We have projected above 445 large-superlarge deposits on (1:5 M) global tectonic background map and divided 4 metallogenic domains, 21 metallogenic belts. Global metallogeny of large-superlarge deposits are: unity by endogenic, exogenic metamorphic and epigenetic in origin; speciality in different metallogenic domains and belts; preferentiality to ore-forming elements of Cu, Au, Fe, Ag, Cr, Mn, Zn, Pb, Sb, Hg, to continental margins or plate convergent belts, to Intra-continental tectono-magmatic complex belts and Large ductile shear zones; abnormality by the global oxyatmversion (excess oxygen atmospheric event) in Archean, redoxyatmversion (lack oxygen atmospheric event) in Proterozoic-Paleozoic, and tectonosphere thermal erosion (great amount of tectonic magmatic event) in Mesozoic-Cenozoic.展开更多

Three gra...The histopathological features of the globoid dysplasia of the human gastric epithelium were described in detail and in series by means of observation of serial sections of 61 cases with globoid dys-plasias. Three grades were divided according to the architectural and cellular atypia of the globoid dys-plasias. The penetration of outer layer globoid dys-plastic cells through the basement membrane of 'the structure of double layers' appeared in typical globoid dysplasia grade II and the infiltration of the globoid dysplastic cells into stroma as well as the formation of incipient focus of signet ring cell carcinoma were described. The twinkling scene of the infiltration of the globoid dysplastic cells into lamina propria through the basement membrane, and the destroying of the basement membrane by the globoid dysplastic cells were shown by means of Gordon Sweet's staining. Through the analysis as for the distribution characteristics of ages and sexes in 61 globoid dysplasia cases and 51 signet ring cell carcinomas, a fact was discovered that the mobility of female cases was ten years prior to that of male ones in average. A conclusion could be made that the globoid dysplasia might be an important precan-cerous lesion of the signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach.展开更多

Ferroptosis is a novel form of cell death driven by oxidative damage,and is implicated in various pathological conditions,including neurodegenerative diseases,retinal damage,and ischemia-reperfusion injury of organs.I...Ferroptosis is a novel form of cell death driven by oxidative damage,and is implicated in various pathological conditions,including neurodegenerative diseases,retinal damage,and ischemia-reperfusion injury of organs.Inhibiting ferroptosis has shown great promise as a therapeutic strategy for these diseases,underscoring the urgent need to develop effective ferroptosis inhibitors.Although Ferrostatin-1(Fer-1)is a potent ferroptosis inhibitor,its susceptibility to oxidation and metabolic inactivation limits its clinical utility.In this study,the accumulation of peroxides and the resulting oxidative damage in the cellular microenvironment during ferroptosis were utilized to design Ferrostatin-1 prodrugs with reactive oxygen species-responsive features.This approach led to the development of a series of ferroptosis inhibitors that were capable of recognizing oxidative damage in diseased areas,allowing for targeted release and improved stability.The novel compounds demonstrated significant inhibitory effects and selectivity against RSL-3-induced ferroptosis in HK-2 cells,with compound a1 exhibiting an EC50 of 15.4�0.7μM,outperforming Fer-1.These compounds effectively identify the oxidative microenvironment associated with ferroptosis,enabling the targeted release of Fer-1,which prevents lipid peroxide accumulation and inhibits ferroptosis.This strategy holds promise for treating diseases related to ferroptosis,offering a targeted and intelligent therapeutic approach.展开更多

There are two frequencies originating from almost isotropic bulk electron Fermi surfaces, in accordance with band structure calculations. Vitiligo results in an autoimmune disorder destructing skin pigment cells,melanocytes(Mcs).This study aimed to investigate whether Astragaloside IV(AIV)could efficiently induce differentiation of bone marrow mesenchym...Vitiligo results in an autoimmune disorder destructing skin pigment cells,melanocytes(Mcs).This study aimed to investigate whether Astragaloside IV(AIV)could efficiently induce differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs)into Mcs.BMMSCs were induced and differentiated into Mcs with 0.1,0.2,and 0.4 mg/L AIV during 150-day.Morphologic changes of differentiated cells were observed.Levels of some melanocytic specific genes(TRP-1,TRP-2,MART-1,Mitf)were measured with quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)at 90,120,and 150 days of induction.After 90-day induction,the differentiated cells with 0.4 mg/L AIV demonstrated the typical morphology of Mcs,positive 3,4 dihydroxyphenylalanine staining,and positive staining of TRP-1,TRP-2,MART-1,and Mitf.After 90-and 120-days’induction with 0.4 mg/L AIV,TRP-1 expression was significantly elevated(p<0.01),and TRP-2 expression was significantly increased in 0.4 mg/L AIV-treated group compared to negative control(p<0.01),0.1 mg/L(p<0.01),and 0.2 mg/L(p<0.01)AIV-treated groups.Moreover,MART-1 expression was significantly up-regulated in 0.4 mg/L AIV-treated group compared to negative control,but without difference compared to 0.1 mg/L(p>0.05)and 0.2 mg/L(p>0.05)AIV-treated groups.During 90 to 150-day induction,there were no significant differences for Mitf levels between AIV-treated groups and negative control(p>0.05).In conclusion,90-day induction with 0.4 mg/L AIV up-regulated TRP-1,TRP-2,and MART-1 expression,indicating that AIV can efficiently induce Mcs differentiation from BMMSCs.These results provide experimental and theoretic evidence for AIV application in clinical vitiligo repigmentation treatment.展开更多

The first species differs from C. xalapense by broader rhizome scales, acute to attenuate blade apex, commonly two series of areoles between parallel veins, commonly one sori per areole and hydathodes absent or few evident. Campyloneurum leoniae differs from C. irregulare by more compact and non-pruinose rhizomes, thinner stipes, relatively broader, thinner and more opaque laminae, and distribution at lower elevations. Campyloneurum madrense is different to C. angustifolium because it has narrower and darker rhizome scales with denticulate margin, long scales cells and distributed at lower elevations. Finally, Campylonerum pittieri is here recognized as valid species and it differs from the similar C. amphostenon by longer rhizomes with appressed scales that have a patent, long acuminate apices, relative broader laminae, veins evident and distribution at higher elevations.展开更多
