The frequent occurrence of extreme heat events in the context of global warming poses a serious threat to public health.Increasing evidence has highlighted the limitations of China’s traditional early heat warning sy...The frequent occurrence of extreme heat events in the context of global warming poses a serious threat to public health.Increasing evidence has highlighted the limitations of China’s traditional early heat warning system,including an overemphasis on meteorological factors,the absence of health risk assessments,limited regional adaptability,and a disconnect between observations and public perception.These shortcomings hinder the ability of the system to meet the growing demand for precise health protection warnings and initiatives.Consequently,the development of an early warning system that focuses on the health risks of high temperatures has emerged as a critical strategy for addressing climate change-related health impacts.This study systematically reviews the existing standards and service limitations of heat warning systems in China and analyzes the necessity of advancing research on and applications of healthoriented heat risk warnings.In the future,the broader social scope of such meteorological warning systems is expected to transform them into health risk assessment systems that benefit the entire population.展开更多

As crucial information, lane boundaries were detected based on principal component analysis of grayscale distribution in search bars of given number and then each search bar was tracked using Kalman filter between frames. The lane detection performance was evaluated and demonstrated in ways of receiver operating characteristic, dice similarity coefficient and real-time performance. For lane departure detection, a lane departure risk evaluation model based on lasting time and frequency was effectively executed on the ARM-based platform. Experimental results indicate that the algorithm generates satisfactory lane detection results under different traffic and lighting conditions, and the proposed warning mechanism sends effective warning signals, avoiding most false warning.展开更多

Methods: according to the order of admission, 300 patients who...Objective: to explore the clinical impact and effect of applying safety management nursing and risk early warning in the treatment of orthopedic patients. Methods: according to the order of admission, 300 patients who received treatment in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were given ward safety management care, while the patients in the control group were given routine ward care management mode. The scores of two groups of patients on different care management were compared. Results: the patients' scores of the observation group receiving safety management nursing were far higher than those of the control group receiving routine management, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of safety management nursing in orthopedic wards can effectively reduce the risk early warning, greatly improve the nursing effect and patient safety, and urge them to recover as soon as possible.展开更多

The patients were randomly divided into two ...Objective: To explore the effect of risk early warning mechanism in orthopedic perioperative nursing.Methods a total of 76 patients were selected from May 2020 to may 2021. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group chose routine monitoring and nursing, and the patients in the observation group chose routine monitoring and added risk early warning mechanism.After the end of nursing work, the incidence of accidents and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results after the end of nursing work, the accident rates of patients in the control group and the observation group were 18.34% and 2.63% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05);The total effective rates of patients in the control group and the observation group were 86.84% and 97.37% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion the application of risk early warning mechanism can effectively improve the incidence of accidents in orthopaedic perioperative nursing, and can significantly improve the overall treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.展开更多
To enhance the prevention capability of meteorological disasters in semi-arid mountainous areas,in view of the characteristics of strong suddenness,significant locality and high basin correlation of hazardous weather ...To enhance the prevention capability of meteorological disasters in semi-arid mountainous areas,in view of the characteristics of strong suddenness,significant locality and high basin correlation of hazardous weather in Liangcheng County,the progress of risk warning technology of hazardous weather and the innovative achievements of the construction of the basin joint prevention mechanism were systematically analyzed based on the recent prevention and mitigation practices of meteorological disasters in Liangcheng Meteorological Bureau.The results show that firstly,Liangcheng County has established an"ground-air-space"integrated monitoring network to achieve 5-min full coverage monitoring of core meteorological elements throughout the region.Secondly,relying on a multi-level forecasting system and intelligent technologies,the lead time of early warnings of hazardous weather has been extended to several hours,and the accuracy has significantly improved.Thirdly,a multi-channel and targeted warning dissemination system has been constructed,with a public coverage rate of over 90%.Fourthly,a basin joint prevention innovation model of"information sharing,joint discussion,and hierarchical linkage"has been formed,and the collaborative effectiveness of disaster response across regions and departments has been significantly enhanced.This research results can provide technical references and practical models for optimizing the prevention and mitigation system of meteorological disasters in regions with similar climate and geographical characteristics.展开更多
