Objective:To explore the intervention value of the medical institution prescription review mechanism on the rationality of Western medicine use.Methods:A total of 159 patients(with 159 western medicine prescriptions)a...Objective:To explore the intervention value of the medical institution prescription review mechanism on the rationality of Western medicine use.Methods:A total of 159 patients(with 159 western medicine prescriptions)admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(n=80,adopting the medical institution prescription review mechanism)and a control group(n=79,without prescription review)based on the random number table method.A comparative analysis was conducted on the work quality of medical personnel,irrational prescription drug use,and prescription drug dispensing situations.Results:The work quality of medical personnel in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational prescription drug use in the observation group(22.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(7.59%)(P<0.05).The observation group had fewer types of prescribed drugs,lower usage rates of injections and antibiotics,and a significantly higher usage rate of national essential drugs compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prescription review mechanism can significantly improve the work quality of medical personnel,increase the detection rate of irrational drug use,reduce the types of prescription drugs and the use of injections and antibiotics,and promote the standardized application of national essential drugs,which has important intervention value.展开更多

However, it is very difficult to quan...Rationality is a fundamental concept in economics. Most researchers will accept that human beings are not fully rational. Herbert Simon suggested that we are ＂bounded rational＂. However, it is very difficult to quantify ＂bounded rationality＂, and therefore it is difficult to pinpoint its impact to all those economic theories that depend on the assumption of full rationality. Ariel Rubinstein proposed to model bounded rationality by explicitly specifying the decision makers＇ decision-making procedures. This paper takes a computational point of view to Rubinstein＇s approach. From a computational point of view, decision procedures can be encoded in algorithms and heuristics. We argue that, everything else being equal, the effective rationality of an agent is determined by its computational power - we refer to this as the computational intelligence determines effective rationality （CIDER） theory. This is not an attempt to propose a unifying definition of bounded rationality. It is merely a proposal of a computational point of view of bounded rationality. This way of interpreting bounded rationality enables us to （computationally） reason about economic systems when the full rationality assumption is relaxed.展开更多
Objective To establish a drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for meropenem in a tertiary medical institution in Beijing,and to analyze the use of meropenem for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A criteria...Objective To establish a drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for meropenem in a tertiary medical institution in Beijing,and to analyze the use of meropenem for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A criteria of DUE of meropenem was established based on drug instructions,related guidelines and experts’opinions.Then,120 cases of meropenem use from January to December 2021 were selected to carry out a retrospective study.Results and Conclusion 120 cases of meropenem use involved 8 clinical departments,including 38 cases in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,25 cases in the Department of Tuberculosis,and 20 cases in the Department of Gastroenterology.The detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms before first use was 79.17%,and the clinical treatment effectiveness rate was 81.67%.The irrational use of meropenem included poor grasp of usage indications,excessively high starting points,inappropriate usage and dosage,non-standard treatment courses,and excessive combination medication.Pharmacists should strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of carbapenem drugs such as meropenem,provide timely feedback on relevant situations,and promote rational clinical medication.展开更多

In this paper, I argue that Herbert Simon＇s notion of ＂satisficing＂ provides a formally well-developed and empirically well-established theory of rationality that fits well with Kuhn＇s general characterization of science. I start by considering two rival interpretations of the problem of Kuhnian rationality and introduce Simon＇s notion of satisficing. In Section 3, I show how satisficing can be used to interpret paradigm, change, rational theory-choice, relativism, and progress. On this account, Kuhnian scientists are not irrational. Such allocations are obtained by means of values, having some fairness properties, expressed in most cases by groups of axioms. In an earlier work, we solved what we called the Inverse Problem for Semivalues, in which the main result was offering an explicit formula providing the set of all games with an a priori given Semivalue, associated with a given weight vector. However, in this set there is an infinite set of games for which the Semivalues are not coalitional rational, perhaps not efficient, so that these are not fair practical solutions of the above fundamental problem. Among the Semivalues, coalitional rational solutions for the Shapley Value and the Banzhaf Value have been given in two more recent works. In the present paper, based upon a general potential basis, relative to Semivalues, for a given game and a given Semivalue, we solve the connected problem: in the Inverse Set, find out a game with the same Semivalue, which is also coalitional rational. Several examples will illustrate the corresponding numerical technique.展开更多

This algorithm combined the Rough Set theory and Neural Networks in application, which overcome the dilemma that caused complicated network structure and long training time by only using Neural Networks and influenced the classification precision caused by noise disturbance by only using Rough Set methods. Descriptive logic accounts for “how to get” true judgments while pre- scriprive logic aims at explaining “why a true judgment is true”. Critical thinking education in China should pay more attention to the role descriptive logic plays. The model is designed to determine from a three-dimensional index including size distrib...This paper establishes a diagnostic model for assessing the rationality of size structure of urban agglomerations(UAs) in China. The model is designed to determine from a three-dimensional index including size distribution index(SDI), size compactness index(SCI), and size efficiency index(SEI). The spatio-temporal pattern of size structure involving the studied 19 UAs and its implications are explored. The results indicate that size structure of China's UAs advanced from a low rationality development stage to a moderate rationality development stage in 1995-2015.Among them, the SDI and SEI were reasonably high, and the SCI was relatively low. Spatially, the high rationality UAs were distributed across eastern China, while the low rationality UAs were located in western China. UAs with positive size structure possessed typically a dual-or multicenter urban structure, while UAs with negative size structure usually presented as a single-center structure. The evolutionary trajectories of rationality of size structure of UAs can be summarized as four different stages. Our findings suggest that, in addition to consolidating the status of national-level UAs, the development of regional-level UAs should be promoted. Also, the fostering focus and direction should be oriented toward an UA with dual-or multicenter spatial structure.展开更多

In the explicit representation of the Inverse Set, the solution set of the Inverse Problem, we built a family of games, called the almost null family, in which we determined more recently a game where the Shapley Value and the Egalitarian Allocations are colalitional rational. The Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution is another value for cooperative transferable utilities games (TU games), showing how to allocate fairly the win of the grand coalition, in case that this has been formed. In the present paper, we solve the similar problem for this new value: given a nonnegative vector representing the Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution of a TU game, find out a game in which the Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution is kept the same, but it is colalitional rational. The new game will belong to the family of almost null games in the Inverse Set, relative to the Shapley Value, and it is proved that the threshold of coalitional rationality will be higher than the one for the Shapley Value. The needed previous results are shown in the introduction, the second section is devoted to the main results, while in the last section are discussed remarks and connected problems. Some numerical examples are illustrating the procedure of finding the new game.展开更多

The results showed that during 2008- 2011,the rationality of land use structure was totally high,the dynamic value hi of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area was 0. 7954,0. 7821,0. 8245 and0. 8186,respectively; the value Ci( tk) reflecting the rationality of land use structure at different time points was rapidly increased,and the gap between regions was not big and shrinking. According to the grey relational analysis,the change of different land use types had different effects on the rationality of land use structure: transportation land,the land for cities,towns and villages and the land for mining and industry are most highly correlated with the rationality of land use structure,while arable land,woodland,water area and water conservancy facility land have also an important impact on the rationality of land use structure; controlling the excessive growth of transportation land,the land for cities,towns and villages and the land for mining and industry,protecting arable land,forest land,water area and water conservancy facility land,and moderately increasing the garden plot,plays a decisive role in optimizing the land use structure in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.展开更多

文摘The importance of conducting in-depth research and education on value rationality in the new era is increasingly recognized.Therefore,it is essential to systematically grasp the themes,frontiers,and trends of research in this field,organizing the knowledge system to provide references for future studies.This necessitates clarifying the research achievements of scholars from different disciplines and institutions.Using the CiteSpace visualization analysis method,we can analyze,summarize,and synthesize research networks,hotspots,and knowledge structures,thereby forming a direction for advancing research.Through literature review methods and knowledge graph software analysis,it is believed that value rationality and instrumental rationality represent the rational attitudes individuals adopt when contemplating issues and putting them into practice.They are merely methods and should not be subjected to excessive value judgments.The relationship between value rationality and instrumental rationality is a focal point of societal concern,involving complex interdisciplinary issues with significant theoretical value and practical implications.In the future,the academic community needs to strengthen research collaboration,enhance the expansion of value rationality in various social practice fields,and conduct empirical studies to build consensus for the construction of Chinese society.

文摘As a powerful distributed data processing mechanism,MapReduce supports abundant parallel applications that process massive data on computer clusters.To process the massive data efficiently and correctly,a rational design for the MapReduce procedure is desired.An irrational MapReduce procedure can cause great waste of computing resources and even paralyze the execution system.With the wide application of MapReduce,the unavoidable drawback of irrational MapReduce procedures becomes increasingly serious.To solve this problem,a method for verifying the rationality of a MapReduce procedure before executing it on a computer cluster is proposed.This method constructs the rationality criteria for MapReduce,and then studies an automatic approach for modelling MapReduce with an executable model object Petri net(OPN).Finally,the approaches for automatically identifying the rationality criteria by analyzing the consequence of model execution is developed.The results from extensive case studies demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
文摘In cooperative game theory, a central problem is to allocate fairly the win of the grand coalition to the players who agreed to cooperate and form the grand coalition. Such allocations are obtained by means of values, having some fairness properties, expressed in most cases by groups of axioms. In an earlier work, we solved what we called the Inverse Problem for Semivalues, in which the main result was offering an explicit formula providing the set of all games with an a priori given Semivalue, associated with a given weight vector. However, in this set there is an infinite set of games for which the Semivalues are not coalitional rational, perhaps not efficient, so that these are not fair practical solutions of the above fundamental problem. Among the Semivalues, coalitional rational solutions for the Shapley Value and the Banzhaf Value have been given in two more recent works. In the present paper, based upon a general potential basis, relative to Semivalues, for a given game and a given Semivalue, we solve the connected problem: in the Inverse Set, find out a game with the same Semivalue, which is also coalitional rational. Several examples will illustrate the corresponding numerical technique.

文摘The traditional market segmentation was based on ＂transcendental rationality＂ or ＂Situational Rationality＂, studies shows that it had disadvantages. This paper states the ＂Situational＂ integrated rationality hypothesis and then comes up with the market segmenting models and classification algorithm basing on this hypothesis. This algorithm combined the Rough Set theory and Neural Networks in application, which overcome the dilemma that caused complicated network structure and long training time by only using Neural Networks and influenced the classification precision caused by noise disturbance by only using Rough Set methods. Finally, the paper did a comparison experiment between the traditional method and the method we came up, the results shows that the model and algorithm has its advantage on every aspects.
文摘Under the influence of European rationalism,which holds that human rationality is higher than,or at least independent of human sensory cognition,the first generation of cognitive science advocates for disembodied cognition,manifesting the concept of dualism of mind and body.With the development of cognitive science in the 1980s,the second generation of cognitive science redefines the relationship between mind and body,thought and behavior,and reason and feeling and puts forward the concept of embodied cognition,representing monism of mind and body.It is claimed that the formation of concepts,categorical cognition and the evolution of rational thinking are characterized by embodiment,which is the necessary condition and basis for the formation of human rationality.The current study traces the shift of cognitive science from dualism to monism of mind and body and explores the relationship between rationality and sensibility from the perspective of philosophical basis and interpretations,with an aim to achieve a better understanding and thorough interpretation of human rationality.In this heated discussion about embodied cognition,there are still some fundamental questions that need to be further clarified,such as the essence and mechanism of human cognition,the ways that human body participates in cognitive activities,especially imagination and reasoning.The research paradigm of embodied cognition and its relevant theory have not been established and developed yet,and empirical research from interdisciplinary perspectives is far from enough to provide hard evidence for embodied cognition.

文摘In uncovering the mechanisms of teaching critical thinking in China,scholars tend to ignore the re-quirement of rational thinking in teaching. Based on the discussion of rational presuppositions of critical thinking in Western cultures, this article argues that, while Western critical thinking presets a kind of rationality which is biased to-wards descriptive logic rather than prescriptive logic, the virtue - centered traditional Chinese culture cultivates a gener-al habit of using methods of prescriptive logic. Descriptive logic accounts for “how to get” true judgments while pre- scriprive logic aims at explaining “why a true judgment is true”. Critical thinking education in China should pay more attention to the role descriptive logic plays. The fact that the new - media infomiarion disseminarion is deepening in- tercultiiral communication makes it necessary to implement critical thinking education in China,but the implementa-tion should be focused on cultivating the students* ability to organize discourse in a logical way.

文摘This paper establishes a diagnostic model for assessing the rationality of size structure of urban agglomerations(UAs) in China. The model is designed to determine from a three-dimensional index including size distribution index(SDI), size compactness index(SCI), and size efficiency index(SEI). The spatio-temporal pattern of size structure involving the studied 19 UAs and its implications are explored. The results indicate that size structure of China's UAs advanced from a low rationality development stage to a moderate rationality development stage in 1995-2015.Among them, the SDI and SEI were reasonably high, and the SCI was relatively low. Spatially, the high rationality UAs were distributed across eastern China, while the low rationality UAs were located in western China. UAs with positive size structure possessed typically a dual-or multicenter urban structure, while UAs with negative size structure usually presented as a single-center structure. The evolutionary trajectories of rationality of size structure of UAs can be summarized as four different stages. Our findings suggest that, in addition to consolidating the status of national-level UAs, the development of regional-level UAs should be promoted. Also, the fostering focus and direction should be oriented toward an UA with dual-or multicenter spatial structure.
文摘In earlier works we introduced the Inverse Problem, relative to the Shapley Value, then relative to Semivalues. In the explicit representation of the Inverse Set, the solution set of the Inverse Problem, we built a family of games, called the almost null family, in which we determined more recently a game where the Shapley Value and the Egalitarian Allocations are colalitional rational. The Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution is another value for cooperative transferable utilities games (TU games), showing how to allocate fairly the win of the grand coalition, in case that this has been formed. In the present paper, we solve the similar problem for this new value: given a nonnegative vector representing the Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution of a TU game, find out a game in which the Egalitarian Nonseparable Contribution is kept the same, but it is colalitional rational. The new game will belong to the family of almost null games in the Inverse Set, relative to the Shapley Value, and it is proved that the threshold of coalitional rationality will be higher than the one for the Shapley Value. The needed previous results are shown in the introduction, the second section is devoted to the main results, while in the last section are discussed remarks and connected problems. Some numerical examples are illustrating the procedure of finding the new game.

文摘The rationality of land use structure was evaluated with dynamic TOPSIS method based on changing data of land use from 2008 to 2011 in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. The results showed that during 2008- 2011,the rationality of land use structure was totally high,the dynamic value hi of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area was 0. 7954,0. 7821,0. 8245 and0. 8186,respectively; the value Ci( tk) reflecting the rationality of land use structure at different time points was rapidly increased,and the gap between regions was not big and shrinking. According to the grey relational analysis,the change of different land use types had different effects on the rationality of land use structure: transportation land,the land for cities,towns and villages and the land for mining and industry are most highly correlated with the rationality of land use structure,while arable land,woodland,water area and water conservancy facility land have also an important impact on the rationality of land use structure; controlling the excessive growth of transportation land,the land for cities,towns and villages and the land for mining and industry,protecting arable land,forest land,water area and water conservancy facility land,and moderately increasing the garden plot,plays a decisive role in optimizing the land use structure in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.
文摘In this paper,on the basis of analyzing farmers' dominant position in society and explanation of farmers' rationality,we make use of Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs to divide farmers' needs into three levels in accordance with the different stages: survival needs,interpersonal harmony and social responsibility,which are the needs hierarchies for farmers to satisfy themselves. We combine Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs and farmers' rationality and confirm that farmers do have rationality and it is in a dynamic condition.
