The groove defect formed in the friction stir welding dramatically deteriorates weld appearances and mechanical properties of the joints owing to its larger size and penetration. Therefore, the friction stir repair welding was utilized to remove such a groove defect, and the focus was placed on the mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of the repair joints so as to obtain an optimum repair welding process. The experimental results indicate that the groove defect can be removed by friction stir repair welding, and the offset repair welding process is superior to the symmetrical repair welding process. In the symmetrical repair welding process, a large number of fine cavity defects and an obvious aggregation of hard-brittle phase Al2Cu occur, accordingly the mechanical properties of the repair joint are weakened, and the fracture feature of repair joint is partially brittle and partially plastic. A good-quality repair joint can be obtained by the offset repair welding process, and the repair joint is fractured near the interface between the weld nugget zone and thermal-mechanically affected zone. 展开更多

Abstract A friction stir processing-based method was used to repair cracks in the 2024 aluminum alloy plates. The temperature field and plastic material flow pattern were analyzed on the basis of experimental and finite element simulation results. Microstructure and tensile properties of the repaired specimens were studied. The results showed that the entire crack repairing was a solid-phase process and plastic materials tended to flow toward the shoulder center and then resulted in the repairing of cracks. Meanwhile, the coarse grain structures were refined in repaired zone (RZ), while the grains in thermal-mechanically affected zone and heat-affected zone were elongated and driven to grow up. Meanwhile, large phases are crushed into small particles and dispersed inside the RZ. Finally, the strength of the repaired specimens can be restored dramatically and their ductility can be partially restored. After heat treatment, the tensile properties of the repaired specimens can be further enhanced. 展开更多

This paper introduces the concept and model for the failure process of repairable system. The method of parameter estimation is developed, and failure observations are fitted into a power-law model by using the least square method. Two applications of the pressent model are discussed according to the practical failure data of the central cooling system of a nuclear power plant. One application is determining the optimal overhaul time, and the other is evaluating the quality of maintenance. This paper provides references for the overhaul decision making and maintenance quality evaluation in reality. 展开更多

A general repairable spare part demand model built on quasi birth-and-death process is developed. This model assumes that both the operational time of the unit and the maintenance time of the unit follow the continuous time phase type distributions. The first passage time distribution to be out of spares, the first mean time to be out of spares, and an algorithm to get the minimal amount of spares under certain restrictions are obtained. 为探究表面超声滚压技术应用于模具表面修复的可行性,采用对比试验法研究表面超声滚压处理与传统表面修复工艺对DC53钢的表面粗糙度、显微硬度、摩擦因数和显微组织的影响。结果表明:超声滚压处理后表面粗糙度为Ra0.414μm,可达到与传... 为探究表面超声滚压技术应用于模具表面修复的可行性,采用对比试验法研究表面超声滚压处理与传统表面修复工艺对DC53钢的表面粗糙度、显微硬度、摩擦因数和显微组织的影响。结果表明:超声滚压处理后表面粗糙度为Ra0.414μm,可达到与传统表面修复相近的表面粗糙度;经过超声滚压处理的试样发生明显的晶粒细化现象,并引入了梯度硬化层,其最大显微硬度为813.5 HV,与传统表面修复相比提升了13.0%,硬化层深度约为225μm;且超声滚压处理后的摩擦因数为0.0696,与传统表面修复工艺相比降低了28.8%。因此,超声滚压加工不仅可以替代传统模具表面修复工艺,获得较好的表面性能,而且引入了梯度硬化层,拥有更优异的表面性能。 展开更多

石油储罐浮盘渗漏修补材料性能分析及应用

针对石油储罐浮盘焊缝出现开裂以及板材发生腐蚀、穿孔、渗漏的问题,对改性环氧树脂E-51、聚氨酯弹性体PU-220和快固化丙烯酸酯MA-108三种修补材料的性能展开研究测试。改性环氧树脂E-51的拉伸强度达到42.8 MPa、剪切黏接强度为12.5 MP... 针对石油储罐浮盘焊缝出现开裂以及板材发生腐蚀、穿孔、渗漏的问题,对改性环氧树脂E-51、聚氨酯弹性体PU-220和快固化丙烯酸酯MA-108三种修补材料的性能展开研究测试。改性环氧树脂E-51的拉伸强度达到42.8 MPa、剪切黏接强度为12.5 MPa、耐油腐蚀质量变化率为0.5%,综合得分89.25分,从而位列第一。聚氨酯弹性体PU-220的断裂伸长率为285.7%,在低温柔韧性方面表现突出,快固化丙烯酸酯MA-108各项指标较为平衡,快速固化的优势十分明显。基于层次分析法的评价体系确定不同工况条件下的材料选择准则,为浮盘渗漏修补工作提供科学依据。 展开更多

该文以百合、大米、黄精、红茶为原料,以植物乳杆菌为发酵菌种,制备具有抗氧化活性以及具有斑马鱼尾鳍修复功效的百合复合发酵液。在单因素试验的基础上,以DPPH自由基清除率为响应值设计响应面试验,确定最佳发酵工艺,并测定其活性物质含... 该文以百合、大米、黄精、红茶为原料,以植物乳杆菌为发酵菌种,制备具有抗氧化活性以及具有斑马鱼尾鳍修复功效的百合复合发酵液。在单因素试验的基础上,以DPPH自由基清除率为响应值设计响应面试验,确定最佳发酵工艺,并测定其活性物质含量,评价其抗氧化活性,测试其对斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍修护促进作用。结果表明:百合复合发酵液最佳发酵工艺条件为:混合物质量比大米:百合:黄精:红茶=2.73:5.27:1:1、植物乳杆菌接种量3.72%(V/V)、发酵时间114 h、发酵温度37℃、料液比1:10 g/mL。在此条件下该发酵液的总酚、总黄酮含量分别为1.094 mg/mL、0.876 mg/mL,并且对DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟基自由基的清除率分别为79.08%、69.78%、36.42%,均显著高于水提液(P<0.05);发酵液加入量为10%时,对斑马鱼胚胎活性氧(ROS)清除率为27%(P<0.001),对斑马鱼胚胎尾鳍修护促进率为23%(P<0.001)。该研究表明百合复合发酵液具有一定的抗氧化活性及斑马鱼尾鳍修复能力,为其应用在食药妆领域提供依据。 展开更多

在数字化转型浪潮中,业务流程的异常检测与修复对保障企业运营效率和决策质量至关重要,同时也对其检测与修复技术提出了更高的要求。传统的异常检测方法已无法满足当前业务流程实时监控和适应性调整的需要,而现有方法多侧重于静态分析,... 在数字化转型浪潮中,业务流程的异常检测与修复对保障企业运营效率和决策质量至关重要,同时也对其检测与修复技术提出了更高的要求。传统的异常检测方法已无法满足当前业务流程实时监控和适应性调整的需要,而现有方法多侧重于静态分析,没有充分考虑业务环境的复杂性与多变性,难以适应流程动态变化的需求。基于此,创新性地提出了一种自适应异常处理方法(Adaptive Anomaly Handling Method,AAHM)。该方法通过动态参数调整和实时数据反馈,提高异常检测的准确性和修复的有效性。为验证该方法的有效性,实验采用了4组真实事件日志进行仿真。结果表明,该方法通过特征向量补全和行为修复策略,能够有效识别并对异常行为进行修复,恢复业务流程的正常执行。此外,通过对实验结果进行事后检验分析,进一步验证了所提方法的有效性和合理性。 展开更多

In the new model, repair times that are sufficiently short (less than some critical value) do not result in system failure, and such a repair interval is omitted from the downtime record. Usually, the underlying process is Markov process if the durations of working and repair time have the negative-exponential distributions, but the new system has not the Markov properties, which is worth to study. The reliability indexes such as instantaneous availability and steady-state availabilities for the new system are given through probability analysis. Business processes described by formal or semi-formal models are realized via information systems.Event logs generated from these systems are probably not consistent with the existing models due to insufficient design of the information system or the system upgrade.By comparing an existing process model with event logs,we can detect inconsistencies called deviations,verify and extend the business process model,and accordingly improve the business process.In this paper,some abnormal activities in business processes are formally defined based on Petri nets.An efficient approach to detect deviations between the process model and event logs is proposed.Then,business process models are revised when abnormal activities exist.A clinical process in a healthcare information system is used as a case study to illustrate our work.Experimental results show the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Compared with the classical Markov repairable system, the Markov repairable system with stochastic regimes switching introduced in the paper provides a more realistic description of the practical system. The system can be used to model the dynamics of a repairable system whose performance regimes switch according to the external conditions. For example, to satisfy the demand variation that is typical for the power and communication systems and reduce the cost, these systems usually adjust their operating regimes. The transition rate matrices under distinct operating regimes are assumed to be different and the sojourn times in distinct regimes are governed by a finite state Markov chain. By using the theory of Markov process, Ion channel theory, and Laplace transforms, the up time of the system are studied. A numerical example is given to illustrate the obtained results. The effect of sojourn times in distinct regimes on the availability and the up time are also discussed in the numerical example. 展开更多
