Red and blue light illumination has been reported to significantly affect plantlet growth.Potato is an important food and feed crop in the world and potato plantlet cultured in vitro plays an important role in potato production.However,few studies have documented the effects of red and blue light on the growth of potato plantlets revealed at the transcriptome level.The objective of this study was to determine the growth and physiological responses of potato plantlets cultured in vitro under monochromatic red(RR),monochromatic blue(BB)as well as combined red and blue(RB)LEDs using the RNA-Seq technique.In total,3150 and 814 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were detected in potato plantlets under RR and BB,respectively,compared to RB(used as control).Compared to the control,the DEGs enriched in"photosynthesis"and"photosynthesis-antenna proteins"metabolic pathways were up-regulated and down-regulated by BB and RR,respectively,which might be responsible for the increases and decreases of maximum quantum yield(F_(v)/F_(m)),photochemical quantum yield(φ_(PSII)),photochemical quenching(q_(P))and electron transfer rate(ETR)in BB and RR,respectively.Potato plantlets exhibited dwarfed stems and extended leaves under BB,whereas elongated stems and small leaves were induced under RR.These dramatically altered plantlet phenotypes were associated with variable levels of endogenous plant hormones gibberellin(GAs),indoleacetic acid(IAA)and cytokinins(CKs),as assessed in stems and leaves of potato plantlets.In addition,monochromatic red and blue LEDs trigged the opposite expression profiles of DEGs identified in the"plant hormone signal transduction"metabolic pathway,which were closely related to the endogenous plant hormone levels in potato plantlets.Our results provide insights into the responses of potato plantlets cultured in vitro to red and blue LEDs at the transcriptomic level and may contribute to improvements in the micro-propagation of potato plantlets cultured in vitro from the light spectrum aspect. 展开更多

Lycopene, one of the strongest natural antioxidants known and the main carotene in ripe tomato, is very important for human health. Light is well known to be one of the most important environmental stimuli influencing lycopene biosynthesis; specifically, red light induces higher lycopene content in tomato. However, whether blue light promotes lycopene synthesis remains elusive and exactly how light stimulation promotes lycopene synthesis remains unclear. We applied supplemental blue and red lighting on tomato plants at anthesis to monitor the effect of supplemental blue and red lighting on lycopene synthesis. Our results showed that supplemental blue/red lighting induced higher lycopene content in tomato fruits; furthermore, we found that the expression of key genes in the lycopene synthesis pathway was induced by supplemented blue/red light. The expression of light signaling components, such as red-light receptor phytochromes(PHYs), blue-light receptor cryptochromes(CRYs) and light interaction factors, phytochrome-interacting factors(PIFs) and ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5(HY5) were up-or down-regulated by blue/red lighting. Thus, blue and red light increased lycopene content in tomatoes by inducing light receptors that modulate HY5 and PIFs activation to mediate phytoene synthase 1(PSY1) gene expression. These results provide a sound theoretical basis for further elucidation of the light regulating mechanism of lycopene synthesis in tomatoes, and for instituting a new generation of technological innovations for the enhancement of lycopene accumulation in crop production. 展开更多

Blue and red light are spectral wavelengths more effective for plants. The effects of different ratios of red and blue light (R/B=2, R/B=4, R/B=8, R/B=12) provided by LEDs on morphology and photosynthetic characteristics of tomato seedlings were studied. The results showed that plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight, dry weight, seedling index and G value increased with the increase of R/B ratio until 8. On the contrary, SPDA value decreased with the increase of R/B ratio. Photosynthetic characteristics were measured by CO 2 assimilation ( Pn ), stomatal conductance ( gs ) and intracellular CO 2 concentration ( Ci) . Pn and gs decreased with the increase of R/B ratio. Furthermore, similar trend was investigated in photochemical quenching (qP) and electron transport rate (ETR). Results of this study suggest that compared with white LED, appropriate combination of red and blue light can enhance plant growth and photosynthetic characteristics, and the optimal blue/red ratio for tomato growth was R/B=8. 展开更多

The quality of light is an important abiotic factor that affects the growth and development of photosynthetic organisms.In this study,we exposed the unicellular green alga Dunaliella salina to red(660 nm)and blue(450 nm)light and analyzed the cell growth,total carotenoid content,and transcriptomes.The growth of D.salina was enhanced by illumination with red light,whereas blue light was not able to promote the algal growth.In contrast,the total carotenoid content increased under both red and blue light.The RNA of D.salina was sequenced and the transcriptomic response of algal cells to red and blue light was investigated.Six transcripts encoding for the blue light receptor cryptochrome were identified,and transcripts involved in the carotenoid metabolism were up-regulated under both red and blue light.Transcripts encoding for photoprotective enzymes related to the scavenging of reactive oxygen species were up-regulated under blue light.The present transcriptomic study provides a more comprehensive understanding of carotenoid biosynthesis in D.salina under different wavelengths of light. 展开更多

The data obtained through this work revealed that the vermicompost is a natural adsorbent able to removal two textile dyes from an aqueous medium. The values of maximum adsorption capacity for congo red (23.25 mg/g) and indigo blue (40.39 mg/g) obtained from the Mathematical Langmuir Model reveal it. The conditions of adsorbent mass, stirring time between adsorbent and dyes were optimized. Additionally, the values of Gibbs free energy demonstrate the predominance of physical interaction between both dyes and vermicompost. Through Langmuir constant values, it was possible to identify similar affinities between both dyes and vermicompost. The value of dimensionless constant indicates favorable adsorptions process. Finally, through physicochemical analysis from scanning electron microscopy and Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy, the characteristics of vermicompost were verified revealing essential aspects to efficient adsorbent. 展开更多

In this way the synthesis of zinc-oxide (ZnO) quantum dots (QDs) has recently received special attention due to their good optical, electrical and chemical properties with low production costs and blue light emission. In this work ZnO QDs were successfully doped with europium in order to obtain a tunable emission luminescence from blue emission of ZnO to red emission of europium as a function of wavelength excitation. Results show an efficient blue to red tuning when the excitation wavelength was changed from 317 nm to 395 nm, respectively. This opens the possibility of having new optical devices to produce different color emission using the same material. 展开更多

This paper describes a brain-inspired simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) system using oriented features from accelerated segment test and rotated binary robust independent elementary (ORB) features of RGB (red, green, blue) sensor for a mobile robot. The core SLAM system, dubbed RatSLAM, can construct a cognitive map using information of raw odometry and visual scenes in the path traveled. Different from existing RatSLAM system which only uses a simple vector to represent features of visual image, in this paper, we employ an efficient and very fast descriptor method, called ORB, to extract features from RCB images. Experiments show that these features are suitable to recognize the sequences of familiar visual scenes. Thus, while loop closure errors are detected, the descriptive features will help to modify the pose estimation by driving loop closure and localization in a map correction algorithm. Efficiency and robustness of our method are also demonstrated by comparing with different visual processing algorithms. 展开更多

高对抗环境下的无源干扰电磁散射研究一直是计算电磁学、电子对抗和战场数字孪生等领域中的重要课题,对该问题的深入研究是未来战场红蓝对抗博弈建模、装备设计优化和战术战法升级的重要理论基础。因此,面向新质作战能力生成需求,开展... 高对抗环境下的无源干扰电磁散射研究一直是计算电磁学、电子对抗和战场数字孪生等领域中的重要课题,对该问题的深入研究是未来战场红蓝对抗博弈建模、装备设计优化和战术战法升级的重要理论基础。因此,面向新质作战能力生成需求,开展典型无源干扰电磁散射研究现状梳理与分析具有重要意义。本文对箔条云和角反射器两类典型无源干扰电磁散射研究进展进行了综述和讨论。当前对无源干扰电磁散射建模的研究主要分为四个方面:场景构建,散射计算,试验验证,效能评估。对几何建模的研究集中在干扰物与环境的动力学耦合效应研究方面,对无源干扰物的散射计算集中在大场景分区耦合散射计算方面,对无源干扰散射试验多集中在可控试验及内外场联合试验理论研究方面,对干扰效能评估主要集中在干扰物优化设计与投放策略制定方面。目前,对无源干扰物与环境复合方面的研究依旧面临场景构建逼真度低、仿真计算效率较低、试验验证理论体系不完善、效能评估手段单一、智能化水平不高等问题,这些问题均制约了新质作战能力的生成与提升。需要结合多物理场耦合手段实现无源干扰物与背景复合几何和散射高精度建模,需要引用智能化评估方法实现无源干扰物干扰效能评估与优化设计,需要将可控技术引入内外场试验设计中以实现无源干扰物雷达特性测算融合研究。 展开更多

目的探讨分析复方黄柏液涂剂联合红蓝光治疗轻中度面部痤疮的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2025年1月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的轻中度面部痤疮患者196例,按治疗方法不同分2组,对照组和观察组各98例,分别予以红蓝光治疗和复方黄柏液涂剂... 目的探讨分析复方黄柏液涂剂联合红蓝光治疗轻中度面部痤疮的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2025年1月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的轻中度面部痤疮患者196例,按治疗方法不同分2组,对照组和观察组各98例,分别予以红蓝光治疗和复方黄柏液涂剂联合红蓝光治疗,对比分析两组患者疗效、皮肤生理指标、痤疮瘢痕评分及炎症反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组较对照组疗效更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组面部评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组研究者全球评分(IGA)、临床痤疮瘢痕评分(ECCA)评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方黄柏液涂剂联合红蓝光治疗轻中度面部痤疮可提高疗效,促进患者皮肤生理指标、痤疮瘢痕评分改善,且安全性高。 展开更多

基于多模态融合的煤矿输送带运输区矿工不安全行为识别

为提高煤矿输送带运输区矿工行为识别的准确性和鲁棒性,降低不安全行为发生概率,提出一种基于多模态特征融合的不安全行为识别方法。首先,结合红绿蓝(RGB)与骨骼2种模态,通过基于高效注意力机制(EA)改进的SlowFast网络(EA-SlowFast)提取... 为提高煤矿输送带运输区矿工行为识别的准确性和鲁棒性,降低不安全行为发生概率,提出一种基于多模态特征融合的不安全行为识别方法。首先,结合红绿蓝(RGB)与骨骼2种模态,通过基于高效注意力机制(EA)改进的SlowFast网络(EA-SlowFast)提取RGB模态特征,并利用改进后的移动增强型(ME)YOLO(ME-YOLO)检测矿工目标;然后,对检测到的矿工送入Lite-HRNet进行姿态估计,提取骨骼关键点数据,再通过深度通道卷积注意力时空图卷积网络(DC-STGCN)提取骨骼模态特征,实现RGB模态与骨骼模态的晚期融合;最后,分别选取公开数据集(人类动作数据库51(HMDB51)、中佛罗里达大学101类动作识别数据集(UCF101))与自建煤矿井下不安全行为数据集进行试验验证。结果表明:相较于单一模态基准模型,EA-SlowFast与DC-STGCN在HMDB51数据集上的识别准确率分别为71.6%和68.3%,在UCF101动作识别数据集上的识别准确率分别为88.3%和85.4%;多模态特征融合模型的识别准确率较未改进的融合模型有所提升,在HMDB51和UCF101数据集上分别达到75.4%和93.5%。在自建数据集上,ME-YOLO的平均检测精度(mAP)@0.5为91.8%,推理速度为38帧/s,满足实时性需求。融合模型的识别准确率达到90.6%,验证了该方法在煤矿输送带运输区环境中的有效性。 展开更多

目的:评价红蓝光治疗仪联合药物治疗与护理方案应用在静脉炎患者恢复中的效果。方法:本研究86例静脉炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组43例。分为对照组(硫酸镁湿热敷治疗及护理干预)和观察组(红蓝光治疗仪联合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗及护理... 目的:评价红蓝光治疗仪联合药物治疗与护理方案应用在静脉炎患者恢复中的效果。方法:本研究86例静脉炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组43例。分为对照组(硫酸镁湿热敷治疗及护理干预)和观察组(红蓝光治疗仪联合硫酸镁湿热敷治疗及护理干预),将不同干预方案的效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者在干预后的临床症状积分变化情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光治疗仪联合硫酸镁湿热敷方案在静脉炎治疗中具有显著效果。硫酸镁具有消炎、镇痛、改善循环的作用,而红蓝光治疗仪通过促进细胞代谢、抑制炎症反应和改善微循环,进一步增强了治疗效果。红蓝光治疗仪结合药物治疗与护理方案,可为静脉炎患者提供更加安全、高效的治疗模式,值得临床借鉴。 展开更多

红砂幼苗对光周期和光质配比的响应

为更好地理解红砂幼苗生长和发育的调控机制,为荒漠植物的培育与恢复提供一定的参考,该研究以一年生红砂(Reaumuria songarica)幼苗为材料,使用LED灯作为光源,设置了3种光周期和6种光质配比进行交叉培养。通过测定红砂幼苗的株高、分枝... 为更好地理解红砂幼苗生长和发育的调控机制,为荒漠植物的培育与恢复提供一定的参考,该研究以一年生红砂(Reaumuria songarica)幼苗为材料,使用LED灯作为光源,设置了3种光周期和6种光质配比进行交叉培养。通过测定红砂幼苗的株高、分枝数、生物量以及光合色素含量来评估其生长情况,探究光周期和光质配比对其生长的影响。结果表明:适当的光周期和光质配比对红砂幼苗的生长和发育具有重要作用。增加光照时间可以促进红砂生长。在红蓝光比为3:1光质配比下,日光照时间14、16 h相较于12 h,株高增长率分别增加了20.20%和88.47%。在红蓝光比为1:3光质配比下,日光照时间为14、16 h,一级枝的数量比光照12 h分别增加了6.67%和66.67%,地下生物量分别增加了259.85%和551.82%。高比例红光和高比例蓝光处理会促进红砂幼苗生长,但株高增长率和一级分枝数的变化趋势相反。在红蓝光比为4:1的光质配比下,株高增长率随光周期呈增加趋势,而一级分枝数则呈下降趋势;而在红蓝光比为1:4的光质配比下,株高增长率和一级分枝数量的变化趋势则相反。综合应用主成分分析法和隶属函数法,显示12 h光周期、红蓝光比例为4:1和12 h光周期、红蓝光比例为1:4处理下红砂幼苗的生长状况较好。 展开更多

通过对樟叶越桔组培苗的生长生理指标及其中6'-O-咖啡酰熊果苷(CA)含量的测定,分析蓝色、红色、不同红蓝色配比(1∶1、1∶2和2∶1)及白色(对照)LED光对其生长和主要次生代谢物的影响。结果表明:单色红光处理可促进组培苗苗高的增长... 通过对樟叶越桔组培苗的生长生理指标及其中6'-O-咖啡酰熊果苷(CA)含量的测定,分析蓝色、红色、不同红蓝色配比(1∶1、1∶2和2∶1)及白色(对照)LED光对其生长和主要次生代谢物的影响。结果表明:单色红光处理可促进组培苗苗高的增长,蓝光处理可提高组培苗丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)活性;红蓝光复合配比有利于提高叶绿素含量和增加对光胁迫抗逆性,在红蓝光比为1∶1时组培苗具有较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。当红光比例增加时,组培苗的可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白含量呈现先增加后减少的趋势;当蓝光比例增加时,组培苗的MDA含量和POD活性均为上升趋势;当红蓝光比为1∶2时,组培苗中CA的含量最高[(21.02±0.56) mg/g],为对照组的1.5倍,而在其他光质处理下其含量均下降。研究结果可为进一步阐明樟叶越桔CA的生产调控机制提供参考。 展开更多

【目的】BRI1-EMS-Suppressor 1(BES1)是油菜素内酯(BR)信号传导的重要转录因子,调节植物光形态建成,并参与光周期开花。研究红光和蓝光调控下BES1在‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化中的功能,为解析红光和蓝光介导的BR调控机制奠定基础,也为研... 【目的】BRI1-EMS-Suppressor 1(BES1)是油菜素内酯(BR)信号传导的重要转录因子,调节植物光形态建成,并参与光周期开花。研究红光和蓝光调控下BES1在‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化中的功能,为解析红光和蓝光介导的BR调控机制奠定基础,也为研究其他木本果树的开花调控提供参考。【方法】应用生物信息学分析VvBES1-1蛋白结构及序列比对。以‘红地球’葡萄花芽为试材,以温室自然光为对照(CK),设置红蓝4﹕1(R4B1)为光照处理,采集‘红地球’葡萄花芽,利用qPCR分析VvBES1-1在‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化过程中的时空表达模式和组织特异性。运用转化烟草方法进行亚细胞定位。通过双分子荧光互补(BiFC)试验探究VvBES1-1与其他蛋白的相互作用,以及运用酵母自激活活性测定评估VvBES1-1的转录激活能力。【结果】VvBES1-1具有BES1_N结构域,是一种BES1-S型蛋白,与毛果杨BES1亲缘关系最近,在‘红地球’葡萄各时期均有表达。在R4B1处理期间,与对照相比,VvBES1-1表达量显著降低。在花序次轴发育期,VvBES1-1表达量达到最高,此外,经10 mmol·L-1EBR处理后,促进了‘红地球’葡萄花芽VvBES1-1的表达。酵母自激活试验表明,VvBES1-1具有自激活活性。亚细胞定位结果表明,VvBES1-1定位于细胞核。过表达VvBES1-1烟草延迟开花时间,促进茎的伸长,并增加了分生组织的数量。VvBES1-1的下调表达则整合了BR和光周期信号,促进了‘红地球’葡萄花芽的分化。在‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化过程中,VvBES1-1受红光和蓝光的显著调节,且在R4B1处理下,VvBES1-1的表达水平在10 mmol·L-1的EBR处理6 h时达到最高。【结论】VvBES1-1在‘红地球’葡萄花芽分化中起重要作用。VvBES-1能够整合BR与光周期信号抑制葡萄花芽分化。而在红蓝光的影响下,能够有效下调VvBES-1的表达,达到促进葡萄花芽分化的目的。 展开更多
