The advent of 5G technology has revolutionized network communication by introducing network slicing(NS)and virtualization to allow multiple network service providers(NSPs)to share infrastructure,thereby reducing deplo...The advent of 5G technology has revolutionized network communication by introducing network slicing(NS)and virtualization to allow multiple network service providers(NSPs)to share infrastructure,thereby reducing deployment costs and accelerating 5G adoption.While this new open marketplace enables NSPs to trade resources dynamically,it also exposes the system to security concerns,such as front-running and selfish-validation attacks,which can lead to market manipulation and strategy leakage.This paper presents TRADE-5G,a secure blockchainbased marketplace for 5G resource trading that mitigates these attacks and ensures fair,transparent resource allocation while preserving the cofidentiality of NSP strategies.Through extensive simulations,TRADE-5G demonstrates a substantial 18%improvement in user satisfaction and a 36%reduction in wasted resources compared to traditional models.Additionally,it opens new profit opportunities for NSPs through unused resources,establishing a more competitive,secure,and transparent 5G trading environment that exceeds the capabilities of traditional mobile networks.展开更多

Findings from a field survey of 192 supervisor-subordinate dyads revealed that status resource was positively related to OCB and career growth opportunities. MMX moderated the relationship between OCB and status resource in such a way that the relationship was stronger in the low MMX context than in the high MMX context. The main contribution of this study is an explanation of the effects of OCB on individual careers from a fine-grained perspective based on resource and relational theories.展开更多
In a cellular network,direct Device-to-Device(D2D)communication enhances Quality of Service(QoS)in terms of coverage,throughput and amount of power consumed.Since theD2D pairs involve cellular resources for communicat...In a cellular network,direct Device-to-Device(D2D)communication enhances Quality of Service(QoS)in terms of coverage,throughput and amount of power consumed.Since theD2D pairs involve cellular resources for communication,the chances of interference are high.D2D communications demand minimum interference along with maximum throughput and sum rate which can be achieved by employing optimal resources and efficient power allocation procedures.In this research,a hybrid optimization model called Genetic Algorithm-Adaptive Bat Optimization(GA-ABO)algorithm is proposed for efficient resource allocation in a cellular network with D2D communication.Simulation analysis demonstrates that the proposed model involves reduced interference with maximum sum rate and throughput.The performance of the proposed model is compared with the existing Ant Colony Optimization-based resource exchange and GAME(ACO-GAME)theory models,Trader-assistedResource EXchange mechanism-RadioAccess Network(TREX-RAN)and De-centralized Radio Access Network(TREXDRAN),and greedy CYcle-Complete preferences(CYC)models.The proposed model offers a maximum sum rate of 83 kB/s,which is much better than the existing techniques.展开更多

We also argue that, under the challenging organization context, if managers want to make strategic partnership with employees, they must link employees with hearts, pay attention to the management of psychological contracts before, during and after signing labor contracts, and keep dynamic equilibrium of psychological contracts.展开更多
The number of IoT(internet of things)connected devices increases rapidly.These devices have different operation systems and therefore cannot communicate with each other.As a result,the data they collected is limited w...The number of IoT(internet of things)connected devices increases rapidly.These devices have different operation systems and therefore cannot communicate with each other.As a result,the data they collected is limited within their own platform.Besides,IoT devices have very constrained resources like weak MCU(micro control unit)and limited storage.Therefore,they need direct communication method to cooperate with each other,or with the help of nearby devices with rich resources.In this paper,we propose a secure method to exchange resources(SMER)between heterogeneous IoT devices.In order to exchange resources among devices,SMER adopts a compensable mechanism for resource exchange and a series of security mechanisms to ensure the security of resource exchanges.Besides,SMER uses a smart contract based scheme to supervise resource exchange,which guarantees the safety and benefits of IoT devices.We also introduce a prototype system and make a comprehensive discussion.展开更多

First, this study focuses on how employee job satisfaction mediates the relationship. Then, we investigate the moderating role of decision authority in, the mediated relationsip. We employ three-wave data collected from 324 employees in 102 teams to test our hypotheses. Aesults of hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) first shows that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work interference with family (WIF) and OCB. In addition, employees' decision authority moderates the direct effect of WlF on OCB. Specifically, the negative relationship between WlF and OCB is stronger when employees' decision authority is high. Moreover, decision authority moderates the indirect effect of WIF on OCB via job satisfaction. Specifically, the negative relationship between WlE and job satisfaction is weaker when employees' decision authority is high. The results suggest that organizations should give employees enough decision authority over their work, as a high level of decision authority may act as a double-edged sword regarding critical organizational outcomes.展开更多
