In this paper, the simulation aim, evaluation criterion and the general strategy are studied by employing SIMAN. And they are explained with a case at last.展开更多

This paper presents the design principles and implementation of a layered modeling system known as General-Purpose user-defined Modeling System (GPMS) which provides the user with multiple accesses to build a simulation model at three different levels of knowledge and skills. It does this by purpose-designed GPMS simulation language, which is briefly described in this paper.展开更多

Themethodology provides a structured way of integrating mathematical and logicalmodel, statistical experimentation, and statistical analysis with computeranimation. Within this methodology, an animated simulation study is separatedinto six different activities: simulation objectives identification, system modeldevelopment, simulation experiment specification, animation layoutconstruction, real-time simulation and animation run, and output dataanalysis. These six activities are objectives driven, relatively independent, andintegrate through software organization and simulation files. The key ideasbehind this methodology are objectives orientation, modelling flexibility, simulation and animation integration, and application tailorability. Though themethodology is closely related to SIMAN/CINEMA, it can be extended to othersoftware environments.展开更多
