文摘This article systematically reviews the research progress on health literacy in lung cancer patients,covering the core definition and multidimensional assessment system of health literacy,epidemiological characteristics,mechanisms of its impact on clinical outcomes and quality of life,as well as targeted intervention strategies.Research indicates that health literacy significantly improves patient prognosis through pathways such as enhancing treatment adherence,optimizing doctor-patient communication,and strengthening self-management capabilities.This review also points out that future research needs to focus on developing cross-cultural assessment tools,exploring neurocognitive mechanisms,integrating digital technologies,and promoting policy translation to address the new challenges in the era of chronic disease management for lung cancer.
文摘Nursing care during the perioperative period of thyroid cancer plays a crucial role in the recovery of patients.With the development of medical technology,Western medicine nursing techniques have matured in the perioperative period,including preoperative risk assessment and airway management,intraoperative neuromonitoring nursing coordination,postoperative drainage,and incision management.However,single Western medicine nursing often cannot fully meet the multifaceted needs of patients,especially in emotional nursing and the management of postoperative adverse reactions.The involvement of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques provides an effective complement to nursing work.Through integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing,it is possible not only to improve patients’preoperative anxiety and postoperative nausea and vomiting but also to effectively manage postoperative pain,enhancing the overall comfort and recovery speed of patients.
文摘In recent years,diabetes has posed a serious threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine for lowering blood sugar has attracted much attention due to its unique advantages in the treatment of diabetes.This paper summarizes the research results on common traditional Chinese medicines for lowering blood sugar in recent years.These results lay a theoretical foundation for the future clinical development and use of hypoglycemic Chinese medicine,the improvement of the quality standards of hypoglycemic Chinese medicine,and the in-depth research on the mechanisms.

文摘The research progress on the application of magnesium compounds (magnesium hydroxide,light calcined magnesia,magnesium chloride,sea water,brine,dry brine,etc.) which were represented by magnesium hydroxide in the wastewater treatment filed was comprehensively commentated.Meanwhile,the prospects of application were discussed.Considering the magnesium resources in China were characterized with rich classes,abundant reserves,vast distribution and high quality,it's important to make great efforts to research and exploit magnesium products,especially the exploitation of their meticulous use way.It had the practical significance for the sustainable development of economy in China.

文摘Hybrid rice planting has been widely popularized and applied in the world. However, the high cost of seed production and the complicated procedures have become a bottleneck in the development of hybrid rice. The research progress on mixed sowing seed production techniques of hybrid rice was introduced from the aspects of rice resources creation, breeding, sowing seed technology research and cost benefit analysis. The production technology of the new mixed seeding combina- tion "Xinhunyou 6" was investigated, including the research and validation of benta- zon treatment period and dosage, mixing ratio of male and female parents, and the comparative test of different different sowing methods, which revealed that the mechanization technology of seed production of hybrid rice was mature and feasible and would be one of the most important development trend of technological devel- opment of hybrid rice production.

文摘Coix has a long cultivation history as a minor crop in China, but many problems including unclear origin, chaos of species, loss and inaccurate use of germplasm resources exist in its research and production due to the lack of systematic study. In recent years, the importance of Coix has been realized with the exploration of its effects in treating and preventing cancer. The systematic study of Coix has met a superb development opportunity with the rapid development of biotechnology especially the deep-sequencing technique. Therefore, this paper presented here the current status of origin and evolution, classification, cytology and molecular biology progress of Coix, analyzed the ploidy of Coix and the genetic relationships with Zea, Sorghum and so on from the point of cytology, and then based on the molecular biology, analyzed the important significance of DNA molecular marker, genetic mapping and gene library in the research on identification of genetic relationship between species and genetic breeding, which could provide useful information for further Coix research.

The current situation of the biomass pellet fuel molding technology at home and abroad was introduced, and the development direction in China was put forward, which was of great significance for enhancing the level of pellet fuel molding technology in China.
