Methods: after the protocol design, 120 elderly diabetic pulmonary patients were included from January 2021 to December 2021, which were divided into 2 characters, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received the usual nursing intervention, and the observation group gave the empathy nursing intervention. Anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) were used. The SAS score, SDS score, cognitive score of pulmonary infection risk factors, respiratory care coordination, active activity coordination, and care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the SAS score (42.17 ± 4.26 vs 46.22 ± 5.02 points), the SDS score (41.28 ± 4.05 vs 45.20 ± 5.19 points) were lower than those in the control group, The cognitive score for the risk factors for pulmonary infection was higher than that in the control group (90.23 ± 8.56 vs 80.36 ± 9.40 points). Respiratory care coordination, active activities coordination, and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (95.00% vs 83.33%, 93.33% vs 80.00%, 95.00% vs 83.33%, P <0.05).Conclusion: empathy nursing is well applied in elderly patients with pulmonary infection, which can improve anxiety and depression, improve the cognitive level of pulmonary infection risk factors, and improve respiratory care, active activity coordination and nursing satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: 200 outpatients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into conventional group and refined management group according to the implementation time of refined management mode of dispensing work in outpatient pharmacy. Among them, the conventional group adopted the routine management mode, while the refined management group adopted the refined management mode. The incidence of prescription dispensing errors, the time spent on prescription dispensing and the waiting time for patients to take medicine were compared, and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups was compared. Results: the incidence of prescription dispensing error, the time spent on prescription dispensing and waiting time for patients in the refined management group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, and the satisfaction of patients was higher than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusions: the refined management mode can reduce the incidence of prescription dispensing errors and improve satisfaction of patients, shorten the time spent in prescription dispensing and the waiting time for patients to take medicine.展开更多
