This study,based on Artificial Neural Network(ANN)technology,develops a quantitative prediction model for the unit water flow rate of the Quaternary strata in the Shijiazhuang-Hebei Plain area.The study area extends from the piedmont region of Shijiazhuang,at the eastern foothills of the Taihang Mountains,to the hinterland area of Hengshui within the plain in Hebei Province section of the North China Plain.The hydrological and exploration boreholes selected for modeling are primarily located in the south-eastern part of Shijiazhuang urban area—the southern region of Xinji County—north of Hengshui City near the Shenzhou County area.By employing the Induced Polarization method(IP)and Vertical Electrical Sounding(VES),apparent resistivity(ρS),apparent polarization rate(ηS),half-decay time(Th),and decay degree(D)were obtained as initial input parameters.These were combined with the measured water flow rates from borehole pumping tests to build the training sample set.To address the prevalent issue of high-salinity interference in the study area,multiple regression analysis revealed that when the inverted resistiv-ity(ρ)is less than 5Ω·m and the inverted polarization rate(η)is greater than 8%,the contribution of groundwater salinity to the resistivity parameter reaches 42%±6%.Based on this,a comprehensive parame-ter T"=ρ*H/ρ'was established,whereρis the aquifer resistivity,ρ'is the aquitard resistivity,and H is the aquifer thickness.The resistivity ratio effectively eliminates the coupling effect between electrical parame-ters and salinity.The input neurons of the improved model were adjusted to a four-parameter system consisting of decay time(Th),decay degree(D),deviation degree(σ),and the comprehensive parameter(T").Experiments showed that the prediction error of the model on the validation set was reduced from the original model's 5%-10%to 0.9%-5%.The introduction of the T"parameter reduced the prediction error in high salinity areas(Cl->500 mg/L)to within 7%.The study confirms that the composite parameter T"based on geophysical inversion parameters can effectively characterize the coupling features of aquifer thickness and water quality.Even with a small sample size,through algorithm optimization,data augmentation,and model structural improvements,it is entirely possible to effectively enhance prediction accuracy and gener-alization ability,providing a new parameterization method for the quantitative evaluation of Quaternary pore water in plain areas. 展开更多

Single-hole hollow polymer nanospheres were fabricated by raspberry-like template method using "graft-from" strategy through atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Nanometer-sized silica spheres were covalently attached onto the surfaces of micrometer-sized silica spheres. Crosslinked polymer shells on the nano-sized spheres outside the attached area were formed by "graft-from" strategy through ATRP. After removal of the silica cores, single-hole hollow crosslinked polymer nanospheres were obtained. In this strategy, most of ATRP monomers may be used and thus many functional groups can be easily incorporated into the single-hole hollow crosslinked polymer nanospheres. 展开更多

Application Value of Single-hole and Three-hole Thoracoscopy in Surgical Treatment of Early Lung Cancer

Objective: to investigate the effect of treating early lung cancer. Methods: seventy cases with early diagnosis of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given chest authorization. The patients in the two groups had good shoulder joint movement through comparison of uncomfortable symptoms caused by incision. Results: compared with the control group, the intraoperative bleeding times of the patients were significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the pain was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the hospitalization time was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), and the discomfort was reduced (n < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with early lung cancer, single-hole pleural surgery, compared with three-hole thoracoscopy has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, and rapid postoperative recovery, which is worthy of wide spread. 展开更多

Methods: 102 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were taken as observation objects, and divided into the research group treated by single-hole thoracoscope and the reference group treated by double-hole thoracoscope, and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results: (1) compared with the reference group, the amount of operative hemorrhage in the study group was 19.57±2.86(ml) and that in the reference group was 26.59±3.14(ml), (t = 9.806,P = 0.000), with different results. (2) In the comparison of hospitalization time between the research group and the reference group, the research group is 5.47±0.67 (d) and the reference group is 8.14±0.72 (d), (t = 10.257, P = 0.000), the results are different. Conclusion: single-hole thoracoscope is effective in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax, and this method can be popularized clinically. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the situation of patients and the compare the effect between two methods,which are preserving spontaneous breathing without intubation and endotracheal intubation with one lung ventilation in the single-hole thoracoscopic bulla suture.Method:42 patients who received single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae suture in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,including 19 patients who underwent endotracheal intubation and one lung ventilation as the control group and 23 patients who underwent single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullae suture without intubation as the study group.The relevant indexes,postoperative general conditions,complications and pneumothorax recurrence of the two groups were analyzed and observed.Results:In the control group,the scores of anesthesia time(points),resuscitation time(points),surgical visual field score(points),surgical time(points),and surgical bleeding volume(points)were 20.8±4.6,19.9±7.9,1.7±0.5,44.9±7.9,and 11.4±2.4 respectively.In the study group,the scores of anesthesia time(points),resuscitation time(points),surgical visual field score(points),surgical time(points),and scores of surgical bleeding(points)were 17.9±4.3,15.4±3.4,1.9±0.4,48.4±7.1,10.9±2.2,respectively.There was no statistical difference in surgical visual field score,surgical time and surgical bleeding whereas there was a statistical difference between anesthesia time and resuscitation time.In the control group after operation,VAS score at 6 hours after operation,SaO_(2)(%)after operation,PaCO_(2)(mmHg)after operation,drainage volume(ML)after operation,feeding time(H)after operation,retention time of thoracic tube after operation(H),WBC(109)on the first day after operation,hospitalization time(d),and total hospitalization cost(RMB 1000)were 2.1±0.7,98.2±1.4,42.4±4.9,139.1±23.1,6.9±1.6,37.1±5.4,7.9±2.1,6.6±1.3,and 2.6±0.3 respectively.As for the study group,the VAS score at 6 hours after operation,SaO_(2)(%)after operation,PaCO_(2)(mmHg)after operation,drainage volume(ML)after operation,feeding time(H)after operation,retention time of thoracic tube after operation(H),WBC(109)on the first day after operation,hospitalization time(d),and total hospitalization cost(RMB 1000)were 1.9±0.4,97.9±1.2,42.8±5.1,151.8±21.9,4.3±1.4,15.3±2.6,5.2±2.3,4.2±1.2,and 1.8±0.4 respectively.Among them,there were no significant differences in visual analog scale(VAS)score at 6 hours after operation,SaO_(2) after operation and PaCO_(2) after operation between the two groups,but there were significant differences in other factors.The complication rate of the control group was 36.84%,which was significantly higher than that of the study group(4.35%),with statistical difference.The recurrence rate of the control group was 21.05%,which was not significantly different from that of the study group(4.35%).Conclusion:The single-hole thoracoscopic bullae suture without intubation can reduce the anesthesia time and resuscitation time of patients,reduce the hospitalization cost of patients,reduce the treatment burden,shorten the first feeding time,and reduce the complication rate of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

The blast-induced ground vibration prediction using scaled distance regression analysis is one of the most popular methods employed by engineers for many decades. It uses the maximum charge per delay and distance of monitoring as the major factors for predicting the peak particle velocity(PPV). It is established that the PPV is caused by the maximum charge per delay which varies with the distance of monitoring and site geology. While conducting a production blasting, the waves induced by blasting of different holes interfere destructively with each other, which may result in higher PPV than the predicted value with scaled distance regression analysis. This phenomenon of interference/superimposition of waves is not considered while using scaled distance regression analysis. In this paper, an attempt has been made to compare the predicted values of blast-induced ground vibration using multi-hole trial blasting with single-hole blasting in an opencast coal mine under the same geological condition. Further,the modified prediction equation for the multi-hole trial blasting was obtained using single-hole regression analysis. The error between predicted and actual values of multi-hole blast-induced ground vibration was found to be reduced by 8.5%. 展开更多

Soil shear wave velocity (SWV) is an important parameter in geotechnical engineering. To measure the soil SWV, three methods are generally used in China, including the single-hole method, cross-hole method and the surface-wave technique. An optimized approach based on a correlation function for single-hole SWV measurement is presented in this paper. In this approach, inherent inconsistencies of the artificial methods such as negative velocities, and too-large and too-small velocities, are eliminated from the single-hole method, and the efficiency of data processing is improved. In addition, verification using the cross-hole method of upper measuring points shows that the proposed optimized approach yields high precision in signal processing. 展开更多

Methods: a total of 140 patients who received umbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment in gynecology department of our hospital from November 2019 to January 2021 were randomly selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method. There were 70 patients in the observation group and 70 patients in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive treatment. The perioperative indicators of the two groups were evaluated. Results: the time of getting out of bed, duration of postoperative pain, postoperative fever time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of gynecologic transumbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment, comprehensive treatment measures can effectively improve the perioperative related indicators, which is a better therapeutic scheme. 展开更多
