The promotion of rural revitalization within the ecological conservation areas(“ECAs”) requires a careful balance between ecological protection and economic development and should be guided by the principle of ecolo...The promotion of rural revitalization within the ecological conservation areas(“ECAs”) requires a careful balance between ecological protection and economic development and should be guided by the principle of ecological priority. The cultivation of rural “Local Specialty Products”(“LSPs”) under a green-development framework aligns with the functional positioning of these areas, drives the revitalization of rural industries, and constitutes a fundamental strategy for addressing the unique challenges they face. Although ECAs possess inherent advantages in terms of developing LSPs, they are also confronted by multiple constraints. Accordingly, we propose development objectives that emphasize(a) driving rural industrial prosperity,(b) enhancing the appeal of agricultural heritage, and(c) ensuring inclusive prosperity in the farming communities. In selecting pathways for growth, priority should be given to improving the quality of products, fostering distinctiveness of the technologies, nurturing cultural identities, and upholding the principle of common prosperity. From a policy standpoint, the development of rural LSPs should be recognized as a key lever for advancing the comprehensiveness of rural revitalization in the ECAs. We recommend a set of supportive measures—namely, reinforcing the guidance for spatial planning, integrating the consolidation of factor inputs, and ensuring the robustness of organizational guarantees—to facilitate the high-quality development of LSPs in these areas.展开更多

Schizophrenia is a severely impacting serious mental illness that presents numerous difficulties to those who suffer from it, their families, and society. While much effort has been invested in understanding successfu...Schizophrenia is a severely impacting serious mental illness that presents numerous difficulties to those who suffer from it, their families, and society. While much effort has been invested in understanding successful treatments, it is still a major issue in public health. This review assesses the advances and issues in the management of schizophrenia in the 21st century, paying special attention to drugs, psychosocial techniques, and connected specialty care. Medications for antipsychotics and psychosocial procedures have shown potential to relieve symptoms and improve functioning, while Recovery-Oriented Care and Psychological Trauma Recovery focus on early diagnosis, combined treatment, and sustained attention. However, many questions remain that need to be answered, including access to care, unmet needs, and discrepancies. Today’s neuroscience research, along with genetic studies and novel therapy options, such as long-acting injectable antipsychotics or telepsychiatry, offers the possibility of further progress being made. Future research exploring fields such as neuroscience, genetics, and implementation science could lead to increasingly effective strategies for people with schizophrenia.展开更多

The combined inoculation of yeast and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)is a promising approach to enhance microbial metabo-lism and the quality of fermented food products.In this study,we investigated the effects of simultane...The combined inoculation of yeast and lactic acid bacteria(LAB)is a promising approach to enhance microbial metabo-lism and the quality of fermented food products.In this study,we investigated the effects of simultaneous and sequential inoculation of LAB and yeast on coffee fermentation.Fermentations were conducted using single and combined protocols with P.fermentans YC5.2 and P.pentosaceus LPBF07.A temporal analysis utilizing Illumina high-throughput rRNA Gene Sequencing revealed a synergistic interaction between the two microbial groups.This positive synergy led to increased consumption of coffee pulp sugar and the production of metabolites,surpassing the results observed in single cultures and the spontaneous process.Furthermore,the combined inoculation processes demonstrated a more significant role in sup-pressing wild microbiota compared to single cultures.Notably,the sequential process emerged as particularly effective in promoting a more intricate aroma profile and elevated sensorial score,attributed to the formation of distinctive compounds such as benzeneacetaldehyde,1-hexanol,2-heptanol,benzyl alcohol and phenylethyl alcohol.These results suggest that implementing a sequential inoculation process could enable coffee farmers to standardize on-farm processing and produce high-value-added products.展开更多

With the increasing prevalence of mental disorders,regional mental health service systems face challenges including uneven resource distribution,inefficient referral pathways,and fragmented information.To address thes...With the increasing prevalence of mental disorders,regional mental health service systems face challenges including uneven resource distribution,inefficient referral pathways,and fragmented information.To address these issues,a platform-based bidirectional referral model centered on a municipal psychiatric specialty hospital was developed and implemented,linking community hospitals and county-level psychiatric departments.A unified regional mental health information platform was used to integrate patient data.Community hospitals conducted preliminary screening,county-level psychiatric departments performed referral assessment,and the municipal psychiatric specialty hospital made centralized evaluation and admission decisions.The implementation results demonstrated standardized screening processes,clearer referral pathways,reduced unnecessary hospitalizations,improved accuracy of patient admission,and enhanced mental health service capacity at the primary care level.This model contributes to optimizing mental health resource allocation and improving the efficiency of tiered mental health services.展开更多

Objectives Professional identity plays an important role in the long-term development of nurses,and it will change when public health emergency occurs.The objective of this study is to investigate the factors associat...Objectives Professional identity plays an important role in the long-term development of nurses,and it will change when public health emergency occurs.The objective of this study is to investigate the factors associated with the professional identity of nursing undergraduates in the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods A cross-sectional survey design with convenience sampling was used.A total of 3,875 nursing undergraduates were recruited from seven universities across China from March to April 2020.A general information questionnaire was used to collect students’information,and the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students was used to survey their professional identity during the early and later stages of the first wave of the COVID-19 epidemic.Results The score of professional identity in the later stage(59.49±12.41)was higher than that in the early stage(56.96±12.61).The stepwise regression indicated that several factors were associated with professional identity,including gender,residential area,major,impact of the epidemic on intention to work after graduation,reasons for choosing nursing major and students’scores of professional identity in early stage.Conclusions Nursing educators can utilize the positive impact of responding to public health emergencies to increase the professional identity of students.Meanwhile,educators should give those students with lower professional identity more targeted education to cultivate their professional identity after the occurrence of public health emergencies.展开更多

文摘In order to effectively implement China s national strategy of developing the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents,it is essential to continue to strengthen the system of cultivating talents in Chinese medicine.This will enable the country to more effectively serve the development needs of the regional economy and society.It is of particular importance to further develop Chinese medicine-related specialties in this process,such as acupuncture and massage.By conducting meticulous research and practical investigation into the specialty construction of acupuncture and massage,we are able to significantly enhance the quality of training for those pursuing a career in Chinese medicine.This,in turn,strengthens the overall capacity of the field to contribute to the economic and social development of the region.This is not only crucial for the advancement of TCM education,but also offers a valuable point of reference for further research and practice in the domain of medical education.

文摘The software technology field is facing new talent demands brought by the Information Technology Application Innovation(ITAI)industry.This paper takes Shanwei Institute of Technology as an example to deeply explore the construction of a school-enterprise community education model driven by the ITAI industry.It establishes the Kirin Workshop training base to facilitate talent cultivation,integrates the ITAI Application Adaptation Center to enhance technical capabilities,cooperates with Liqi Technology to establish an industrial college for government talent training,adjusts the professional curriculum system,and arranges for students to participate in ITAI vocational skills competitions.The school-enterprise collaborative cultivation mechanism meets the talent needs of the ITAI field,with effective practical results.This paper also points out the shortcomings of the school-enterprise collaborative education model in the ITAI industry and provides optimization methods to explore new paths for industry-education integration and serve the development of regional and national ITAI industries^([1]).

文摘Objectives Professional identity plays an important role in the long-term development of nurses,and it will change when public health emergency occurs.The objective of this study is to investigate the factors associated with the professional identity of nursing undergraduates in the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods A cross-sectional survey design with convenience sampling was used.A total of 3,875 nursing undergraduates were recruited from seven universities across China from March to April 2020.A general information questionnaire was used to collect students’information,and the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students was used to survey their professional identity during the early and later stages of the first wave of the COVID-19 epidemic.Results The score of professional identity in the later stage(59.49±12.41)was higher than that in the early stage(56.96±12.61).The stepwise regression indicated that several factors were associated with professional identity,including gender,residential area,major,impact of the epidemic on intention to work after graduation,reasons for choosing nursing major and students’scores of professional identity in early stage.Conclusions Nursing educators can utilize the positive impact of responding to public health emergencies to increase the professional identity of students.Meanwhile,educators should give those students with lower professional identity more targeted education to cultivate their professional identity after the occurrence of public health emergencies.

It presents a valuable opportunity for the growth and quality advancement of pharmaceutical science journals. As the only comprehensive English journal of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, In the new situation, Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences （JCPS） plays a critical role in the communication of new discoveries in pharmaceutical researches to the scientific community. To fulfill the roles as an internationally recognized platform for the communication of the new drug discoveries supported by the National New Drug Innovation Programs, the JCPS editorial office will take advantage of its English language specialty, emphasize quality and digital access, and promote the advancement of the journal.
