Based on the production data of a large number of surface drainage wells in the Huainan mining area,the present study shows that four types of typical production characteristics for relieved methane wells are recogniz...Based on the production data of a large number of surface drainage wells in the Huainan mining area,the present study shows that four types of typical production characteristics for relieved methane wells are recognized,of which the stable type for production and gas concentration is the most dominate,as determined by a comprehensive study on the volume and concentration of drained gases, as well as the stress changes of rocks influenced by mining.Some influence factors for the productive differences of the drainage wells were also been discussed.The results indicate that protective coal-seam mining has a significant effect on overlying strata,which promotes the development of pores and fractures of coal reservoirs for methane desorption and migration;however,the production and the stability of drainage wells are affected by deformation and damage of the overlying strata.The second distribution of strata stress is caused by mining engineering,and if the stress load is larger than the carrying capacity of the extraction well,the gas production would be influenced by the drainage well that has been damaged by rock movement.Furthermore,the case damage occurs first in the weak, lithologic interface by its special mechanical properties.The stability of drainage wells and the production status are also influenced by the different drilling techniques,uneven distribution of gas concentration,and combination of gob gas and methane from the protected layer.展开更多

Treatment should alleviate inflammation, regulate the immune reaction and promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Icariin is the main active ingredient of Epimedii Folium, and it is a promising compound for the enhancement of mesenchymal stem cell function, promotion of bone formation, inhibition of bone resorption, alleviation of inflammation and regulation of immunity. The study investigated the effect of icariin on periodontal tissue regeneration in a minipig model of periodontitis. The minipig model of periodontitis was established. Icariin was injected locally. The periodontal clinical assessment index, a computed tomography(CT) scan, histopathology and enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA)were used to evaluate the effects of icariin. Quantitative analysis results 12 weeks post-injection demonstrated that probing depth,gingival recession, attachment loss and alveolar bone regeneration values were(3.72 ± 1.18) mm vs.(6.56 ± 1.47) mm,(1.67 ± 0.59)mm vs.(2.38 ± 0.61) mm,(5.56 ± 1.29) mm vs.(8.61 ± 1.72) mm, and(25.65 ± 5.13) mm3 vs.(9.48 ± 1.78) mm3 in the icariin group and0.9% NaCl group, respectively. The clinical assessment, CT scan, and histopathology results demonstrated significant enhancement of periodontal tissue regeneration in the icariin group compared to the 0.9% NaCl group. The ELISA results suggested that the concentration of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) in the icariin group was downregulated compared to the 0.9% NaCl group, which indicates that local injection of icariin relieved local inflammation in a minipig model of periodontitis. Local injection of icariin promoted periodontal tissue regeneration and exerted anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory function. These results support the application of icariin for the clinical treatment of periodontitis.展开更多
Based on data from through-hole and logging,we studied the failure characteristics of surface drainage wells for relieved coal gas in Huainan mining area and its influencing factors.The results show that the damaged p...Based on data from through-hole and logging,we studied the failure characteristics of surface drainage wells for relieved coal gas in Huainan mining area and its influencing factors.The results show that the damaged positions of drainage wells are mainly located at the thick clay layer in the low alluvium and the lithological interface in the upper section of bedrock in west mining area.The failure depth of casing is 244-670 m and concentrates at about 270-460 m deep.These damaged positions are mainly located in the bending zone according to three zones of rock layers in the vertical section above the roof divided. Generally,the casing begins to deform or damage before the face line about 30-150 m.Special formation structure and rock mass properties are the direct causes of the casing failure,high mining height and fast advancing speed are fundamental reasons for rock mass damage.However,the borehole configuration and spacing to the casing failure are not very clear.展开更多

However, the desorption and volatilization of GeO hamper the development of Ge-based devices. To cope with this challenge, various techniques have been proposed to improve the high-κ /Ge interface. However,these techniques have not been developed perfectly yet to control the interface. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an improved stress relieved pre-oxide（SRPO） method to improve the thermodynamic stability of the high-κ /Ge interface. The x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS） and atomic force microscopy（AFM） results indicate that the GeO volatilization of the high-κ /Ge gate stack is efficiently suppressed after 500℃ annealing, and the electrical characteristics are greatly improved.展开更多
The application of vibrational spectroscopy in the pharmaceutical industry is widely investigated, from the quality assurance of the product during the production process control to the final products’ quality contro...The application of vibrational spectroscopy in the pharmaceutical industry is widely investigated, from the quality assurance of the product during the production process control to the final products’ quality control and the authentication of products on the markets. This study focuses on non-contact and noninvasive detection and identification of pain-relievers at 1-5 meters standoff distances. The specimens analyzed include standard laboratory-grade active ingredients and commercially available pain relievers in powder, solid and liquid forms. All the remote measurements captured revealed the Raman signatures of the specimens, with varying peak intensities. To correlate the band intensities captured with the standoff distances between the laser source and the specimens, the intensity ratios of the two prominent peaks of the laboratory grade reference active ingredient (1607 and 1319 cm<sup>-1</sup>) normalized with 1319 cm<sup>-1</sup> are used. The results of the study suggest the viability of standoff Raman spectroscopy for routine monitoring and identification of pharma-ceuticals, including counterfeit pain relievers.展开更多

The results show that La can relieve the reduction of chlorophyll content, the accumulation of MDA(malondiadehyde) and the elevation of relative membrane penetrability (RMP). After adding 10 mg . L-1 La to the solution, the activities of SOD and CAT in the leaves of Hydrocharis dubia B L. Backer increases compared with those of the single treatment of Ni, while the activity of POD decreases. It reveals that la enhances the abilities of scavenging the activated oxygen in the plant and alleviates the damage to the membranes. The soluble protein content with Ni and La compound treatment is higher than that of single Ni does, and proline content is contrary to the soluble protein content. So La improves the resistance of Hydrocharis dubia B. L. Backer to the stress of Ni. However, La can aggravate the damage to the cells under the extremely high concentration of Ni treatment.展开更多

Background Unsedated colonoscopy is an important method used for diagnosing colorectal cancer,but it can cause discomfort such as pain and bloating,as well as anxiety.At present,the relief is mainly achieved through m...Background Unsedated colonoscopy is an important method used for diagnosing colorectal cancer,but it can cause discomfort such as pain and bloating,as well as anxiety.At present,the relief is mainly achieved through methods such as changing positions and manual pressing,but the efficacy is limited.Hence alternative therapies for sedation and analgesia in unsedated colonoscopy warrant further study.Electroacupuncture(EA)can simplify the procedure of anesthesia and analgesia,while the efficacy of EA on unsedated colonoscopy remains unclear.Therefore,a well-designed randomized controlled trial is needed to demonstrate the potential efficacy of acupuncture in unsedated colonoscopy,particularly for pain relief.Methods In this prospective randomized sham-controlled trial,105 eligible participants will be recruited and randomly assigned to either EA group(n=35),sham EA group(n=35),or control group(n=35)in a 1:1:1 ratio.The EA group will receive acupuncture intervention on bilateral Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),and Shenmen(HT7),with LI4 and PC6 on both sides connected to the EA device.The sham EA group will received non transdermal needling on points of no meridian,and deliberately connect the needle to the incorrect output socket of EA device to block the stimulation.The needling will conducted from 30 min before the unsedated colonoscopy to the end of the colonoscopy,the whole retention time would be approximately 40 min.The participants in the control group will not receive any acupuncture intervention.All participants of the three groups will not receive any other treatment.Primary outcomes:Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)reported by participants and Face Pain Scale Revised(FPS-R)evaluated by observers of four areas of the participants during the unsedated colonoscopy.Secondary outcomes:tolerance reported by endoscopists,tolerance reported by participants,satisfaction reported by endoscopists,satisfaction reported by participants,adverse events during the unsedated colonoscopy,postoperative discomfort,unsedated colonoscopy smoothness(cecal insertion time,unwinding time,success rate of one-time intubation).Both intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses will be performed to assess the efficacy of EA.Discussion The trial will explore the efficacy of relieving pain,improving tolerability,and reducing undesirable adverse events of EA for unsedated colonoscopy.The results of this trial will provide sound evidence for promoting the clinical application of EA for unsedated colonoscopy.Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier:ChiCTR2300069903,retrospectively registered on March 16,2023.展开更多
Micron-sized silicon(μSi)is a promising anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity,low cost,and abundant reserves.However,the volume expansion that occurs during cyclin...Micron-sized silicon(μSi)is a promising anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity,low cost,and abundant reserves.However,the volume expansion that occurs during cycling leads to the accumulation of undesirable stresses,resulting in pulverization of silicon microparticles and shortened lifespan of the batteries.Herein,a composite film of Cu-PET-Cu is proposed as the current collector(CC)forμSi anodes to replace the conventional Cu CC.Cu-PET-Cu CC is prepared by depositing Cu on both sides of a polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film.The PET layer promises good ductility of the film,permitting the Cu-PET-Cu CC to accommodate the volumetric changes of silicon microparticles and facilitates the stress release through ductile deformation.As a result,theμSi electrode with Cu-PET-Cu CC retains a high specific capacity of 2181 mA h g^(-1),whereas theμSi electrode with Cu CC(μSi/Cu)exhibits a specific capacity of 1285 mA h g^(-1)after 80 cycles.The stress relieving effect of CuPET-Cu was demonstrated by in-situ fiber optic stress monitoring and multi-physics simulations.This work proposes an effective stress relief strategy at the electrode level for the practical implementation ofμSi anodes.展开更多
Objective To explore the medication patterns of Professor Zulong Wang in treating sleep-related painful erection(SRPE)through data mining,aiming to discover new therapeutic strategies for traditional Chinese medicine ...Objective To explore the medication patterns of Professor Zulong Wang in treating sleep-related painful erection(SRPE)through data mining,aiming to discover new therapeutic strategies for traditional Chinese medicine in managing this condition.Methods Medical records of SRPE patients treated by Professor Zulong Wang at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2024 were collected to establish a database.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were employed to examine the frequency of herb use,four properties and five flavors,channel tropisms,and herb combinations.Results A total of 59 prescriptions meeting the criteria were included,involving 81 Chinese herbs,among which 27 herbs were used 10 or more times.The primary herb properties were cold,warm,and neutral,with bitter,sweet,and pungent flavors being most common.The herbs predominantly entered the liver,heart,spleen,and kidney channels.Forty-three commonly used herb combinations were identified,and cluster analysis revealed six core herb groups.Conclusion Professor Zulong Wang primarily treats SRPE with modified Huoluo Xiaoling Dan,focusing on unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,supplemented by soothing the liver and regulating qi,resolving stasis and phlegm,nourishing yin and reducing fire,and tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation.展开更多

Comprehensive inspections of the composition, microstructure, and properties are made to systematically evaluate the steel plate in the normalized and normalized ＋ stress relieved states. The results show the cladding interface of the S30403 ＋ Q345R roll-bonded clad steel plate has high shear strength, the base metal has good properties, and the mechanical properties of the steel plate head and tail are uniform. The performance is fully consistent with the technical requirements of the roll-bonded clad steel plate for pressure vessels.展开更多

文摘To cure sometimes,to relieve often,to comfort always'has been the aphorism of doctors worldwide since the late 1800s when Dr Edward Trudeau failed in his endeavour to save tuberculosis patients at Adirondack Cottage Sanitorium,incuding three out of his four children.Today tuberculosis is no longer a life threat in most cases,thanks to the discovery of tuberculosis baillus,the development of effective medica tions,the classification of the disease into different sub-categories,and the sensitive methods of detection.The epidemic of tuberculosis has been tightly controlled in most areas of the world,but other chronic and complex diseases such as autoimmune diseases and malignancies keep haunting doctors,who often have to resort to the aphorism ofDr Trudeau.

文摘Background Unsedated colonoscopy is an important method used for diagnosing colorectal cancer,but it can cause discomfort such as pain and bloating,as well as anxiety.At present,the relief is mainly achieved through methods such as changing positions and manual pressing,but the efficacy is limited.Hence alternative therapies for sedation and analgesia in unsedated colonoscopy warrant further study.Electroacupuncture(EA)can simplify the procedure of anesthesia and analgesia,while the efficacy of EA on unsedated colonoscopy remains unclear.Therefore,a well-designed randomized controlled trial is needed to demonstrate the potential efficacy of acupuncture in unsedated colonoscopy,particularly for pain relief.Methods In this prospective randomized sham-controlled trial,105 eligible participants will be recruited and randomly assigned to either EA group(n=35),sham EA group(n=35),or control group(n=35)in a 1:1:1 ratio.The EA group will receive acupuncture intervention on bilateral Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),and Shenmen(HT7),with LI4 and PC6 on both sides connected to the EA device.The sham EA group will received non transdermal needling on points of no meridian,and deliberately connect the needle to the incorrect output socket of EA device to block the stimulation.The needling will conducted from 30 min before the unsedated colonoscopy to the end of the colonoscopy,the whole retention time would be approximately 40 min.The participants in the control group will not receive any acupuncture intervention.All participants of the three groups will not receive any other treatment.Primary outcomes:Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)reported by participants and Face Pain Scale Revised(FPS-R)evaluated by observers of four areas of the participants during the unsedated colonoscopy.Secondary outcomes:tolerance reported by endoscopists,tolerance reported by participants,satisfaction reported by endoscopists,satisfaction reported by participants,adverse events during the unsedated colonoscopy,postoperative discomfort,unsedated colonoscopy smoothness(cecal insertion time,unwinding time,success rate of one-time intubation).Both intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses will be performed to assess the efficacy of EA.Discussion The trial will explore the efficacy of relieving pain,improving tolerability,and reducing undesirable adverse events of EA for unsedated colonoscopy.The results of this trial will provide sound evidence for promoting the clinical application of EA for unsedated colonoscopy.Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier:ChiCTR2300069903,retrospectively registered on March 16,2023.

文摘Micron-sized silicon(μSi)is a promising anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries due to its high specific capacity,low cost,and abundant reserves.However,the volume expansion that occurs during cycling leads to the accumulation of undesirable stresses,resulting in pulverization of silicon microparticles and shortened lifespan of the batteries.Herein,a composite film of Cu-PET-Cu is proposed as the current collector(CC)forμSi anodes to replace the conventional Cu CC.Cu-PET-Cu CC is prepared by depositing Cu on both sides of a polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film.The PET layer promises good ductility of the film,permitting the Cu-PET-Cu CC to accommodate the volumetric changes of silicon microparticles and facilitates the stress release through ductile deformation.As a result,theμSi electrode with Cu-PET-Cu CC retains a high specific capacity of 2181 mA h g^(-1),whereas theμSi electrode with Cu CC(μSi/Cu)exhibits a specific capacity of 1285 mA h g^(-1)after 80 cycles.The stress relieving effect of CuPET-Cu was demonstrated by in-situ fiber optic stress monitoring and multi-physics simulations.This work proposes an effective stress relief strategy at the electrode level for the practical implementation ofμSi anodes.

文摘Objective To explore the medication patterns of Professor Zulong Wang in treating sleep-related painful erection(SRPE)through data mining,aiming to discover new therapeutic strategies for traditional Chinese medicine in managing this condition.Methods Medical records of SRPE patients treated by Professor Zulong Wang at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to December 2024 were collected to establish a database.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis were employed to examine the frequency of herb use,four properties and five flavors,channel tropisms,and herb combinations.Results A total of 59 prescriptions meeting the criteria were included,involving 81 Chinese herbs,among which 27 herbs were used 10 or more times.The primary herb properties were cold,warm,and neutral,with bitter,sweet,and pungent flavors being most common.The herbs predominantly entered the liver,heart,spleen,and kidney channels.Forty-three commonly used herb combinations were identified,and cluster analysis revealed six core herb groups.Conclusion Professor Zulong Wang primarily treats SRPE with modified Huoluo Xiaoling Dan,focusing on unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,supplemented by soothing the liver and regulating qi,resolving stasis and phlegm,nourishing yin and reducing fire,and tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation.

文摘The anti-wrinkle,relieving effect and safety of a group of hexapeptide compounds(HCs)were evaluated by in vitro antioxidant test,hyaluronidase inhibition test and human clinical test.The results showed that HCs possess+high overall antioxidant activity,and the scavenging activity of ABTS•radical and DPPH radical by 4 mg/mL HCs solution were(92.23±1.15)%and(90.24±1.25)%.The scavenging activity of PTIO radical by 80 mg/mL HCs solution was(80.29±2.41)%.The inhibition rate of 80 mg/mL HCs on hyaluronidase was(75.00±6.13)%.The test of clinical results showed that the HCs have good anti-wrinkle and relieving effect,and no case of grade 1 or above skin adverse reactions occurred,indicating that HCs have good safety.

文摘Objective:To study the effect of Alpinia officinarum Hance(A.officinarum) 80% alcohol extract on the primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract were enriched by macroporous adsorption resins.Female mice of primary dysmenorrhea model were established by oxytocin induction; the effects of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract on primary dysmenorrhea were observed by body twist method; and the homogenate level of prostaglandin F_(2α)(PGF_(2α)),prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) and Ca^(2+) in the uterus were observed in oxytocin-induced female mice.Results:The writhing frequency of primary dysmenorrhea mice was significantly decreased after treatment of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract and the level of PGF_(2α),PGE_2 and Ca^(2+) in mice uterus was significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01) in groups of mice treated with middle and high dosage of A.officinarum 80% alcohol extract compared with that of model group.Conclusions:These findings suggest that A.Officinarum 80% alcohol extract can significantly relieve primary dysmenorrhea.

文摘To meet the demand of the domestic pressure vessel industry for roll-bonded clad steel plates, Baosteel has developed an S30403 ＋ Q345R roll-bonded clad steel plate. Comprehensive inspections of the composition, microstructure, and properties are made to systematically evaluate the steel plate in the normalized and normalized ＋ stress relieved states. The results show the cladding interface of the S30403 ＋ Q345R roll-bonded clad steel plate has high shear strength, the base metal has good properties, and the mechanical properties of the steel plate head and tail are uniform. The performance is fully consistent with the technical requirements of the roll-bonded clad steel plate for pressure vessels.
