This paper explores why movie recap videos on short-video platforms have become so popular.Using both a questionnaire survey and a case study of the Douyin influencer City in My Heart,the study finds that recaps are w...This paper explores why movie recap videos on short-video platforms have become so popular.Using both a questionnaire survey and a case study of the Douyin influencer City in My Heart,the study finds that recaps are watched much more often than full movies,mainly because they save time,deliver the plot quickly,and highlight the narrator’s style.While many viewers sometimes let recaps replace watching the original film,most still see them as temporary substitutes rather than full replacements.The findings suggest that recap videos are reshaping how audiences consume and share movies in the era of fragmented media.展开更多
目的观察血液科轮转护士带教中应用回放式教学法的效果。方法根据入职时间选取2023年1—12月期间41例血液科轮转护士作为对照组,接受常规一对一带教(高年资护士按培养计划指导参与各班次实践,含操作示范、阶段性答疑);2024年1月—2025年...目的观察血液科轮转护士带教中应用回放式教学法的效果。方法根据入职时间选取2023年1—12月期间41例血液科轮转护士作为对照组,接受常规一对一带教(高年资护士按培养计划指导参与各班次实践,含操作示范、阶段性答疑);2024年1月—2025年1月期间42例血液科轮转护士作为观察组,在对照组基础上实施回放式教学法,核心流程包括:①每日回顾复盘(班次结束后30 min内,以“问题导向”梳理化疗药物输注核对、骨髓穿刺配合等重点环节,及时纠正操作与知识漏洞);②标准化视频学习(录制12项血液科核心技能视频,每段15~20 min,含操作细节与错误示范,通过钉钉平台发布并要求扫码签到观看、提交心得);③每周病例研讨(90 min典型病例分析,如白血病化疗护理,采用“头脑风暴”优化护理方案);④阶段性反馈(每月考核后一对一沟通,动态调整教学内容)。采用科室自制理论试卷与技能考核标准,评估入科时、出科时理论与技能掌握度;采用标准化满意度调查问卷评估轮转满意度。结果入科时,两组轮转护士理论知识成绩[(72.75±6.48 vs 72.88±6.51)分]与技能考核成绩比较[(75.57±6.75 vs 74.85±6.84)分],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时,两组轮转护士理论与技能考核成绩均升高,对照组低于观察组[(88.71±2.64 vs 95.05±2.32)分、(82.52±4.59 vs 90.46±3.42)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组满意度低于观察组(80.49%vs 95.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液科轮转护士带教中应用回放式教学法,可有效提升轮转护士的理论知识掌握度与专科技能水平,提高轮转满意度,且契合血液科临床护理特点,具有良好的临床推广价值,可为血液科护理人才培养提供新的实践路径。展开更多

文摘目的研究半椎板切除、全椎板切除及椎板回植成形对颈椎稳定性的影响。方法将14例新鲜成年绵羊颈椎标本(C2~7)分为两组,每组7例。每例标本均被施加前屈后伸、左右侧弯和左右轴向旋转6个方向3.0 N·m载荷,测量C3~6运动节段在不同载荷下的运动范围(range of motion,ROM)及中性区(neutral zone,NZ)。对第1组进行完整状态、C5半椎板切除和C4~6半椎板切除3种状态下标本ROM和NZ的测量。对第2组进行完整状态、C4~6全椎板切除和C4~6椎板回植成形3种状态下标本ROM和NZ的测量。结果与完整状态比较,C5半椎板切除和C4~6半椎板切除状态下标本ROM和NZ没有明显差异,且C5半椎板切除和C4~6半椎板切除两种状态之间标本ROM和NZ也没有显著性差异。与完整状态比较,C4~6全椎板切除与C4~6椎板回植成形状态下在前屈后伸载荷下ROM有显著增大(P<0.05)。C4~6椎板回植成形与C4~6全椎板切除状态比较,标本在后伸载荷下ROM明显减小(P<0.05);而其余载荷下,椎板回植成形和全椎板切除ROM之间没有显著性差异。结论半椎板切除后,颈椎标本ROM和NZ无明显增加,并不影响颈椎的稳定性。全椎板切除后,颈椎标本在前屈后伸载荷下的ROM和NZ明显增加,颈椎稳定性受影响。椎板回植成形术并没有明显改善椎板切除术后颈椎的稳定性。
