The overlaps between these non-orthonormal ...In this paper we study the system with three nucleons within a single-j shell, which can be described as the angular momentum coupling of a nucleon pair and the odd nucleon. The overlaps between these non-orthonormal states form a special matrix coincidental with the one obtained by Rowe and Rosensteel. They proposed a proposition related to the eigenvalue problems of that matrix and dimensions of the associated subspaces. We prove their proposition with the help of the symmetric properties of the six-j symbols. We also derive algebraic expressions for eigen energies as well as conditions for conservation of seniority through the decomposition of the angular momentum.展开更多

Accordingly, pairing forces in the form of surface delta interaction are employed to account for the formation of the ground state multiplet with seniority v= 2 states. The multiplet splitting is described with mass relationships of masses of neighboring nuclei. Subsequently, the seniority model is adopted to reproduce or predict the states v= 3 in odd-even isotopes and v= 4 in even-even isotopes. The correct account of the 2^(+)_(1) state should allow for the description of the reversed order of J = 4 states with v= 2 and v= 4 observed in experiments. The results obtained are compared with the structure of similar multiplets in N=50 isotones.展开更多
Excited states of ^(206)Rn have been examined via the 197 Au(^(14)N,5n)^(206)Rn fusion reaction at a beam energy of 78 MeV.A number of transitions and levels are identified by the γ-γ coincidence measurement,further...Excited states of ^(206)Rn have been examined via the 197 Au(^(14)N,5n)^(206)Rn fusion reaction at a beam energy of 78 MeV.A number of transitions and levels are identified by the γ-γ coincidence measurement,further enriching the level scheme of ^(206)Rn.The fullconfiguration shell model and nucleon-pair approximation(NPA)were utilized to investigate the single-particle configurations and seniority structures in ^(206)Rn.The results of these two calculations suggest that 2_(1)^(+) and 4_(1)^(+) states exhibit only a 50%component of a seniority-two state associated with a broken neutron pair.The collectivity of these two states primarily arises from configuration mixing due to residual proton-neutron interactions.Furthermore,6_(1)^(+) and 8_(1)^(+) states are predominantly characterized by a seniority-two state marked by a broken proton pair.展开更多

Despite public and private investments in the senior housing sector,an alternative to retirement homes is not yet truly present in Italy,except for a few rare cases.The spots in residential facilities for the elderly ...Despite public and private investments in the senior housing sector,an alternative to retirement homes is not yet truly present in Italy,except for a few rare cases.The spots in residential facilities for the elderly are limited and not enough to fill a demand for spaces that is continuously increasing.Another underlying problem is that the type of user that senior housing is aimed at is not currently considered by the Italian market;the impact of factors that can decrease the quality of life in elderly people,such as loneliness,lack of physical activity or loss of routine is underestimated.This set of negative factors promotes the opposite of what is considered active aging.In recent years senior houses,intended as a residential typology for self-sufficient elderly people,have undergone a significant evolution,reflecting social,demographic and technological changes;this reflects a paradigm shift in the way society approaches care to the elderly,focusing increasingly on autonomy,personalization and well-being.From 2010 to 2024,there has been greater attention towards customization of programs and spaces dedicated to the elderly,with the aim of offering services that meet everyone’s specific needs.Senior houses are becoming more oriented towards a wellbeing-based approach and are starting to focus on social inclusion as well,promoting recreational and cultural activities to improve the quality of life of elderly vips.A strategy used for social inclusion is to dedicate part of the project to functions open to the public(kindergartens,community centers,spaces for associations,etc.)so that the project fits into the urban level of the city by interacting with it.The proposal is to integrate cultural spaces with senior housing in a way that the elderly residents can become the keepers and narrators of local heritage,creating intergenerational communities.展开更多

Management innovation is a key driver of total factor productivity and plays a crucial role in developing new quality productive forces.As China’s capital market continues to develop,the prevalence of common ownershi...Management innovation is a key driver of total factor productivity and plays a crucial role in developing new quality productive forces.As China’s capital market continues to develop,the prevalence of common ownership—investors who hold significant stakes in multiple firms—has grown,raising the question of how it influences corporate management innovation.This study empirically investigates this issue using panel data from A-share listed companies in China between 2014 and 2022.The findings reveal an inverted U-shaped relationship between common ownership and management innovation.Specifically,institutional common ownership exerts no significant effect,while non-institutional common ownership exhibits a significant inverted U-shaped influence.Mechanism analysis suggests that common ownership often appoints shared directors,supervisors,and senior executives across firms,which in turn significantly impacts corporate management innovation.Further analysis indicates that common ownership in the primary and tertiary industries significantly influences management innovation,whereas that in the secondary industry does not show such an effect.This study offers valuable insights for corporate governance,business management,and investor decision-making and provides important references for policymakers in formulating governance-related regulations.展开更多

Guided by the concept of“assessment for learning,”the role of feedback and educational measurement in teaching is evolving from merely evaluating outcomes to actively regulating learning processes.This study focuses...Guided by the concept of“assessment for learning,”the role of feedback and educational measurement in teaching is evolving from merely evaluating outcomes to actively regulating learning processes.This study focuses on optimizing senior high school English reading teaching through feedback-driven strategies,emphasizing the critical support provided by instructional measurement.It first clarifies the theoretical underpinnings and essential functions of teaching measurement,including diagnosis of learning gaps,dynamic regulation of instruction,and sustained motivation for learners.The study then examines how diverse assessment tools-such as in-class quizzes,formative reading tasks,and performance-based activities-are effectively integrated into reading teaching to capture students’comprehension depth,reasoning patterns,and language application skills.By illustrating practical strategies for transforming measurement data into meaningful feedback,it highlights how teachers can provide targeted guidance that fosters reflective learning.Furthermore,the research proposes a“measurement-assessment-teaching-learning”closed-loop mechanism to ensure continuous alignment between instructional goals and learning processes.Findings suggest that embedding formative assessment and diversified measurement approaches into English reading lessons not only improves students’feedback literacy and self-regulation abilities but also enhances teachers’capacity to make informed pedagogical adjustments.Ultimately,this approach promotes a shift from an exclusive focus on end results to a holistic process-oriented perspective,offering both practical insights for classroom teachers and theoretical contributions to future research on feedback and assessment integration.This study adopts a qualitative case analysis approach,incorporating classroom observations,student artifacts,and interviews to explore the implementation of feedback strategies and measurement tools.The findings reveal that feedback-driven teaching enhances students’self-regulation and metacognitive awareness,while also informing pedagogical adjustments.These insights contribute both to classroom practices and to the theoretical discourse on formative assessment in English language education.展开更多

BACKGROUND Bilateral internal mammary arteries(BIMAs)as the most advanced surgical option for coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)are usually recommended for younger patients without traditional risk factors.This stu...BACKGROUND Bilateral internal mammary arteries(BIMAs)as the most advanced surgical option for coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)are usually recommended for younger patients without traditional risk factors.This study compares outcomes in propensity score-matched patients aged over 70 years who received BIMAs versus those who received a single internal mammary artery(SIMA).METHODS From 2013 to 2024,8123 patients underwent primary CABG for multivessel coronary artery disease at our institution.BIMA grafting was performed in 1233 patients(15.17%),with in situ BIMA grafting in 290 patients(3.57%).For in situ BIMA group,the right internal mammary artery was used to revascularize the right coronary artery,while the left internal mammary artery was utilized for the left anterior descending artery.BIMA patients aged over 70 years(n=79)were compared with SIMA patients(n=79)using propensity score matching.Primary outcome was all-cause mortality at 30 days and 8 years.Secondary outcomes included length of hospital stay,incidence of postoperative major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,sternal wound infection and the need for subsequent percutaneous revascularization.RESULTS There was no difference in immediate postoperative primary and secondary outcomes.Mean follow-up was 8.3±1.0 years with an 8-year freedom from death of 67.08%±1.1%in the BIMA group versus 58.22%±0.9%in the SIMA group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS BIMAs as in situ grafts can be successfully used in CABG for patients aged 70 years and older.Consequently,the refined techniques for constructing internal mammary artery grafts used in this study challenge traditionally accepted limitations regarding the use of BIMAs.展开更多

During his 70 years of clinical practice, he developed the theory that most diseases are caused by qi stagnation, and in order to restore qi circulation one needs to improve the blood circulation first. Based on this theory, in combination with empirical insights from clinical practice, he has developed a unique technique for using three-edged needles. He has also categorized and extended the application of bloodletting therapy with three edged needles to cover over 150 diseases. In addition, Dr. He's bloodletting therapy with three edged needles is an innovation that may inspire other physicians to develope and expand the use of acupuncture-related therapies to treat disease.展开更多

文摘Guided by the concept of“assessment for learning,”the role of feedback and educational measurement in teaching is evolving from merely evaluating outcomes to actively regulating learning processes.This study focuses on optimizing senior high school English reading teaching through feedback-driven strategies,emphasizing the critical support provided by instructional measurement.It first clarifies the theoretical underpinnings and essential functions of teaching measurement,including diagnosis of learning gaps,dynamic regulation of instruction,and sustained motivation for learners.The study then examines how diverse assessment tools-such as in-class quizzes,formative reading tasks,and performance-based activities-are effectively integrated into reading teaching to capture students’comprehension depth,reasoning patterns,and language application skills.By illustrating practical strategies for transforming measurement data into meaningful feedback,it highlights how teachers can provide targeted guidance that fosters reflective learning.Furthermore,the research proposes a“measurement-assessment-teaching-learning”closed-loop mechanism to ensure continuous alignment between instructional goals and learning processes.Findings suggest that embedding formative assessment and diversified measurement approaches into English reading lessons not only improves students’feedback literacy and self-regulation abilities but also enhances teachers’capacity to make informed pedagogical adjustments.Ultimately,this approach promotes a shift from an exclusive focus on end results to a holistic process-oriented perspective,offering both practical insights for classroom teachers and theoretical contributions to future research on feedback and assessment integration.This study adopts a qualitative case analysis approach,incorporating classroom observations,student artifacts,and interviews to explore the implementation of feedback strategies and measurement tools.The findings reveal that feedback-driven teaching enhances students’self-regulation and metacognitive awareness,while also informing pedagogical adjustments.These insights contribute both to classroom practices and to the theoretical discourse on formative assessment in English language education.

文摘The teaching of earth science in Chinese senior high school geography has faced significant challenges,particularly in the compulsory module“The History of the Earth.”Despite being part of the 2019 curriculum reform,current teaching practices often fail to emphasize the geographical nature of the subject,instead treating it as a mix of geology,biology,and historical facts.This paper addresses this challenge by proposing a framework that maintains a geographical focus while teaching earth science concepts.The framework consists of three integrated approaches.First,it introduces a structured method for teaching geological time through an“Eon→Era→Period→Year”progression,helping students build a comprehensive understanding of temporal scales from a geographical perspective.Second,it demonstrates how to effectively use the“Trade Space for Time”method alongside stratigraphic analysis,enabling students to connect spatial and temporal aspects of geographical phenomena.Third,it develops geographical thinking by following the logical pathway of“Fossil→Biology→Environment,”ensuring that biological evidence is interpreted within a geographical context.For successful implementation,the paper recommends two key strategies:managing interdisciplinary content while maintaining geography’s core focus,and emphasizing geographical characteristics throughout specific teaching content.This approach ensures that“The History of the Earth”fulfills its role in developing students’geographical literacy while contributing to their broader understanding of earth science within China’s senior high school curriculum.

文摘BACKGROUND Bilateral internal mammary arteries(BIMAs)as the most advanced surgical option for coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)are usually recommended for younger patients without traditional risk factors.This study compares outcomes in propensity score-matched patients aged over 70 years who received BIMAs versus those who received a single internal mammary artery(SIMA).METHODS From 2013 to 2024,8123 patients underwent primary CABG for multivessel coronary artery disease at our institution.BIMA grafting was performed in 1233 patients(15.17%),with in situ BIMA grafting in 290 patients(3.57%).For in situ BIMA group,the right internal mammary artery was used to revascularize the right coronary artery,while the left internal mammary artery was utilized for the left anterior descending artery.BIMA patients aged over 70 years(n=79)were compared with SIMA patients(n=79)using propensity score matching.Primary outcome was all-cause mortality at 30 days and 8 years.Secondary outcomes included length of hospital stay,incidence of postoperative major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,sternal wound infection and the need for subsequent percutaneous revascularization.RESULTS There was no difference in immediate postoperative primary and secondary outcomes.Mean follow-up was 8.3±1.0 years with an 8-year freedom from death of 67.08%±1.1%in the BIMA group versus 58.22%±0.9%in the SIMA group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS BIMAs as in situ grafts can be successfully used in CABG for patients aged 70 years and older.Consequently,the refined techniques for constructing internal mammary artery grafts used in this study challenge traditionally accepted limitations regarding the use of BIMAs.
文摘Dr.He's bloodletting therapy utilizing three edged needles is one of his "three adjusting methods of acupuncture". During his 70 years of clinical practice, he developed the theory that most diseases are caused by qi stagnation, and in order to restore qi circulation one needs to improve the blood circulation first. Based on this theory, in combination with empirical insights from clinical practice, he has developed a unique technique for using three-edged needles. He has also categorized and extended the application of bloodletting therapy with three edged needles to cover over 150 diseases. In addition, Dr. He's bloodletting therapy with three edged needles is an innovation that may inspire other physicians to develope and expand the use of acupuncture-related therapies to treat disease.
文摘From the perspective of senior citizens,questionnaire survey and field investigation were carried on and analyzed in three parks in Nanjing City.The results showed that outdoor activities are the principal ways for the senior citizens to spend their time,the parks near home is their prior choice,and the radiation range of the park and greenbelt mostly is no more than 2 km;most of the senior citizens come to parks on foot and the parks are always within 30 minutes walking distance;the senior citizens always have fixed partners and groups for their exercise-dominant activities.
