Methods: during the period from January 2019 to September 2020, 80 emergency lung recovery patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group provided treatment for the trachea, while the experimental group provided combined tracheal treatment for the airway in the mask capsule. Before and after treatment with PO2, PC2, SPO2 and APACHEII, the open time of gas pipeline, the recovery time of heartbeat, the recovery of consciousness and spontaneous respiration, and the indicators of successful recovery were compared between the two groups. Results: the comparison of the estimated values of PO2, PCO2, SPO2 and APACHEII was P > 0.05, among which the optimization degree of the estimated values of PO2, PCO2, SPO2 and APACHEII in the laboratory group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The opening time, heartbeat recovery, consciousness recovery and spontaneous breathing recovery ability of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the successful recovery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (n < 0.05). Conclusion: the resuscitation of emergency pulmonary resuscitation by introducing combined gas pipeline into respirator capsule can increase the recovery success rate and improve the patient's medical history.展开更多
