Objective:To observe and analyze the application of the bedside rhetorical teaching method in teaching nursing interns.Methods:A total of 64 nursing interns in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from July...Objective:To observe and analyze the application of the bedside rhetorical teaching method in teaching nursing interns.Methods:A total of 64 nursing interns in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the intervention group.The control group was given conventional teaching methods,and the intervention group was given the bedside rhetorical teaching method on the basis of the conventional teaching.The differences in the methods of teaching between the two groups were compared after the end of the internship,and there was a statistically significant difference with P<0.05.Results:The scores of the interns in the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group in theoretical knowledge,communication skills,and case analysis items(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bedside rhetorical teaching method transforms classroom education into bedside teaching,which enables the interns to apply the theoretical knowledge to clinical practice,and has a higher improvement in the three aspects of disease knowledge,communication skills,and case analysis,cultivates the interns’comprehensive clinical skills,and lays a good foundation for the future entry into the nursing field.展开更多

Methods: in the "Measures for the Hierarchical Management and Assessment of Nursing Staff in the Second Peoples Hospital of Kunming City", three months of in-hospital promotion and rotation of nursing staff will be included in the necessary conditions for the hierarchical promotion assessment from 2019. The in-hospital rotation of the promotion and rotation of nursing staff will be carried out in three ways, i.e. the departments of nursing staff who need to be promoted and rotated will be exchanged with the departments, the departments will not be allowed to enter, and the departments will not be allowed to enter. Results: after the implementation, the enthusiasm of nursing promotion and job rotation and patients satisfaction with nursing were significantly improved, the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly reduced, and the difference was significant before and after nursing (P 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of the promotion and rotation of nursing staff and the inclusion of the promotion and rotation of nursing staff into the hierarchical management measures can ease the temporary shortage of human resources in departments caused by the family planning policy and the nurses going out for further study and training, promote the communication of nursing culture among departments, and improve the multidisciplinary adaptability and scope of nursing staff.展开更多

This paper will simply summarize the basic conception,principle,two withdrawing air type hypobaric storage technologies,and introduce many examples as mentioned above extending in China. The light weight heat treated B-grade bulletproof steel was developed through composition design and optimization based on multiplex alloying,multiplex micro-alloying design ideas and complex phase structure strengthe...The light weight heat treated B-grade bulletproof steel was developed through composition design and optimization based on multiplex alloying,multiplex micro-alloying design ideas and complex phase structure strengthening theory.The puzzle how to avoid the quenching deformation problem of super high strength thin sheet was solved through heat treatment in a die with a set of cooling system.Such B-grade bulletproof steel plate has fine tempered lath martensite structure.The shooting and certification test results showed that the shoot resistance of B-grade bulletproof steel plate can meet the protection demand of Protection specification for cash carrying vehicles(GA 164—2005).In comparison with B-grade bulletproof steel plate made by one of the companies in Sweden,the weight of the developed B-grade bulletproof steel plate can be decreased by 8 %under the same shoot resistance condition.It will be meaningful for cash truck and anti-hijacking vehicle to realize light weight,energy conservation and emission reduction.展开更多

In order to understand the fundamental questions of the biology of life and to duplicate the pathogenesis of human diseases, animal models using different experimental animals, such as rodents, Drosophila, Caenorhabdi...In order to understand the fundamental questions of the biology of life and to duplicate the pathogenesis of human diseases, animal models using different experimental animals, such as rodents, Drosophila, Caenorhabditis elegans, and zebrafish, have been established and used widely for many decades. The controllability of environmental conditions, the high reproducibility, the ease of scale and the comparability of results, as well as the ability to use different standards for ethical protocols, all make an animal model the ideal tool for carrying out studies on human diseases and the development of novel pharmaceuticals and new therapies (Xue et al., 2014). An ideal animal model should reflect the complete spectra of a specific human disease, with similar features on the following key issues: (1) genetic basis; (2) anatomy and physiology; (3) pathological response(s) and underlying mechanism(s); (4) phenotypic endpoints as clinical studies; (5) responsiveness to known drugs with clinical efficacy; and (6) prediction of clinical efficacy (McGonigle and Ruggeri, 2014).展开更多

In clinical pra...In the present paper, the authors review recent situations of clinical application of Neiguan (PC 6内关), etc. in the treatment of disorders of the digestive system and its related research progresses. In clinical practice, Neiguan (PC 6) is usually selected as one of the main acupoints to treat gastrointestinal reactions induced by ① nausea and vomiting, ② hiccup, ③ gastrointestinal dyskinesia, ④ gastritis, and ⑤ intra-gastric examination, cesarean section, etc. Concerning experimental studies, the effects of Neiguan (PC 6), etc. on ① gastric electrical activities, ② gastrointestinal motion, ③ gastrointestinal hormone secretion, and ④ gastric mucosal structure were observed. Results indicated that Neiguan (PC 6) is an important and effective acupoint for treatment of gastrointestinal disorders in clinic. Stimulation of Neiguan (PC 6) induced favorable regulation of both the peripheral nervous system and central nervous system, and changes of the gastrointestinal hormone secretion may contribute to its effects in treating various disorders.展开更多

Stimulation of Neiguan (PC 6) induced favorable regulation of both the peripheral nervous system and central nervous system, and changes of the gastrointestinal hormone secretion may contribute to its effects in treating various disorders.
