Ionization of atoms in counter-rotating and co-rotating bicircular laser fields is studied using the S-matrix theory in both length and velocity gauges.We show that for both the bicircular fields,ionization rates are enhanced when the two circularly polarized lights have comparable intensities.In addition,the curves of ionization rate versus the field amplitude ratio of the two colors for counter-rotating and co-rotating fields coincide with each other in the length gauge case at the total laser intensity 5×10^14 W/cm^2,which agrees with the experimental observation.Moreover,the degree of the coincidence between the ionization rate curves of the two bicircular fields decreases with the increasing field amplitude ratio and decreasing total laser intensity.With the help of the ADK theory,the above characteristics of the ionization rate curves can be well interpreted,which is related to the transition from the tunneling to multiphoton ionization mechanism. 展开更多

Mixed matrix hollow fiber membranes(MMHFMs)filled with metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have great potential for energy-efficient gas separation processes,but the major hurdle is polymer/MOFs interfacial defects and membrane plasticization.Herein,lab-synthesized MIL-53 was post-functionalized by aminosilane grafting and subsequently incorporated into Ultem-1000 polymer matrix to fabricate high performance MMHFMs.SEM,DLS,XRD and TGA were performed to characterize silane-modified MIL-53(S-MIL-53)and prepared MMHFMs.Moreover,the effect of MOFs loading was systematically investigated first;then gas separation performance of MMHFMs for pure and mixed gas was evaluated under different pressures.MMHFMs containing post-functionalized S-MIL-53 achieved remarkable gas permeation properties which was better than model predictions.Compared to pure HFMs,CO2permeance of MMHFM loaded with 15%S-MIL-53 increased by 157%accompanying with 40%increase for CO2/N2selectivity,which outperformed the MMHFM filled with naked MIL-53.The pure and mixed gas permeation measurements with elevated feed pressure indicated that incorporation of S-MIL-53 also increased the resistance against CO2plasticization.This work reveals that post-modified MOFs embedded in MMHFMs facilitate the improvement of gas separation performance and suppression of membrane plasticization. 展开更多

The panel-type structures used in aerospace engineering can be subjected to severe highfrequency acoustic loadings in service. This paper evaluates the frequency-dependent random fatigue of panel-type structures made of ceramic matrix composites(CMCs) under acoustic loadings. Firstly, the high-frequency random responses from the broadband random excitation will result in more stress cycles in a deinite period of time. The probability density distributions of stress amplitudes will be different in different frequency bandwidths, though the peak stress estimations are identical. Secondly, the fatigue properties of CMCs can be highly frequency-dependent. The fatigue evaluation method for the random vibration case is adopted to evaluate the fatigue damage of a representative stiffened panel structure. The frequency effect through S-N curves on random fatigue damage is numerically veriied. Finally, a parameter is demonstrated to characterize the mean vibration frequency of a random process, and hence this parameter can further be considered as a reasonable loading frequency in the fatigue tests of CMCs to obtain more reliable S-N curves.Therefore, the inluence of vibration frequency can be incorporated in the random fatigue model from the two perspectives. 展开更多

扰动类型及扰动发生的区域位置信息对互联电网稳定分析与调控具有重要作用。为此,提出了一种基于S-Koopman能量矩阵的扰动事件分类及区域定位方法。该方法利用子空间最优模式分解算法(subspace optimal mode decomposition algorithm,Su... 扰动类型及扰动发生的区域位置信息对互联电网稳定分析与调控具有重要作用。为此,提出了一种基于S-Koopman能量矩阵的扰动事件分类及区域定位方法。该方法利用子空间最优模式分解算法(subspace optimal mode decomposition algorithm,Sub-OpMD)计算得到包含随机系统动态信息的S-Koopman算子的低维最优矩阵。并根据最优低维矩阵的特征分解结果构建S-Koopman能量矩阵。S-Koopman能量矩阵与系统动态行为相关;其行/列向量可以提取系统扰动事件发生后的不同特征数据以及不同位置PMU数据波动强弱。并进一步根据不同扰动类型以及扰动区域下的PMU数据动态变化规律,提出系统扰动事件分类及区域定位的量化评估指标。新英格兰10机39节点仿真系统和CEPRI-SSFS 197节点实际系统的计算和分析验证了所提方法的合理性、有效性和准确性。 展开更多

This paper deals with S-matrix, born first approximation, amplitude, and differential cross-section (DCS), using Volkov function and Taylor series expansion in laser field, scattering. Equation (30) copes-with DCS and Equation (36) deals with S-matrix, with different parameters, moreover, both equations contain real and imaginary parts. The DCS increases with increasing angle and polarizabilities, constant with dipole distance for both emission and absorption of single-photon. The DCS for both emission and absorption is responded to low incidence energy (30 eV - 60 eV) and photon energy (15 eV) while at high energy only emission and absorption are responded for DCS. The DCS between absorption and emission of a photon with angle variation, dipole distance, and atomic polarizabilities was found 1.098 a.u.<sup>2</sup> and at high incidence, energies were found 0.1 a.u.<sup>2</sup>. 展开更多

In order to reduce the amount of volumetric shrinkage that occurs in dental composites as a result of curing,a new kind of dental matrix resin combining bisphenol-S-bis(3-meth acry late-2-hydroxy propyl)ether(BisS-GMA) with the expanding monomer unsaturated spiro orthoesters 2-methylene-1,4,6-trispiro[4,4] nonane (SOE) was prepared,with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA) as diluent.CQ (camphorquinone) of 1wt% and DMAEMA (2-(dimethylamino) ethyl meth acrylate) of 2wt% were used as photoinitiation system to initiate the copolymerization of the matrix resins.The performance including volumetric shrinkage,degree of conversion and condition of the ring-opening reaction of SOE,as well as curing time and the tensile bond strength were investigated respectively by the dilatometer,Fourier transfer infrared,the universal testing machine,and so on.The ring-opening polymerization of SOE occurred.Meanwhile,the obtain copolymers were crosslinked.The matrix resin containing BisS-GMA and SOE showed a reduced amount of volumetric shrinkage at 1.52%,which is a promising strategy for obtaining a polymer with a low amount of volumetric shrinkage.Furthermore,the other properties were not compromised. 展开更多

Objective:To elucidate the regulatory effects and mechanisms of circular RNA MGAT5(circMGAT5)on the invasive ability of human ovarian cancer(OC)cells.Methods:Human OC SKOV-3 cells were transfected with circMGAT5 interference plasmids.The expression level of circMGAT5 was detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The proliferation and invasive abilities of cancer cells were determined using soft agar colony formation assay and Transwell assay,respectively.The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)at mRNA and protein levels was detected by qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence,respectively.Results:CircMGAT5 level in the circMGAT5-transfected group was significantly downregulated in a concentration-and time-dependent manner(p<0.005).Soft agar colony formation assay exhibited that the number of colonies formed in the 6.25,12.5,and 25.0 nM siRNA groups was significantly reduced in a concentration-dependent manner(p<0.005).Transwell assay revealed that the number of cells penetrating the filter membrane in the 6.25,12.5,and 25.0 nM siRNA groups was significantly decreased in a concentration-dependent manner(p<0.005).qRT-PCR and immunofluorescence results demonstrated that the mRNA and protein levels of MMP-2 in OC cells of the siRNA-transfected group were significantly decreased.Conclusion:circMGAT5 plays an important role in the invasion of OC cells,and its mechanism may be related to the downregulation of MMP-2 expression. 展开更多

目的探讨组织蛋白酶S(Cat S)对血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)灌注载脂蛋白E基因缺陷小鼠(Apo E-/-)导致腹主动脉瘤(AAA)病变中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法 AngⅡ以1 000 ng/(kg.min)的剂量持续灌注Apo E-/-小鼠及Cat S、ApoE双敲除... 目的探讨组织蛋白酶S(Cat S)对血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)灌注载脂蛋白E基因缺陷小鼠(Apo E-/-)导致腹主动脉瘤(AAA)病变中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法 AngⅡ以1 000 ng/(kg.min)的剂量持续灌注Apo E-/-小鼠及Cat S、ApoE双敲除小鼠(CTSS-/-ApoE-/-小鼠)28 d建立小鼠AAA模型,以等量生理盐水灌注的小鼠作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法观察小鼠AAA病变中MMP-9的蛋白表达。分离ApoE-/-小鼠和CTSS-/-ApoE-/-小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞,以0.1μmol/L的AngⅡ刺激12 h,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)观察细胞上清液中MMP-9的蛋白表达。结果 Cat S敲除后小鼠AAA的MMP-9的蛋白表达显著减少(P<0.05);Cat S敲除后小鼠巨噬细胞MMP-9的蛋白表达显著减少(P<0.05)。结论 Cat S可能通过减少小鼠AAA病变和巨噬细胞的MMP-9分泌参与小鼠AAA的发病过程。 展开更多

将声音识别技术应用于边防车辆类型的自动识别,提出了一种改进的基于实时编码信号处理(TESP)算法的特征提取方法。具体方法是:根据车辆声音信号的特点提出一个包含40字符的扩展符号表,根据符号表编码后产生的符号流构造1维S矩阵,同时,... 将声音识别技术应用于边防车辆类型的自动识别,提出了一种改进的基于实时编码信号处理(TESP)算法的特征提取方法。具体方法是:根据车辆声音信号的特点提出一个包含40字符的扩展符号表,根据符号表编码后产生的符号流构造1维S矩阵,同时,以符号流中相同的连续2个符号出现的概率为参数构造2维A矩阵,得到更加精确的特征向量。然后,设计了支持向量机(SVM)分类器和K-邻近分类器(KNN)对不同的车辆类型进行分类识别。仿真实验结果表明:与基于传统TESP算法的识别率(51%)相比,基于40字符符号表的1维S矩阵和2维A矩阵特征提取方法的平均识别率分别达到84%和87%。与传统的基于频域和时频域提取特征方法相比,该算法需要较少的运算能量和内存资源,识别速率快,识别准确率高。 展开更多
