Danxia Mountain scenic area is a famous world natural heritage site and national 5A tourist attraction in China.It is renowned for its unique Danxia landform and rich biodiversity,and it has high ecological,scientific...Danxia Mountain scenic area is a famous world natural heritage site and national 5A tourist attraction in China.It is renowned for its unique Danxia landform and rich biodiversity,and it has high ecological,scientific research,and tourism value.In recent years,the upgrading of consumption,the promotion of personalized and in-depth tourism,and the wide application of digital technology in culture and tourism have presented many challenges to the current marketing strategy of scenic spots.Based on the 7P marketing mix theory,this paper systematically analyzes the marketing strategy of the Danxia Mountain scenic area in seven dimensions:product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible display,and service process.The analysis reveals several issues,including a limited product selection and a significant tendency toward homogenization.There is insufficient diversity in online and offline marketing channels,a lack of emotional resonance and international vision in promotional content,an imperfect professional talent echelon,traditional and interactive tangible displays,and an unbalanced service process system.These issues make it difficult to fully meet the needs of different customer groups.Based on this analysis,and considering the characteristics of the scenic spot’s resources and the tourism market’s trends,the paper offers targeted optimization suggestions.These include innovating experience projects,expanding marketing channels,strengthening talent cultivation,enriching tangible displays,and improving the service system.The aim is to enhance the market competitiveness and tourist satisfaction of scenic spots,promote the integration of culture and tourism while protecting natural heritage,and provide a reference for optimizing the marketing strategies of similar natural heritage sites.展开更多

Recently, with the free open of the attractions around the West Lake and the implementation of the comprehensive pro- ject for protecting the West Lake, a part of ancient fragrant camphor trees are fac- ing problems such as altered living conditons. Some of them are showing a decline in growth vigor or even close to death, which will produce extremely negative influ- ences on the maintaining and sustainable development of the West Lake Scenic Area if without any timely measures for the rescue and rejuvenation of the trees. Therefore, strengthening the protection and management of ancient fragrant camphor trees at the West Lake Scenic Area and carrying out researches on the procedure for diagnosing the reasons for the growth recession of the ancient fragrant camphor trees at the West Lake Scenic Area are of great significance for the future protec- tion and rejuvenation of the ancient trees around the West Lake. The factors influ- encing the growth of ancient trees and indexes for judging the growth condition were listed and the reasons for the growth recession were systematically summa- rized in this paper. A view is often more than just a piece of landscape,framed by the gaze and evoking emotion.Without diminishing these obvious‘tourismimportant’advantages of a view,it is noteworthy that in itself it might play the ro...A view is often more than just a piece of landscape,framed by the gaze and evoking emotion.Without diminishing these obvious‘tourismimportant’advantages of a view,it is noteworthy that in itself it might play the role of an interpretative tool,especially for large-scale phenomena,the knowledge and understanding of which is the goal of geotourism.In this paper,we analyze the importance of scenic drives and trails for tourism,particularly geotourism,focusing on their ability to create conditions for experiencing the dynamically changing landscapes in which lies knowledge of the natural processes shaping the Earth’s surface and the methods and degree of its resource exploitation.The issues are found in both wider and local contexts.A more detailed insight has been conducted on the basis of two,although in some sense peripheral,tourism regions from the Sudeten Mountains(southwestern Poland):Lasocki Grzbiet(a ridge)and Pasmo Lesistej(a small range).The subjects of the investigation were complex:the geotourism potential of selected viewpoints located on the most scenic routes(mostly paths and forest tracks)as well as the problems of maintenance,conservation,and protection of their educational value.Our work is based on desk and field research supported by results of GIS visibility analyses(conducted in the QGIS program).展开更多

文摘A view is often more than just a piece of landscape,framed by the gaze and evoking emotion.Without diminishing these obvious‘tourismimportant’advantages of a view,it is noteworthy that in itself it might play the role of an interpretative tool,especially for large-scale phenomena,the knowledge and understanding of which is the goal of geotourism.In this paper,we analyze the importance of scenic drives and trails for tourism,particularly geotourism,focusing on their ability to create conditions for experiencing the dynamically changing landscapes in which lies knowledge of the natural processes shaping the Earth’s surface and the methods and degree of its resource exploitation.The issues are found in both wider and local contexts.A more detailed insight has been conducted on the basis of two,although in some sense peripheral,tourism regions from the Sudeten Mountains(southwestern Poland):Lasocki Grzbiet(a ridge)and Pasmo Lesistej(a small range).The subjects of the investigation were complex:the geotourism potential of selected viewpoints located on the most scenic routes(mostly paths and forest tracks)as well as the problems of maintenance,conservation,and protection of their educational value.Our work is based on desk and field research supported by results of GIS visibility analyses(conducted in the QGIS program).

文摘Significance of tourism project planning in the transformation of tourism resources to tourist products was analyzed,it was proposed that culture is the soul of tourism project planning,harmony and integrity culture is the essence of Chinese cultures.Connotations and types of harmony and integrity culture were elaborated,such as harmony and integrity of human and nature,harmony and integrity of the society,harmony and integrity of the ego.On this basis,relationship between harmony and integrity and tourism projects was expounded,harmony and integrity culture was stressed as the source of tourism projects,and tourism projects as optimal carriers of demonstrating and inheriting harmony and integrity culture.Lumingling Scenic Area in south Jingxing County,Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province was taken for an example to analyze the application of harmony and integrity culture in concrete planning of tourist projects from the perspectives of functional orientation,theme orientation and functional division.
文摘With its unique attractiveness, abundant natural and tourism resources, tropical rainforest plays a significant role in improving global climatic conditions and protecting the diversity of species, thus how to protect and properly utilize resources in the development of tropical rainforest is the top issue to be discussed. With the study case of Yanuoda Rainforest Scenic Area in Sanya, the landscape design principles and creation techniques of tropical scenic areas are to be discussed in this paper.
文摘By studying the Qinglong Mountain in southeastern suburb of Wuhan City, relevant information are obtained by applying GIS, weight of each index is acquired via Delphi method and AHP, then an evalution model is established for the assessment of comprehensive sensitivity, and finally eco-sensitive area of each level is determined to provide objective support for the ecological planning of Qinglong Mountain Scenic Area.

文摘Cluster-based scenic area is a special form within the scenic area system, scenic areas are always scattered with diversified landscape resources, thus planning should be made according to actual conditions of the local area, and pertinent measures should be applied. Through elaborating the detail work in the overall planning of Jingyanggang Scenic Area, such as landscape division, spatial layout and sightseeing structure, the authors discussed several problems should be paid more attention in the planning of cluster-based scenic areas.

文摘The combination of ornamental function and recreational function should be taken into account in road landscape design of scenic area.The theme characteristic should be highlighted by designing techniques.Roads in scenic area should be used to lead tourists' behavior according to people's behavioral psychology.With Five Dragon Temple Cultural Park as case study,starting from its geographic location and establishment concept,the paper had extracted design theme of Five Dragon Temple Cultural Park.Profound religious cultural connotation had been given to the cultural park with Chinese traditional religion and "Five Elements" theory as the inspiration.It designed five main roads with different colors which represented five elements covering "gold,wood,water,fire and earth".Different scenic areas had been linked together by five man roads,forming a road landscape pattern of "meeting of five dragons".Then,flowering plants had been collocated along the five roads which were Vatica astrotricha,Punica granatum,Prunus serrulata,Morus alba and Osmanthus fragrans,creating theme-based road landscape not only representing religious significance but also corresponding with "Five Elements" theory.
