The course "Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training" is a skill-strengthening course prepared for vocational rehabilitation technical students before practice. The training goal is to improve students' ability to meet the needs of clinical practice positions. The curriculum is arranged in line with clinical practice and covers common and frequently-occurring diseases in rehabilitation department. Its teaching design is consistent with the clinical workflow, including a series of links, such as reception-interrogation-rehabilitation assessment-communicate with patients-discussion by rehabilitation team and formulation of treatment plan-implement the rehabilitation treatment-reassessment-health promotion and education-discharge tracking, etc. The course of "Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training" integrates what vocational rehabilitation technical students have learned in school for two years, forms a standardized treatment process, and helps students realize seamless connection between classroom and internship positions. The course breaks down the classroom teaching task into five links of "determination-analysis-practice-doing-evaluation". The classroom concept follows the five steps of "stimulating interest to lead into determination of task-tackling difficult analysis task-group cooperation training task-role-playing to do task-teacher expert evaluation task". It can fully simplify the teaching process, decompose the teaching difficulty, conform to the characteristics of clinical work, and help students master the operation skills through independent learning in the teaching process, thus achieving the teaching goal. 展开更多

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Technology on Early Upper Limb Motor Dysfunction of Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective: to analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technology on upper limb motor dysfunction in the clinical treatment of stroke. Methods: a total of 80 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by odd-even serial number, with 40 patients in the observation group and 40 in the control group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation technology, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. After the treatment, the treatment effect of the observation group and the control group was compared, and the scores of daily living ability and limb motor function of the two groups were statistically compared and analyzed. Results: according to data analysis, there were 35 patients in the observation group with significant therapeutic effect (87.5%) and 28 patients in the control group with significant therapeutic effect (70.00%). Comparison of two groups of treatment effect, the observation group was better (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of daily living ability and upper limb motor function in observation group were better than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: according to the experimental results, the motor dysfunction of stroke patients has been significantly improved after acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technology treatment, and the patients' daily living ability and upper limb movement ability have been significantly improved, and the efficacy is accurate, which can be widely promoted in clinical practice. 展开更多

A Preliminary Investigation and Study on Professional Identity of Rehabilitation Technology Vocational College Students

Objective: to conduct a preliminary investigation on professional identity of rehabilitation technology higher vocational students, and deeply explore the specific status quo and actual influencing factors. Methods: from February to June in 2020, all the senior vocational students majoring in rehabilitation technology in grade one, two and three of a higher vocational college were selected to carry out a large-scale cross-sectional questionnaire survey. Results: firstly, the average score of the overall professional identity of vocational college students majoring in rehabilitation technology in higher vocational colleges is 3.48, among which, the emotional score is 3.6, the cognitive score is 3.44, the behavioral score is 3.47, and the last score is the appropriateness score, 3.15. For rehabilitation students, their actual professional identity is obviously related to the age, grade and gender of vocational college students, but partly related to the family location of vocational college students. Conclusion: for rehabilitation technology vocational college students, their overall professional identity is at a medium level, and there is still a lot of room for improvement. In addition, through the intervention of various influencing factors and the comprehensive implementation of teaching reform, it is likely to slow down the current situation of brain drain in rehabilitation. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the modern training model of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.Selecting the third-year students of the rehabilitation therapy technology program in School Y as the research subject,300 questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 92%.The strengths and weaknesses of the modern training model were analyzed through a mixed qualitative and quantitative research method.It was found that 68%of the students thought that the modern model had obvious advantages in practical teaching,but 42%of the students thought that it still needed to be improved in personalized teaching.This study provides an empirical basis and specific suggestions for optimizing the cultivation of rehabilitation therapy technology talents. 展开更多
