Objective:To explore the application effect of the path for improving humanistic literacy of operating room nursing students based on the ORTCC model,in order to make up for the deficiency of systematic humanistic edu...Objective:To explore the application effect of the path for improving humanistic literacy of operating room nursing students based on the ORTCC model,in order to make up for the deficiency of systematic humanistic education in the traditional teaching model.Methods:120 nursing students who practiced in the operating room from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 students in each group.The control group received routine teaching,while the experimental group applied the ORTCC model on the basis of routine and intervened through setting humanistic literacy goals,formulating behavioral norms,conducting diversified training,implementing two-way assessment,and creating departmental culture.The effect of the intervention was evaluated using the Nurse Humanistic Quality Scale,the Clinical Communication Ability Assessment Scale for Operating Room Nursing Students,and a self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire.Results:After the intervention,the total score of humanistic literacy in the experimental group(4 weeks of intervention:161.43±10.06 points,12 weeks of intervention:165.71±9.45 points)was significantly higher than that in the control group(139.38±10.95 points,143.31±10.52 points)(all p<0.001);The total score of clinical communication ability in the experimental group(109.69±8.05 points for 4 weeks of intervention,116.90±7.21 points for 12 weeks of intervention)was also significantly better than that in the control group(99.14±9.23 points,103.03±8.78 points)(all p<0.001);The total score of patient care satisfaction in the experimental group(94.2±4.3)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.6±5.7)(p<0.001).Conclusion:The ORTCC model can systematically enhance the humanistic literacy,clinical communication skills and patient satisfaction of operating room nursing students,providing an effective approach for optimizing clinical teaching in the operating room.展开更多
Traditional resistive semiconductor gas sensors suffer from high operating temperatures and poor selectivity.Thus,to address these issues,a highly selective nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))sensor based on lead sulfide(PbS)qua...Traditional resistive semiconductor gas sensors suffer from high operating temperatures and poor selectivity.Thus,to address these issues,a highly selective nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))sensor based on lead sulfide(PbS)quantum dots(QDs)–lead molybdate(PbMoO_(4))–molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))ternary nanocomposites operating at room temperature was fabricated herein.The ternary nanocomposites were synthesized using an in situ method,yielding Pb S QDs with an average size of~10 nm and PbMoO_(4)nanoparticles in the 10-to 20-nm range,uniformly distributed on ultrathin MoS_(2)nanosheets with an average thickness of~7 nm.The optimized sensor demonstrated a significant improvement in response to 1 ppm NO_(2)at 25℃,achieving a response of 44.5%,which was approximately five times higher than that of the pure MoS_(2)-based sensor(8.5%).The sensor also achieved relatively short response/recovery times and full recovery properties.Notably,the optimal sensor displayed extraordinary selectivity toward NO_(2),showing negligible responses to different interfering gases.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations were conducted to elucidate the underlying sensing mechanism,which was attributed to the enhanced specific surface area,the receptor function of both PbS QDs and PbMoO_(4)nanoparticles,and the transducer function of MoS_(2) nanosheets.展开更多
Solid-state batteries(SSBs)with thermal stable solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)show intrinsic capacity and great potential in energy density improvement.SSEs play critical role,however,their low ionic conductivity at ro...Solid-state batteries(SSBs)with thermal stable solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)show intrinsic capacity and great potential in energy density improvement.SSEs play critical role,however,their low ionic conductivity at room temperature and high brittleness hinder their further development.In this paper,polypropylene(PP)-polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)-Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)-Lithium bis(trifluoromethane sulphonyl)imide(LiTFSI)multi-layered composite solid electrolyte(CSE)is prepared by a simple separator coating strategy.The incorporation of LATP nanoparticle fillers and high concentration LiTFSI not only reduces the crystallinity of PVDF,but also forms a solvation structure,which contributes to high ionic conductivity in a wide temperature.In addition,using a PP separator as the supporting film,the mechanical strength of the electrolyte was improved and the growth of lithium dendrites are effectively inhibited.The results show that the CSE prepared in this paper has a high ionic conductivity of 6.38×10^(-4)S/cm at room temperature and significantly improves the mechanical properties,the tensile strength reaches 11.02 MPa.The cycle time of Li/Li symmetric cell assembled by CSE at room temperature can exceed 800 h.The Li/LFP full cell can cycle over 800 cycles and the specific capacity of Li/LFP full cell can still reach 120 m Ah/g after 800 cycles at 2 C.This CSE has good cycle stability and excellent mechanical strength at room temperature,which provides an effective method to improve the performance of solid electrolytes under moderate condition.展开更多
Objective The lack of clarity regarding the application performance of a hybrid operating room(HOR)and the uncertainty of surgical scheduling often lead to its inefficient application.This study aimed to review the cl...Objective The lack of clarity regarding the application performance of a hybrid operating room(HOR)and the uncertainty of surgical scheduling often lead to its inefficient application.This study aimed to review the clinical application of our neurosurgical HOR and propose a scale to score cases clearly.Methods We reviewed the operating procedures and duration of stay in 1865 HOR cases.The actual procedures of each case were summarized into 5 application types,and numerical assignment was used to distinguish the dependence of each type on our HOR:surgical procedures combined with interventional procedures(4 points,the highest dependence),surgical procedures combined with imaging procedures(3 points),interventional procedures(2 points),imaging procedures(1 point),and surgical procedures(0 points,the lowest dependence).Results A novel scale that could score 1865 cases into those 5 grades was developed.The percentages by grade were as follows:4 points,4.24%;3 points,4.88%;2 points,20.75%;1 point,69.38%;and 0 points,0.75%.The cumulative usage time was 4241.9 h,the duration of which was as follows:4 points,16.17%;3 points,15.50%;2 points,31.32%;1 point,35.62%;and 0 points,1.39%.Conclusions The HOR serves as a multifunctional room to treat neurosurgical diseases.The scale helps to quickly prioritize cases that rely more on HOR,providing guidelines for surgical scheduling.Although our HOR is unsuitable for emergency cases,it clearly shows the application performance of our HOR to provide a reference for promoting its efficient application.展开更多

Realizing ferromagnetic semiconductors with high Curie temperature TC is still a challenge in spintronics.Recent experiments have reported two-dimensional(2D)room temperature ferromagnetic metals,such as monolayer Cr_...Realizing ferromagnetic semiconductors with high Curie temperature TC is still a challenge in spintronics.Recent experiments have reported two-dimensional(2D)room temperature ferromagnetic metals,such as monolayer Cr_(3)Te_(6).In this paper,through density functional theory(DFT)calculations,we propose a method to obtain 2D high TC ferromagnetic semiconductors through element replacement in these ferromagnetic metals.We predict that monolayer(Cr_(4/6),Mo_(2/6))_(3)Te_(6),created via element replacement in monolayer Cr_(3)Te_(6),is a room-temperature ferromagnetic semiconductor exhibiting a band gap of 0.34 eV and a TC of 384 K.Our analysis reveals that the metal-to-semiconductor transition stems from the synergistic interplay of Mo-induced lattice distortion,which resolves band overlap,and the electronic contributions of Mo dopants,which further drive the formation of a distinct band gap.The origin of the high TC is traced to strong superexchange coupling between magnetic ions,analyzed via the superexchange model with DFT and Wannier function calculations.Considering the fast developments in fabrication and manipulation of 2D materials,our theoretical results propose an approach to explore high-temperature ferromagnetic semiconductors derived from experimentally obtained 2D high-temperature ferromagnetic metals through element replacement.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application of moderate and hypothermia control in patients undergoing cerebral hemangioma surgery.By adjusting the precise body temperature of the patients and controlling the changes,the int...Objective:To explore the application of moderate and hypothermia control in patients undergoing cerebral hemangioma surgery.By adjusting the precise body temperature of the patients and controlling the changes,the intraoperative and postoperative risks can be reduced,thereby better promoting postoperative recovery.Methods:Thirty patients undergoing cerebral hemangioma surgery were randomly selected as the subjects.All the patients were inpatients in the neurology department between May 2023 and May 2024.The control group received traditional routine nursing management.For the patients in the experimental group,in addition to traditional nursing management,there was also moderate and hypothermia intervention.The body temperature was monitored at three points:the tympanic membrane,esophagus,and rectum.The body temperature was effectively monitored to make it fluctuate within a relatively ideal range.The postoperative recovery was paid attention to and monitored.Key monitoring will be conducted on the intraoperative body temperature changes,hemodynamic indicators of the patients,as well as the postoperative awakening time and neurological function recovery indicators of the patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group with moderate to low body temperature had relatively gentle body temperature curves and little fluctuation in body temperature.In terms of hemodynamics,patients in the experimental group were more stable than those in the control group.Meanwhile,they recovered faster after the operation,the time required for patients to regain consciousness was shortened,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,especially infection,cerebral edema,and electrolyte abnormalities were more prominent.The comfort level and satisfaction of patients were relatively higher compared with those in the control group.Therefore,it can play a very good promoting role for the patient in the postoperative recovery.Conclusion:The application of moderate and low body temperature in cerebral hemangioma surgery can better stabilize the patient’s condition,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is conducive to the recovery of the patient’s neurological function.This method has changed the deficiency of body temperature management in traditional nursing and created a more ideal surgical environment for patients.展开更多
Objective:To study the effectiveness of the PDCA cycle model in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room.Method:From March 2022 to February 2024,the hospital adopted the PDCA cycle model to manage the re...Objective:To study the effectiveness of the PDCA cycle model in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room.Method:From March 2022 to February 2024,the hospital adopted the PDCA cycle model to manage the related work of the disinfection supply room.In this study,40 nursing staff were selected as the research subjects.Sixty-five sets of data generated during the implementation of the PDCA model were selected,and 65 sets of similar data before the implementation were also selected.The relevant data information was compared and evaluated to understand the changes in work before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle model management.Meanwhile,twenty departments in the hospital were selected to investigate the satisfaction before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle model management.Result:After the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,the completion rates of various tasks were improved,and there was a significant difference compared with those before the implementation(P<0.05).The work quality of each working link has also been improved since the implementation.Compared with that before the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,there are significant changes(P<0.05).It can be learned from the comparison of satisfaction among various departments that the satisfaction of departments has improved after the implementation of PDCA,and there is a significant difference compared with that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle model in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room can effectively improve the working conditions of the disinfection supply room and provide a basic guarantee for hospital treatment.Therefore,the PDCA cycle management model can be actively adopted in the actual work management.展开更多
Supersolidity is a counterintuitive quantum phase of matter where the long-range spatial order of a solid coexists with the frictionless flow characteristic of a superfluid.Recently,evidence of supersolidity has been ...Supersolidity is a counterintuitive quantum phase of matter where the long-range spatial order of a solid coexists with the frictionless flow characteristic of a superfluid.Recently,evidence of supersolidity has been demonstrated in polariton condensates in III-V photonic crystal microcavities by condensing into a topological bound state in the continuum,offering a new light-matter hybrid platform for exploring such quantum phase.In this work,we propose a theoretical scheme for realizing room-temperature supersolidity based on halide perovskite exciton polaritons operating in the optical parametric oscillation regime.By employing a waveguide microcavity geometry,we confine polariton scattering direction in reciprocal space,enabling controlled momentum selection.Leveraging the intrinsic nonlinear interactions among polaritons,we theoretically demonstrate the spontaneous breaking of both continuous translational symmetry and global phase symmetry,i.e.,the evidence of supersolidity.Furthermore,we identify a tunable phase transition sequence in our system:from a Bose-Einstein condensate to a supersolid phase,and ultimately to an insulating phase,as the nonlinear interaction strength increases.展开更多
Lithium-carbon dioxide(Li-CO_(2))batteries using high ion-conductive inorganic molten salt electrolytes have recently attracted much attention due to the high energy density and potential application of carbon neutral...Lithium-carbon dioxide(Li-CO_(2))batteries using high ion-conductive inorganic molten salt electrolytes have recently attracted much attention due to the high energy density and potential application of carbon neutrality.However,the poor Li-ion conductivity of the molten-salt electrolytes at room temperature(RT)makes these batteries lose most of their capacity and power as the temperature falls below 80℃.Here,inspired by the greenhouse effect,we report an RT molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery where solar energy can be efficiently harvested and converted into heat that is further localized on the cathode consisting of plasmonic ruthenium(Ru)catalysts and Li_(2)CO_(3)-based products via a greenhouse-like phenomenon.As a result,the solar-driven molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery demonstrates a larger full discharge/charge capacity of 9.5 mA h/8.1 mA h,and a longer cycle lifespan of 250 cycles at 500 mA/g with a limited capacity of 500 mA h/g at RT than the molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery at 130℃.Notably,the average temperature of the cathode increases by 8℃ after discharge to 0.75 mA h,which indicates the infrared radiation from Ru catalysts can be effectively suppressed by discharged Li_(2)CO_(3)-based products.This battery technology paves the way for developing low-temperature molten salt energy storage devices.展开更多

Objective:According to the World Federation of Medical Education,critical thinking should be part of the training of medical and paramedical students.Professionals can improve the quality of care of patients after sur...Objective:According to the World Federation of Medical Education,critical thinking should be part of the training of medical and paramedical students.Professionals can improve the quality of care of patients after surgery by having or acquiring this skill in health care.Also,Emotional intelligence is introduced as an impor tant and effective factor on the professional performance and mental health of healthcare professionals.Thus,the present study was designed and implemented to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking among operating room nursing students of medical sciences universities in Iran.Methods:This cross-sectional study was done on 420 operating room students in 10 top medical sciences universities of Iran in 2022.The sampling method in this research was multistage sampling.The data collection instruments included demographic characteristics,Rickett's critical thinking,and Bradberry-Greaves'emotional intelligence questionnaires.After receiving the ethics code,data collection was done for 2 months.For data analysis,descriptive and inferential analyses including independent t-tests,analysis of variance,and Pearson correlation were used.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 18(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,United States).P-value<0.05 was considered significant.Results:The mean age of the students participating in this study was 23.02±3.70 years,with women constituting 67.4%of them.The results of data analysis indicated that the mean total score of critical thinking and emotional intelligence was 124.10±37.52 and 114.12±43.63,respectively.A direct significant correlation between critical thinking and emotional intelligence(r=0.459,P-value<0.001)and a significant relationship between gender and emotional intelligence(P-value=0.028)were found.Conclusions:Based on the present study results,educational managers in the Ministry of Health are suggested to consider suitable educational programs for improving critical thinking and emotional intelligence to enhance the quality of care provided by students in operating rooms.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate and compare the effect of semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy on post-procedural sexual function with three different operating room settings.Methods:In this prospective randomized study,consecutive sexu...Objective:To evaluate and compare the effect of semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy on post-procedural sexual function with three different operating room settings.Methods:In this prospective randomized study,consecutive sexually active patients with normal pre-operative sexual function undergoing uncomplicated semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy for distal ureteric stones were randomized into three groups,with three different operating room settings.Procedure-related anxiety and sexual function were assessed pre-operatively using Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale and Brief Sexual Function Inventory(in males)and Female Sexual Function Index-6(in females),respectively.All the participants were stented following the procedure,and the stent was removed after 3 weeks.Post-procedural sexual function and general discomfort were assessed and compared between three groups at 1 week,3 weeks,and 12 weeks.The effect of surgery-related anxiety,preoperative sexual function,age,and general discomfort(including stent-related discomfort)on post-procedural sexual function were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Totally,327 eligible patients were randomized into three groups.The group of patients who underwent the procedural with a screen separating the operating area from the patient vision,while the patient could watch the endoscopy through a separate monitor,had better post-procedural sexual function compared to those who had total vision of the operating area as well as to those whose eyes were blocked.This difference was statistically significant.This post-procedural reduction in sexual function could not be attributed to in situ stent alone.Conclusions:Our study showed that semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy can have significant negative effect on sexual function,which can be reduced with proper preoperative counseling and an ideal operating room settings.展开更多
Developing a simple scalable method to fabricate electrodes with high capacity and wide voltage range is desired for the real use of electrochemical supercapacitors.Herein,we synthesized amorphous NiCo-LDH nanosheets ...Developing a simple scalable method to fabricate electrodes with high capacity and wide voltage range is desired for the real use of electrochemical supercapacitors.Herein,we synthesized amorphous NiCo-LDH nanosheets vertically aligned on activated carbon cloth substrate,which was in situ transformed from Co-metal-organic framework materials nano-columns by a simple ion exchange process at room temperature.Due to the amorphous and vertically aligned ultrathin structure of NiCo-LDH,the NiCo-LDH/activated carbon cloth composites present high areal capacities of 3770 and 1480 mF cm^(-2)as cathode and anode at 2 mA cm^(-2),and 79.5%and 80%capacity have been preserved at 50 mA cm^(-2).In the meantime,they all showed excellent cycling performance with negligible change after>10000 cycles.By fabricating them into an asymmetric supercapacitor,the device achieves high energy densities(5.61 mWh cm^(-2)and 0.352 mW cm^(-3)).This work provides an innovative strategy for simplifying the design of supercapacitors as well as providing a new understanding of improving the rate capabilities/cycling stability of NiCo-LDH materials.展开更多

文摘Traditional resistive semiconductor gas sensors suffer from high operating temperatures and poor selectivity.Thus,to address these issues,a highly selective nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))sensor based on lead sulfide(PbS)quantum dots(QDs)–lead molybdate(PbMoO_(4))–molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))ternary nanocomposites operating at room temperature was fabricated herein.The ternary nanocomposites were synthesized using an in situ method,yielding Pb S QDs with an average size of~10 nm and PbMoO_(4)nanoparticles in the 10-to 20-nm range,uniformly distributed on ultrathin MoS_(2)nanosheets with an average thickness of~7 nm.The optimized sensor demonstrated a significant improvement in response to 1 ppm NO_(2)at 25℃,achieving a response of 44.5%,which was approximately five times higher than that of the pure MoS_(2)-based sensor(8.5%).The sensor also achieved relatively short response/recovery times and full recovery properties.Notably,the optimal sensor displayed extraordinary selectivity toward NO_(2),showing negligible responses to different interfering gases.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations were conducted to elucidate the underlying sensing mechanism,which was attributed to the enhanced specific surface area,the receptor function of both PbS QDs and PbMoO_(4)nanoparticles,and the transducer function of MoS_(2) nanosheets.

文摘Solid-state batteries(SSBs)with thermal stable solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)show intrinsic capacity and great potential in energy density improvement.SSEs play critical role,however,their low ionic conductivity at room temperature and high brittleness hinder their further development.In this paper,polypropylene(PP)-polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)-Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)-Lithium bis(trifluoromethane sulphonyl)imide(LiTFSI)multi-layered composite solid electrolyte(CSE)is prepared by a simple separator coating strategy.The incorporation of LATP nanoparticle fillers and high concentration LiTFSI not only reduces the crystallinity of PVDF,but also forms a solvation structure,which contributes to high ionic conductivity in a wide temperature.In addition,using a PP separator as the supporting film,the mechanical strength of the electrolyte was improved and the growth of lithium dendrites are effectively inhibited.The results show that the CSE prepared in this paper has a high ionic conductivity of 6.38×10^(-4)S/cm at room temperature and significantly improves the mechanical properties,the tensile strength reaches 11.02 MPa.The cycle time of Li/Li symmetric cell assembled by CSE at room temperature can exceed 800 h.The Li/LFP full cell can cycle over 800 cycles and the specific capacity of Li/LFP full cell can still reach 120 m Ah/g after 800 cycles at 2 C.This CSE has good cycle stability and excellent mechanical strength at room temperature,which provides an effective method to improve the performance of solid electrolytes under moderate condition.

文摘Objective The lack of clarity regarding the application performance of a hybrid operating room(HOR)and the uncertainty of surgical scheduling often lead to its inefficient application.This study aimed to review the clinical application of our neurosurgical HOR and propose a scale to score cases clearly.Methods We reviewed the operating procedures and duration of stay in 1865 HOR cases.The actual procedures of each case were summarized into 5 application types,and numerical assignment was used to distinguish the dependence of each type on our HOR:surgical procedures combined with interventional procedures(4 points,the highest dependence),surgical procedures combined with imaging procedures(3 points),interventional procedures(2 points),imaging procedures(1 point),and surgical procedures(0 points,the lowest dependence).Results A novel scale that could score 1865 cases into those 5 grades was developed.The percentages by grade were as follows:4 points,4.24%;3 points,4.88%;2 points,20.75%;1 point,69.38%;and 0 points,0.75%.The cumulative usage time was 4241.9 h,the duration of which was as follows:4 points,16.17%;3 points,15.50%;2 points,31.32%;1 point,35.62%;and 0 points,1.39%.Conclusions The HOR serves as a multifunctional room to treat neurosurgical diseases.The scale helps to quickly prioritize cases that rely more on HOR,providing guidelines for surgical scheduling.Although our HOR is unsuitable for emergency cases,it clearly shows the application performance of our HOR to provide a reference for promoting its efficient application.

文摘In recent years,research on nursing interruptions has been conducted at various levels in emergency departments,intensive care units,hemodialysis centers,operating rooms,and sterilization and supply centers.Nursing interruptions are closely related to adverse nursing events,and interruptions in operating room nursing can significantly impact the success of a patient’s surgery.However,there is a lack of in-depth theoretical research on safety risk assessment and response decision-making by operating room nurses when faced with nursing interruptions.This article reviews the concept,current status,and impact of nursing interruptions in the operating room,analyzes the cognitive level,coping strategies,and negative emotions of operating room nurses,and elaborates on management strategies to provide references for research and management of nursing interruptions in the operating room.
文摘This paper focuses on the key role and practical paths of operating room nurses in infection control,and studies the difficult problems in the prevention and control of surgical site infections.Analyze the infection risk links in the operating room and the core responsibilities of nurses,reveal the multiple role mechanisms of nurses in infection control,design practical strategies from dimensions such as process optimization,skill improvement,and monitoring feedback,and construct an infection control system involving all staff.Research shows that operating room nurses can effectively reduce the risk of infection,improve medical quality,provide core guarantees for patient safety,and promote the transformation of operating room infection control towards refined management through practical actions such as standardized operation execution,real-time risk monitoring,and team collaboration supervision.

文摘Realizing ferromagnetic semiconductors with high Curie temperature TC is still a challenge in spintronics.Recent experiments have reported two-dimensional(2D)room temperature ferromagnetic metals,such as monolayer Cr_(3)Te_(6).In this paper,through density functional theory(DFT)calculations,we propose a method to obtain 2D high TC ferromagnetic semiconductors through element replacement in these ferromagnetic metals.We predict that monolayer(Cr_(4/6),Mo_(2/6))_(3)Te_(6),created via element replacement in monolayer Cr_(3)Te_(6),is a room-temperature ferromagnetic semiconductor exhibiting a band gap of 0.34 eV and a TC of 384 K.Our analysis reveals that the metal-to-semiconductor transition stems from the synergistic interplay of Mo-induced lattice distortion,which resolves band overlap,and the electronic contributions of Mo dopants,which further drive the formation of a distinct band gap.The origin of the high TC is traced to strong superexchange coupling between magnetic ions,analyzed via the superexchange model with DFT and Wannier function calculations.Considering the fast developments in fabrication and manipulation of 2D materials,our theoretical results propose an approach to explore high-temperature ferromagnetic semiconductors derived from experimentally obtained 2D high-temperature ferromagnetic metals through element replacement.

文摘Objective:To explore the application of moderate and hypothermia control in patients undergoing cerebral hemangioma surgery.By adjusting the precise body temperature of the patients and controlling the changes,the intraoperative and postoperative risks can be reduced,thereby better promoting postoperative recovery.Methods:Thirty patients undergoing cerebral hemangioma surgery were randomly selected as the subjects.All the patients were inpatients in the neurology department between May 2023 and May 2024.The control group received traditional routine nursing management.For the patients in the experimental group,in addition to traditional nursing management,there was also moderate and hypothermia intervention.The body temperature was monitored at three points:the tympanic membrane,esophagus,and rectum.The body temperature was effectively monitored to make it fluctuate within a relatively ideal range.The postoperative recovery was paid attention to and monitored.Key monitoring will be conducted on the intraoperative body temperature changes,hemodynamic indicators of the patients,as well as the postoperative awakening time and neurological function recovery indicators of the patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group with moderate to low body temperature had relatively gentle body temperature curves and little fluctuation in body temperature.In terms of hemodynamics,patients in the experimental group were more stable than those in the control group.Meanwhile,they recovered faster after the operation,the time required for patients to regain consciousness was shortened,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,especially infection,cerebral edema,and electrolyte abnormalities were more prominent.The comfort level and satisfaction of patients were relatively higher compared with those in the control group.Therefore,it can play a very good promoting role for the patient in the postoperative recovery.Conclusion:The application of moderate and low body temperature in cerebral hemangioma surgery can better stabilize the patient’s condition,reduce the occurrence of complications,and is conducive to the recovery of the patient’s neurological function.This method has changed the deficiency of body temperature management in traditional nursing and created a more ideal surgical environment for patients.
文摘Objective:To study the effectiveness of the PDCA cycle model in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room.Method:From March 2022 to February 2024,the hospital adopted the PDCA cycle model to manage the related work of the disinfection supply room.In this study,40 nursing staff were selected as the research subjects.Sixty-five sets of data generated during the implementation of the PDCA model were selected,and 65 sets of similar data before the implementation were also selected.The relevant data information was compared and evaluated to understand the changes in work before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle model management.Meanwhile,twenty departments in the hospital were selected to investigate the satisfaction before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle model management.Result:After the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,the completion rates of various tasks were improved,and there was a significant difference compared with those before the implementation(P<0.05).The work quality of each working link has also been improved since the implementation.Compared with that before the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,there are significant changes(P<0.05).It can be learned from the comparison of satisfaction among various departments that the satisfaction of departments has improved after the implementation of PDCA,and there is a significant difference compared with that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle model in the nursing management of the disinfection supply room can effectively improve the working conditions of the disinfection supply room and provide a basic guarantee for hospital treatment.Therefore,the PDCA cycle management model can be actively adopted in the actual work management.

文摘Supersolidity is a counterintuitive quantum phase of matter where the long-range spatial order of a solid coexists with the frictionless flow characteristic of a superfluid.Recently,evidence of supersolidity has been demonstrated in polariton condensates in III-V photonic crystal microcavities by condensing into a topological bound state in the continuum,offering a new light-matter hybrid platform for exploring such quantum phase.In this work,we propose a theoretical scheme for realizing room-temperature supersolidity based on halide perovskite exciton polaritons operating in the optical parametric oscillation regime.By employing a waveguide microcavity geometry,we confine polariton scattering direction in reciprocal space,enabling controlled momentum selection.Leveraging the intrinsic nonlinear interactions among polaritons,we theoretically demonstrate the spontaneous breaking of both continuous translational symmetry and global phase symmetry,i.e.,the evidence of supersolidity.Furthermore,we identify a tunable phase transition sequence in our system:from a Bose-Einstein condensate to a supersolid phase,and ultimately to an insulating phase,as the nonlinear interaction strength increases.

文摘Lithium-carbon dioxide(Li-CO_(2))batteries using high ion-conductive inorganic molten salt electrolytes have recently attracted much attention due to the high energy density and potential application of carbon neutrality.However,the poor Li-ion conductivity of the molten-salt electrolytes at room temperature(RT)makes these batteries lose most of their capacity and power as the temperature falls below 80℃.Here,inspired by the greenhouse effect,we report an RT molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery where solar energy can be efficiently harvested and converted into heat that is further localized on the cathode consisting of plasmonic ruthenium(Ru)catalysts and Li_(2)CO_(3)-based products via a greenhouse-like phenomenon.As a result,the solar-driven molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery demonstrates a larger full discharge/charge capacity of 9.5 mA h/8.1 mA h,and a longer cycle lifespan of 250 cycles at 500 mA/g with a limited capacity of 500 mA h/g at RT than the molten salt Li-CO_(2)battery at 130℃.Notably,the average temperature of the cathode increases by 8℃ after discharge to 0.75 mA h,which indicates the infrared radiation from Ru catalysts can be effectively suppressed by discharged Li_(2)CO_(3)-based products.This battery technology paves the way for developing low-temperature molten salt energy storage devices.

文摘Photonic crystal surface emitting lasers(PCSELs)utilize the Bragg diffraction of two-dimensional photonic crystals to achieve a single-mode output with a high power and a small divergence angle,and has recently attracted much attention^([1−3]).In 2023,Kyoto University reported GaAs-based 945 nm PCSELs with a continuous-wave(CW)single-mode output power of exceeding 50 W,and a narrow beam divergence angle of 0.05°,demonstrating a brightness of 1 GW·cm^(−2)·sr^(−1),which rivals those of the existing bulky lasers^([4]).
文摘Objective:According to the World Federation of Medical Education,critical thinking should be part of the training of medical and paramedical students.Professionals can improve the quality of care of patients after surgery by having or acquiring this skill in health care.Also,Emotional intelligence is introduced as an impor tant and effective factor on the professional performance and mental health of healthcare professionals.Thus,the present study was designed and implemented to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking among operating room nursing students of medical sciences universities in Iran.Methods:This cross-sectional study was done on 420 operating room students in 10 top medical sciences universities of Iran in 2022.The sampling method in this research was multistage sampling.The data collection instruments included demographic characteristics,Rickett's critical thinking,and Bradberry-Greaves'emotional intelligence questionnaires.After receiving the ethics code,data collection was done for 2 months.For data analysis,descriptive and inferential analyses including independent t-tests,analysis of variance,and Pearson correlation were used.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 18(IBM Corporation,Armonk,New York,United States).P-value<0.05 was considered significant.Results:The mean age of the students participating in this study was 23.02±3.70 years,with women constituting 67.4%of them.The results of data analysis indicated that the mean total score of critical thinking and emotional intelligence was 124.10±37.52 and 114.12±43.63,respectively.A direct significant correlation between critical thinking and emotional intelligence(r=0.459,P-value<0.001)and a significant relationship between gender and emotional intelligence(P-value=0.028)were found.Conclusions:Based on the present study results,educational managers in the Ministry of Health are suggested to consider suitable educational programs for improving critical thinking and emotional intelligence to enhance the quality of care provided by students in operating rooms.
文摘Objective:To evaluate and compare the effect of semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy on post-procedural sexual function with three different operating room settings.Methods:In this prospective randomized study,consecutive sexually active patients with normal pre-operative sexual function undergoing uncomplicated semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy for distal ureteric stones were randomized into three groups,with three different operating room settings.Procedure-related anxiety and sexual function were assessed pre-operatively using Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale and Brief Sexual Function Inventory(in males)and Female Sexual Function Index-6(in females),respectively.All the participants were stented following the procedure,and the stent was removed after 3 weeks.Post-procedural sexual function and general discomfort were assessed and compared between three groups at 1 week,3 weeks,and 12 weeks.The effect of surgery-related anxiety,preoperative sexual function,age,and general discomfort(including stent-related discomfort)on post-procedural sexual function were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:Totally,327 eligible patients were randomized into three groups.The group of patients who underwent the procedural with a screen separating the operating area from the patient vision,while the patient could watch the endoscopy through a separate monitor,had better post-procedural sexual function compared to those who had total vision of the operating area as well as to those whose eyes were blocked.This difference was statistically significant.This post-procedural reduction in sexual function could not be attributed to in situ stent alone.Conclusions:Our study showed that semi-rigid ureterorenoscopy can have significant negative effect on sexual function,which can be reduced with proper preoperative counseling and an ideal operating room settings.

文摘Developing a simple scalable method to fabricate electrodes with high capacity and wide voltage range is desired for the real use of electrochemical supercapacitors.Herein,we synthesized amorphous NiCo-LDH nanosheets vertically aligned on activated carbon cloth substrate,which was in situ transformed from Co-metal-organic framework materials nano-columns by a simple ion exchange process at room temperature.Due to the amorphous and vertically aligned ultrathin structure of NiCo-LDH,the NiCo-LDH/activated carbon cloth composites present high areal capacities of 3770 and 1480 mF cm^(-2)as cathode and anode at 2 mA cm^(-2),and 79.5%and 80%capacity have been preserved at 50 mA cm^(-2).In the meantime,they all showed excellent cycling performance with negligible change after>10000 cycles.By fabricating them into an asymmetric supercapacitor,the device achieves high energy densities(5.61 mWh cm^(-2)and 0.352 mW cm^(-3)).This work provides an innovative strategy for simplifying the design of supercapacitors as well as providing a new understanding of improving the rate capabilities/cycling stability of NiCo-LDH materials.
