文摘以钛酸四丁酯为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)作模板剂,通过水热法制备出介孔TiO2。将TiO2与H2WO4混合,用1 mol/L H2SO4浸渍制得SO42-/TiO2-WO3固体超强酸。以催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯为探针反应,采用IR、XRD对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在优化条件下,即反应温度为170~180℃,w(催化剂)=5.3%,反应时间为45 m in,环己烯收率可达95.6%。催化剂重复使用5次后收率仍可达88.9%。使用5次后的催化剂经再生后,环己烯收率可达95.3%。水热法制备的催化剂比普通方法制备的催化剂烯收率提高5.65%。
