In view of the bottleneck of shale gas development technologies,the latest progresses in such theories on the fields like fracture network fracability evaluation,fracture network propagation mechanism,stimulated reser...In view of the bottleneck of shale gas development technologies,the latest progresses in such theories on the fields like fracture network fracability evaluation,fracture network propagation mechanism,stimulated reservoir volume(SRV)evaluation and fracturing fluid research&development were analyzed comprehensively in reference to the existing achievements and experiences in North American shale gas reservoir development and based on the probes,practices and cognitions of shale gas development technologies in China since 2005.First,the study on the shale brittleness develops from the definition of mineral and mechanical semi-quantitative threshold measurement to a comprehensive evaluation which integrates rock constituents,elastic mechanics and development characteristics of natural fractures together.Second,the study on the fracture network development develops from the directional extension theory to the simulation of fracture network formation in the stochastic distribution pattern of natural fractures.Third,the study on SRV develops from the micro-seismic monitoring based instrument and technology to the mathematical theory evaluation method dependent on the discrete fracture network and extended finite element.And fourth,the study on fracturing fluids develops from the wide application of slick water(drag reducing water)and a linear gel fracturing fluid system to the development and application of novel fracturing fluids with little or no water.Then,the theoretical and technological challenges were pointed out,including the comprehensive fracability evaluation of reservoir fracture networks,the deep seated shale gas fracturing,the operation curve diagnosis of shale gas fracturing,the shale gas refracturing theory,and the research&development and flowback control of novel fracturing fluids.Finally,the development trend of related technologies was predicted so as to provide a theoretical and technical guidance for the efficient shale gas development in China in the future.展开更多

Research on rural cultural heritage encompasses cultural heritage management,tourism,and conservation.However,despite growing academic interest in recent years,systematic bibliometric analyses in this field remain lim...Research on rural cultural heritage encompasses cultural heritage management,tourism,and conservation.However,despite growing academic interest in recent years,systematic bibliometric analyses in this field remain limited,and a comprehensive knowledge framework has yet to be established.Based on the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection,this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 657 articles published between 2004 and 2024 using CiteSpace 6.2.R4 to visualize the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of rural cultural heritage research.The results revealed a steady increase in publication output and the emergence of an interdisciplinary framework integrating culture,ecology,and community.The United States,China,Germany,and Italy acted as central hubs in international collaboration networks,with China demonstrating notable performance in publication volume,digital heritage preservation,and policy development.Keyword analysis showed a paradigm shift from static conservation to dynamic governance,highlighting growing scholarly attention to cultural ecosystem services,sustainable tourism,and community engagement.This study presented the first knowledge map of rural cultural heritage research,offering insights into paradigm transformation and providing quantitative support for future theoretical and policyoriented advancements.It concluded by emphasizing the need for enhanced interdisciplinary integration and global-local collaboration to develop resilient and context-sensitive models for rural cultural heritage governance.展开更多

With the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (ICWM) applied to reproductive immunology it has been greatly enriched in research contents and depth. The present review is to introduce the recent progresses in research of integrated medicine on reproductive immunology.
文摘Five catalytic processes and their catalysts will be introduced in my talk.Firstly,the demonstration test(3000 ton/a)results using a novel catalyst Co/SiO2 with egg-shell structure and the strategies for this catalyst preparation based on the issues from the mass transfer of produced wax from F-T synthesis will be discussed.Recent progresses on C2-oxygenate synthesis from syngas over a Rh/SiO2 catalyst and a 10 thousands ton/a demonstration test facility in China will be built in 2010 will be reported in the second section.A naphtha and diesel distillate which cut off the heavier end of S-F-A distribution direct synthesis with low methane selectivity from syngas over a Co/AC1 catalyst and a 10000 ton/a demonstration test with a bubble column slurry reactor will be talked about in this speech.A highα-alcohols of C2-C18 direct synthesis with more than 50 wt%selectivity and low methane and methanol selectivities from syngas over a Co2C/AC2 catalyst,a 3000 ton/a demonstration test with a bubble column slurry reactor and the primary fundamental understandings will be detailedly discussed in the forth section.In situ formation of homogeneous active sites on the surface of supported Rh heterogeneous catalysts and their application in hydroformylation of olefins will be introduced in fifth section.
文摘Research on rural cultural heritage encompasses cultural heritage management,tourism,and conservation.However,despite growing academic interest in recent years,systematic bibliometric analyses in this field remain limited,and a comprehensive knowledge framework has yet to be established.Based on the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection,this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 657 articles published between 2004 and 2024 using CiteSpace 6.2.R4 to visualize the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of rural cultural heritage research.The results revealed a steady increase in publication output and the emergence of an interdisciplinary framework integrating culture,ecology,and community.The United States,China,Germany,and Italy acted as central hubs in international collaboration networks,with China demonstrating notable performance in publication volume,digital heritage preservation,and policy development.Keyword analysis showed a paradigm shift from static conservation to dynamic governance,highlighting growing scholarly attention to cultural ecosystem services,sustainable tourism,and community engagement.This study presented the first knowledge map of rural cultural heritage research,offering insights into paradigm transformation and providing quantitative support for future theoretical and policyoriented advancements.It concluded by emphasizing the need for enhanced interdisciplinary integration and global-local collaboration to develop resilient and context-sensitive models for rural cultural heritage governance.
文摘Periodontitis has emerged as one of the most critical oral diseases, and research on this condition holds great importance for the advancement of stomatology. As the most authoritative national scientific research funding institution in China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has played a pivotal role in driving the progress of periodontal science by supporting research on periodontitis. This article provides a comprehensive review of the research and development progress related to periodontitis in China from 2014 to 2023, highlighting the significant contributions of the NSFC to this field. We have summarized the detailed funding information from the NSFC, including the number of applicant codes, funded programs and the distribution of funded scholars. These data illustrate the efforts of the NSFC in cultivating young scientists and building research groups to address key challenges in national scientific research. This study offers an overview of the current hot topics, recent breakthroughs and future research prospects related to periodontitis in China.
文摘TWith the global acceleration of population aging,the number of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)continues to rise,and falls have become one of the main issues affecting their health and quality of life.The risk of falls is significantly increased in PD patients due to multiple factors,including motor symptoms,non-motor symptoms,medication side effects,unsafe environments,and psychological or behavioral factors.Falls can cause severe physical injuries,reduce independence,and trigger psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.In recent years,both domestic and international studies have made progress in identifying fall risk factors,developing risk assessment tools,and implementing multidimensional prevention strategies.Effective preventive measures include high-risk population screening,disease progression monitoring,exercise rehabilitation training,management of non-motor symptoms,medication optimization,environmental safety modifications,and psychological-behavioral interventions.Scientific and systematic comprehensive management can help reduce the incidence of falls among PD patients and improve their quality of life.This review summarizes the latest research advances on the main risk factors and preventive strategies for falls in patients with Parkinson’s disease,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical nursing and rehabilitation interventions.

文摘Acute liver failure(ALF),a severe clinical syndrome marked by high mortality rates and limited conventional treatments,urgently requires innovative therapeutic strategies.In recent years,human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSCs)have emerged as a research hotspot due to their unique differentiation potential,remarkable regenerative capacity,and significant immune regulatory properties.Studies demonstrate that it can improve liver function through multiple mechanisms,promote hepatocyte regeneration,and reduce hepatic injury.Additionally,their role in regulating inflammatory responses provides new therapeutic approaches for ALF.This review systematically examines the latest research progress on hUC-MSCs in ALF treatment,focusing on their mechanisms of action,therapeutic efficacy,and clinical application prospects,aiming to provide valuable references for future research and clinical practice.
文摘In recent years,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)caused by obesity in China has been increasing continuously,which has become a risk factor for the onset of T2DM and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The conventional treatment methods include weight loss and regulating the body’s metabolism.Semaglutide,as a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist(GLP-1RA),mainly reduces patients’appetite,decreases their craving for high-fat and high-sugar foods,regulates hypothalamic feeding behavior,inhibits gastric emptying and gastrointestinal motility,and ultimately leads to weight loss.Metformin mainly acts on extra-islet tissues,increasing glucose utilization,reducing glucose production,and ultimately lowering blood glucose levels.Based on this,this article reviews relevant literature on authoritative websites such as CNKI and Wanfang,organizes the data,and analyzes the research progress of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of obese T2DM.The aim is to bring more treatment options for obese T2DM and promote better prognosis for patients.

文摘Delirium is a transient and acute syndrome of encephalopathy,characterized by disturbances in consciousness,orientation,cognition,perception,and emotional regulation,often accompanied by hallucinations,illusions,psychomotor agitation,and restlessness.Postoperative delirium(POD),a common complication particularly in elderly patients,significantly impacts recovery by prolonging mechanical ventilation,neurosurgical intensive care unit stays,and overall hospitalization durations,while severely diminishing patients’quality of life after discharge.Despite its prevalence,POD remains underrecognized in clinical practice,with significant gaps in its diagnosis and management.This review explores the definition,diagnostic criteria,underlying pathogenesis,and associated risk factors of POD in neurosurgical patients,aiming to offer valuable insights for improving clinical diagnosis and therapeutic strategies.

文摘Trimethoprim(TMP),as a broad-spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic,is widely used in clinical anti-infection therapy and livestock breeding.However,its low water solubility leads to insufficient bioavailability,which has become a key problem restricting its development.Cyclodextrins and their derivatives,with their unique cyclic structures,can form inclusion complexes with TMP to improve its properties.This article reviews the pharmacological characteristics of TMP,the types and properties of common cyclodextrins,focusing on introducing various preparation methods of trimethoprim cyclodextrin inclusion complexes and multiple characterization methods for identifying the inclusion complexes,aiming to provide a reference for further research and development of trimethoprim cyclodextrin inclusion complexes.

文摘Depression is a prevalent neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by persistent sadness,anhedonia,guilt,fatigue,and impaired concentration.Although pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy can be effective,their utility is limited by adverse effects and significant inter-individual variability.Non-pharmacological therapies from traditional medicine have emerged as promising adjuncts owing to their favorable safety profiles,minimal side effects,and high patient compliance.These therapies,including acupoint stimulation,meditation,and yoga,produce antidepressant effects by reducing neuroinflammation,modulating neurotransmitter release,enhancing neuroplasticity,and regulating the gut-brain axis.This review summarizes clinical applications and mechanistic insights of traditional medicine’s non-pharmacological therapies for depression,providing a scientific rationale for their integration into comprehensive management.

文摘Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have been the subject of research in the field of innate immunity since they were first described two decades ago.NETs are fibrous network structures released by neutrophils under specific stimuli,including DNA,histones,and a variety of granular proteins.NETs have been widely studied in the fields of infectious and immune diseases,and new break-throughs have been made in the understanding of disease pathogenesis and treatment.In recent years,studies have found that NETs play an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoarticular diseases.This article reviews the progress in the research of NETs in common osteoarticular diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis,gouty arthritis,osteonecrosis of the femoral head,osteoarthritis,and joint fibrosis,including the formation mecha-nism of NETs and its role in inflammation,joint destruction,pain and other pa-thological processes.The problems existing in current research are discussed,along with future research directions,to provide a reference for the in-depth study of osteoarticular diseases and the development of new treatment strategies.

文摘Oncology covers a wide range of knowledge and is more difficult compared to other clinical disciplines.Therefore,it is crucial to seek an efficient teaching method for oncology education.In recent years,China’s internet technology has achieved rapid development.Massive Open Online Course(MOOC),a blended learning approach based on internet technology,has strong applicability to medical education.It can not only improve teaching quality but also promote further reform of the discipline.Based on this,our study searched for relevant research at home and abroad and reviewed the implementation path of integrating MOOC and blended learning in oncology education.This provides a theoretical foundation for the innovation of oncology teaching models,improves the level of oncology teaching,and lays a solid foundation for talent reserves in oncology departments.

文摘Nursing students often exhibit emotional suppression,avoidance,or over-expression when confronted with high-pressure work environments and emotional challenges.These disorders affect nursing students mental health,professional adaptation,and quality of communication with patients.The causes of emotional expression difficulties include individual personality,emotional intelligence,educational background,and socio-cultural pressures.To address this issue,it is recommended to enhance nursing students emotional expression and regulation capabilities through psychological interventions,emotional intelligence training,and optimization of educational systems,thereby improving their mental health and career development,ultimately enhancing nursing service quality and doctor-patient relationships.
