We must allow farmers to gain their due share of value-added revenues from land, and share in the dividends of urbanization. Based on household operations, we should enhance the basic rural operation system, foster new agricultural operators, and develop modern agriculture as the foundation for revitalizing countryside industries. We must deepen agricultural supply-side structural reforms to ensure sufficient supply and security of main agricultural products. We must reform the rural collective ownership system to implement property rights to farmers and protect their interests in the context of urban and rural integration. Revitalizing Old Industrial Base of Northeast China:Process, Policy and Challenge 被引量:8

Northeast China is the largest old industrial base of China that endured persistent influence of the past planned economy system. This region has lost its leading place since the reform and opening up, and became a backward region by contrast with the coastal areas. This paper elaborates the evolutionary process of the old industrial base of Northeast China, analyses the main reasons for the decline, gives a preliminary evaluation on the revitalizing polices in recent years, and points out major long-term challenges for future revitalization. It concludes that for Northeast China, a relative declining area: 1) it is indispensable to get the long-term policy support from the central government; 2) system reform and structure adjustment are the crucial strategies, particularly the reform of the large and medium state-owned enterprises; and devel-oping new industries is as important as upgrading traditional advantaged industries; 3) the local governments should play an indirect role, avoiding from any unnecessary intervention on economic activity; and 4) social security and investment climate must be improved simultaneously. In addition, the author stresses that the lack of knowledge on the nature of old industrial base had led to failures of the past initiatives, and revitalizing the old industrial base should be treated as a holis-tic regional project including economy growth, society progress and environment improvement. 展开更多

In addition, land subsidence of 5 to 10 centimetres per year is taking place. The climate change phenomenon provokes land areas that are lower than sea water level from time to time. This makes the situation with respect to flooding increasingly risky. Semarang Old City (heritage) as part of principal Semarang area is suffering also from regular flooding and pollution that hamper the revitalisation of the old city. These areas used to be productive lands, but flooding make the existing public infrastructure does no longer function, and residential areas have changed into unhealthy slams. To overcome these problems, the Government of Semarang chooses a polder drainage system to address the flooding in Semarang. In the framework of the cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands, these activities consist of research and workshops on Urban Heritage. The scope consists basically of five components: experiences with urban drainage and flood protection in Semarang with a focus on Semarang Old City, field visit to relevant places with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City, lectures on the relevant aspects of urban drainage and flood protection, exercises to get an insight in the processes that can take place under normal and extreme conditions, formulation of a preliminary plan to improve the situation with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City. In this paper, the various relevant points are described, such as scenarios analysis as well as the findings and recommendations for improvement of the urban drainage system and flood protection of Semarang Heritage City. 展开更多

BIM模型不支持有限元计算,且BIM模型与有限元分析模型数据交互困难,故BIM技术正向设计过程中存在建模效率低、模型修改困难等问题,无法做到BIM结构设计与有限元力学分析一体化,增加了结构模型建模与纠错成本.本文依托Revit和Midas/Civil软件平台,在Dynamo环境下采用IronPython语言设计了一套Revit-Midas/Civil的模型信息转换程序.以博士大桥主桥为对象,通过程序自动实现:1)Revit模型桥梁构件分解、截面特性计算、拉索及梁塔弹性连接处理,并转换成适用于Midas/Civil的语言格式MCT文件,实现了Revit向Midas/Civil模型信息自动转换;2)将有限元计算结果反馈到Revit模型中,对作用效应信息按数值大小赋予渐变颜色,实现了在BIM模型中显示有限元分析结果的展示功能.本文程序可实现Revit-Midas/Civil模型信息转换,有效提高了BIM正向应用效率,弥补了BIM技术在桥梁结构分析方面的不足. 展开更多

基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化关键技术研究

目前城市建筑场景愈发复杂,相应的三维BIM模型体量也愈发庞大,本文针对三维模型展示不便、由于体量庞大引起的实时渲染显示慢以及WebGL对一般的Revit文件无法直接支持等问题,提出了基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化展示方法。本文首先通... 目前城市建筑场景愈发复杂,相应的三维BIM模型体量也愈发庞大,本文针对三维模型展示不便、由于体量庞大引起的实时渲染显示慢以及WebGL对一般的Revit文件无法直接支持等问题,提出了基于二次度量误差的BIM模型轻量化展示方法。本文首先通过Revit二次开发将BIM模型转换成.glTF格式文件;其次,使用二次度量误差边折叠算法对模型进行轻量化,并使用Draco算法进行压缩,压缩完成后再通过LOD优化层级算法等方法对其进行Web端的渲染展示。实验结果表明,本文提出的方法可以在有效保留模型几何特征的前提下,实现Web端三维建筑模型的渲染显示,最终数据优化压缩比例最高可达96.36%,Web端实时渲染所需时间最高可提升4.9 s。 展开更多

水闸在提高灌溉效率、防灾减灾和水资源管理方面至关重要。针对水闸设计过程中二维计算困难、设计变更重复性工作量巨大、现有水闸三维设计建模精度低等问题,依据参数化设计理念,提出基于BIM技术的水闸参数化设计关键技术。采用Matlab A... 水闸在提高灌溉效率、防灾减灾和水资源管理方面至关重要。针对水闸设计过程中二维计算困难、设计变更重复性工作量巨大、现有水闸三维设计建模精度低等问题,依据参数化设计理念,提出基于BIM技术的水闸参数化设计关键技术。采用Matlab App Designer交互界面技术,将水闸参数计算公式及设计规范封装为计算机指令,开发面向对象的水闸结构计算系统,应用不动点迭代法解决了隐式方程计算困难的问题,使用C#语言及API接口对Revit进行二次开发,实现了水闸单项工程的参数化建模、明细表的生成与族库信息化科学管理,简化了繁琐的建模步骤,提高了设计效率。对青田县水闸的实际应用结果表明,该水闸参数化设计方法具有实用性与准确性,该技术缩短了建模时间,水闸模型拥有较高精度且可重复使用,为参数化设计技术在水闸工程中的应用提供了参考。 展开更多

本文以民用建筑为应用背景,基于现有BIM模型,采用二次开发技术在不提升模型精细度的前提下成功实现了安装工程量的自动精准提取。研究将安装工程量分为线性构件和非线性构件两大类,并界定Revit中需计量的图元类型及其计量原则。对于线... 本文以民用建筑为应用背景,基于现有BIM模型,采用二次开发技术在不提升模型精细度的前提下成功实现了安装工程量的自动精准提取。研究将安装工程量分为线性构件和非线性构件两大类,并界定Revit中需计量的图元类型及其计量原则。对于线性构件,进一步细分为管线图元和连接件图元。针对管线图元,明确计量所需关键参数,并设计二次开发方法从Revit中提取这些参数;而对于连接件图元,创新性地提出一套高精度、高普适度的工程量参数折算方案。对于非线性构件,开发一款能全面覆盖构件信息的参数提取软件。通过实际项目应用,不仅验证该系统的可行性和准确性,同时也发现在建模标准方面存在不足,提出在后期工作中需注重建模标准的制定,以便能直接从BIM模型中更高效、精准地提取安装工程量。 展开更多

为有效监控变电站运行状态、保障地铁运行的平稳性,研究基于点云数据处理方法的地铁变电站可视化建模方法。在通过无人机倾斜摄影采集变电站的三维点云数据后,对点云数据实施处理,并利用ICP算法完成数据匹配。然后将点云数据导入Revit... 为有效监控变电站运行状态、保障地铁运行的平稳性,研究基于点云数据处理方法的地铁变电站可视化建模方法。在通过无人机倾斜摄影采集变电站的三维点云数据后,对点云数据实施处理,并利用ICP算法完成数据匹配。然后将点云数据导入Revit软件构建可视化基础模型,再经利用包裹贴图渲染方法无缝拼接后得到整体模型。最后通过双线性光强插值方法的增强处理获得最终的变电站可视化模型。实验结果表明,该方法构建的模型具有稳定性和流畅性,明暗度适中,内部细节呈现清晰,可用于实际的地铁变电站监控工作,保障地铁平稳、安全运行。 展开更多

The mountainous rural regions of China are undergoing enormous changes in space and time.To a certain extent,this change has increased the difficulties in our understanding of rural development in mountainous areas and brought challenges to development policies and revitalization strategies in mountainous rural regions,especially in karst mountainous areas.In light of the difficulty in and as the key to the development of China's mountainous rural areas,the scientific and systematic construction of indicators for evaluating the level of rural revitalization development and clarifying the level of rural revitalization development and influential factors in karst mountainous areas are of great significance to the implementation of the development of the strategy for the revitalization of the rural areas in karst mountainous areas in China.This study constructed an evaluation index system of the rural regional system and rural revitalization development(RTSRD)from the perspective of rural regional system theory,assessed the spatial differentiation patterns and influential factors of RTSRD,and refined a typical territorial model of rural revitalization development in karst mountainous areas by taking Guizhou Province,a typical karst mountainous region,as a case study area.The evaluation and spatial analyses show that the RTSRD indices of karst mountainous areas in the system perspective show a linear growth trend in all single dimensions,with industrial revitalization(IR)showing the most significant increase each year.In time,the RTSRD of karst mountainous regions has developed from low to high,with evident improvement;spatially,the RTSRD shows the characteristics of‘high in the middle and low in the surroundings,and low in the plateau and low in the depression,'with apparent spatial heterogeneity.In addition,this study found that the spatial and temporal differences in RTSRD result from a combination of endogenous push and exogenous pull in the rural system.In particular,this study has refined a typical regional model of rural revitalization development in karst mountainous regions,which provides theoretical support and case practice for rural development in other karst mountainous regions.At the same time,it provides a basis for decision-making for the county level government and rural development planning. 展开更多
