic valve as an example. The impact of particle concentration and diameter on flow characteristics and valve-core sticking force was analyzed. The highest volume fraction of particles was in the pressureequalizing groove(PEG), with peak values increasing as the particle diameter increased. The sticking force increased with increasing particle concentration. When the particle diameter was 12 μm, the sticking force was the largest, making this the sensitive particle diameter. Particle distribution and valve-core sticking force were compared for oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs. The fluid-deflection angles in oval and rectangular PEGs were larger, and their values were 32.83° and 39.15°, respectively. The fluid-deflection angle in the triangular PEG was relatively small, less than 50% that of the oval or rectangular PEGs. The particle-volume-fraction peaks in oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 0.0317, 0.0316, and 0.0312, respectively. The sticking forces of oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 4.796, 4.802, and 4.757 N, respectively when the particle diameter was 12 μm. This work provides a reference for design and research aimed at reducing valve-core sticking.展开更多

This process is significantly affected by wall sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT). In this work, an efficient approach for estimating WSOT of high water-cut oil, which can agree well with the actual environment of multiphase transportation pipeline, is proposed. Based on the energy dissipation theory, it is possible to make comparison of average shear rates between the stirred vessel and the flow loop. The impacts of water content and shear rate on WSOT are investigated using the stirred vessel and the flow loop. Good agreement has been observed between the stirred vessel and the flow loop results with the maximum and the average absolute deviations equating to 3.30 °C and 2.18 °C, respectively. The development of gathering scheme can enjoy some benefits from this method.展开更多

The test results indicate that sticking particles on the surfac...The sticking phenomenon during hot rolling of SUS 430 ferritic stainless steel was investigated by means of a two-disc type high-temperature wear tester. The test results indicate that sticking particles on the surfaces of high chromium steel (HiCr) and high-speed steel (HSS) rolls undergo nucleation, growth, and saturation stages. Grooves on the roll surface generated by grinding provide nucleation sites for sticking particles. The number of sticking particles on the HiCr roll surface is greater than that on the HSS roll surface. The average surface roughnesses (Ra) of HiCr and HSS rolls change from 0.502 and 0.493 μm at the initial stage to 0.837 and 0.530 μm at the saturation stage, respectively. The test further proves that the sticking behavior is strongly dependent on roll materials, and the HSS roll is more benefi- cial to prevent particles sticking compared with the HiCr roll under the same hot-rolling conditions.展开更多

MgO powders served as coating agent ...The vanadium titano-magnetite (VTM) iron ore fines of 110--150/xm in diameter were reduced in a trans- parent quartz fluidized bed by 70 %CO-30 % H2 (volume fraction) mixtures. MgO powders served as coating agent to solve sticking problem. Two coating methods were introduced in this experiment: high temperature injection method and briquetting→oxidizing roast→crushing method. According to the experimental results, the minimum effective coating amount of MgO was 0. 1 mass%. The metallization ratio (MR) of the product rose from around 58% to above 90% with the above treatments. To investigate the sticking mechanism of fine ore, the morphology evolution was in- vestigated. Instead of iron whiskers, an interlaced fibrous porous surface formed. The ulvospinel (2FeO : TiO2 ) in VTM is more difficult to be reduced than FeO according to thermodynamic calculation. XRD results showed that MgO diffused into Fe203 lattice before forming pleonaste (MgO · Fe2O3 ) during oxidizing roast at 1273 K. The melting point of the pleonaste is 1986 K and that made contribution to prevent the sticking problem.展开更多

Wall sticking is a ...Some crude oils with high water cut have the capability to flow below the oil gel point, while the oil particles adhere to the pipe wall in the form of paste, also called "wall sticking". Wall sticking is a serious problem during the pipeline transportation, leading to partial or total blockage of the pipeline and energy wastage. In this paper, a series of laboratory flow loop experiments were conducted to observe the wall sticking characteristics of crude oil with high water cut, high viscosity and high gel point at low transportation temperatures. The effects of shear stress and water cut on the wall sticking rate and occurrence temperature were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the wall sticking rate and occurrence temperature were lower under stronger shear stress and higher water cut conditions. A criterion of wall sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT) and a regression model of wall sticking rate were then established. Finally, the software was developed to calculate the pressure drop along the pipelines of crude oils with high water-cut. It was able to predict the wall sticking thickness of gelled oil and then calculate the pressure drop along the pipelines. A typical case study indicated that the prediction results obtained from the software were in agreement with actual measured values.展开更多
To study the wall-sticking phenomenon and prevent pipeline blockage accidents,two analytical methods are used to evaluate the influence of different crude oil components on the wall-sticking occurrence temperature(WSO...To study the wall-sticking phenomenon and prevent pipeline blockage accidents,two analytical methods are used to evaluate the influence of different crude oil components on the wall-sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT).The WSOT and the interactions among oil,water,and surface solids are measured and calculated by various devices under different values of the wax content,water pH,and salinity.The results show that there is greater correlation between the wax content and WSOT than between resins/asphaltenes and WSOT.Furthermore,the wax content,water pH,and salinity have different effects on WSOT.There is generally a positive correlation between wax content and WSOT,whereas the maximum WSOT occurs when the water pH is in the range 5.7–6.5,and decreases under more acidic or alkaline conditions.As the salinity increases,WSOT decreases slightly,but quickly becomes saturated.In terms of interactions,variations in the interfacial tension and adhesion work with pH and salinity are consistent with that of WSOT,while the contact angle exhibits the opposite relation.展开更多

The adhesion of fine iron ore particles during fluidized bed reduction was studied using pressurized visible fluidized bed laboratory equipment.The results showed that the optimal operating parameters for pure hydroge...The adhesion of fine iron ore particles during fluidized bed reduction was studied using pressurized visible fluidized bed laboratory equipment.The results showed that the optimal operating parameters for pure hydrogen reduction under high pressure were reduction temperature of 1073 K,particle size of 0.18-0.66 mm,pure H_(2) linear velocity of 0.8 m/s,reduction pressure of 200 kPa,and reduction time of 50 min.When plastic particles were mixed into the fluidized bed,the optimal parameters were reduction temperature of 973 K,particle size of 0.18-0.66 mm,pure H_(2) linear velocity of 0.8 m/s,reduction pressure of 100 kPa,mass content of plastic particles of 8%,and reduction time of 65 min.The chemical reaction resistance is much higher than the inner diffusion resistance at the initial stage of the reaction,whereas,in later stage,the inner diffusion resistance exceeds the chemical reaction resistance.The contact area of iron atoms or iron whiskers gradually decreases with the increase in reduction pressure from 0.20 to 0.45 MPa,and the sticking trend gradually decreases.Adding plastic particles in the fluidized reduction process of fine iron ore can effectively inhibit the adhesion among fine iron ore particles.展开更多

Methods Sixty-three middle-aged patients of insomnia were randomly divided into an auricular point sticking group(n=32) and a Diazepam group(n=31). In the auricular point sticking group, auricular point sticking was given at auricular points Gan(liver), Pi(spleen), Shenmen on one side; and in the Diazepam group, 2.5 mg Diazepam was orally administrated, once each day. The clinical therapeutic effects, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, the total effective rate of 90.6%(29/32) in the auricular point sticking group was better than 61.3%(19/31) in the Diazepam group (P0.01); the scores of all items in PSQI in the auricular point sticking group, and the sleep quality, sleep time and the total score in the Diazepam group were significantly decreased (all P0.01); the auricular point sticking group in improvement of sleep quality, falling asleep time, sleep efficacy, somnipathy, hypnotic use, daytime dysfunction and the total score in PSQI, and early awaking, total sleep time, daytime emotion, daytime state, daytime sleepy in AIS was superior to the Diazepam group (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy has a good therapeutic effect on insomnia which is better than oral Diazepam.展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking therapy combined with antibiotics for pediatric bacterial pneumonia of wind-heat accumulating in lung.Methods Ninety-four children with bacterial ...Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking therapy combined with antibiotics for pediatric bacterial pneumonia of wind-heat accumulating in lung.Methods Ninety-four children with bacterial pneumonia were divided into an observation group(47 cases,3 cases dropped out)and a control group(47 cases,with 4 cases terminated).The patients in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of latamoxef sodium injection,twice daily for 7 days.The patients in the observation grouwpere treated with auricular point sticking therapy in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Acupoints selected included Fei(CO_(14)),Qiguan(CO_(16)),Jiaogan(AH_(6a)),Shenshangxian(TG_(2p)),and Shenmen(TF4),with treatment applied once daily,alternating ears,for 7 days.The TCM syndrome scores,Canadian acute respiratory illness and flu scale(CARIFS)scores,and levels of white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,along with clinical efficacy.Results Compared with those before treatment,both groups showed a reduction in TCM syndrome scores,CARIFS scores,and levels of WBC,CRP,and PCT after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome scores in fever,cough,expectoration,lung auscultation,sneezing,runny nose,sleep,and bowel symptoms,as well as lower CARIFS scores in fever,cough,nasal congestion and runny nose,and irritability(P<0.05).The curative and remarkably effective rate was 70.5%(31/44)in the observation group,which was higher than 44.2%(19/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy combined with antibiotics is more effective in improving symptoms such as fever,cough,and runny nose in children with bacterial pneumonia of wind-heat accumulating in lung.展开更多

文摘Direct reduction based on hydrogen metallurgical gas-based shaft furnace is a promising technology for the efficient and low-carbon smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite.However,in this process,the sticking of pellets occurs due to the aggregation of metal-lic iron between the contact surfaces of adjacent pellets and has a serious negative effect on the continuous operation.This paper presents a detailed experimental study of the effect of TiO2 on the sticking behavior of pellets during direct reduction under different conditions.Results showed that the sticking index(SI)decreased linearly with the increasing TiO2 addition.This phenomenon can be attributed to the increase in unreduced FeTiO3 during reduction,leading to a decrease in the number and strength of metallic iron interconnections at the sticking interface.When the TiO2 addition amount was raised from 0 to 15wt%at 1100°C,the SI also increased from 0.71%to 59.91%.The connection of the slag phase could be attributed to the sticking at a low reduction temperature,corresponding to the low sticking strength.Moreover,the interconnection of metallic iron became the dominant factor,and the SI increased sharply with the increase in re-duction temperature.TiO2 had a greater effect on SI at a high reduction temperature than at a low reduction temperature.
文摘The effects of rice transplanters' transplanting settings(plant spacing and finger sticking area) on rice yield were investigated in two early-season rice cultivars:hybrid rice cultivar(Zhuliangyou 819) and conventional rice cultivar(Zhongjiazao 17).The results showed that,different transplanting settings resulted in different numbers of transplanted basic seedlings,and the rice yield was significantly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The number of transplanted basic seedlings increased with the decrease of plant spacing and the increase of finger sticking area.The rate of lost hills of machine transplanting decreased with the increase of finger sticking area.The leaf area index and amount of dry matter accumulation were highly correlated with the number of transplanted basic seedlings.The average yield of the rice transplanted with a plant spacing of11.5 cm was higher than that with a plant spacing of 13.8 cm.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 13.8 cm,the rice yield increased with the increase of finger sticking area,and the finger sticking area of 2.23 cm2 showed the highest rice yield of 8 174.16 kg/hm2 of Zhuliangyou 819 and 7 925.54kg/hm2 of Zhongjiaozao17.In the field transplanted with the rice under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the rice yield was the highest with the finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,and then decreased with the large finger sticking area.Under the plant spacing of 11.5 cm,the highest rice yields of Zhuliangyou 819 and Zhongjiaozao17 were 8 492.94 kg/hm2 and 8 000.23 kg/hm2,respectively.Therefore,the preferred machine transplanting settings for double-season early rice are a plant spacing of11.5 cm and a finger sticking area of 1.83 cm2,while the finger sticking area should be increased to 2.23 cm2 for conventional rice cultivars.

文摘Objective To compare the differences of effect on infantile amblyopia treated with auricular point sticking therapy and regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine.Methods Two hundreds and thirty cases of amblyopia patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the group of auricular point sticking therapy,which had 120 cases(212 eyes),and the group of comprehensive therapy,which had 110 cases(194 eyes).The seed of Semen Vaccariae was applied at the ear point such as the eye,ear Shenmen,the liver,the spleen and the kidney.Regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine included covering method,vision corrected with glasses and fine exercise.Vision improvements of the two groups were observed with a three-year follow up.Results The effective rates of the auricular point sticking therapy group and comprehensive therapy group of ametropic amblyopia were 81.0%(64/79) and 52.2%(36/69),respectively.The effective rates of anisometropic amblyopia of the two groups were 73.1%(49/67) and 47.7%(31/65),respectively.And the effective rates of the two groups of strabismic amblyopia were 71.2%(47/66) and 45.0%(27/60),respectively.The therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking therapy on all kinds of amblyopia were better than those of the comprehensive therapy(all P0.05).Conclusion The effect of auricular point sticking therapy on infantile amblyopia is better than that of regular comprehensive therapy of western medicine,which can obviously improve the vision of the patients with easy manipulations.

文摘External contamination particles or wear particles corroded by a valve body are mixed into the fluid. As a result, when the fluid enters the fitting clearance of the valve core, it can cause an increase in resistance and lead to sticking failure of the valve core. This paper analyzes solid-liquid flow characteristics in fitting clearances and valve-core sticking based on the Euler-Euler model, using a typical hydraulic valve as an example. The impact of particle concentration and diameter on flow characteristics and valve-core sticking force was analyzed. The highest volume fraction of particles was in the pressureequalizing groove(PEG), with peak values increasing as the particle diameter increased. The sticking force increased with increasing particle concentration. When the particle diameter was 12 μm, the sticking force was the largest, making this the sensitive particle diameter. Particle distribution and valve-core sticking force were compared for oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs. The fluid-deflection angles in oval and rectangular PEGs were larger, and their values were 32.83° and 39.15°, respectively. The fluid-deflection angle in the triangular PEG was relatively small, less than 50% that of the oval or rectangular PEGs. The particle-volume-fraction peaks in oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 0.0317, 0.0316, and 0.0312, respectively. The sticking forces of oval, rectangular, and triangular PEGs were 4.796, 4.802, and 4.757 N, respectively when the particle diameter was 12 μm. This work provides a reference for design and research aimed at reducing valve-core sticking.

文摘A series of reduction experiments of iron ore pellets with hydrogen,carbon monoxide and their mixture were carried out in a laboratory scale shaft furnace.The sticking behavior accompanying reduction of iron ore pellets was investigated.And morphology of the sticking interface forming during reduction was analyzed by SEM equipped with EDS.In order to evaluate the effects of the temperature and gas composition on sticking properties,reduction of iron ore pellets were conducted at 800-1000 ℃.The results show that the sticking strength of the pellets increases with temperature,however,decreases with hydrogen content in reducing gas.For an efficient shaft furnace operation in direct reduction(DR),relative prevention of sticking such as coating of pellets was also developed to solve sticking problem.The results show that CaO is a suitable material for the coating method.

文摘In crude oil transportation, adhesion of oil on pipe wall can cause partial or total blockage of the pipe. This process is significantly affected by wall sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT). In this work, an efficient approach for estimating WSOT of high water-cut oil, which can agree well with the actual environment of multiphase transportation pipeline, is proposed. Based on the energy dissipation theory, it is possible to make comparison of average shear rates between the stirred vessel and the flow loop. The impacts of water content and shear rate on WSOT are investigated using the stirred vessel and the flow loop. Good agreement has been observed between the stirred vessel and the flow loop results with the maximum and the average absolute deviations equating to 3.30 °C and 2.18 °C, respectively. The development of gathering scheme can enjoy some benefits from this method.
文摘The sticking phenomenon during hot rolling of SUS 430 ferritic stainless steel was investigated by means of a two-disc type high-temperature wear tester. The test results indicate that sticking particles on the surfaces of high chromium steel (HiCr) and high-speed steel (HSS) rolls undergo nucleation, growth, and saturation stages. Grooves on the roll surface generated by grinding provide nucleation sites for sticking particles. The number of sticking particles on the HiCr roll surface is greater than that on the HSS roll surface. The average surface roughnesses (Ra) of HiCr and HSS rolls change from 0.502 and 0.493 μm at the initial stage to 0.837 and 0.530 μm at the saturation stage, respectively. The test further proves that the sticking behavior is strongly dependent on roll materials, and the HSS roll is more benefi- cial to prevent particles sticking compared with the HiCr roll under the same hot-rolling conditions.

文摘The vanadium titano-magnetite (VTM) iron ore fines of 110--150/xm in diameter were reduced in a trans- parent quartz fluidized bed by 70 %CO-30 % H2 (volume fraction) mixtures. MgO powders served as coating agent to solve sticking problem. Two coating methods were introduced in this experiment: high temperature injection method and briquetting→oxidizing roast→crushing method. According to the experimental results, the minimum effective coating amount of MgO was 0. 1 mass%. The metallization ratio (MR) of the product rose from around 58% to above 90% with the above treatments. To investigate the sticking mechanism of fine ore, the morphology evolution was in- vestigated. Instead of iron whiskers, an interlaced fibrous porous surface formed. The ulvospinel (2FeO : TiO2 ) in VTM is more difficult to be reduced than FeO according to thermodynamic calculation. XRD results showed that MgO diffused into Fe203 lattice before forming pleonaste (MgO · Fe2O3 ) during oxidizing roast at 1273 K. The melting point of the pleonaste is 1986 K and that made contribution to prevent the sticking problem.

文摘Some crude oils with high water cut have the capability to flow below the oil gel point, while the oil particles adhere to the pipe wall in the form of paste, also called "wall sticking". Wall sticking is a serious problem during the pipeline transportation, leading to partial or total blockage of the pipeline and energy wastage. In this paper, a series of laboratory flow loop experiments were conducted to observe the wall sticking characteristics of crude oil with high water cut, high viscosity and high gel point at low transportation temperatures. The effects of shear stress and water cut on the wall sticking rate and occurrence temperature were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the wall sticking rate and occurrence temperature were lower under stronger shear stress and higher water cut conditions. A criterion of wall sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT) and a regression model of wall sticking rate were then established. Finally, the software was developed to calculate the pressure drop along the pipelines of crude oils with high water-cut. It was able to predict the wall sticking thickness of gelled oil and then calculate the pressure drop along the pipelines. A typical case study indicated that the prediction results obtained from the software were in agreement with actual measured values.

文摘To study the wall-sticking phenomenon and prevent pipeline blockage accidents,two analytical methods are used to evaluate the influence of different crude oil components on the wall-sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT).The WSOT and the interactions among oil,water,and surface solids are measured and calculated by various devices under different values of the wax content,water pH,and salinity.The results show that there is greater correlation between the wax content and WSOT than between resins/asphaltenes and WSOT.Furthermore,the wax content,water pH,and salinity have different effects on WSOT.There is generally a positive correlation between wax content and WSOT,whereas the maximum WSOT occurs when the water pH is in the range 5.7–6.5,and decreases under more acidic or alkaline conditions.As the salinity increases,WSOT decreases slightly,but quickly becomes saturated.In terms of interactions,variations in the interfacial tension and adhesion work with pH and salinity are consistent with that of WSOT,while the contact angle exhibits the opposite relation.

文摘Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of auricular point sticking in lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-two patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected for case evaluation and analysis.The time span of the research was from June 2020 to June 2021.The patients were divided into two groups:a study group(n=31)and a control group(n=31)based on their medical record numbers.All the patients were treated with conventional western medicine before and after chemotherapy to prevent adverse reactions;however,the patients in the study group were also treated with auricular point sticking in addition to the fonner.The relevant indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05);the rate of symptomatic relief of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the stress response indexes toward chemotherapy of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05)・Conclusion:Auricular point sticking for patients with lung cancer who are receiving chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate clinical symptoms,such as chest distress,asthma,and poor appetite,significantly alleviate stress response caused by chemotherapy,as well as promote the treatment effect;thus,it is worthy of promotion.

文摘The adhesion of fine iron ore particles during fluidized bed reduction was studied using pressurized visible fluidized bed laboratory equipment.The results showed that the optimal operating parameters for pure hydrogen reduction under high pressure were reduction temperature of 1073 K,particle size of 0.18-0.66 mm,pure H_(2) linear velocity of 0.8 m/s,reduction pressure of 200 kPa,and reduction time of 50 min.When plastic particles were mixed into the fluidized bed,the optimal parameters were reduction temperature of 973 K,particle size of 0.18-0.66 mm,pure H_(2) linear velocity of 0.8 m/s,reduction pressure of 100 kPa,mass content of plastic particles of 8%,and reduction time of 65 min.The chemical reaction resistance is much higher than the inner diffusion resistance at the initial stage of the reaction,whereas,in later stage,the inner diffusion resistance exceeds the chemical reaction resistance.The contact area of iron atoms or iron whiskers gradually decreases with the increase in reduction pressure from 0.20 to 0.45 MPa,and the sticking trend gradually decreases.Adding plastic particles in the fluidized reduction process of fine iron ore can effectively inhibit the adhesion among fine iron ore particles.
文摘Objective To compare therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking therapy and western medication on insomnia in the middle-aged patients. Methods Sixty-three middle-aged patients of insomnia were randomly divided into an auricular point sticking group(n=32) and a Diazepam group(n=31). In the auricular point sticking group, auricular point sticking was given at auricular points Gan(liver), Pi(spleen), Shenmen on one side; and in the Diazepam group, 2.5 mg Diazepam was orally administrated, once each day. The clinical therapeutic effects, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment for 4 weeks, the total effective rate of 90.6%(29/32) in the auricular point sticking group was better than 61.3%(19/31) in the Diazepam group (P0.01); the scores of all items in PSQI in the auricular point sticking group, and the sleep quality, sleep time and the total score in the Diazepam group were significantly decreased (all P0.01); the auricular point sticking group in improvement of sleep quality, falling asleep time, sleep efficacy, somnipathy, hypnotic use, daytime dysfunction and the total score in PSQI, and early awaking, total sleep time, daytime emotion, daytime state, daytime sleepy in AIS was superior to the Diazepam group (P0.05, P0.01). Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy has a good therapeutic effect on insomnia which is better than oral Diazepam.

文摘Sticking is the most serious cause of failure in complex drilling operations.In the present work a novel“early warning”method based on an artificial intelligence algorithm is proposed to overcome some of the known pro-blems associated with existing sticking-identification technologies.The method is tested against a practical case study(Southern Sichuan shale gas drilling operations).It is shown that the twelve sets of sticking fault diagnostic results obtained from a simulation are all consistent with the actual downhole state;furthermore,the results from four groups of verification samples are also consistent with the actual downhole state.This shows that the pro-posed training-based model can effectively be applied to practical situations.

文摘Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking therapy combined with antibiotics for pediatric bacterial pneumonia of wind-heat accumulating in lung.Methods Ninety-four children with bacterial pneumonia were divided into an observation group(47 cases,3 cases dropped out)and a control group(47 cases,with 4 cases terminated).The patients in the control group were treated with intravenous drip of latamoxef sodium injection,twice daily for 7 days.The patients in the observation grouwpere treated with auricular point sticking therapy in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Acupoints selected included Fei(CO_(14)),Qiguan(CO_(16)),Jiaogan(AH_(6a)),Shenshangxian(TG_(2p)),and Shenmen(TF4),with treatment applied once daily,alternating ears,for 7 days.The TCM syndrome scores,Canadian acute respiratory illness and flu scale(CARIFS)scores,and levels of white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,along with clinical efficacy.Results Compared with those before treatment,both groups showed a reduction in TCM syndrome scores,CARIFS scores,and levels of WBC,CRP,and PCT after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome scores in fever,cough,expectoration,lung auscultation,sneezing,runny nose,sleep,and bowel symptoms,as well as lower CARIFS scores in fever,cough,nasal congestion and runny nose,and irritability(P<0.05).The curative and remarkably effective rate was 70.5%(31/44)in the observation group,which was higher than 44.2%(19/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking therapy combined with antibiotics is more effective in improving symptoms such as fever,cough,and runny nose in children with bacterial pneumonia of wind-heat accumulating in lung.
