Methods: from August 2020 to August 2021, 1050 hospitalized children were selected for analysis. Using computer digital method, they were divided into routine nursing management (control group) and graded management of early warning score (PEWS) (observation group), with n 525 cases in both groups. The nursing quality, the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of hospitalized children and their families were compared between the two groups. Results: the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the children and their families was higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: graded management based on childrens early warning score can improve the nursing quality of pediatric wards, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their families and be conducive to a good doctor-patient relationship. It can also improve the treatment compliance of children, thus reducing medical risks and reducing the financial burden of childrens families.展开更多

Methods: 46 female patients were selected from January 2021 to January 2022 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The 23 patients in the observation group were mainly managed by nurses at different levels, and the 23 patients in the control group were mainly managed by routine nursing. The adverse events rate, nursing satisfaction rate and nursing quality score of the two groups of female patients were compared. Results: the adverse events rates of the observation group and the control group were 0.00% and 21.75% respectively. The satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.55% and 73.91%. Nursing skills (23.48±1.03), (16.32±1.93), nurse-patient communication (24.02±0.56), (18.02±1.46), safety management (23.84±1.01), (17.47±2.01), first aid management (23.21±1.05), (16.48 2.28), basic nursing (24.28±0.65), (18.05±2.11), the difference between the groups was statistically significant (p < 0.0.01) Conclusion: the layered management of nurses has a good effect in the nursing management stage of obstetrics and gynecology, and can effectively avoid the risk of adverse events such as falls and sharp instrument injuries, improve the quality of nursing and obtain high recognition from patients. It should be applied in a wider range.展开更多

For the new adapted requirements of public security management, this paper puts forward the concept of the coordinated routine and emergency management, which combines the routine management at normal status and the emergency management at the abnormal status based on the whole process of public security management. This paper analyzes the coordinated management system and establishes the decision-making objectives, decision-making model and constraints. In addition, this paper proposes the basic strategy of achieving the coordinated management of public security.展开更多
