The development of high-performance transition metal sulfide(TMS)/carbon composites to replace conventional graphite anode remains a critical challenge for advancing lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).In this study,a facile self-sacrifice template method is developed to prepare FeS encapsulated into N,S co-doped carbon(FeS/NSC)composite using melamine-cyanuric acid(MCA)supermolecule as a multifunctional template precursor.The function of MCA supermolecule for material synthesis is explored,revealing its special function as a dispersant,dopant and pore-forming agent.Furthermore,the effect of Fe source dosage on the morphology,structure and composition of the final products is explored.The resultant FeS/NSC-0.1(where 0.1 represents the mass of added Fe source)exhibits the most optimal proportion,characterized by a good dispersion status of FeS within the NSC matrix,effective N,S co-doping and ample porosity.Benefiting from these merits,the FeS/NSC-0.1 anode demonstrates significantly improved cycling stability and rate capability when compared to the counterparts.Undoubtedly,this work offers a universal method to produce advanced transition metal sulfide/carbon composite electrodes for energy storage and conversion systems. 展开更多

不同S/N比下的硫自养反硝化工艺除磷性能及生物S^(0)作用机制

硫自养反硝化工艺不仅可实现低碳高效脱氮,还可实现磷酸盐的有效去除.本文主要探究了不同基质比例下硫自养反硝化工艺的氮、硫、磷去除性能,并解析系统中磷赋存形态和除磷途径.结果表明,当S/N比为3.0时,硫自养反硝化工艺可实现96.46%... 硫自养反硝化工艺不仅可实现低碳高效脱氮,还可实现磷酸盐的有效去除.本文主要探究了不同基质比例下硫自养反硝化工艺的氮、硫、磷去除性能,并解析系统中磷赋存形态和除磷途径.结果表明,当S/N比为3.0时,硫自养反硝化工艺可实现96.46%±1.81%的硝酸盐去除,94.94%±1.99%的硫化物去除和83.23%±1.24%的磷酸盐去除,且磷酸盐去除与生物单质硫具有显著正相关.SMT、XRD及SEM结果表明,除磷产物主要以无机磷(Mg_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·10H_(2)O)的形式存在,除磷途径为生物诱导除磷(85.62%±3.83%)和生物除磷(14.38%±3.83%).批次试验结果证实了生物单质硫在磷酸盐去除过程中充当晶种作用,可有效加速晶体生长沉淀,并结合生物单质硫特性,基于xDLVO和DFT理论计算揭示了生物单质硫与磷酸盐之间的相互吸引力.宏基因组学结果表明,除磷相关基因丰度与磷酸盐去除之间存在显著正相关(p<0.05). 展开更多

三维复杂界面非结构网格N-S/DSMC耦合方法

针对近连续流过渡区多尺度绕流问题,学界发展了N-S(Navier-Stokes)/DSMC(direct simulation Monte Carlo)耦合方法,大多数此类求解器面临着耦合界面波动失稳的难题,因此对复杂外形和耦合界面的通用性值得重点研究。鉴于非结构网格面向... 针对近连续流过渡区多尺度绕流问题,学界发展了N-S(Navier-Stokes)/DSMC(direct simulation Monte Carlo)耦合方法,大多数此类求解器面临着耦合界面波动失稳的难题,因此对复杂外形和耦合界面的通用性值得重点研究。鉴于非结构网格面向复杂外形高度的贴体性、优良适应性以及工程领域对过渡流区高效通用型计算方法的需求,提出并实现了一套三维复杂界面四面体非结构网格N-S/DSMC耦合方法用于模拟高超声速过渡流。该方法使用局部克努森数作为连续失效参数划分连续/稀薄区域,并生成三维复杂N-S/DSMC耦合界面,沿分界面两侧分别推进一层或多层界面信息传递单元,基于边界状态法进行信息耦合。该耦合方法无需对复杂不规则分界面作光滑和修型处理,具备对复杂过渡流区工程问题数值模拟的通用性。分别对三维高超声速圆球和钝锥绕流进行模拟,数值结果显示:与参考文献中的DSMC方法相比,激波处数值和壁面特征值基本一致,最大误差不超过8%,但计算效率分别提高了1.74倍和2.28倍,验证了该耦合方法的正确性和高效性。 展开更多

基于谱比法的近海地震动S-net台站场地分类研究

近海台站往往难以获得台站场地资料,并且海域场地工程特性是海洋重大工程设计、建造和运维的基础,也是研究海域地震动场地放大的重要参数。为了解决这一问题,基于日本海沟区域的S-net台网的150个台站的强地震动数据,得到了埋置和未埋台... 近海台站往往难以获得台站场地资料,并且海域场地工程特性是海洋重大工程设计、建造和运维的基础,也是研究海域地震动场地放大的重要参数。为了解决这一问题,基于日本海沟区域的S-net台网的150个台站的强地震动数据,得到了埋置和未埋台站的H/V谱比曲线并进行了场地分类。结果表明:海域的H/V谱比曲线有较大谱比值;各个场地类别的埋置和未埋台站的H/V谱比曲线在谱比值和谱比形状存在着巨大差异;震级和震中距对长周期的H/V谱比曲线有较大影响,震源深度对H/V谱比曲线几乎没有影响。研究成果可为海域地震动模拟、海域场地效应研究和海洋工程建设等提供参考。 展开更多

This paper aims to seek expedited fatigue analysis methods using the infrared self-heating technique.The fatigue analysis of NiTi shape memory alloys is obtained through a hybrid approach:fatigue tests to failure yield relatively shorter fatigue lives,while determining the fatigue limit,normally involving extremely high cycles approaching 107 cycles,is directly achieved via self-heating tests.This methodology significantly reduces testing cycles,costing only a fraction of the several-thousand-cycle tests typically required.The validity of this approach is successfully demonstrated through fatigue testing of 18Ni steel:the entire S–N curve is examined using the traditional fatigue test until a life of up to 10^(7) cycles,and the indicated fatigue limit agrees well with the one directly determined through the self-heating method.Subsequently,this developed approach is applied to the fatigue analysis of shape memory alloys under complex loading,enabling the concurrent estimation of the limits of phase transformation-dominated low-cycle fatigue and high-cycle fatigue in the elastic regime on a single specimen.The results obtained align well with other supporting evidence. 展开更多

The attenuation factor or quality factor(Q-factor or Q) has been used to measure the energy attenuation of seismic waves propagating in underground media. Many methods are used to estimate the Q-factor. We propose a method to calculate the Q-factor based on the prestack Q-factor inversion and the generalized S-transform. The proposed method specifies a standard primary wavelet and calculates the cumulative Q-factors; then, it finds the interlaminar Q-factors using the relation between Q and offset(QVO) and the Dix formula. The proposed method is alternative to methods that calculate interlaminar Q-factors after horizon picking. Because the frequency spectrum of each horizon can be extracted continuously on a 2D time–frequency spectrum, the method is called the continuous spectral ratio slope(CSRS) method. Compared with the other Q-inversion methods, the method offers nearly effortless computations and stability, and has mathematical and physical significance. We use numerical modeling to verify the feasibility of the method and apply it to real data from an oilfield in Ahdeb, Iraq. The results suggest that the resolution and spatial stability of the Q-profile are optimal and contain abundant interlaminar information that is extremely helpful in making lithology and fluid predictions. 展开更多

In recent years,there is a scenario in urban tunnel constructions to build super-large-span tunnels for traffic diversion and route optimization purposes.However,the increased size makes tunnel support more difficult.Unfortunately,there are few studies on the failure and support mechanism of the surrounding rocks in the excavation of supported tunnel,while most model tests of super-large-span tunnels focus on the failure characteristics of surrounding rocks in tunnel excavation without supports.Based on excavation compensation method(ECM),model tests of a super-large-span tunnel excavation by different anchor cable support methods in the initial support stage were carried out.The results indicate that during excavation of super-large-span tunnel,the stress and displacement of the shallow surrounding rocks decrease,following a step-shape pattern,and the tunnel failure is mainly concentrated on the vault and spandrel areas.Compared with conventional anchor cable supports,the NPR(negative Poisson’s ratio)anchor cable support is more suitable for the initial support stage of the super-large-span tunnels.The tunnel support theory,model test materials,methods,and the results obtained in this study could provide references for study of similar super-large-span tunnels。 展开更多

This paper presents an experimental investigation focused on identifying the effects of cutting conditions and tool construction on the surface roughness and natural frequency in turning of AISI1045 steel. Machining experiments were carried out at the lathe using carbide cutting insert coated with TiC and two forms of cutting tools made of AISI 5140 steel. Three levels for spindle speed, depth of cut, feed rate and tool overhang were chosen as cutting variables. The Taguchi method L9 orthogonal array was applied to design of experiment. By the help of signal-to-noise ratio and analysis of variance, it was concluded that spindle speed has the significant effect on the surface roughness, while tool overhang is the dominant factor affecting natural frequency for both cutting tools. In addition, the optimum cutting conditions for surface roughness and natural frequency were found at different levels. Finally, confirmation experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the Taguchi method in optimizing the cutting parameters for surface roughness and natural frequency. 展开更多

An unsteady load calculation method for the support configuration of a monopile-supported offshore wind turbine is developed based on the Fluent software platform.Firstly,the water wave is generated by imposing the inlet boundary conditions according to the exact potential flow solution.Then the wave evolution is simulated by solving the unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations coupled with the volume of fluid method.For the small amplitude wave with reasonable wave parameters,the numerical wave result agrees well with that of the given wave model.Finally,a monopile support configuration is introduced and a CFD-based load calculation method is established to accurately calculate the unsteady load under the combined action of wave and wind.The computed unsteady wave load on a small-size monopile support located in the small amplitude wave flow coincides with that of the Morison formula.The load calculations are also performed on a large-size monopile support and a monopile-supported offshore wind turbine under the combined action of small amplitude wave and wind. 展开更多

现有的疲劳S-N曲线已不再适用于北极的低温环境,为了评估北极海洋工程设备材料的低温疲劳寿命,有必要建立金属结构尤其是焊接结构的低温疲劳S-N曲线。本文基于等效结构应力法,计算出Q690高强钢管环焊缝的主S-N曲线,并通过共振疲劳试验... 现有的疲劳S-N曲线已不再适用于北极的低温环境,为了评估北极海洋工程设备材料的低温疲劳寿命,有必要建立金属结构尤其是焊接结构的低温疲劳S-N曲线。本文基于等效结构应力法,计算出Q690高强钢管环焊缝的主S-N曲线,并通过共振疲劳试验对该方法进行了验证。在此基础上,结合大量的高强钢焊接结构试验结果,将温度敏感因子c引入到低温疲劳主S-N曲线的推导中,首次建立了基于低温金属焊接结构的主S-N曲线,并对文献中的疲劳S-N试验数据和ASME中的修正方法进行了对比和验证。结果表明,等效结构应力法能够较准确地计算出焊缝疲劳S-N曲线,推导出的金属焊接结构低温主S-N曲线与试验曲线吻合较好,能够满足低温地区工程要求,可为高强钢焊接结构在北极地区低温环境中的广泛应用提供理论指导。该方法可以为金属焊接结构的低温疲劳研究节省大量的成本,减少非标准试验操作造成的不必要的误差。这对北极海洋工程设备的设计、安全运行和疲劳评估具有重要意义。 展开更多

多孔n-GaN/p-Zn_(x)Cu_(1-x)S异质结的制备及紫外探测性能研究

本文首先采用紫外光辅助电化学刻蚀(UV-EC)方法制备出了孔隙密度为1.51×10^(10)cm^(-2)、平均孔径为38 nm的多孔n-GaN薄膜;随后在其上通过水浴法沉积了一系列Zn_(x)Cu_(1-x)S复合薄膜,x为0.0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0,形成的多孔n... 本文首先采用紫外光辅助电化学刻蚀(UV-EC)方法制备出了孔隙密度为1.51×10^(10)cm^(-2)、平均孔径为38 nm的多孔n-GaN薄膜;随后在其上通过水浴法沉积了一系列Zn_(x)Cu_(1-x)S复合薄膜,x为0.0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0,形成的多孔n-GaN/p-Zn_(x)Cu_(1-x)S异质结带隙在2.34~3.51 eV调控;最后基于这些异质结构建出p-n结型紫外探测器。I-V曲线结果表明这些探测器均具有良好的整流特性,特别是n-GaN/p-Zn_(0.4)Cu_(0.6)S探测器性能最优。在暗态下,I_(+3 V)/I_(-3 V)约为1.78×10^(5);在偏压为-3 V、光功率密度为432μW/cm^(2)(365 nm)的条件下,光暗电流比超过10^(3),上升/下降时间为0.09/39.8 ms,响应度(R)为0.352 A/W,外量子效率(EQE)为119.6%,探测率(D^(*))为3.21×10^(12)Jones。I-t曲线结果表明,多孔n-GaN/p-Zn_(x)Cu_(1-x)S异质结紫外探测器在连续开-关光循环过程中拥有稳定的光电流响应。该研究为制备异质结紫外探测器提供了一定的理论指导和实验数据。 展开更多

In this work,p⁃phenylenediamine and L⁃cysteine were used as raw materials,and water⁃soluble N,S co⁃doped carbon dots(N,S⁃CDs)with excellent performance were prepared through a one⁃step solvothermal method.The morphology and structure of N,S⁃CDs were characterized by transmission electron microscope,X⁃ray diffrac⁃tion,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and X⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and the basic photophysical properties were investigated via UV⁃Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.Meanwhile,the N,S⁃CDs have excellent luminescence stability with pH,ionic strength,radiation time,and storage time.Experimental results illus⁃trated the present sensor platform exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity in response to baicalein with a detection limit of 85 nmol·L-1.The quenching mechanism is proved to be the inner filter effect.In addition,this sensor can also detect baicalein in biofluids(serum and urine)with good accuracy and reproducibility. 展开更多

目的:研制首批N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸国家药品对照品,用于氨基酸类药品有关物质的检查,控制相关药品质量,保证患者用药安全。方法:采用高效液相色谱、红外吸收光谱、高分辨质谱及核磁共振谱对N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸化学结构进行确证,检查其水... 目的:研制首批N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸国家药品对照品,用于氨基酸类药品有关物质的检查,控制相关药品质量,保证患者用药安全。方法:采用高效液相色谱、红外吸收光谱、高分辨质谱及核磁共振谱对N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸化学结构进行确证,检查其水分、炽灼残渣、无机离子、残留溶剂、有关物质等杂质的含量,采用液相色谱法、核磁共振谱定量法及质量平衡法对其含量进行测定和计算,并采用质量平衡法对其含量进行赋值,考察了其引湿性、均匀性和短期稳定性。结果与结论:试验确证了N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸的分子结构,测得水分为0.05%,无机离子为0.21%,有关物质为0.90%,未检出残留溶剂。以质量平衡法赋值首批N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸对照品,含量为98.8%。本批次对照品含量分布均匀,试验结果证明N,S-二乙酰半胱氨酸短期内稳定。 展开更多

The controlled values of different casting parameters such as pouring temperature, inoculation, carbon equivalent, moisture content, green compression strength, permeability and mould hardness were selected. Three different melts of metal with 0.4wt.%, 0.6wt.%, and 0.8wt.% inoculation (Fe-Si-Mg alloy and post inoculant) were produced using a 1-ton capacity coreless medium frequency induction furnace. L-27 orthogonal array with 3-level settings were chosen for the analysis. Responses for each run were observed. The signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio for each run was calculated using the Taguchi approach, and the optimized levels of different casting parameters were identified based on the SIN ratio. The analysis of variance for the casting acceptance percentage concludes that inoculation is the most significant factor affecting the castings' quality with a contribution percentage of 44%; an increase in inoculation results in a significant improvement in acceptance percentage of ductile iron castings. The experiment results showed that with the optimized parameters, the rejection rate was reduced from 16.98% to 6.07%. 展开更多

Denitrification-induced nitrogen(N) losses from croplands may be greatly increased by intensive fertilization.However,the accurate quantification of these losses is still challenging due to insufficient available in situ measurements of soil dinitrogen(N) emissions.We carried out two one-week experiments in a maize-wheat cropping system with calcareous soil using theN gas-flux(NGF) method to measure in situ Nfluxes following urea application.Applications ofN-labeled urea(99 atom%,130-150 kg N ha) were followed by irrigation on the 1 st,3 rd,and 5 th days after fertilization(DAF 1,3,and 5,respectively).The detection limits of the soil Nfluxes were 163-1 565,81-485,and 54-281 μg N mhfor the two-,four-,and six-hour static chamber enclosures,respectively.The Nfluxes measured in 120 cases varied between 159 and 2 943(811 on average) μg N mh.which were higher than the detection limits,with the exception of only two cases.The Nfluxes at DAF 3 were significantly higher(by nearly 80%(P<0.01)) than those at DAF 1 and 5 in the maize experiment,while there were no significant differences among the irrigation times in the wheat experiment.The Nfluxes and the ratios of nitrous oxide(NO) to the NO plus Nfluxes following urea application to maize were approximately 65% and 11 times larger,respectively(P<0.01),than those following urea application to wheat.Such differences could be mainly attributed to the higher soil water contents,temperatures,and availability of soil N substrates in the maize experiment than in the wheat experiment.This study suggests that theNGF method is sensitive enough to measure in situ Nfluxes from intensively fertilized croplands with calcareous soils. 展开更多

Using the quantitative error probability density method we studied the S/N ratio of alternately sampled signals digitized by a 4-channel A/D. A complete expression for the S/N ratio of a 4-channel A/D non-uniform sampling signal was deduced. First we obtained an expression for the S/N ratio of a 1-channel A/D uniform sampling signal when the sampling frequency was equal to or greater than 2 times the frequency of the sampled signal. Based on the S/N ratio of a 2-channel A/D,alternating,non-uniform sampling signal,we analyzed the distribution of quantitative error using the quantitative error probability density method and the distribution convolution formula. From this the S/N ratio expression of a 4-channel A/D sampling signal was deduced. The simulation result shows that the deduced expression is correct. 展开更多

Black phosphorene(BP)and its analogs have attracted intensive attention due to their unique puckered structures,anisotropic characteristics,and negative Poisson’s ratio.The van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures assembly by stacking different materials show novel physical properties,however,the parent materials do not possess.In this work,the first-principles calculations are performed to study the mechanical properties of the vdW heterostructure.Interestingly,a near-zero Poisson’s ratio ν_(zx)is found in BP/SnSe heterostructure.In addition,compared with the parent materials BP and SnSe with strong in-plane anisotropic mechanical properties,the BP/SnSe heterostructure shows strongly suppressed anisotropy.The results show that the vdW heterostructure has quite different mechanical properties compared with the parent materials,and provides new opportunities for the mechanical applications of the heterostructures. 展开更多
