Transfer alignment is an effective alignment method for the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) of airborne weapon systems. The traditional transfer alignment methods for large misalignment angles alignment use nonlinear transfer align- ment models and incorporate nonlinear filtering. A rapid transfer alignment method with linear models and linear filtering for ar- bitrary misalignment angles is presented. Through the attitude quaternion decomposition, the purpose of transfer alignment is converted to estimate a constant quaternion. Employing special manipulations on measurement equation, velocity and attitude linear measurement equations are derived. Then the linear trans- fer alignment model for arbitrary misalignment angles is built. An adaptive Kalman filter is developed to handle modeling errors of the measurement noise statistics. Simulation results show feasibili- ty and effectiveness of the proposed method, which provides an alternative rapid transfer alignment method for airborne weapons. 展开更多

In the missile-borne Strapdown Inertial Navigation System/Global Navigation Satellite System(SINS/GNSS)integrated navigation system,due to the factors such as the high dynamics,the signal blocking by obstacles,the signal intefereces,etc.,there always exist pulse interferences or measurement information interruptions in the satellite receiver,which make nonstationary measurement process.The traditional Kalman Filter(KF)can tackle the state estimation problem under Gaussian white noise,but its performance will be significantly reduced under nonGaussian noises.In order to deal with the non-Gaussian conditions in the actual missile-borne SINS/GNSS integrated navigation systems,a Maximum Versoria Criterion Extended Kalman Filter(MVC-EKF)algorithm is proposed based on the MVC and the idea of M-estimation,which assigns a smaller weight to the anomalous measurements so as to suppress the influence of anomalous measurements on the state estimation while maintaining a relatively low calculation cost.Finally,the integrated navigation simulation experiments prove the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

车辆非完整性约束(non-holonomic constraint,NHC)是车载全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)/捷联惯性导航系统(strapdown inertial navigation system,SINS)组合定位常用的增强技术,应用机器学习的手段可以建... 车辆非完整性约束(non-holonomic constraint,NHC)是车载全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)/捷联惯性导航系统(strapdown inertial navigation system,SINS)组合定位常用的增强技术,应用机器学习的手段可以建立惯性测量单元输出与NHC伪观测量的复杂映射关系,从观测域直接调整NHC伪观测量大小,在一定程度上提高了传统NHC方法的约束精度。现有的机器学习方法没有考虑车辆运动状态影响,导致NHC预测精度和可靠性不高。最新研究表明机器学习可以预测车辆的前向速度,即虚拟里程计。然而,当前研究主要是将预测虚拟NHC和虚拟里程计分开讨论,没有充分挖掘二者之间的耦合关系以及三维速度对车辆进行全约束。研究了一种基于车辆速度分类的长短期记忆(long short-term memory,LSTM)神经网络用于车辆三维速度的预测,采用三维速度约束新息自适应调整其方差域,通过车载GNSS/SINS松组合验证了所提方法的有效性。实验结果表明,所提方法预测的前向速度的平均精度为0.4 m/s,侧向和垂向速度的平均精度分别为2.4、2.1 cm/s,在模拟GNSS信号完全缺失460 s时,三维速度约束的水平定位精度上相对于惯导推算结果改善了99.40%。 展开更多

A new adaptive federal Kalman filter for a strapdown integrated navigation system/global positioning system (SINS/GPS) is given. The developed federal Kalman filter is based on the trace operation of parameters estimation's error covariance matrix and the spectral radius of update measurement noise variance-covariance matrix for the proper choice of the filter weight and hence the filter gain factors. Theoretical analysis and results from simulation in which the SINS/GPS was compared to conventional Kalman filter are presented. Results show that the algorithm of this adaptive federal Kalman filter is simpler than that of the conventional one. Furthermore, it outperforms the conventional Kalman filter when the system is undertaken measurement malfunctions because of its possession of adaptive ability. This filter can be used in the vehicle integrated navigation system. 展开更多

With the help of the big acceleration of a high-speed missile, the transfer alignment was changed into a three-time alignment. The azimuth alignment was coarsely finished in 10s in the first time alignment, the horizontal alignment was accurately and rapidly finished in the second time alignment, and the azimuth alignment was accurately finished in the third time alignment. Because the second time alignment and the third time alignment were finished by GPS after the missile was launched, the horizontal alignment and the second azimuth alignment got rid of the influence of the warship body flexibility deforming. The precision and rapidity of the horizontal alignment were prominently increased due to the vertical launch of the marine missile with the big acceleration. Simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed alignment method. 展开更多

针对地铁列车运行环境特殊、定位信息获取困难的问题,文章提出一种联合导航方法。该方法基于捷联惯性导航系统(strapdown inertial navigation system,SINS)-里程计组合与改进地图匹配算法的联合使用,在导航时,首先收集SINS和里程计输... 针对地铁列车运行环境特殊、定位信息获取困难的问题,文章提出一种联合导航方法。该方法基于捷联惯性导航系统(strapdown inertial navigation system,SINS)-里程计组合与改进地图匹配算法的联合使用,在导航时,首先收集SINS和里程计输出的速度、角速度和姿态数据,利用卡尔曼滤波算法进行组合定位计算,再通过地图匹配算法对输出数据进行修正,得到最终的定位数据。仿真实验结果表明,在地铁列车环境中进行SINS-里程计组合导航,可以很大程度地减小定位误差,所得定位数据经过地图匹配算法修正后,定位精度在多种轨迹实验中能达到m级,相较于SINS导航最大可提升80%以上。该文联合导航方法适合用于地铁列车的准确定位。 展开更多

This trend is aggravated further when using low-cost and low-accuracy SINS. In order to restrain this trend, a method that uses AHRS to substitute for SINS course angle information is put forward aimed at the hardware component characteristic of the low-cost and low-accuracy SINS including AHRS (attitude and heading reference system) and IMU (inertial measurement unit), Real static and dynamic experiments show that the method can restrain the divergent trend of the navigation system angle effectively, and the positioning accuracy is high. 展开更多

This paper presents a new measurement system based on integration method that can provide all-weather dependability and higher precision for the measurement of FAST's feed support system.The measurement system consists of three types of measuring equipments,and a processing software with the core data fusion algorithm.The Strapdown Inertial Navigation System(SINS)can autonomously measure the position,speed and attitude of the carrier.Its own shortcoming is that the measurement data diverge rapidly over time.SINS must combine the Global Positioning System(GPS)and the Total Station(TS)to obtain high-precision measurement data.The Kalman filtering algorithm is adopted for the integration measurement system,which is an optimal algorithm to estimate the measurement errors.A series of tests are carried out to evaluate the performance.For the feed cabin,the maximum RMS of the position is 14.56 mm,the maximum RMS of the attitude is 0.095,these values are less than 15 mm and 0.1°as the precision for measuring the feed cabin.For the Stewart manipulator,the maximum RMS of the position is 2.99 mm,the maximum RMS of the attitude is 0.093°,these values are less than 3 mm and 0.1°as the precision for measuring the Stewart manipulator.As a result,the new measurement meets the requirement of measurement precision for FAST's feed support system. 展开更多

无人机导航除了GNSS/SINS模块,通常还搭载了低成本微电子机械系统(MEMS)气压计,现有的气压计测高与GNSS基准不一致,且易受气流、风力等因素影响,随机误差较大,难以可靠地应用在无人机导航中。基于此,本文提出了一种基于气压计测高误差... 无人机导航除了GNSS/SINS模块,通常还搭载了低成本微电子机械系统(MEMS)气压计,现有的气压计测高与GNSS基准不一致,且易受气流、风力等因素影响,随机误差较大,难以可靠地应用在无人机导航中。基于此,本文提出了一种基于气压计测高误差精细建模的无人机GNSS/SINS组合导航增强方法。具体地,在经典GNSS/SINS的15维状态基础上,引入气压计偏置状态进行随机游走参数化建模,鉴于气压计误差波动大,针对旋翼无人机气压计测高随机误差进行显著相关性分析,提出了一种基于运动状态的气压计测高误差预测的神经网络模型,建立惯性测量单元(IMU)输出与气压计随机误差之间的映射关系,作为气压计增强定位的随机模型优化的基础。通过山区无人机飞行试验,结果表明,相较于传统方法,气压计测高误差精细化建模并与GNSS/SINS进行扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)融合在开阔大机动场景下,天向定位精度提升了15.20%;在峡谷遮挡环境中,天向定位精度提升了37.74%;针对10s GNSS信号拒止的情况,天向定位精度则提升44.20%,证明在山区等复杂场景下本文方法具有较好的稳健性及更高的定位精度。 展开更多

无人驾驶矿用卡车在露天煤矿内工作时,依靠单一的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)实现车辆惯性导航,长期推算导航过程中会发生信息累积,导致导航轨迹绝对位置误差较大。因此提出全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)与SINS融合的露天煤矿无人驾驶矿用卡车视... 无人驾驶矿用卡车在露天煤矿内工作时,依靠单一的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)实现车辆惯性导航,长期推算导航过程中会发生信息累积,导致导航轨迹绝对位置误差较大。因此提出全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)与SINS融合的露天煤矿无人驾驶矿用卡车视觉惯性导航方法。获取露天煤矿场景动态视觉图像,依托于同时定位与地图构建(SLAM)算法建立车辆行驶动态环境地图,并运用基于3D距离误差的判断方法,筛选出动态特征点,标注出地图内动态区域,以此来定位无人驾驶矿用卡车实时位置。将GNSS和SINS融合起来,构建一种组合型视觉惯性导航模型,并引入卡尔曼滤波方程优化模型参数。最后,在循环神经网络的辅助下修正导航结果,生成高精度无人驾驶矿用卡车导航结果。实验结果表明,该方法形成的导航轨迹绝对位置误差不超过3 m,证明了其优越的导航性能。 展开更多

A BDS/SINS integrated positioning approach for trains in complicated operation scenes

The traditional train positioning methods suffer from inadequate accuracy and high maintenance costs,rendering them unsuitable for the development requirements of lightweight and intelligent train positioning technology.To address these restraints,the BeiDou navigation satellite system/strapdown inertial navigation system(BDS/SINS)integrated train positioning system based on an adaptive unscented Kalman filter(AUKF)is proposed.Firstly,the combined denoising algorithm(CDA)and Lagrange interpolation algorithm are introduced to preprocess the original data,effectively eliminating the influence of noise signals and abnormal measurements on the train positioning system.Secondly,the innovation theory is incorporated into the unscented Kalman filter(UKF)to derive the AUKF,which accomplishes an adaptive update of the measurement noise covariance.Finally,the positioning performance of the proposed AUKF is contrasted with that of conventional algorithms in various operation scenes.Simulation results demonstrate that the average value of error calculated by AUKF is less than 1.5 m,and the success rate of positioning touches 95.0%.Compared to Kalman filter(KF)and UKF,AUKF exhibits superior accuracy and stability in train positioning.Consequently,the proposed AUKF is well-suited for providing precise positioning services in variable operating environments for trains. 展开更多

针对飞行器在长航时高速巡航过程中,捷联惯性导航系统存在误差漂移,GPS导航可能会丢星、信号失锁,天文导航系统易受环境干扰,组合系统模型线性化误差易导致滤波发散等问题,分析了三种导航系统的优缺点,提出了SINS/GPS/CNS组合导航联邦... 针对飞行器在长航时高速巡航过程中,捷联惯性导航系统存在误差漂移,GPS导航可能会丢星、信号失锁,天文导航系统易受环境干扰,组合系统模型线性化误差易导致滤波发散等问题,分析了三种导航系统的优缺点,提出了SINS/GPS/CNS组合导航联邦滤波算法,该算法可以取长补短,巧妙地将GPS定位和天文导航定姿精度高的优势辅助于捷联惯导系统,利用卡尔曼联邦滤波器对捷联惯导系统进行误差估计,并对联邦滤波算法进行了有效的改进。计算机仿真显示,该滤波器收敛速度快,具有一定的容错功能,其滤波精度较SINS/GPS组合导航系统在位置误差和速度误差上均有约5%左右的小幅提升,在平台角误差上更是提高了一个数量级。仿真结果验证了该组合导航方案的可行性和算法的有效性,有重要的工程应用价值。 展开更多

传统的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)/全球定位系统(GPS)组合导航系统常采用位置速度组合模式,其可观测性与载体的飞行航迹有关,从而影响了整个组合导航系统的精度和可靠性。为了解决这一问题,提出了基于联邦滤波的SINS/GPS全组合导航系统方案... 传统的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)/全球定位系统(GPS)组合导航系统常采用位置速度组合模式,其可观测性与载体的飞行航迹有关,从而影响了整个组合导航系统的精度和可靠性。为了解决这一问题,提出了基于联邦滤波的SINS/GPS全组合导航系统方案,推导了姿态角误差和平台失准角之间的变换关系,建立了SINS/GPS全组合导航系统数学模型,最后采用联邦滤波算法进行组合导航仿真计算。通过对仿真计算结果的分析,证明基于联邦滤波的SINS/GPS全组合导航算法能够有效地提高系统的导航精度和可靠性。 展开更多
