The problem of China’s uneven and insufficient development is the most striking in the countryside. Countryside rejuvenation is of historical significance to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and turning China into a modernized socialist country. The reform of rural land system is vital to integrating urban and rural development. We must allow farmers to gain their due share of value-added revenues from land, and share in the dividends of urbanization. Based on household operations, we should enhance the basic rural operation system, foster new agricultural operators, and develop modern agriculture as the foundation for revitalizing countryside industries. We must deepen agricultural supply-side structural reforms to ensure sufficient supply and security of main agricultural products. We must reform the rural collective ownership system to implement property rights to farmers and protect their interests in the context of urban and rural integration. We must promote green development and revitalize countryside ecological environment. We must enhance rural governance to revitalize rural organizations. 展开更多

Revitalizing Old Industrial Base of Northeast China:Process, Policy and Challenge 被引量:8

Northeast China is the largest old industrial base of China that endured persistent influence of the past planned economy system. This region has lost its leading place since the reform and opening up, and became a backward region by contrast with the coastal areas. This paper elaborates the evolutionary process of the old industrial base of Northeast China, analyses the main reasons for the decline, gives a preliminary evaluation on the revitalizing polices in recent years, and points out major long-term challenges for future revitalization. It concludes that for Northeast China, a relative declining area: 1) it is indispensable to get the long-term policy support from the central government; 2) system reform and structure adjustment are the crucial strategies, particularly the reform of the large and medium state-owned enterprises; and devel-oping new industries is as important as upgrading traditional advantaged industries; 3) the local governments should play an indirect role, avoiding from any unnecessary intervention on economic activity; and 4) social security and investment climate must be improved simultaneously. In addition, the author stresses that the lack of knowledge on the nature of old industrial base had led to failures of the past initiatives, and revitalizing the old industrial base should be treated as a holis-tic regional project including economy growth, society progress and environment improvement. 展开更多

In addition, land subsidence of 5 to 10 centimetres per year is taking place. The climate change phenomenon provokes land areas that are lower than sea water level from time to time. This makes the situation with respect to flooding increasingly risky. Semarang Old City (heritage) as part of principal Semarang area is suffering also from regular flooding and pollution that hamper the revitalisation of the old city. These areas used to be productive lands, but flooding make the existing public infrastructure does no longer function, and residential areas have changed into unhealthy slams. To overcome these problems, the Government of Semarang chooses a polder drainage system to address the flooding in Semarang. In the framework of the cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands, these activities consist of research and workshops on Urban Heritage. The scope consists basically of five components: experiences with urban drainage and flood protection in Semarang with a focus on Semarang Old City, field visit to relevant places with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City, lectures on the relevant aspects of urban drainage and flood protection, exercises to get an insight in the processes that can take place under normal and extreme conditions, formulation of a preliminary plan to improve the situation with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City. In this paper, the various relevant points are described, such as scenarios analysis as well as the findings and recommendations for improvement of the urban drainage system and flood protection of Semarang Heritage City. 展开更多

在工业设备数字化设计领域,以Revit为代表的BIM软件在复杂设备建模中存在效率欠佳、用户交互不流畅等问题。带式输送机作为工矿企业关键设备,传统设计流程中计算、选型、建模环节相互脱节,且现有研究存在交互性不足、路径适应能力弱等局... 在工业设备数字化设计领域,以Revit为代表的BIM软件在复杂设备建模中存在效率欠佳、用户交互不流畅等问题。带式输送机作为工矿企业关键设备,传统设计流程中计算、选型、建模环节相互脱节,且现有研究存在交互性不足、路径适应能力弱等局限,导致设计返工率高,场景适应性较差。基于交互设计理念,在Revit平台基础上研发一款带式输送机交互式设计插件。该插件通过集成计算、选型与参数化建模功能,构建以用户决策为核心的设计流程。采用全自由度路径解析算法,支持任意复杂路径的识别与处理;依托SQL Server数据库实现了计算参数的实时校验与选型方案的即时切换;结合参数化族库技术,实现了主体与附属设备的自动化建模。应用案例表明,该插件显著提升了设计效率与准确性,降低了返工率,适用于带式输送机的数字化设计全过程。 展开更多

Historic urban areas are a crucial component of urban heritage,embodying the collective memory of urban development and possessing distinctive urban textures and cultural attributes.However,the growing impact of globalization on the urban environment poses challenges to historic urban areas,including diminishing social recognition,aging infrastructure,loss of vitality,and cultural erosion.To address these challenges,this study proposes a novel approach to revitalizing historic urban areas by employing space syntax methodology.The study focuses on Yushan Historic District in China as a case study and uses spatial models within space syntax to describe,analyze,and interpret its urban morphology.The objective is to enhance urban vitality while preserving the heritage fabric of historic urban areas.Additionally,it aims to contribute to the advancement of space syntax research,specifically in the context of urban renewal and revitalization of historic districts.The findings reveal the spatial factors that contribute to the generation of vitality within the district,identify areas requiring intervention,and provide strategies for revitalizing historic urban areas.This study demonstrates the potential of utilizing a space syntax approach in urban revitalization,providing valuable guidance for effectively conserving urban heritage within the context of urban renewal. 展开更多

基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化关键技术研究

目前城市建筑场景愈发复杂,相应的三维BIM模型体量也愈发庞大,本文针对三维模型展示不便、由于体量庞大引起的实时渲染显示慢以及WebGL对一般的Revit文件无法直接支持等问题,提出了基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化展示方法。本文首先通... 目前城市建筑场景愈发复杂,相应的三维BIM模型体量也愈发庞大,本文针对三维模型展示不便、由于体量庞大引起的实时渲染显示慢以及WebGL对一般的Revit文件无法直接支持等问题,提出了基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化展示方法。本文首先通过Revit二次开发将BIM模型转换成.glTF格式文件;其次,使用二次度量误差边折叠算法对模型进行轻量化,并使用Draco算法进行压缩,压缩完成后再通过LOD优化层级算法等方法对其进行Web端的渲染展示。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可以在有效保留模型几何特征的前提下,实现Web端三维建筑模型的渲染显示,最终数据优化压缩比例最高可达96.36%,Web端实时渲染所需时间最高可提升4.9 s。 展开更多
