Spectral profile of diorite exhibits very distinguished absorption features around 2.20 μm and 2.35 μm wavelength regions. These absorption features lead to lowering the band ratio values within the band-7 wavelength region. Diorite intrusions appear to have grey and dark grey image signatures on 7/3 and 7/2 band ratio images respectively. On the false color composite ratio image (7/3:R;7/2:G and 5/2:B), diorite, marble, gossan and volcanics have very dark brown, dark blue, white and yellowish brown image signatures respectively. Image fusion between previously mentioned FCC ratio image and high spatial resolution (5 meters) SPOT-5 panchromatic image is carried out by using brovey and HSV transformation methods. Visual and statistical assessment methods prove that HSV fused image yields best image interpretability results rather than brovey image. It improves the spatial resolution of the original FCC ratios image with acceptable spectral preservation.展开更多
Air temperature is an important indicator to analyze climate change in mountainous areas.ERA5 reanalysis air temperature data are important products that were widely used to analyze temperature change in mountainous a...Air temperature is an important indicator to analyze climate change in mountainous areas.ERA5 reanalysis air temperature data are important products that were widely used to analyze temperature change in mountainous areas.However,the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis air temperature over the Qilian Mountains(QLM)is unclear.In this study,we evaluated the reliability of ERA5 monthly averaged reanalysis 2 m air temperature data using the observations at 17 meteorological stations in the QLM from 1979 to 2017.The results showed that:ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data have a good applicability in the QLM in general(R2=0.99).ERA5 reanalysis temperature data overestimated the observed temperature in the QLM in general.Root mean square error(RMSE)increases with the increasing of elevation range,showing that the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis temperature data is worse in higher elevation than that in lower altitude.ERA5 reanalysis temperature can capture observational warming rates well.All the smallest warming rates of observational temperature and ERA5 reanalysis temperature are found in winter,with the warming rates of 0.393°C/10a and 0.360°C/10a,respectively.This study will provide a reference for the application of ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data at different elevation ranges in the Qilian Mountains.展开更多

As investigated by 3GPP,support of UPF(user plane function)onboard satellite can reduce the latency of communications via satellite,and then it becomes a key enhancement in 5G network integrating with satellite commun...As investigated by 3GPP,support of UPF(user plane function)onboard satellite can reduce the latency of communications via satellite,and then it becomes a key enhancement in 5G network integrating with satellite communication.However,current 5G system cannot support UPF onboard LEO(low earth orbit)satellites,as it would face challenges like UPF mobility handling,synchronization between mobile network and satellite network,and condition of activating local data switching.To solve such challenges,this paper proposes a solution to support UPF onboard LEO satellite,which consists of enhanced network architecture,I-UPF(intermediate UPF)based local data switching scheme and communication latency based data path selection.We subsequently develop analytic models for performance evaluation and conduct simulations using the constellation configuration of iridium II.The simulation results show that the data switching via I-UPF onboard LEO satellite can reduce E2E(end to end)packet delivery latency and E2E packet loss ratio significantly compared with that of routing the data back to 5GC on the ground.The proposed scheme yet has increased signaling cost for handling UPF mobility.els,compared with existing similar companding algorithms.展开更多
Based on the generalized reduced R-matrix theory,the R-matrix analysis code(RAC program)was used to analyze the experimental data of all the nuclear reaction channels related to the 5 He system.The current calculation...Based on the generalized reduced R-matrix theory,the R-matrix analysis code(RAC program)was used to analyze the experimental data of all the nuclear reaction channels related to the 5 He system.The current calculations provide accurate and reliable evaluation data and are in good agreement with the experimental data.In this study,self-consistent evaluation data for each reaction were obtained using multi-channel and multi-energy fitting.In particular,the error propagation theory of generalized least squares was used to determine the error of the evaluation data and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section.This R-matrix analysis for the 5 He system has three features.First,for the first time,the error in the evaluation data of the T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section and the covariance matrix of the integral cross section are provided.Second,we used only one set of R-matrix parameters to depict the reaction cross section of each reaction channel of the 5 He system for the entire energy region in our work.Third,in this evaluation,we considered some of the latest measured experimental data,especially after 2000.The T(d,n)^(4)He reaction cross section at 0.1 MeV and below was carefully studied.The effect of different energy levels in T(d,n)^(4)He was analyzed,with the energy levels 3/2^(+)making a major contribution to the cross section,and the role of the S-wave and P-wave from 3/2~-determines the lean forward trend of the angular distributions at 0.01–0.1 MeV.展开更多
