This article addresses three large earthquake disasters in Iran: Tabas in 1978, Rudbar in 1990, and Bam in 2003. Lessons and 'Lessons Learned' from these three earthquake disasters were investigated together with their contributions over time towards earthquake disaster risk reduction in Iran. Many lessons from 1978 Tabas, 1990 Rudbar, and 2003 Bam did not become 'Lessons Learned' and they were identified again within the dramatic context of other earthquake disasters in various places of Iran. Both lessons and 'Lessons Learned' from Tabas, Rudbar, Bam,and other earthquake disasters in Iran require a sustainable long-term framework—an earthquake culture. 展开更多

通过分析压力钢管上、下游直管段与复合弯管的几何关系,发现直管段所在铅直面与弯管所在空间斜面的二面角是弯管首节安装时的旋转角,利用几何向量法推导出该旋转角,并提出了一种简单实用的复合弯管安装方法。复合弯管的首节通过旋转弧... 通过分析压力钢管上、下游直管段与复合弯管的几何关系,发现直管段所在铅直面与弯管所在空间斜面的二面角是弯管首节安装时的旋转角,利用几何向量法推导出该旋转角,并提出了一种简单实用的复合弯管安装方法。复合弯管的首节通过旋转弧长法安装在设计斜面上,待精确挂装首节后,其他后续管节按中心对中心的方法挂装。该方法在伊朗Rudbar Lorestan水电站压力钢管安装中得到良好应用,解决了陡坡段大直径复合弯管安装难的问题,提高了工作效率。 展开更多
