Grounded in educational ecology and constructivist theory,this study examines the challenges and opportunities faced by English teachers in the Gene AI era.While Gene AI is efficient in surface-level tasks,it has limi...Grounded in educational ecology and constructivist theory,this study examines the challenges and opportunities faced by English teachers in the Gene AI era.While Gene AI is efficient in surface-level tasks,it has limitations in cultural interpretation,ethical guidance,and metacognitive development.The paper proposes a tripartite framework for role transformation:cognitive reframing,pedagogical innovation,and ethical repositioning to help tackle the problem of functional substitution anxiety due to AI’s encroachment on traditional roles.The study concludes that English teachers must evolve into“intelligent curators”who can synergize AI’s technical prowess with human wisdom,prioritizing holistic human development over skill acquisition.展开更多
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and automation has significantly transformed the accounting profession,shifting the role of accountants from routine data processors to strategic decision makers and...The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and automation has significantly transformed the accounting profession,shifting the role of accountants from routine data processors to strategic decision makers and ethical stewards of technology.This conceptual study explores how AI and automation are reshaping accounting tasks,transforming required competencies,and redefining professional responsibilities.By analyzing relevant literature and theoretical frameworks,this paper identifies the evolving skill sets,both technical such as data analytics and AI literacy,and nontechnical such as critical thinking and ethical judgment,that are essential for modern accountants.The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous education,ethical integrity,and adaptive learning in navigating the digital transformation of accounting.Ultimately,this paper contributes to a deeper understanding of how accountants can maintain relevance and add value in an increasingly automated and data driven environment.展开更多

Objectives:To explore the resilience experience of new nurses and how new nurses develop and apply resilience strategies to cope with the difficulties during the transition period.Methods:A descriptive qualitative res...Objectives:To explore the resilience experience of new nurses and how new nurses develop and apply resilience strategies to cope with the difficulties during the transition period.Methods:A descriptive qualitative research method was on data acquired using data semi-structured interviews with 12 new nurses aged 20-26 years whose working time was more than 12 months but less than 24 months.Results:Analysis of the data could determine participants adopting resilience strategies to withstand difficulties and challenges in transition period.This period consisted of three main phases:"self-protection,""undertaking challenges,"and"planning future."The first-line nurse managers'feedback and flexible shift scheduling paid a vital part in promoting the resilience development of new nurses.Conclusions:Recognizing the importance of understanding and developing the resilience of new nurses in the transition period could greatly reduce the turnover rate and alleviate the shortage of nurses in global nursing workforce.展开更多

On the one hand, the Alliance structure with the United States as the pivot has experienced transformation from a hub-spokes system to a network, has formed the hierarchical layout of new alliance, quasi-alliance and potential alliance, On the other hand, emerging economies represented by China and Russia, while reinforcing the existing coordinate security framework, reshape the Asia-Pacific and even the whole Eurasia geopolitical posture through strategic initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the Eurasian Economic Union. As the third force in the Asia-Pacific security architecture, the Association of South-East Asian Nations(ASEAN) with the construction of a series of multilateral security mechanisms provides dialogue platform for the two security architectures led by major countries, and has also become one of the feasible paths to realize the future holistic security architecture in the Asia-Pacific region. Meanwhile, the major countries strategic competitions have intensified, which has gradually eroded the ASEAN ‘s cohesion, neutrality and even the central position in a holistic security architecture. The future's reconstruction of the Asia-Pacific security architecture needs to find new strategic consensus and reconfirm the ASEAN central position.展开更多
