In this work,the influence of reaction conditions on hydrocarbon distribution and product quality was tested to obtain the rule of variation with different residence time.A semi-experience and semi-mechanism dynamics ...In this work,the influence of reaction conditions on hydrocarbon distribution and product quality was tested to obtain the rule of variation with different residence time.A semi-experience and semi-mechanism dynamics model was established and modified.Based on the simulation results,the hydrogenation reactor is divided into five regions:the upper two regions are mainly saturated with most of tri-cyclic and bi-cyclic aromatics,and 90%of nitrides are converted,while all simple sulfide and some 4,6-DMDBT compounds undergo transformation reactions.In the lower three regions,the reaction rate of HDS and HDN slows down,while the rate of monocyclic aromatic saturation increases.The HDS,HDN and HDA rates of the optimized catalyst grading scheme are significantly increased.展开更多

Through this reaction, the synthesis of v...A series of Bronsted acidic ionic liquids(ILs) were prepared and used for Biginelli-type condensation reaction among aromatic aldehydes, urea or thiourea and cyclopentanone. Through this reaction, the synthesis of various pyrimidinones could be achieved. Of interest, it was found that the reaction was efficiently catalyzed by a novel, eco-friendly functionalized IL [C3SO3HDoim]HSO4, which could be reused for at least 7 times without significantly loss of catalytic activity. The reaction proceeded efficiently at 80℃ to afford the desired products in good yield(up to 96%). In addition, a possible mechanism that accounted for the IL [C3SO3HDoim]HSO4-catalyzed reaction was proposed.展开更多

The reaction products exhibit 12 compounds namely, Ba(NO3)2, αFe2O3, Fe3O4, BaFeO3, BaFeO2.9, hexagonal BaFeO3-x, tetragonal BaFeO3-x, BaFe2O4, αBaFe2O4, Ba2Fe6O11, Ba5Fe14O26 and BaFe12O19. The formation of these products depend on the molar ratio between the reactants and the reaction temperature. The reaction products were studied by DTA and TG techniques and characterized by X-ray diffraction patterns, magnetic susceptibility data and scanning electron microscopy, SEM.展开更多

We have analyzed the behavior in vacancy-type defects in each layer through some deposition temperatures and annealing. It is observed that the thin Fe film, the thin Hf film, and the bilayer Fe (50 nm)/Hf (50 nm) already contain many vacancy-type defects. We have investigated the change of densities of the vacancy-carbon complex and the small vacancy-cluster with carbons, through solid-state amorphization of Fe (50 nm)/Hf (50 nm) bilayer.展开更多
Reaction crystallization of struvite in water solutions containing 0.20 mass % of phosphate(V) ions by magnesium and ammonium ions addition was investigated experimentally. Process was carried out in DTM type crystall...Reaction crystallization of struvite in water solutions containing 0.20 mass % of phosphate(V) ions by magnesium and ammonium ions addition was investigated experimentally. Process was carried out in DTM type crystallizer with liquid jet pump device in 298 K assuming stoichiometric conditions. Struvite crystals of mean size Lm 5.2-23.0 μm were produced depending on pH (9-11) and mean residence time of suspension in a crystallizer τ (900-3600 s). Under these conditions linear growth rate of struvite crystals (SIG MSMPR kinetic model) decreased 2-time with the increase in pH and 3-time with the elongation of mean residence time of crystal suspension from 7.11×10-9 m/s (pH 9, τ900 s) to 1.65×10-9 m/s (pH 11, τ3600 s). Nucleation rate varied within the 7.9×108-1.8×1010 1/(sm3) limits. Struvite product of maximal linear size exceeded 100 μm with 10 vol. % of < 3 μm fraction corresponded to pH 9 and τ3600 s.展开更多
