Reshaping force for deformed casing repairing with hydraulic rolling reshaper and its influencing factors

Hydraulic rolling reshaper is an advanced reshaping tool to solve the problem of casing deformation,which has been widely used in recent years.When it is used for well repair operation,the reshaping force provided by ground devices is generally determined by experience.However,too large reshaping force may destroy the deformed casing,and too small reshaping force may also prolong the construction period and affect the repairing effect.In this paper,based on Hertz contact theory and elastic-plastic theory,combined with the process parameters of shaping,and considering the structural characteristics of the deformed casing and reshaper,we propose a mathematical model for calculating the reshaping force required for repairing deformed casing by hydraulic rolling reshaper.Meanwhile,the finite element model and numerical method of hydraulic rolling reshaper repairing deformed casing are established by using the finite element method,and the reliability of the mathematical model is verified by several examples.On this basis,the control variable method is used to investigate the influence of each parameter on the reshaping force,and the influence degree of each parameter is explored by orthogonal simulation test and Pearson correlation analysis.The research results not only provide an important theoretical basis for the prediction of reshaping force in on-site construction,but also provide a reference for the subsequent improvement of the shaping process. 展开更多

Casing deformation affects the implementation of stimulation and development measures of oilfields directly;however, the reshaping forceand torque usually are determined by experience when the deformed casing is repaired with the spinning reshaping technology;if the repairingforce or torque is too large, it will result in the damage of casing and cement sheath as well as sticking accident. So, the collapse experimentswere performed on the YAW-200 pressure testing machine by using one production casing which is often used in the oilfield and then thereshaping test of deformed casing (C110) was performed in turn by using two spinning casing swages of which the diameter is 126 mm and129 mm respectively. The continuous rotator and thrust bearing were used to provide the torque and reshaping force respectively in the repairingprocess. The reshaping force and torque required to reshape the deformed casing, the deformation law and the springback value of deformedcasing were obtained. Test results show that the diameter differential between the two spinning casing swages is reasonable. Furthermore, inorder to ensure the safety and reliability of the implementation of post-production technologies, the mechanical properties of deformed casingbefore and after reshaping were tested. It was found that all the mechanical parameters of the deformed casing after reshaping reduced, whichresulted in the decrease of the strength of the reshaped casing. These research achievements would provide important experimental data inoptimizing the structure and construction parameters of spinning casing swages. 展开更多

This study presents a novel impact time and angle constrained guidance law for homing missiles. The guidance law is first developed with the prior-assumption of a stationary target, which is followed by the practical extension to a maneuvering target scenario. To derive the closed-form guidance law, the trajectory reshaping technique is utilized and it results in defining a specific polynomial function with two unknown coefficients. These coefficients are determined to satisfy the impact time and angle constraints as well as the zero miss distance. Furthermore, the proposed guidance law has three additional guidance gains as design parameters which make it possible to adjust the guided trajectory according to the operational conditions and missile's capability. An actual ecological predator-prey system often undergoes random environmental mutations owing to the impact of natural disasters and man-made destruction, which may destroy the balance between the species. In this paper,the stochastic dynamics of the nonlinear predator-prey system considering random environmental mutations is investigated, and a feedback control strategy is proposed to reshape the response of the predator-prey system against random abrupt environmental mutations. A delayed Markov jump system(MJS) is established to model such a predator-prey system. A novel first integral is constructed which leads to better approximation solutions of the ecosystem. Then, by applying the stochastic averaging method based on this novel first integral, the stochastic response of the predator-prey system is investigated, and an analytical feedback control is designed to reshape the response of the ecosystem from the disturbed state back to the undisturbed one.Numerical simulations finally illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed procedure. 展开更多

The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA and determine the molecular characteristics and expression patterns of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis.The full-length cDNA of L.polyactis kif17(Lp-kif17)was sequenced and found to contain a 332-bp 5′untranslated region,480-bp 3′untranslated region,and 2433-bp open reading frame encoding 810 amino acids.Bioinformatics analyses showed that L.polyactis KIF17(Lp-KIF17)shared high sequence similarity with homologs in other animals and possessed an N-terminal motor domain with microtubule-binding sites and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)hydrolysis sites,a stalk domain containing two coiled-coil regions,and a C-terminal tail domain.The Lp-kif17 mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues,with the highest level in the brain,followed by that in the testis.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)analysis revealed that Lp-kif17 was continuously expressed in spermiogenesis,showing that it had potential functions in this process.Using immunofluorescence(IF)analysis,we found that Lp-KIF17 colocalized with tubulin and was transferred from the perinuclear cytoplasm to the side of spermatid where the tail forms during spermiogenesis.These findings suggested that KIF17 is involved in L.polyactis spermiogenesis.In particular,it may participate in nuclear shaping and tail formation by interacting with perinuclear microtubules during spermatid reshaping.In addition to providing evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping,this study provides important data for studies of reproductive biology in L.polyactis. 展开更多

Economic transition is clouded by the following possibilities: (1)falling share of industrial seetor through industrial depression and weakening growth momentum caused by the large urbanization costs; (2) the subordination of service sector as a result of nearly irreversibly industrial professional, which falters the process of service sector transition and upgrading," (3) inefficient knowledge production allocation and human capital upgrade due to the absence of incentivized compensation of knowledge consumption. We suggest that a country should reshape its efficiency model by upgrading knowledge factor and human capital as the pre-requisite. Given the dilemmas of transition, China should take the faetorization trend of service sector and reshape efficiency model through institutional reform, ensuring that service sector will develop in tandem with industrial sector. 展开更多

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has implemented several regional development plans,including the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,aiming to reshape the economic geography of China.This paper is based on the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt and outlines the pattern of opening up.To analyze the impact of the pattern of opening up on the regional integration of China's economic geography,this paper has developed a new economic geography model comprised of four regions and two countries.From this,it draws some conclusions.First,the change of pattern of opening up will lead to shifting centripetal and centrifugal forces from the international market.The greater the scale of neighboring markets,the stronger the agglomeration force will be; the more product varieties made in neighboring countries,the more potent its dispersion force.Second,developing an inland international trade corridor will decentralize industry distribution and reduce the impact of external market integration on home countries.Third,the inland international trade corridor could alter the effect of domestic market integration on the economic geography.When domestic integration occurs prior to international integration,further integration of a domestic market leads to greater industrial distribution along a bell-shaped curve,which describes economic activities from dispersion to agglomeration to decentralization.Therefore,developing an integrated market system of major countries and opening a corridor between China and Europe is not only the key to reshaping China's economic geography but also the path to solving the problems of the Heihe-Tengchong Line. 展开更多

Whether a new generation of human rights emerges in the digital age has sparked widespread debate.Academic understanding of digital technology remains confined to thinking about network technology and products,often overlooking the revolutionary nature of digital media.Digital media has the sweeping potential to unify all forms of media and reshape social life,giving rise to new demands for a new generation of human rights.The concept of digital human rights can be defined as the legitimate rights of human's infinitely extended personalities through digital media.Its core characteristic is its transcendency,where every person lives in a networked space that surpasses physical boundaries,nations,and individual personalities.Human rights are generally considered the foundation for basic constitutional rights,which,in turn,form the basis for legislative acts across various sectors.In recent years,China has enacted numerous laws in the digital domain to keep pace with the times,but due to the lack of guidance on digital human rights,these laws tend to be fragmented and disjointed.It is urgent to unify digital legislation at all levels on the basis of reshaping basic constitutional rights.Thus,it is essential to reshape the basic rights based on the concept and characteristics of digital human rights and streamline legislation at all levels under the unified guidance of basic rights.This can help establish a comprehensive digital human rights protection system that meets the demands of the modern era. 展开更多

In recent years, high-frequency resonance (HFR) events occurred in several modular multilevel converter based high-voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) projects. The time delay of an MMC-HVDC system is the critical factor that induces HFR. The frequency coupling affects the impedance characteristics of an MMC and further deteriorates system stability. Therefore, in this paper, a multi-input multi-output admittance model of an MMC-HVDC system is developed to analyze its frequency characteristics. The effects of current loop, power loop, phase-locked loop, and operating point on the MMC frequency coupling degree are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, to further suppress HFR in the MMC-HVDC system, an enhanced impedance reshaping control strategy based on the equivalent single-input single-output impedance model is proposed. Finally, the accuracy of the enhanced impedance model and the effectiveness of the impedance reshaping control are verified by electromagnetic transient simulations in PSCAD. 展开更多

Facile and ecofriendly loading of micro/nano function-specific substances to create functional materials is a trend being pursued by researchers.However,current micro/nano particles loading approaches are often hindered by issues such as uneven distribution,unsatisfactory stability and complicate procedure.In this work,we present an aqueous phase reshaping method that only utilizes the moisture to fabricate the"bubble particles",which could perfectly cater to the topography of the substrate.The green preparation of bubble particles adopts an absolutely zero-pollution method,realizing the firm loading of particles on the substrate.Integrating the preparation and loading of particles overcomes the traditional complicate process,while the aqueous phase reshaping ensures uniform and firm loading of the"bubble particles"onto the substrate.Our mechanism demonstrates a significant enhancement in the interface relation after aqueous phase reshaping,with a 121-fold increase in contact surface area achieved by reducing the height by 1μm.Furthermore,we explore for the first time the influence of the nature of the receiving substrate on the interface morphology of particles during electrostatic spraying,which has important guiding significance for the interface relationship of electrostatic spraying and even electrostatic spinning materials.We also screen out the natural antibacterial essential oil linalool as the effective specialized antibacterial agent,which can specifically inhibit the odor-producing Proteus in urine,with an antibacterial rate of up to 100%.Taken together,this simple,ecofriendly method for fabricating functional materials with optimal interface stability appears highly promising for use in various products formed by electrostatic spraying/spinning. 展开更多

Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant bone tumor without efficient management for improving 5-year event-free survival.Immunotherapy is also limited due to its highly immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME).Pore-forming gasdermins(GSDMs)-mediated pyroptosis has gained increasing concern in reshaping TME,however,the expressions and relationships of GSDMs with osteosarcoma remain unclear.Herein,gasdermin E(GSDME)expression is found to be positively correlated with the prognosis and immune infiltration of osteosarcoma patients,and low GSDME expression was observed.A vector termed as LPAD contains abundant hydroxyl groups for hydrating layer formation was then prepared to deliver the GSDME gene to upregulate protein expression in osteosarcoma for efficient TME reshaping via enhanced pyroptosis induction.Atomistic molecular dynamics simulations analysis proved that the hydroxyl groups increased LPAD hydration abilities by enhancing coulombic interaction.The upregulated GSDME expression together with cleaved caspase-3 provided impressive pyroptosis induction.The pyroptosis further initiated proinflammatory cytokines release,increased immune cell infiltration,activated adaptive immune responses and create a favorable immunogenic hot TME.The study not only confirms the role of GSDME in the immune infiltration and prognosis of osteosarcoma,but also provides a promising strategy for the inhibition of osteosarcoma by pore-forming GSDME gene delivery induced enhanced pyroptosis to reshape the TME of osteosarcoma. 展开更多

Deep generative models allow the synthesis of realistic human faces from freehand sketches or semantic maps.However,although they are flexible,sketches and semantic maps provide too much freedom for manipulation,and thus,are not easy for novice users to control.In this study,we present DeepFaceReshaping,a novel landmarkbased deep generative framework for interactive face reshaping.To edit the shape of a face realistically by manipulating a small number of face landmarks,we employ neural shape deformation to reshape individual face components.Furthermore,we propose a novel Transformer-based partial refinement network to synthesize the reshaped face components conditioned on the edited landmarks,and fuse the components to generate the entire face using a local-to-global approach.In this manner,we limit possible reshaping effects within a feasible component-based face space.Thus,our interface is intuitive even for novice users,asconfirmed by auser study.Our experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms traditional warping-based approaches and recent deep generative techniques. 展开更多

Obesity is a chronic,multifactorial disease closely linked to a spectrum of cardiometabolic disorders,with its global prevalence rising at an alarming rate.In recent years,minimally invasive,safe,and effective endoscopic bariatric therapies have gained significant attention as alternatives to conventional surgical interventions.This review provides a comprehensive overview of various endoscopic weight-loss procedures,evaluating their advantages and limitations in comparison to surgical approaches to assist clinicians in optimizing patientspecific treatment strategies.Endoscopic bariatric therapies,including intragastric balloons,duodenal-jejunal bypass sleeves,endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty,gastric remodeling procedures,and interventions aimed at delaying gastric emptying are systematically reviewed.The efficacy,safety profiles,and clinical applicability are all synthesized.Endoscopic bariatric therapies exhibit distinct advantages and limitations,with varying indications and contraindications.As part of a multidisciplinary approach to obesity management,these procedures should be integrated with lifestyle modifications and nutritional counseling to maximize therapeutic benefits.Future research should focus on the long-term efficacy,safety,and patient-reported outcomes to refine clinical practice and optimize the role of endoscopic interventions in obesity treatment. 展开更多

On-Chip Degeneracy Breaking of Wood’s Anomaly for Vibrational Strong Coupling

Vibrational strong coupling(VSC)provides a promising way towards not only enhanced control of infrared light but also reshaping of molecular properties,which opens up unprecedented opportunities in ultrasensitive infrared spectroscopy,modification of chemical reactions,and exploration of nonlinear quantum effects.Surface plasmon resonance,excited on simple plasmonic resonators in the infrared,has been demonstrated as a means to realize VSC,but suffers from either limited quality factor for realizing large Rabi splitting or poor reconfigurability for precise detuning control.Here we propose and experimentally demonstrate,for the first time,an on-chip plasmonic resonator based on degeneracy breaking of Wood’s anomaly for VSC.Leveraging the low damping rate of the surface state induced by this degeneracy breaking,we achieve a plasmonic resonance with a high-Q factor exceeding~110,resulting in a Rabi splitting up to~112 cm^(-1) with a subwavelength molecular layer.Additionally,the dispersion of the surface state allows for precise control over VSC detuning by simply adjusting the incident angle of excitation light,even in the absence of photons,enabling a broad detuning range up to 300 cm^(-1).These experimental results align well with our analytical model and numerical simulation.This work provides a promising integrated platform for VSC,with various potential applications in on-chip spectroscopy,polariton chemistry,and polariton devices. 展开更多
