Salbutamol,which increases the muscle mass and decreases the adipose tissue,is misused as nutrient repartitioning agent in the livestock.The novelty of this work is the determination of salbutamol in the livestock meat via new bonded-phases bearing eight derivatives of p-tert-calix[4]arene in partial-cone conformation.The new synthesized bonded-phases were characterized and optimized.The bonding interactions of solute and stationary-phases were examined and the main interactions were reported.The salbutamol levels in six samples of livestock meat were analyzed and the results reveal that for the best bonded-phases,the limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantitation(LOQ) were 0.02 and 0.06 μg/mL,respectively. 展开更多

Objective:To study the influence of budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation on Th17/Treg balance in patients with bronchial asthma and its correlation with airway remodeling.Methods:A total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma who received systemic treatment in our hospital between July 2013 and April 2016 were divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) according to random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol atomization inhalation alone while those in observation group were treated with budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation. The Th17/Treg ratio in peripheral blood as well as serum contents of airway remodeling-related indicators was compared between two groups before and after treatment. The correlation between Th17/Treg balance and airway remodeling in patients with bronchial asthma was detected by Pearson test. Results:Before treatment, the differences in peripheral blood Th17/Treg ratio as well as serum contents of inflammatory mediators, growth factor indexes and collagen metabolism indexes were not statistically significant between two groups of patients. After treatment, peripheral blood Th17/Treg ratio in observation group was lower than that in control group, serum CRP, IL-8, IL-13 and TNF- contents in observation group were lower than those in control group, serum PDGF-BB, b-FGF and VEGF contents in observation group were lower than those in control group, and serum HA, PCⅢ and LN contents in observation group were lower than those in control group. The Th17/Treg ratio in patients with bronchial asthma after treatment was positively correlated with the levels of airway remodeling-related indexes.Conclusion:Budesonide combined with salbutamol atomization inhalation can optimize the Th17/Treg balance in patients with bronchial asthma, and Th17/Treg is directly correlated to the degree of airway remodeling. 展开更多

The preparation of ultra-fine particles of salbutamol sulphate (SS) was accomplished with a reactive precipitation pathway, in which salbutamol and sulphuric acid were Used as reactants with the solvents of ethanol.The effects of sulphuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, stirring rate, and reaction time onthesize of the particle were investigated. A binary mixture composed of lactose and SS was prepared to evaluate SS. The results showed that ultra-fine SS particles with controlled diameters ranging between 3 μm and 0.8 μm and with a narrow distribution could be achieved. The morphology consisting of clubbed particles wassuccess.fully obtained. The purity of the particles reached above 98% with-UV detection. The dose- of dry powder inhalation was obtained by blending the particles with recrystallized lactose, which acted as a carrier. The deposition quantity of the drug in breathing tract was estimated using a twin imPinger apparatus. Compared with the Shapuer powder (purchased in the market), the results showed that SS_particles had more quantifies.subsided in simulative lung.. _ 展开更多

Salbutamol is a short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist used for the relief of bronchospasm such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It is mostly taken through an inhaler device. The comparative toxicity assessment between two salbutamol sulfate preparations containing hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) metered dose inhalers with 100 μg per puff was evaluated in selected patients with asthma and COPD after prescribing. An open label, non-randomized, non-interventional observational study was designed. A large cohort of patients with asthma or related respiratory disorder of the general population from Dhaka and Chittagong of Bangladesh were recruited and treated with prescribed generic preparation Azmasol inhaler and brand preparation Ventolin Evohaler. Total 508 patients with asthma and minor obstructive airway disease were selected by the general medical practitioners in Bangladesh those who visited out patient consultation center in hospitals and physicians’ chambers and reported any adverse side effects of inhaled medications. There were no significant differences between the metered dose generic preparation Azmasol inhaler and Ventolon Evohaler among the patients treated with the medicines in asthma and related respiratory diseases in terms of adverse effects like immune system problem,dizziness,tremor,headache,nervousness,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,heartburn,palpitation,skin rash,hypertension and taste feeling. It is concluded that Azmasol Inhaler, the generic salbutamol sulphate metered dose preparation containing HFA was as safe as the Ventolin Evohaler,a salbutamol sulfate brand preparation containing HFA when given to the patients in primary care after their physicians’ visits. Both the preparations have shown the similar safety profiles after regular use. 展开更多

The present work deals with the development of controlled release tablets of salbutamol sulphate(SS)using graft copolymers of methyl methacrylate(St-g-PMMA and Ast-g-PMMA)on starch and acetylated starch.Formulations were evaluated for physical characteristics like hardness,friability,drug release,drug content and weight variations,which fulfilled all the official requirements of tablet dosage form.The release rates from formulated matrix tablets were studied at SGF(pH 1.2)followed by SIF(pH 6.8).Drug release from the graft copolymer based tablets was found to be sustained upto the 14 h with>75%drug release.The in-vitro release study showed that the graft copolymer based matrix formulations(F3&F4)exhibited highest correlation value(r2)for higuchi kinetic model and Korsmeyer's model with n values between 0.61 and 0.67 proved that release mechanisms were governed by both diffusion and erosion mechanism.There was no significant difference in the pharmacokinetic parameters(tmax,Cmax,AUC,Ke,and t1/2)of the graft copolymers matrices and HPMC K100M matrix tablets,indicating their comparable sustained release effect.The potential of graft copolymers to sustain the drug release is well supported by in-vivo pharmacokinetic studies and their adequate physicochemical properties make them promising excipients for controlled drug delivery system. 展开更多

The enantioselective transport of solute was facilitated by combinatorial chiral selectors, which were dissolved in toluene organic solvent. The effects of molar concentration ratios of salbutamol to combinatorial chiral selectors, and the pH value of buffer solution on enantioseparation were investigated. The results show that when the molar concentration ratio is 2∶1∶1, the maximum separation factor and enantiomer excess are 1.49 and 19.74%, respectively, and the R-enantiomer flux is more than S-enantiomer; the pH value of buffer solution influences the performances of enantioseparartion obviously, and the appropriate range of pH value is 7.07.2. 展开更多

Background: Exercise-Induced Bronchospasm (EIB) is an inflammatory condition characterized by severe airway constriction following the mobilization of inflammatory cells and interleukin-6 (IL-6). When severe, EIB can require the use of pressurized salbutamol to treat athletes. This study investigated the nature of the systemic changes in inflammatory cells and post-exercise IL-6 concentrations after salbutamol treatment in EIB-susceptible distance runners. Materials and Methods: This was an experimental study that enrolled 12 long-distance runners. In Session A, the participants completed a treadmill exercise test, and those who had a maximum expiratory volume per second (FEV1) that was decreased by at least 10% compared to their base value were placed in the EIB-susceptible group (EIB+) (n = 6). Those whose FEV1 did not meet this criterion were placed in the nonresponsive (EIB?) group (n = 6). Before the Session B exercise, athletes in the BIE+ group inhaled two puffs of salbutamol (EIB+ Salb), while their EIB? counterparts received no treatment. Spirometry was performed before and after the exercise using a Spirobank G portable spirometer. Blood samples were taken before, immediately after and 2 hours after the stress test. Results: The mean post-exercise FEV1 values were not significantly different (p > 0.05) between the EIB+ Salb group and the EIB? group. The systemic changes in inflammatory cells and IL-6 concentrations in the EIB+ runners after salbutamol treatment were similar to those observed in their EIB? counterparts. Conclusion: Salbutamol pretreatment improved the systemic immune status of EIB-susceptible athletes. 展开更多

The regression equation was A=0.011 ρsalbutamol sulfate-0.123 0, correlation coefficient r=0.999 5, and the detection limit was 4.6 μg/ml. Observation on the Curative Effect of Salbutamol and Phenergan in the Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective: to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of "salbutamol and phenergan" in the implementation of "children with cough variant asthma" through clinical experiments. Methods: 100 children with cough variant asthma admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the object of this study combined with the clinical research subjects of children with cough variant asthma, and were simultaneously divided into the control group and the observation group, and the actual records of the observation and textual research of the disease conditions of the related 100 children were well recorded. Among them, the control group mainly adopts the conventional treatment management measures, while the observation group adopts the clinical treatment implementation plan of "salbutamol and phenergan" to further analyze the optimization effect of the two groups of children in clinical treatment. Results: from the change after treatment, the maximum expiratory flow rate in the observation group was (87.8 ± 4.1) L/min;The change of high expiratory flow rate in the control group was (84.0 ± 4.2) L/min, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). To sum up, the clinical observation of the actual situation of the treatment of the two groups of patients, of which the maximum group's total effective rate of 94% was significantly higher than the control group of 84%;At the same time, the incidence of treatment after three months was observed, among which the incidence of observation of the other side was 96%(48/50)/ that of the control group was 84%(42/50). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of clinical treatment effect and incidence, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The treatment scheme of salbutamol and phenergan is beneficial to the disease control of children with cough variant asthma, which not only improves the therapeutic effect, but also can prevent the recurrence of the disease, and is worthy of further promotion and application. 展开更多

目的观察大剂量(2 mg)布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床效果及对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)等炎性因子水平的影响。方法将2021年2月—2024年2月于广东省第二人民医院就诊的支气管哮喘急... 目的观察大剂量(2 mg)布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床效果及对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)等炎性因子水平的影响。方法将2021年2月—2024年2月于广东省第二人民医院就诊的支气管哮喘急性发作期80例,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用小剂量(1 mg)吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,试验组采用大剂量(2 mg)吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,2组均治疗1周。比较2组临床症状消失时间,治疗前后肺功能指标[呼气流量峰值(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、一秒率(FEV_(1)/FVC)]、哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评分、炎性因子[hs-CRP、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、HIF-1α]。结果试验组气促、咳嗽、喘息、胸闷消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后,2组PEF、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均增高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组ACT评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、HIF-1α水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论大剂量布地奈德对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的治疗效果更加显著,能有效减短症状消失时间,改善肺功能,控制哮喘和炎性反应。 展开更多

目的:探讨布地奈德或丙酸倍氯米松结合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿效果对比。方法:选取2022年3月-2023年3月河南省唐河县人民医院收治的100例MPP患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组患儿用硫酸沙丁... 目的:探讨布地奈德或丙酸倍氯米松结合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿效果对比。方法:选取2022年3月-2023年3月河南省唐河县人民医院收治的100例MPP患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组患儿用硫酸沙丁胺醇结合丙酸倍氯米松治疗,观察组患儿用硫酸沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德治疗,均治疗7 d。比较两组患儿临床疗效、症状消失时间、免疫功能、炎性因子水平、肺功能及不良反应。结果:观察组患儿临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿咳嗽、退热、气喘缓解、双肺喘鸣音等症状消失及住院时间短于对照组;免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)指标高于对照组;肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素细胞-4 (IL-4)、白介素细胞-8 (IL-8)水平低于对照组;用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)指标高于对照组;最大呼气峰流速(PEF)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.532、 10.488、 17.132、 12.217、 5.162、 9.487、 12.900、 7.555、 10.993、 14.389、 14.451、 15.525、 8.363、0.180、10.713、2.082,P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.444,P>0.05)。结论:硫酸沙丁胺醇结合布地奈德治疗效果优于丙酸倍氯米松结合硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗,可有效提高MPP患儿临床疗效,缓解其临床症状、缩短住院时间、增强免疫力、改善肺功能、降低机体炎症因子水平,安全可靠。 展开更多

旨在建立一种现场快速同时检测猪尿液中沙丁胺醇、盐酸克仑特罗和莱克多巴胺残留的瘦肉精三联侧流免疫层析方法。采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金溶液,并优化免疫探针制备过程中偶联溶液的pH值和检测抗体添加量,以制备瘦肉精胶体金免疫... 旨在建立一种现场快速同时检测猪尿液中沙丁胺醇、盐酸克仑特罗和莱克多巴胺残留的瘦肉精三联侧流免疫层析方法。采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金溶液,并优化免疫探针制备过程中偶联溶液的pH值和检测抗体添加量,以制备瘦肉精胶体金免疫层析三联检测卡,并对三联检测卡的检测限、特异性、加速稳定性、重复性及检测临床样本的准确性进行评价。结果:成功制备了3种胶体金免疫探针,所建立的方法对沙丁胺醇、盐酸克仑特罗和莱克多巴胺的检测限分别为3、3和1 ng/mL;测试西马特罗、硫酸特布他林和苯乙醇胺A等常见瘦肉精加标样本时均未发生交叉反应。此外,三联检测卡在37℃加速老化4周后稳定性优良,且批内重复性和批间重复性均良好,未出现假阳性和假阴性反应。临床样本检测结果表明,该方法与液相色谱-质谱联用方法的检测结果一致。综上,本研究建立的瘦肉精胶体金免疫层析三联检测卡灵敏度和特异性高,操作简便,检测时间短且稳定性良好,适用于猪尿液中沙丁胺醇、盐酸克仑特罗和莱克多巴胺的现场快速检测。 展开更多

本文建立了超高效液相色谱法-串联质谱法测定黑猪肉中沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、西马特罗、克伦特罗4种β-受体激动剂残留的分析方法。样品采用高氯酸去除蛋白质,乙酸乙酯和叔丁基甲醚提取,MCX固相萃取柱净化,HILIC色谱柱分离,电喷雾正电... 本文建立了超高效液相色谱法-串联质谱法测定黑猪肉中沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、西马特罗、克伦特罗4种β-受体激动剂残留的分析方法。样品采用高氯酸去除蛋白质,乙酸乙酯和叔丁基甲醚提取,MCX固相萃取柱净化,HILIC色谱柱分离,电喷雾正电离方式和多反应监测模式检测,基质外标法定量。结果表明,沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、西马特罗、克伦特罗浓度为0.002~0.100 mg/L对动物源性食品基质均呈现出良好的线性关系,其检出限为0.15µg/kg,定量限为0.50µg/kg。在高、中、低3个浓度添加水平下,添加回收率为86%~113%,相对标准偏差小于10%,符合残留分析方法标准要求。该方法简单快速、回收率好,可满足黑猪肉等动物源性食品中沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺、西马特罗、克伦特罗等检测的需求。 展开更多

布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的价值研讨

目的分析支气管哮喘急性发作过程中布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入的疗效。方法以60例支气管哮喘急性发作患者为样本,按随机数字表法分组,联合组、对照组的样本量均为30例。对照组接受常规治疗+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,联合组在对照组基础上... 目的分析支气管哮喘急性发作过程中布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入的疗效。方法以60例支气管哮喘急性发作患者为样本,按随机数字表法分组,联合组、对照组的样本量均为30例。对照组接受常规治疗+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组疗效、症状持续时间、炎症因子水平、肺功能指标。结果联合组总有效率达到96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),有差异(P<0.05)。联合组胸闷、咳嗽及哮鸣音持续时间分别为(3.15±0.17)、(5.23±0.35)、(4.42±0.55)d,均短于对照组的(4.67±0.41)、(7.11±0.38)、(6.78±0.53)d,有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组呼气峰值流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV1/FVC)均较治疗前好转,且联合组优于对照组,有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均较治疗前好转,且联合组低于对照组,有差异(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘急性发作患者而言,布地奈德+沙丁胺醇雾化吸入的方案可缩短症状持续时间,临床有效率高,对其炎症因子、肺功能有较好的改善作用,值得借鉴。 展开更多

目的探讨雾化吸入异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇、布地奈德治疗对慢阻肺急性加重期患者的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月枣庄市薛城区人民医院收治的98例慢阻肺急性加重期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例... 目的探讨雾化吸入异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇、布地奈德治疗对慢阻肺急性加重期患者的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月枣庄市薛城区人民医院收治的98例慢阻肺急性加重期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组予以沙丁胺醇、布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用异丙托溴铵治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、呼吸困难程度、通气功能、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难问卷(mMRC)评分及比气道阻力、气道阻力水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢阻肺急性加重期患者中应用雾化吸入异丙托溴铵与沙丁胺醇、布地奈德治疗的效果显著,可促进mMRC评分降低,降低炎症因子水平,改善通气功能,且安全性高。 展开更多
