As one of the famous effects in the quantum Rabi model(QRM),Rabi oscillation may lead to the occurrence of quantum dynamical behaviors without classical dynamic counterparts,such as quantum collapse and revival effect...As one of the famous effects in the quantum Rabi model(QRM),Rabi oscillation may lead to the occurrence of quantum dynamical behaviors without classical dynamic counterparts,such as quantum collapse and revival effects.In this paper,we focus on studying the long-time quantum signatures of chaos in the large atom-light frequency ratios of the Rabi model.It is shown that the saturated values of the entanglement entropy for initial states located in chaotic sea are higher than that in the regular regions,and the Husimi Q function are more dispersed in phase space.Moreover,we observed that the long-time average entanglement entropy and spin variance correspond well with the semiclassical phase space.Our results imply that the correspondence principle is not invalidated by quantum collapse and revival effects in the large atom-light frequency ratios Rabi model.展开更多

Prolonging the lifetime of batteries is a long-term pursuit,and it is also one of the prerequisites for the practical application of batteries.However,this endeavor is challenging for high-energy Li–O_(2)batteries du...Prolonging the lifetime of batteries is a long-term pursuit,and it is also one of the prerequisites for the practical application of batteries.However,this endeavor is challenging for high-energy Li–O_(2)batteries due to their poor charge efficiency and cathode passivation-induced by-products accumulation.Here,we demonstrated that overcharging Li–O_(2)batteries could facilitate the decomposition of accumulated residue products and revive the cathode;thus,the battery lifespan could be significantly extended.This long battery lifetime not only made full use of the Li anode but also enabled the battery to recycle in a safer way without the risk of firing and explosion.Furthermore,overcharge could be used in Li–O_(2)batteries with high mass loading,high rate,and large capacity.This overcharge strategy simplified the cathode regenerating procedures and realized system-level efficient use of battery components,thereby prolonging the life of Li–O_(2)batteries to meet the requirements of practical applications.展开更多

Maintaining the health of the ski...The epidermis, and in particular its outermost layer, the stratum corneum, contributes much of the barrier function of the skin and is a readily visible representation of skin health. Maintaining the health of the skin barrier has arguably become more important than ever in the modern world, in which a large majority of people are exposed to environmental insults. These external factors can damage the integrity of the skin barrier and prematurely age the skin. Therefore, it has become increasingly important to maintain and protect the stratum corneum. Here, we briefly review the complex, multilayered structure of the skin and relate it to clinically translatable function, with an emphasis on the stratum corneum. In the context of epidermal structure and function, the formulation and clinical data for Phelityl® Reviving Cream will be reviewed. Phelityl Reviving Cream was shown to be associated with improvements in both immediate- and long-term parameters, including a significant positive effect on the skin barrier and immediate and long-lasting hydration.展开更多
Rural areas in the K?odzko Region were subject to a long-term depopulation,marginalization,and long-lasting socio-economic decline since the 19th century.In recent years,however,the study area has been subject to a sh...Rural areas in the K?odzko Region were subject to a long-term depopulation,marginalization,and long-lasting socio-economic decline since the 19th century.In recent years,however,the study area has been subject to a shift in socio-economic trends that show rural revival.The main goal of the research is to assess the actual role of tourism in socio-economic revival of rural areas in the K?odzko Region.To determine the dynamics of the tourism function development,statistical data were used and an inventory of tourism beds in accommodation facilities was conducted.The results show that there was a substantial development of the tourism function in the study area and its most intense scale was noted in the depopulating villages,as evidenced by the increase in the numbers of tourism facilities and numbers of tourism beds.Therefore,it can be concluded that the development of tourism contributed to the limitation of negative socioeconomic processes in the area and,in the case of some villages,even to the reversal of these trends,which might testify to the rural revival.Moreover,the improvement of the socio-economic situation is visible also in the villages that do not have significant tourist values but are in the neighbourhood of tourism hotspots.This observation might be important for forecasting future development and planning of rural areas.展开更多
