基于Q-Learning的多模态自适应光伏功率优化组合预测

针对光伏功率序列波动性强、随机性高的问题,文中提出一种基于Q-Learning的多模态自适应光伏功率优化组合预测模型。首先,采用鲸鱼优化算法的变分模态分解方法,将原始光伏功率序列分解成不同子模态,并通过集成特征筛选模型,确定各子模... 针对光伏功率序列波动性强、随机性高的问题,文中提出一种基于Q-Learning的多模态自适应光伏功率优化组合预测模型。首先,采用鲸鱼优化算法的变分模态分解方法,将原始光伏功率序列分解成不同子模态,并通过集成特征筛选模型,确定各子模态序列最敏感的气象因素。然后,构建反向传播神经网络、双向长短期记忆网络、门控循环单元网络和时间卷积网络4种基础预测模型。考虑到不同模型对不同频率特征的子序列预测能力不同,利用Q-Learning算法自适应选择各模态对应的最优基础模型组合方式。最后,将不同子模态的预测结果叠加重构,得到最终预测结果,并利用高分辨率光伏气象功率数据集进行验证。结果证明,文中所提出的基于Q-Learning的多模态自适应光伏功率优化组合预测模型,相较于单一模型的预测误差平均绝对误差下降了16.18%,均方误差下降了17.00%。 展开更多

Accelerating urbanization and the rapid development of intelligent transportation systems have rendered shortterm traffic flow prediction an important research field.Accurate prediction of traffic flow is beneficial for the optimization of traffic planning,improvement of road utilization,reduction of traffic congestion,and reduction in the incidence of traffic accidents.However,data pertaining to traffic flow are typically influenced by a multitude of factors,resulting in data that exhibit a considerable degree of nonlinearity and complexity.To address the issue of noise in raw traffic flow data,this study proposes a hybrid model that combines variational mode decomposition(VMD),a bidirectional long short-term memory network(BiLSTM),and a gated recurrent unit(GRU)for short-term traffic flow prediction.To validate the effectiveness of the model,an experimental validation was conducted based on traffic flow data from UK highways,and the performance of the model was compared with common benchmark models.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method yields superior prediction results in terms of mean absolute error,coefficient of determination,and root-mean-square error compared to existing prediction techniques,thereby substantiating its efficacy in short-term traffic flow prediction. 展开更多

研究深入探讨PBL(基于问题学习)与E-learning(电子学习)两种教学模式在“数据结构”这一核心计算机专业课程中的实际应用效果与差异。选取安徽大学2023级人工智能专业的118名本科生作为样本,通过随机分配形成试验班与普通班,分别实施PBL... 研究深入探讨PBL(基于问题学习)与E-learning(电子学习)两种教学模式在“数据结构”这一核心计算机专业课程中的实际应用效果与差异。选取安徽大学2023级人工智能专业的118名本科生作为样本,通过随机分配形成试验班与普通班,分别实施PBL与E-learning教学。课程结束后进行理论考核,结果显示PBL班不仅在总成绩上显著优于E-learning班,而且在各类题型,特别是强调综合能力与逻辑思维的算法编程题上,表现更加突出(P<0.05,部分P<0.01)。此外,PBL教学模式在提升学生自主学习能力、编程逻辑思维及实际问题解决能力方面的效果也更为显著,建议高校计算机类专业课程积极采用并优化这一教学模式,以全面提升学生的综合素质与未来竞争力。 展开更多

During the last decades the whispering gallery mode based sensors have become a prominent solution for label-free sensing of various physical and chemical parameters.At the same time,the widespread utilization of the approach is hindered by the restricted applicability of the known configurations for ambient variations quantification outside the laboratory conditions and their low affordability,where necessity on the spectrally-resolved data collection is among the main limiting factors.In this paper we demonstrate the first realization of an affordable whispering gallery mode sensor powered by deep learning and multi-resonator imaging at a fixed frequency.It has been shown that the approach enables refractive index unit(RIU)prediction with an absolute error at 3×10^(-6) level for dynamic range of the RIU variations from 0 to 2×10^(-3) with temporal resolution of several milliseconds and instrument-driven detection limit of 3×10−5.High sensing accuracy together with instrumental affordability and production simplicity places the reported detector among the most cost-effective realizations of the whispering gallery mode approach.The proposed solution is expected to have a great impact on the shift of the whole sensing paradigm away from the model-based and to the flexible self-learning solutions. 展开更多

Power flow adjustment is a sequential decision problem.The operator makes decisions to ensure that the power flow meets the system's operational constraints,thereby obtaining a typical operating mode power flow.However,this decision-making method relies heavily on human experience,which is inefficient when the system is complex.In addition,the results given by the current evaluation system are difficult to directly guide the intelligent power flow adjustment.In order to improve the efficiency and intelligence of power flow adjustment,this paper proposes a power flow adjustment method based on deep reinforcement learning.Combining deep reinforcement learning theory with traditional power system operation mode analysis,the concept of region mapping is proposed to describe the adjustment process,so as to analyze the process of power flow calculation and manual adjustment.Considering the characteristics of power flow adjustment,a Markov decision process model suitable for power flow adjustment is constructed.On this basis,a double Q network learning method suitable for power flow adjustment is proposed.This method can adjust the power flow according to the set adjustment route,thus improving the intelligent level of power flow adjustment.The method in this paper is tested on China Electric Power Research Institute(CEPRI)test system. 展开更多

With the great changes in China's economic mechanism, the present running modes of equipment management at most institutions of higher learning are becoming less and less effective and efficient. Being fully aware of the common problems and their characteristics, this paper proposes a new running mode which aims at these problems' permanent resolution. It involves (1) Systems such as renting, competition and paid services are to be introduced to the campus, in order to effectively associate duty with interest. (2) The present managerial pattern is to be replaced by a new running network, in which all the links cooperate with as well as restrain each other. Such a mode focuses on the “two mechanisms and four patterns,”that is, to rely on the stimulative mechanism and restraint mechanism, and to enforce such patterns as centralized management and application centralized management and common application, opening to public use, and renting and borrowing. In this paper, we explore the classification of vibration modes generated by handwriting on an optical desk using deep learning architectures. Three deep learning models—Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks with attention mechanism, Video Vision Transformer (ViViT), and Long-term Recurrent Convolutional Network (LRCN)—were evaluated to determine the most effective method for analyzing time series patterns generated by a Michelson interferometer. The interferometer was used to detect vibration modes created by handwriting, capturing time-series data from the diffraction patterns. Among these models, the LSTM-Attention network achieved the highest validation accuracy, reaching up to 92%, outperforming both ViViT and LRCN. These findings highlight the potential of deep learning in material science for detecting and classifying vibration patterns. The powerful performance of the LSTM-Attention model suggests that it could be applied to similar classification tasks in related fields. 展开更多

Application of Mobile Learning Model Based on Internet in Internship of Cardiovascular Medicine

Objective: to discuss the application of mobile learning mode based on Internet in scientific probation. Methods: a total of 50 patients with 5-year clinical medicine major who were enrolled in the department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the routine group and the study group, with 25 cases in each group. The normal group used the normal learning mode, while the study group used the mobile learning mode of the Internet. The two groups of students were observed and compared in terms of learning efficiency, academic performance and satisfaction rate of the two learning modes. Results: the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The students in the study group are more satisfied with the mobile learning mode of Internet. According to various surveys, it can improve their learning efficiency, increase their independent ability of self-learning, meet their self-learning needs, enhance their understanding of the theoretical knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, mobilize their learning enthusiasm and expand their knowledge. Conclusion: compared with the conventional learning mode, the mobile learning mode based on the Internet is more efficient and can arouse students' enthusiasm for learning and academic performance, suggesting further clinical promotion. 展开更多

The flexible and convenient mobile learning conforms to the characteristics of adult students, which has attracted the attention of adult educators. In view of the fact that there are more theoretical studies and less empirical studies, this study, based on the open mode, adopts the experimental method to conduct an empirical study on mobile learning of Public English course in Open University of China for two years. The results show that the test marks of mobile learning teaching class are significantly better than those of conventional teaching class.
