5 nm logic technology node is believed to be the first node that will adopt Extremely Ultra-Violet(EUV)lithography on a large scale.We have done a simulation study for typical 5 nm logic design rule patterns.In a 5 nm... 5 nm logic technology node is believed to be the first node that will adopt Extremely Ultra-Violet(EUV)lithography on a large scale.We have done a simulation study for typical 5 nm logic design rule patterns.In a 5 nm logic photo process,the most appropriate layers for the EUV lithography are the cut layers,metal layers,and via layers.Generally speaking,critical structures in a lithography process are semi-dense patterns,also known as the“forbidden pitch”patterns,the array edge structures,tip-to-tip structures,tip-to-line structures(under 2D design rules),the minimum area structures,the bi-lines,tri-lines,…,etc.Compared to that from the 193 nm immersion process,the behaviors for the above structures are different.For example,in the 193 nm immersion process,the minimum area is about 2~3 times that of minimum pixel squared,while in EUV photolithographic process,the minimum achievable area is found to be significantly larger.In the simulation,we have kept aware of the stochastics impact due to drastically reduced number of photons absorbed compared to the DUV process,the criteria used for various structures of image contrast are tightened.For example,in 193 nm immersion lithography,we have usually set the minimum Exposure Latitude(EL)for the poly layer,the metal layer,and tip-to-tip pattern,respectively,at 18%,13%,and 10%.However,in EUV lithography,reasonable targets for the minima are,respectively,>18%,18%,and 13%.We have also studied the aberration and shadowing impact to the above design rule structures.We will present the results of our work and our explanations. 展开更多

在技术迭代加速、审美范式持续更新的时代语境下,汉字设计亟须建构基于文化自觉的审美价值判断体系。“第二个结合”的理论命题为传统书法艺术与现代汉字设计的视域融合提供了学理支撑。基于此,厘清二者结合的内在必要性,梳理可资借鉴... 在技术迭代加速、审美范式持续更新的时代语境下,汉字设计亟须建构基于文化自觉的审美价值判断体系。“第二个结合”的理论命题为传统书法艺术与现代汉字设计的视域融合提供了学理支撑。基于此,厘清二者结合的内在必要性,梳理可资借鉴的实践参照,并探索立足中国主体性的汉字创意设计路径。基于汉字历史流变的视域融合,厘清现代文字设计与传统书法审美内核的差异,考证“一脉相承”的文化载体在当今生产关系变化的情况下价值追求的不同,以及二者的“和而不同”,从而在共性和个性的辩证统一中,把握“彼此契合”的内涵;同时,通过实践验证如何“结合”而不是“拼合”,提取传统汉字艺术的构形法则和装饰向度,并将其与现代设计智慧相结合,依据“服务对象”的属性不同,重新进行设计预案和设计决定。中国的汉字创意设计方法论不能完全按照西方的设计方法论来建构,也不能完全按照传统的书法方法论来设计,而是通过“第二个结合”的实践智慧,重构传统艺术进行创意设计转化,表现新的生活方式。在新品类、新形象、新视觉的实践中,以高度的文化自信彰显中国文字设计的美学气派。 展开更多

Some basic rules for the process design and control, simply named the shortestflowing length, pressure filling and the minimum uplifting mold pressure, are advanced in the paperbased on amount of researches and experiments. The equations to determine the major processparameters are given out such as the filling pressure, forming pressure and locking mold pressurefor the process design and control. Containership Structural Design and Optimization Based on Knowledge-Based Engineering and Gaussian Process

Knowledge-based engineering(KBE) has made success in automobile and molding design industry, and it is introduced into the ship structural design in this paper. From the implementation of KBE, the deterministic design solutions for both rules design method(RDM) and interpolation design method(IDM) are generated. The corresponding finite element model is generated. Gaussian process(GP) is then employed to build the surrogate model for finite element analysis, in order to increase efficiency and maintain accuracy at the same time, and the multi-modal adaptive importance sampling method is adopted to calculate the corresponding structural reliability.An example is given to validate the proposed method. Finally, the reliabilities of the structures' strength caused by uncertainty lying in water corrosion, static and wave moments are calculated, and the ship structures are optimized to resist the water corrosion by multi-island genetic algorithm. Deterministic design results from the RDM and IDM are compared with each separate robust design result. The proposed method shows great efficiency and accuracy. 展开更多

The development of new products of high quality, low unit cost, and short lead time to market are the key elements required for any enterprise to obtain a competitive advantage. For shorting the lead time to market and improving the creativity and performances of the product, a rule-based conceptual design approach and a methodology to simulate the conceptual design results generated in conceptual design process in automatical virtual entity form are presented in this paper. This part of paper presents a rule-based conceptual design method for generating creative conceptual design schemes of mechanisms based on Yan's kinematic chain regeneration creative design method. The design rules are adopted to describe the design requirements of the functional characteristics, the connection relationships and topological characteristics among mechanisms. Through the graphs-based reasoning process, the conceptual design space is expanded extremely, and the potential creative conceptual design results are then dug out. By refining the design rules, the solution exploration problem is avioded, and the tendentious conceptual design schemes are generated. Since mechanical, electrical and hydraulic subsystems can be transformed into general mechansims, the conceptual design method presented in this paper can also be applied in the conceptual design problem of complex mechatronic systems. The remaining ener... The European Directive 2010/31 claims that by 2020 only (nearly-) ZEB (zero-energy-buildings) may be built. To reach this goal, it is pertinent for buildings to be energetically optimized first. The remaining energy demand must then be covered by on-site renewable energies (PV, geothermal, etc.). With the area of use (energy demand) and the size of the building envelope/estate (renewable energy supply) in competition with each other, the maximum number of building stories will be most likely limited. For 15 different climatic locations worldwide, the energy demand of optimised office rooms has been simulated and compared with the possible renewable energy production on site. For every location, a good correlation has been found between the simulated energy demand and data like heating and cooling degree hours. Correspondent linear equations are given here. As another result, the maximum numbers of possible stories for ZEBS have been derived, being between 3 and 10 depending on the location. 展开更多

An unsupervised clustering technique is firstly used to determine the number of if-then fuzzy rules and generate an initial fuzzy rule base from the given input-output data. Then, a class of neurofuzzy networks is constructed and its weights are tuned so that the obtained fuzzy rule base has a high accuracy. Diabetes is a serious, long-term (or chronic) disease that occurs when a person’s blood sugar levels are high because their body cannot produce enough insulin, or does not produce enough insulin or that it cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. According to the literature, this disease has several causes, but certain types of diabetes such as type 2 diabetes are most closely linked to a metabolic disorder due to abdominal obesity. Thus, the number of individuals with type 2 diabetes is increasing. It is with this in mind that we work to improve human health. The aim of this study is to design new derivatives of 1,3,4-thiadiazole with improved antidiabetic activity by the mathematical model of multiple linear regression (MLR) established previously. The analysis of the effect on the substituents influencing the antidiabetic activity, fourteen (14) new molecules coded CDTH were generated and presenting values of the potential of inhibitory concentration higher than that of the base compound (pIC50 = 2.526). But thirteen (13) of these new compounds belong to the domain of applicability of the MLR model established previously. In addition, the thermodynamic quantities of formation formed at 298K have been calculated. Lipinski’s rule and pharmacokinetic properties proved that five (5) (TH4, TH9, TH10, TH13 and TH14) new molecules can be used as diabetes medicine. 展开更多
